Not sure if the staff is always this rude or just hate the LGBT+ community. Dined here with some friends who are gay and the service was absolutely horribly. The waitress even made a comment about one of my friends being a "QUEEN". I have never been so sickened by a human in my life. I will never visit this place again.

I started working in Downtown Manchester recently and decided to stop by for the first time to grab a quick lunch. I ordered the grilled chicken bomb and not only was I disappointed in the amount of food for the money, but also it tasted terrible. I would've been better off buying frozen grocery store burritos for that price and quality.

Don't like how the one in manchester doesn't have another bathroom available besides the one in the kit hen and tables are never readily available as in they are never cleaned up after a meal.quick enough but all around good diner.

Awesome breakfast per usual.. It's the occasional bad wait staff that makes my experience of eating in less then perfect.. But the food pretty much never varies in quality..I just really like the food.. Try to do away with the rude wait staff and customers would have more room to spend money within their stomachs.. Some of them do the opposite with their bad attitudes and turn your stomach so you don't feel quite so hungry. Just my thoughts..

I loved this spot. Holy hell, my wife and I finished up a photoshoot and wanted to grab something to eat. Checked Google and found this diner and decided to give it a shot. It's a tiny little spot. A few tables and then a number of stools. Small small is was it is but it's wicked nice. The definition of a diner. The food, on point. The price, can't be beat. The service is right in front of you and they are professional to the standard of it. We bought dinner, two apps, two desserts and a drink and it was less than forty bucks. The Buffalo Mac and cheese looked small but it filled me up completely and the flavor was excellent. Our waitress Jennifer (I'm terrible with names) was the biggest sweetheart and I'll go back for her service alone but she was incredible. If you're in the area go check it out. It's a must. Will be back again.

Manchester location is really small so prepare for a wait on busy nights. The menu isn't very elaborate and my food came out a little cold. They offer breakfast and lunch all night which is great for the after bar munchies. My waitress was a little off but she was 10 hours into her shift so I didn't blame her too much.

Small, old school, intimate diner with comfort great tasting food. I was surprised with the baked beans which were added to my ham and bacon omelette, but the beans did not ruin the taste of it. The place has little signs where "famous people" have previously sat to enjoy meals. Since this is a hot spot during elections, most signs indicate past politicians.

Went in not knowing what to eat. On the recommendation of the server, Lucas, I went for a burger. The patties has a wonderful crust on the outside, juicy in the middle and actually cooked they way I wanted. Definitely will return for breakfast soon!

This place is a have to visit on your list. The breakfasts are absolutely amazing. Everything is made right there, cornbread, etc. The atmosphere far exceeds what you would accept from a diner, it is so very cool. Many of the presidential candidates stop at the Red Arrow in Manchester. Ellen our waitress is phenomenal and she sure knows her menu and the customers. My son goes there all the time and I explained to her what it was he had and she knew who he was..very personalized attention. Enjoy !!

Love stopping in for a slice of pie and coffee now and again. Perfect for people watching. This place is always super busy. Either come alone and sit at the bar or come with friends and be prepared to wait. I stop in for the pie because they always have a great assortment to choose from and I love pie. If you love pie and are in the area, it's a good enough reason to drop in and treat yourself or maybe a friend. Pricing is very reasonable too.

We came in yesterday to eat dinner. I ordered a spicy chicken wrap with blue cheese dressing. When I got my meal, the wrap had marinara sauce in it. The server took it back and told the kitchen cooks that she it the wrong thing; the sandwhich should have blue cheese in it. A few minutes later, I could see them remaking my wrap, and someone in the kitchen said they have put ranch on it. At this point, my wife, daughter, and her friend were three quarters done eating. I told the server that I don't want the wrap now and just take it off the bill. She did and put the new wrap and fries in a to go box, and told me I might as well take the wrap home. I left the food there. Why would I want to take it home when I wanted to eat it with the rest of my party and since I lived twenty minutes away, it would have had a good chance of being cold when I ate it? I thought making a spicy chicken wrap would have been easy, but it looks like the people at Red Arrow couldn't handle it.

