Don't judge a book by it's cover!! Decor and seating are very basic. However, you'll be served with some good to excellent home cooking. Specials weekly. Service depends on number of guests. Great pies!! Prices are fair. If you are passing through on your way north, stop in! You won't be sorry you did.

Well there seems to be a change of guard from my last visit months ago. My guest I had taken there was served rotten fish and I tried to enjoy my greasy chicken wings my cousin in Groveton raved about, by the way her turn came and she no longer dines here. My guest wouldn’t eat anything and now it makes at least 3 and that’s how I rate it, employee made it not a horrible scene, thanks!

I really liked the onion rings! Actually, I could smell them the minute we drove up on the ATV, so I kind of had to get some. My dining companion had a daily special that involved chicken with soy sauce and I think American cheese, which I think it sounded disgusting beyond words but he said it was good. IDK, lol. I had a burger, it was good.

My first visit was a week ago, had very exceptional service also tipped handsomely. But since I haven't been feeling the best lately I decided to order out last night on 05/03/2019. I ordered popcorn chicken, French onion soup, mozzarella sticks and fried mushrooms. Got home they didn't give French onion but was charged. The chicken tasted like clams/ had scallop texture. The chickens breading cut back of my throat. The mozzarella sticks had hardly any cheese in them. The fried mushrooms had a really thick layer of half cooked dough that hasn't been fried right. I don't know why they treated me like a V.I.P one visit and treated me like an unwelcomed guest the next. But for any business that wants to succeed wouldn't you want to treat customers the same great way you once greeted them. Should be able to show the same exact exceptionalservice day in and day out. Must have been a flook that day I had good service and then horrible service. Also they make you go into the kitchen to pay. Wouldn't you not want customers to go in their? Also believe the food was a little undercooked and dealing with stomach cramps today. THANKS!
