Good wings and pizza. I've eaten there a lot and haven't actually had the pasta. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of TV's to watch games downstairs but doesn't feel too much like a sports bar. Nice quiet area on upper floor for a more candle lit feel.

New to the area and this was proffered by a number of people as the best pizza in the area. It wasn't bad, but I was underwhelmed given how highly others talked it up. Service was good and responsive. There was a band setting up, but we were able to wrap up our meal before they started.

The atmosphere is unlike anything I had seen before. As soon as we walked in, we were seated and a waitress came with our drink orders within 5 minutes. And gave us ample time to look over our menus and answered our questions in detail. We got our food 15 minutes later and the food was wonderful. I can't recommend them enough. We finished our night with some drinks and a chocolate lava cake and listened to the awesome band they had playing in the bar. We left full and happy because of all of this and we will deffinately be back soon.

Blonde manager was absolutely horrible. Had a hair in my quesadilla and she accused my table of lying about it and proceeded to make our waiter cry for no reason. The most horrible service I have ever experienced by far, especially from a manager who is supposed to be setting an example for their staff. I believe her name was Robin. This was my first time here and I was really excited to try their food but ended up having to cancel my tables entire order after the hair incident.

Came here for the first time for my birthday. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. I had the chicken carbonara, it tasted amazing and there was enough to take some home for another meal. Will definitely go back again.

The chair I sat in was broken so when I leaned toward it pinched my back leaving a bruise.my pasta dinner had 2 ft long noodles and i was given a spoon to eat with. Broccoli was under cooked and way hotter than the rest of the plate.chicken looked like it came from a pre-cooked bag bought frozen.id like to forget the whole thing

They’re alright, I’m not a fan of their pizza.. we’ve had it a few times both in house and take out.. it’s never really that good.. I definitely suggest eating in house though, the atmosphere is where it’s at. I’d stick to basic dishes though, don’t get too fancy..

I lives in Milford for years before moving to Nashua, I've been to The Pasta Loft as they grew and changed. They've always been great, and I love them more now that they have branched into more events and the upper deck seating. Very creative, great food & staff, and you don't pay a ton for a meal. Highly recommended!

The items that I ordered was not complete the loaded bake potato was cold and with no toppings an I gave the driver and the lady who took the order 5 dollars a piece and my order came to 38.00 for a incomplete order oh well I guess I deserve that

The musical entertainment is great, and becoming much more frequent. This is huge in this little town where there isn't another live music venue of this size. However, the quality of the food has gone downhill, I don't recommended it. They also never seem to have an adequate amount of servers, especially during the shows.

Yesterday we held and celebrated our daughter's baby shower (our first grandchild!) at the Pasta Loft in Milford. And we couldn't have made a better choice! Thanks to the professionalism and personalness (sorry spellcheck, guess I invented a word you don't know) of Robin- manager and event planner extraordinaire, and her staff (Karen), the shower came off better than we could have ever hoped. The 50+ who attended raved about the food, and the staff was most attentive and responsive to our smallest detail and need. If you're planning an event and looking for a venue, look no further than the Pasta Loft. We were very pleased and will be back.

Ordered lasagna since I had been craving it all week and it was hard on the bottom like it was a couple of days old. My friend had tortellini with pesto and it was a cream sauce that was very heavy. The food was ok, nothing to rave about and the service was a little slow which was weird because it wasn't that busy.

This place has great food. So many choices, I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted. I ended up getting the chicken and broccoli Alfredo pasta which was delicious. The service was a little slow and there weren't very many people there when we went. Would recommend on the food alone.

I would give this restaurant a zero-rating if I could. The management at this restaurant is absolutely horrible and food is lacking. I've given this restaurant three chances and no more. Thank goodness The Bar One and a new restaurant are in the neighborhood where a customer can get quality food and drinks with excellent service every time.

The deck is nice, the staff was nice. My Italian wedding soup was ok, not too flavorful. My meatball sub did not have much sauce and the meatballs were dry and also not very flavorful. The roll was very soggy on the inside even though there was no sauce in the roll. Fries were delicious.

My husband and I went to the pasta loft last year and had a great experience. I have been begging him to drive me the 50 minutes to go again. We finally went last night. We arrived around 5pm and were brought upstairs away from everyone. We were seated in a booth next to a window that had dead bugs around it. We were greeted, got drinks promptly and ordered food. A turn off while ordering drinks is she said some of the beers we couldn't get because they are downstairs only. Then she reluctantly said that she guesses she could go down and get them. Then our 2nd round of drinks I asked if she had hard cider on draft. She said yes, one. I said cool I will take that. She brought out a bottle of angry orchard...our food was brought out by another girl and given to another table to the only other couple seated in the room that arrived well after us. They said this food isn't ours and she just stared at them. I said it was our food and she reluctantly gave it to us. Later we ordered mozzarella sticks and they again...brought it to the wrong table. At this point there are only 2 other couples seated in this large room. I asked our waitress if the delivery girl was new because our food kept going to the wrong table. She said no, I just forgot and told her the wrong table number twice. We got the bill which was very expensive. Our food was good but the mozzarella sticks were basic frozen reheat ones and they were 8.99. I asked for broccoli to be added to my meal and they did it which was great, but it was a very small amount and they charged 4 dollars extra. Downstairs is the place to be. Warm pub-like atmosphere and lots of people. We felt isolated upstairs, it was cold and the lighting was not comfortable. We should have asked to go downstairs and would have had a better experience. I'm not sure we will be back.

