We order spicy fried rice with spice level 5 and we got spice level 7+ . This is the send time this happened. We ordered 2 spicy fried rice to go today at 8:30 pm and we are totally disappointed with what we got . We request a refund of money.

The Mee Pad (made w/Chicken & Fried Tofu vs. Shrimp) is UNREAL. (It's better when they hit is a little spicier and they use hot sesame oil or whatever other magic they use to make that dish). Get it. You'll want it once a week!

The food was not bad. Had issues with the waitress. Did not ask if we were separate, Gave us one check on a table of six, then told us she could not separate it after and that it was our fault for not telling her before she took off and made the bill. She Then comes back and says she can charge us separately. She then proceeds to charge all three couples almost a 30 percent gratuity without our consent.

Sara Thai was our favorite until today. We went to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and father’s day-Ordered drunken noodle was served pad Thai .when I asked them , the lady started shouting that this is how we make drunken noodle . Very bad customer service . Will never return back to this place .

Skimpy amount of orange chicken...and it was bland! Peanut sauce wasn't spicy and was also bland. Pad Thai was standard...nothing special. Friendly service when calling in take out but the food and the portions were sad. We won't be back.

Best Thai in town in my opinion. We've been coming here for years now and it's always good and prompt. Most takeout orders are ready quickly and are consistent and hot. The dine-in experience is pretty nice too, and they recently have done some great upgrades to the interior including a new bar in the last year or so. Highly recommended!

I came here because the pho was reviewed positively by someone else. I'm used to pho places in and around Boston, often with "pho" in the name of the restaurant. This pho tastes nothing like that. It hardly tastes like anything but water and noodles, except for the meat which tasted awful. The bean sprouts were also not fresh - kind of damp with their own withering juices. Finally, the side of crab rangoon was hot on the outside and cold on the inside. I will not go again.

Like others have written it doesn't look like a lot but the food here is excellent. The waitstaff really get to know you and it's quick enough for lunch break. The Pad Thai is the best around.

Modest looking location, but follows the rule of places that look like a hole in the wall sometimes serve the best food. My favorite plate of pad thai in Dover area. Staff treat you more like a welcome visiting family member than a customer. If you want extra spicy, they will oblige, and then they'll bring you extra water when they see tears rolling down your face. Hey, maybe that's just dust in your eye, we know you can handle the spice, no one will judge you.

I LOVE Sara Thai. One of my favorite restaurants in the area. I am a very picky eater but I've found multiple dishes I like on the menu. Dumplings are my life blood and the ones at Sara Thai are the best I have ever had. Staff is always friendly, and I happen to like the decor quite a bit.

I always adore this place. Perfect curries. Amazing spring rolls. My wife always gets the mee pad (which means I get a few bites as well). Always bring cash for the discount on your order and to purchase a bag of the fried banna slices as they are an incredibly tasty snack for after I have killed my left-overs (the portions are large, you will likely have left-overs) and am dreaming of more Sara Thai. Super service, always prompt and friendly. Very fair prices.

To be honest we came here after a screaming child forced us out of the place we were going to eat at, and we're glad we did! Great atmosphere, sounds don't echo off the walls, the staff is super friendly and helpful, food is great with good portion sizes. We will come back :)

My wife and I discovered Sara Thai about two years ago, and it's a regular stop for us. The food is fresh and always promptly prepared. They have the best pan fried dumplings in the seacoast. Usually I develop a favorite dish or two at restaurants that I frequent, but at Sara Thai I just keep trying new dishes because I'm amazed at how much I enjoy them all. The food is so good there, in fact, that we have almost stopped eating Chinese food completely.

Best Thai in the area. We love their spring rolls and dumplings, but all their dinners use fresh ingredients and taste great. You can see the quality and care they put it. A hidden gem, never a wait there, and great specials. Better than: Kaophums and Thai Cuisine

Great food and great service. The place is a bit hidden and tucked away, but it has very nice decor and a cozy ambiance. Sara Thai is a real hidden gem. Dinner specials and their signature cocktails are a real treat.

She was very knowledgeable about the food and spoke highly of other Thai restaurants in the area instead of putting them down; which I hate when people do. Love this restaurant! Waitstaff are friendly and helpful if you have menu questions. Food is always served piping hot. Come here for "fast" lunch or take your time over a leisurely lunch or dinner. Either way they are happy to serve! Tom yum is delicious!

Best Thai North of Boston. Eat in if you can, because it's best when hot or cold as intended and fresh. Try the squid yum or Mee boun salads if it's hot out (very refreshing!). Their Mee Pad is top notch (all the noodle dishes are good). You can find better in Boston, but not easily, and not at the reasonable prices you get here.

I have eaten here 2 times now, had the drunken noodle, steam dumplings, coconut soup and masoman curry with beef (ordered new years 2015 and 2/27/15). I also am a thai food fanatic, and love it more than anything and have tried every one I come upon. With that said, this is my least favorite thai resturaunt I have ever tried in all my years. Why: Prices are a little more then the average thai restaurant (by 5-10%). 12+$ for the same dish that costs 9$ at other resturaunts. Decor is really lackluster never take a date here. On 2/27/15 no vacuuming was done. Signs with bad English written on white paper on the door. Food is really not well cooked. Examples: Dumplings while reasonably priced had no garnisg, served to me a bit cold on the ends. When asked if fresh or frozen, of course they are all frozen which explains why they were cold in some areas. My curry had peanuts and a peanut sauce (DID NOT TASTE LIKE CURRY!) Drunken noodle was simply a very flaud recipe. Coconut soup was average without any garnish. NO FRESH HERBS ON ANYTHING, NOT EVEN CILANTRO! Wait staff was nice, pleasent but not happy to be there. She did not know thai cuisine but found answers to questions when asked. overall I would give a 1.5 star if possible because it is more acurate. I belive in trying almost any place 2 times but this was really not good. Overall: I am amazed people think this is 5 stars which could mean they have gone downhill buy the recent posts suggest I simply have a difference of experiences. Out of every Thai restaurant in the seacoast are this is the one I would advise people to skip over. If major changes to the menu happen I would try it again in a heartbeat because I love seeing places get better and have passion, this has no passion for cooking at this time.
