Yummy fast build your own Mexican-works for me! Lots of choices of fillings, veggies, toppings and salsas. We all had a buritto bowl-crunchy flour tortilla filled with all your choices...and you don't have to pay extra for guacamole!

The food here tastes a lot fresher than Chipotle, and hey, less Ecoli! I generally get a taco salad in edible bowl with chicken or beef and it is always really satisfying. My only complaint is the way they handle orders. Like similar restaurants they assemble one food item at a time and ask you which ingredients you would like to add. In theory this gives people more control over what they eat, but most people just go with the basics anyway. This process makes it frustrating to place a multi-item order as they still do one dish at a time. Also when busy you begin to hate the guy buying more than one thing. They really need to have multiple people prepping food and/or learn how to add ingredients to more than one dish at a time. Honestly why can't they do two or three plates at a time?

I worked at qdoba for about a month as a cook. During this time, I've seen two "supervisors/managers" cut the tip of their gloves off while cutting things, without even knowing about it. So there it sat in the container with the meat. Of course, being the good person I am, I searched and took them out. Also, there is a supervisor there, Gina, also one of the ones who cut off her glove, I watched her take tips from the last night shifts cup. The money was not hers by any means, she had no rights, but she sure felt she did. Off into the purse it went. Sadly, without her knowing, I worked that last night shift, and those tips were mine. Upon telling her this, she gets mad and throws me a dollar of it lol. Continuing on with that day. While I'm busting my ass, Gina and her side kick, Nikki or whatever were playing on thier phones doing snapchat and other non work related stuff, again while I'm busting my ass trying to make sure the line is ready for open. Gina feels cooks do not deserve tips. And all she ever gave me was a dollar each shift, knowing there was more. She is asinine and arrogant. This is the day I left. I refused to work for a supervisor who knowingly steals from employees. Sadly, I really enjoyed the job, and most people there. But I have morals and integrity, and I couldn't let that slide. The GM Marco, is new to the store, and I knew he didn't want to lose Gina, so I didn't say anything. I could go on and on about this place. But I can tell you, with the management there now, it won't last much longer. I wanted to help that place grow and get better, I still do. But that's not an option I'm sure. But, I thought I'd let y'all know how my work experience was, so if you're thinking of applying there, be very aware. The food is good, service and care of the food is horrible. Not everyone there is bad, I met some good people. But being a manager/supervisor comes with responsibility, that most of them have no clue about. I've went to college for business, and have worked in restaurants for over 20 years. And I'm not impressed. Change the staff or the shop won't last much longer. Lastly, out of the entire staff, maybe three or four follow qdoba policy. Marco is a great boss, but he needs help getting rid of and replacing his current staff.

I have tried the tacos and nachos and they were good. The nachos were a little salty, but, you get a lot. I think their as good as Chipotle. Parking is better at Chipotle. Inside is about the same in terms of cleanliness. Depends on who sat down before you. Qdoba may be short staffed so they may not have enough people to stay up on cleaning. The serving area is kept up but the area behind the servers needed sweeping. They could use a recycling bin for the glass bottled soda. New employees seem nervous. Maybe they had to deal with rude customers, so be courteous:) Prices are, I suppose these days, reasonable. You could buy all the fixings to make your own tacos for less, but do you want to clean up afterwards? I ordered take out and they packed the tacos so the never tipped over. Management may want to look into take out trays for tacos.

We go here after Gymnastics and not only love the food but the employees who give great customer service. Our little ones love the chocolate chip cookies and brownies you can purchase for a sweet dessert afterwards. I love the hot queso and the sauteed pappers they put into my salad. The carnitas is my favirote protein however the chicken is also very tender. They have a really cool soda machine too with lots of drink and glavor options.

Used to eat at a Qdoba in Anchorage Alaska and the burritos that I ate in the Anchorage Qdoba were twice the size as the one I had here yesterday. It was still good food it was just less than I was expecting. The girl who made my burrito (I forget her name) was not the most polite towards me or my husband either. The last thing I'm going to mention is that the counter where they make the food had not been kept clean yesterday and looked absolutely disgusting. Overall, not the best place to eat.

Went there tonight for a quick bite. Place was absolutely dirty and disgusting. All the tables had used napkins and leftover food on them. Floor had straws, drink tops, and napkins littered everywhere. The food service area was dirty and littered with latex gloves on the floor. Arrived at 5:45PM. This was a very good place to eat but has surely declined. Looks like management needs to step up and stop the fall.

Great food and excellent customer service. I had the chicken burrito bowl and my husband had a pulled pork quesadilla. They had someone working on their drink dispenser and were unable le to sell drinks at the time. One of the cashiers felt bad and bought us 2 bottles of water to apologize. I am pretty disappointed. I love Chipotle and was looking forward to trying Qdoba in Portsmouth. First, they didn’t have the Vegan meat option and I could wait 15 minutes for them to thaw it out. But, the rice was the worst. Crunchy dried bits mixed in to the rice made it like I was eating uncooked rice. It was impossible to pick those bits out since they were all mixed into the rice. I did like how fresh the grilled peppers were though. Please, fix the rice!

Today I went in to the Merrimack nh store near the outlets, firstly I was greatest by a very cheerful, kind and we'll put together woman. She asked me what I wanted and I had a few questions to which she made no hesitation to answer. Unlike most places where they tend to sound annoyed. She made my food and when I ate it all I could say was yum! Seriously I was craving this place and was over the moon pleased with the food. Before I ate I made my way down the line where I was informed of computer malfunction and it was in process of rebooting. The manager quickly gave me my cup and offered me to fill my drink while I waited. ...thete was a gentleman before me and a line of people piling on The door for lunch. The manager had this look on his face that said it all...he smiled and chatted with me.. I watched as the girl who made my order treated everyone despite the line with the same cheerful, delightful mood and kindness as she did me, after five minutes of watching and smiling the manager still had not fixed the computer and gave me my meal for free...my fives star rating is based on the teamwork, and work place environment I saw, the taste of the food, and past experiences at this store. I will go back for sure in the near future

Got the salad bowl and a loaded tortilla soup. Asked for the soup part of it to be on the side because of 45 minute drive. They said yes. Great customer service.

Good food, quick service, and a clean restaurant. I ordered the three street tacos for $9; had the gladiator, triple threat, and bohemian. Each taco was better than the last. $9 seemed steep for the size of the tacos. I would highly recommend stopping in before there lunch rush kicks off - 1130, give or take.

I was only allowed to get chicken and cheese with my quesadilla. And guac and sour cream on the side. None of the customization options from online. I asked and she said we only do meat and cheese. 1st and last time eating at Qdoba.

We normally go to Chipotle because it's closer to our house but this is at least as good, I wish we lived closer to one! They have good variety, tasty food that all seemed quite fresh, and friendly staff. The queso is lovely and I can't complain about not being charged extra for guac.

We always like this Q because it's not hyper-busy and the kids who work there are friendly. Solid food, as always, but the.meat portions can be small - depending on the burrito maker.

If I could give QDOBA no stars I would. I've been here a couple times and every time I've walked out disgusted. Dry crusty meat, brown guac, old rice, and a filthy store.

As a manager in a profession that requires excellent customer service, I am always observing this from other businesses. The CS at this establishment was awful. Very pushy, trying to hurry us along, while nobody else was in line. No smiles, no greeting. They did not want to take the time to explain any options, and had an attitude while answering any questions. My fiancee's order was shorted; certainly not worth the amount paid. We have been to other locations, so we certainly know it is not a common practice to short your customers or carry such bad attitudes. This location has some work to do, and we will not be going back. It's a shame, because the food tasted great.
