From all the papa ginos I've been to, this one is one of the best. I absolutely love papa ginos pizza ever since I was a kid. My town doesn't have one and hasn't in over 20 years so I normally get a couple to bring home when I'm down there. It's always better reheated in the oven. The service can be hit or miss but normally ok. The locations could use a remodel however this one and the hookset one are always clean.

I've eaten here 3 times every time was a disappointment. Pizza Is tasteless made of cheap ingredients. My last experience I waited a hour for a hot sub, which was mostly bust bun and cold cheese. There are far better options in Concord for pizza with far better customer service.

The employees at this location are so nice! There was a mixup when I called for delivery. They seemed genuinely apologetic and actually gave me the entire order for free. If I had wanted, I could have received a credit for another time. The food was hot and exactly what we ordered. The delivery man apologized too!

Very good pizza. A year ago I used to order tuna often but then the quality of taste went downhill. It took on a stronger fishy taste, perhaps a downgrade in tuna quality or something else. It is sad because this place used to make my favorite local tuna subs.

I grew up with Papa Gino's pizza and it's still my overall favorite. Everyone here has always been polite and service is good. The pizza still tastes the way I remember it, which is delicious.

This was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. I can't believe these aren't just really cheap store bought pizzas passed off as their own. The quality of the toppings was bad enough. But the sauce made me gag.

I hadn't been in years, since I was a kid. My little guy was hungry, so we stopped in. The crust was okay, but the toppings were low quality. The pepperoni smelled odd. I can get better quality pizza at local restaurants.

Solid choice for lunch. Very consistent from visit to visit, you can always expect the same thing every time. Service is fast especially during peak lunch hours, you can be in and out of there in minutes.

Worst food ever! I will not recommend this place to anyone. We tried it twice, the first time our pizza was dropped on the floor by the workers and had to wait an additional 30 mins for a plain cheese pizza that tasted awful. The second time was because we were running late and decided to give them another try. It cost a fortune for hamburger pizza fired cheese sticks and buffalo wings. The pizza was disgusting the wings were hard as a rock and the fried cheese sticks were over cooked and greasy. We threw it all in the trash. Such a waste.

It had a bit of a boxed store feel when ordering and having your name yelled when your order was ready to be picked up. The seating was pretty good, plenty of space at the tables or booths. The pizza was a good blend of flavors with a crust that is somewhere between a hand tossed and thin crust with a nice crispy bottom. Overall a good za.

Great pizza and great atmosphere. I love the setup of the place. It still has that look from the 80's/early 90's when it was built and that's what I love about it. Lot of good memories of pizza parties here when I was a kid. Clean and good service. Love coming here.

Staff friendly and helpful, pizza hot and cooked just right but the cheese (or something) didn't taste the same. Papa Gino's is very consistent across all its locations all the years I've eaten there, so this was noticeable. Even my 6 yo granddaughter said something about it before I did, so I know I wasn't imagining it.

My kids and I love going to this Papa Gino's when we are in Concord, but they do always think it takes too long to get our pizza. I've never noticed that, and it's always really delicious. This is our go to food choice when we are going to You're Fired in the same Plaza.
