We discovered Jade Palace a long time ago and loved it and always said why don’t we come here more often, lol. Then we discovered that they delivered! So now they are our favorite place to go out to but love the idea when we entertain we can order delivery and the food is always fresh juice and never greasy or flat.

Got sushi, was warm and not good, fed it to the seagulls, coworker got sweet and sour chicken... was not given sweet and sour sauce.. and had a hard time finding the chicken inside the dough.... Not recommended.

Food here is hit or miss. Usually pretty good, but as of late, quality has gone down a bit. Overall, still OK, but not going to go out of my way to eat here.

They were quick to seat us and quick to forget we were seated. Our server forgot our tea - which was requested twice - and she was terrible about remembering to refill our water too. They then sat a party of 11 right AFTER us, and made sure to serve all 11 people FIRST. (Our party was 4 people, with only ONE hot entree, two sushi rolls & a few a la carte items.) My Scorpion roll's taste was mediocre - and a little on the small side. My salmon was sinewy with a weird outside texture, making me wonder if this would be the meal that keeps on giving to the toilet god. (blahhh!!) I eat sushi all the time, and all over the US. This was by far the worst sushi I've eaten. Once the hot tempura meal finally came out - again, it was only mediocre. And since it arrived 30 minutes after our sushi arrived - it went home in a take-home container... Definitely should have gone somewhere else. I was very unimpressed and will never eat here again. OH YEAH, and my friend got winged in the ear by the owner snapping a new tablecloth onto the next table over.

Waited over an hr for what was told to be 30-45min delivery. pork Egg fu young burnt all around edges..pork was dry. HOUSE lo mein consisted of roughly 10 small shrimp n little bit of chicken and that was it!! Chicken wings were also a bit overcooked and the friend rice wasnt anything special either. 1&last time.totally wasted $ & time. Very bland and frankly not worth half price we paid

Normally where I go for my take out, But Iam not a fan of when you order "sesame chicken" and I get what I think is teriyaki beef that is breaded and covered in sauce and sesame seeds. If you dont have what I ordered let me know dont just wing it.

Couldn't get through! Tried for a half hour to place an order and never got a human, it just said "mailbox full, goodbye." And it was 7pm on a monday, and their hours say they're open.

Great food, my go to Asian place, serving Japanese and Chinese. During lunch, the prices are phenomenal, even for sushi. I got four rolls, specialty, and my husband got a separate dish, with drinks, it came to about $34. I've gotten take-out for dinner plenty of times and the servings are more than enough for 2 adults, but who doesn't want leftovers from here!

The food here has progressively gotten worse . This has always been a gathering place for family get togethers ... The last straw was yesterday , the food was mushy and sushi was off . On the way out the door I was tapped on the shoulder and told that I had shorted them on the bill payment ... she then noticed the twenty under the ones ... nobody apologized ... all I got was "honest mistake" . It truly was an honest mistake on my part to go there again and will now never again in my life .

Only been here for the Chinese buffet a little bit more expensive than some of the lunch buffets I've been to before and they have kwasi table service would rather just have pay at the door and go in and eat and leave so it's a little bit faster for fast lunch food is typical American Chinese food very sweet lots of sauces would prefer more traditional

I use to order take out from here and always raved about the egg rolls how disappointed I was when the egg rolls arrived in a pool of grease, the oil.was dripping out of it when I picked it up, we told the waitress and they didn't even offer to take it off our bill. After asking us 3 times if we wanted to bring it home.

The food I had was delicious. We went for the buffet but looked at it before ordering and unfortunately thought it looked a bit too heavy with fried food for our tastes. So we ordered off the lunch menu. Everyone was satisfied with our food and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean.

The flavor of the Sesame Beef I ordered was tasty, but boy was the meat tough and chewy. The waitress explained that the meat is coated and deep fried, so that is why is was chewy. I have had Sesame Beef plenty at other restaurants and the beef is usually tender. It is supposed to be marinated so the meat is tender and juicy, not dry and so tough I thought my teeth would come out. Such a shame, because their sauce is so good I could drink it. My fellow diner had the Peking Duck and she said it was good, but not great. The pork fried rice was the best part of the meal, so make sure you order that instead of the white rice (unless you really want that). The fried rice was actually the best I have had in recent memory, but the beef kinda ruined it for me.

Food was surprisingly fresh! The beef and broccoli dish was really good and better quality than the usual Oriental take-out restaurants I'm used to. Wait time was really quick which is perfect for my lunch breaks. Highly recommend.

Great place for good food. General Gau's chicken is a must, and the brown rice is delicious and chewy. Vegetables are steamed beautifully, and the sauces are well made and have great flavor. Any meal I have had there has been good, and the service is great as well. Prices are reasonable, and don't forget to stop in during the day for their buffet.

Used to be a staple. Now lost in internet world. Ordered meal with specific edits and received what i asked NOT for.. management needs to pay for attention to details especially when specific request are asked and large spends are taking place.

Ate dinner here. Generals guas chicken f'ng sucked. It was like eating crispy fried dough balls, chicken content very minimal. About 1/2 cup of fried rice with meal another $3, really? Only positive thing was they had Pepsi.