The food here is amazing (especially the hash browns) but it doesn't compare to the hospitality of the servers of the diner. After a couple visits they now your name and you know theirs. By far my late night/early morning go to for a quick bite, or a meal with friends. Red Arrow is worth all five stars.

Food here has always been made to order and to specification. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. Prices could be cheaper but over all its good. The one thing I have not been able to enjoy is their baked goods. I ordered a Coconut Cream pie slice once, it lacked flavor and the cream seemed weird in texture to me. Another time, I ordered a piece of chocolate peanut butter cake and was not impressed with the quality. The cake was dry and i kept searching for the peanut butter flavor.

If it wasn't for my current experience I would probably rate this place as a great diner. So, hereeee is exactly why it is getting 1 star. My husband and myself have been to this location in the past. My husband has a rather violent seizure disorder so on top of the medication and his neurological implant, we have a seizure response dog that carries medication and guards his body if he were to have an episode. So, we are in the diner with 2 friends, the service dog is sitting under the booth table, we have already been served coffee, and when our waiter comes back he tells us "dogs are not allowed in here but I'll let it slide this time". We told him that the dog is a service dog and his response was " it does not matter, I have the right to refuse you service". Needless to say, I am angry at this point and everyone has lost their appetite. Our friend walked over and paid for our drinks and we left. Now the diner is ruined for us. I could have seen if the dog wasn't trained and was causing a issue, but he was literally laying on the ground under the table. I am truly disgusted that this waiter threatened to deny us service and treated serving us like he was doing us a favor.

We stumbled on this place late at night on a visit to Manchester and got some milkshakes. The milkshakes were so delicious and the rest of the food looked so good that we decided to forgo our previous breakfast plans and return to this restaurant for breakfast instead. Best decision we could have made! The breakfast was amazing. You have to try the French Toast sticks, which are like churros. Delicious. Hash is really good too! And the portions are impressive for the price. I only wish we lived closer so we could come back sooner.

A cozy and warm atmosphere at night time and a cheery delightful place any other time of day. The food is delicious (albeit, I usually go home with leftovers), the service is top notch, and it's just a comfy cozy experience. If you want a recommendation, I recommend that you check out the pork pie, it's similar to my Pepere's recipe and it gives that kinda cozy feeling while you're eating it. The poutine is also pretty rad if you want a plate of delicious fries!! If you've never been, you're missing out on a classic New England staple that many famous folks have been to (including Guy Fieri, Adam Sandler, Tom Cruz, Martha Stewart, and many more!). There's like a little name plate wherever one of the famous guests have sit and there's signed memorabilia everywhere! In the five or six times I've been there, I have never left unsatisfied!

Wow extremely bad service never even got our food after an hour and 15 minutes. We watched the people next to us order at same time and they got their food ATE IT AND LEFT. Then another couple sat next to us and got their food!! Then after we asked about our order there server said we lost your ticket and we had to re order, we did. We kept asking where is the food???? The reply "its probably behind all the other people's orders". We waited a while longer. After another 15 minutes we left. The funny thing we never saw them lose any other orders. The server was not concerned at all that we sat for over an hour. I really wonder if this was because we were a mixed group of Spanish speakers and African Americans or do they just not care at all?

For the atmosphere and the service, this was place was great! The hamburger I custom built was very tasty, and the hash browns on the side were a good mix of crispy and soft. Their 5-alarm chili was also pretty good, though not as spicy as I prefer. I did try a slice of their coconut cream lie and though it was large, I was underwhelmed by the lack of flavor. Other than that, be prepared to pay for parking at a nearby meter.

Huge menu!!! I get the peanut butter chip pancakes with a side of white toast; my boyfriend normally opts for something savory. We've been here twice and it's always packed! We've had the same waitress twice and the service she gives is great. She's very friendly and funny. The parking situation around is odd, but we've always managed to find some good spots nearby.

Considering that it was nearly 1:00 am when I went there, ill give them the benefit of the doubt. Anyway, 25 minute wait for eggs and bacon both of which were overcooked. And there were only three customers in the whole joint. Wait staff were marginally pleasant and seemed more concerned with their inventory and how the previous shift didn't stock anything. I've heard mostly good things about the red arrow so I was a little disappointed by my experience. Ill try them again sometime and hope it's a better visit.
