Went in yesterday at about 12:30 PM. An employee told me the bar was open. I walked and saw NO staff & no bar tender. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes and never saw anyone. I thought the place was closed. I walked out. This is the second and final try for me. Too many other places to eat

Going downhill fast. A year ago I would have given it much higher scores, but since it's changed brands it's slipping. Service was terrible and food was adequate at best. Meaning if you're hungry enough you'll eat it.

Website completely out of date Absolutely the staff is not trained from the management down to the waiters. Is this place really owned by Hilton? Avoid the disappointment STAY AWAY!

Had a reservation. Confirmed it 2 days before when I got there they did not have the reservation this was a graduation dinner for my daughter my parents had come up from out of town they sat us with a bunch of other people the waiter was slow the food was cold very unhappy

They're renovating this restaurant here at the Doubletree hotel so breakfast was in the ballroom. Eggs and bacon were good, but I passed after a few bites of the french toast.

We ate there earlier for lunch and told to come back later for their superb desserts, they were open until midnight, we were guest of the hotel. We did, we came back at 11 and were ignored, until we asked and were told the bartender could serve us, the waitress, (the bartender also knew we were there) who had ignored us was leaving at that point after us waiting for awhile, 5 of us were sitting at a table- awkwardly at that point we all got up and left- its the only restaurant in the hotel, we will not be staying here anymore- and will order delivery tomorrow (our last night) we wondered why the restaurant was practically empty both times we went in, now we know-

Best all you can eat Prime Rib on Friday and Saturday nights with Weds having an Italian buffet. We are moving back to Nashua just for the Prime Rib so you know it has to by good.

Food selection was lacking and the service was sub par. We had to grab utensils from another table because we were never given any and also had to grab a jug of water off some counter to serve ourselves because our waiter wasn’t coming by. The place was basically empty at the time so there was really no excuse. The food was okay and the entrees were extremely overpriced.

12:30 pm on a Saturday called in an order for pickup, arrived to an empty restaurant and very inattentive staff. Bar floors looked disgusting, wall panels held on with clamps from home depot. Wasn't even offered a glass of water while I wait, let alone a beer or soda that could net the restaurant more of my money. But leaving all of that aside what I wanted were some quality fish tacos, and let me tell you how much these fish tacos disappointed... Soggy fish that most likely was fried at too low a temperature, that had the distinct texture of a fish filet from the worst McDonalds I can remember. Seriously please avoid this dirty, poorly staffed restaurant if you value your digestive system.

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. I WORKED HERE MANY YEARS AND THE STAY IS STILL DO ABLE. THE RESTRAUNT IS ALWAYS A GREAT PLEASURE.