FREE ROUND OF WATER ON ROBIN We were a walk in party of 14 at 6pm, the last of our party arrived by 6:30. Our server was great and started taking our orders by 6:40pm Those of us who got soup and salad received them shortly after. And then we waited.... By 7:30 the first person received their order. And about every 5-10 min some people started receiving theirs. By 8pm only half the table had received their food. When our half of the table finally asked what was going on. We were told there was and issue with the ticket and they are trying to get it fixed. At 8:28 a few more received their food. By this time the side that had already finished wanted to leave and those of us who were just served should have been leaving. When prompted our very exhausted and flustered server meekly informed us that he was told that he can comp a free round of drinks..... By this time as someone who works back of the house in a restaurant, this was a slap in the face!!! I was drinking water! Good to know my next round of water will be free. When talking with the server and the manager of the night he said his hands were tied. That his manager told him all he can do is comp a round of drinks. In the end he gave us 20% (not any better when it's the same price of an alcoholic drink...) but he was trying. Just the gaul after waiting 2 hours to even start eating. To be offered a free round of drinks! Searsly?

My family and I are regulars at this place and have never had a bad experience! Nothing but exceptional service and delicious food every time we go! Tonight I spoke with Ms. Diane and expressed how every time we go we have a great experience and we're always happy to see her going around and checking on each table. She even spent time chatting with my daughter and made her night with her jokes.

Love this place. Very casual and full of locals. Great live music on Thursdays. There's rooftop seating. The lobster rolls are the biggest I have seen and very reasonably priced. Great place to meet friends, relax and have a drink. The 4 stars is due to service. Some of the staff doesn't seem very happy to be working or give quality service.

The food at the Pasta Loft is excellent. The Farmers Market Veggie pizza is a solid choice. I'd give this place 5 stars but the wait staff is the worst I've ever seen. They disappear, they don't bus, they never refill drinks. If I wasn't such an honest man I could have easily dined and dashed. I realize that Friday night is very busy but this is the second time this has happened to me at this establishment. Management needs to step up and get things under control.

I had the worst service and treatment here ever I was there 4 hours at the bar. Met nice people. During the 4 hours I had 2 beers, of which I pretty much had to beg/get the regulars to get me one. The first bartender didn’t seem attentive and took forever just to get my first beer. She seemed new. The second one, blond later to be known as Karen was all over the two ladies a I met. Jubilee and happy. She new them as regulars. Ignored me. After 2 hours went buy another regular ordered a beer and had to order one for me. This is now 4 hours later. I actually was able to get a glass of water without twisting bartenders arm. I decided to leave and not spend my hard earn money here. I Coukf not get Karen the bartenders attention even though she was in front for me. I noticed a male restaurant worker going by and I asked him if the service was this bad at the other side of the bar. I said she has ignored me the whole tinefir4 hours. He said no. Go on the other side. I had to interrupt him few minutes later talking to customers so he could get the bartenders attention for my tab. She finally came over Ashe called her name. She gave me my tab. I walked around to where she was and asked for a pen. She rudely refused a pen said “you will get a pen , when I get your card”. I said “no, I would like a pen now”. She again refused and had wicked disrespectful attitude. I said I would like a pen...now. I signed my tab and as she hovered with an attitude and making gestures. I told her I will be speaking with the manager and enter she again had attitude. I then heard her go over to customers seated across at a table directly from the bar. She said”she is physco “. I heard it loud and clear and went back to acknowledge what she just said. She was busted so claimed she was talking about someone else. I said. No. You were talking about me. I heard you loud and clear. I have had kids. I heard you. On my way to leave a regular customer said he has had issues with her as well. I saw the bartender agsinas she had then worked around to the bartender side of the bar where I was. I leaned over and told her it’s not over yet. The owners will hear from me. She responded with the irony care whatever attitude. Please understand I have been very patient and decent this whole time if worst service ever. I was there 4 hours two beers. This bartender was so rude and disrespectful I actually write it on my bar tab. I will be following up. Excuse typos. It’s now 1AM and I have work tomorrow. I am very upset and will never go back here again

Went here for a concert in their event center, and had dinner before. Food was good, and service was great. Nice intimate setting to see live music, but their sound system couldn't quite handle the louder parts of the vocals.

I have heard alot of great things before going myself however I felt if I may have been over hyped. I may have gone on a very busy night and this is could have led to many of our issues but our server got our order wrong multiple times and food was not as warm as one would want but wasn't cold either. Our table was a bit sticky and very wobbly which almost spilled our drink. There was also an abundance of flies. I want to note that I do plan on going again and hopefully can improve this rating as the food even though wasn't warm enough was very good and and all the staff was extremely nice.

10/10! The staff were awesome! Do yourself a favor, start with the pizza bread. The fried clams and the seafood alfredo were fantastic. One of THE Best restaurants I've been to.

It was a crowded Saturday night so the food was a little slow coming out of the kitchen but everything tasted good. I had to pull a small piece of hard cartilege out of one of the lobster claws in my lobster pie but otherwise the food was fine.

I'd like to say I had a fantastic experience here, but I was disappointed. I ordered the chips and salsa. It's exactly what it sounds like. Chips with two little containers of salsa. Little did I know that when I ordered some extra salsa to accommodate the huge basket of chips they serve me, they charge me an additional $1.25. it would be laughable if it wasn't so shameful. Shame on you Pasta Loft. Don't you make enough money on the food that you don't have to charge that much for an additional tiny little four tablespoons of salsa?
