We ordered for delivery and most of the food was overcook and taste was really bad. We weren't able to eat it and bought it back to the restaurant. I would not recommend at all.

I don't even know where to begin here. Hands down the worst "restaurant" my fiancee and I have ever been to. We were greeted by some woman that looked at us like we weren't supposed to be there... She then proceeded to tell us to sit wherever we please(dining room included). The service was beyond awkward, as the server was blatantly hitting on my fiancee the entire time. The server ignored me, even went to call me a 4 year old in what was a pathetic attempt at a joke. I used to serve tables in college, that's not how you treat people. The food was equally as bad. For the record, we've been to multiple chinese restaurants in the area. This place has legitimately the worst crab rangoons I've ever had in my lifetime. To top it off, our plates the server brought out were dirty! Unfortunately, there was nothing good about our experience at Haluwa. The server bagged up the rest of our pu-pu platter and when we got home, I threw the food in the woods to the squirrels. I hope the owners read this to improve their situation.

Food was ok, our waitress was awful! When I gave her my credit card to pay at the end of the night, she left it on the glass table in the front hallway Unattended! Anyone walking by could have just taken it, luckily I was the one to be walking by and grabbed it. When I said something to the waitress she just gave me an attitude and blamed it on someone else. After that, I went to the person that the waitress said was the owner and told him what had happened but got nowhere with that , I could tell he did not really care. I will never go back there again

Not the most beautiful place.. the customer base is an... interesting crowd... I'd definitely recommend TAKE OUT. But the food is good if you're looking for some easy fried american-style chinese take out. Prices are about what you'd expect. Oh - if you want to people watch, go here.

The Haluwa has been around forever. It's a Chinese restaurant with a lounge in the front that has live bands Friday and Saturday night. Decor is still in the 70's but the food is decent and you get a large portion.

I was not impressed. Ordered a #5 from their Dinner Combination with beef teriyaki take out, was driving home and I noticed a faint smell of burn food, but didn't think much off it. I should have stopped and opened the food because when I got home and opened the container I noticed that my rice was black, and very burnt. Beef sticks weren't too bad thought. My opinion, order somewhere else.

I wish I can give less than 1 star. I thought this is amongst one of the restaurant open after 10 pm to get some good Chinese food but sorry to say- pathetic taste and worst Chinese food. I ordered take away- fried rice which was total burnt and lo mein- floating with soy sauce. Ahhhh!!!!! Only Spring roll was a bit okay. Worst experience and not recommended. Wastage of money and time.

Spent a small fortune for take out and the food was horrible. The main dish was underseasoned and the sauce was like water. There were maybe 6 shrimp the size of a nickel. Mostly celery. By the time I got home, the bag was soaked. The hot and sour soup was also bland. Will NEVER order from there again.

Disgusting! It’s hard to believe that with the current, decent dining situation we have in Nashua that this place is still in business. It’s aweful. There are no redeeming qualities here. The Mai Tais are pre made, taste like mixer and are served out of dirty pitchers into filthy glasses. Several diners have literally photographed cock roaches on their food. (Browse the other reviews). The food is almost always old, probably cooked several times or left heating all day, fry grease tasted rancid and vegetables have more in common with scraps found on the floors of other restaurants. To say this food is good one must have no standards as I doubt even animals would consume it. Its like the start of a kitchen nightmare episode and is constantly peppered with area drunks (who are most likely the only positive reviewers). Avoid this place at all costs...I tried it 3 times in hopes of finding something they do well and 3 times I was ill for days afterward. Never again. Health inspector, shame on you!

Will never return when I saw the rude ladie that works there tell the nice old gentlemen that all Chinese food places are like this on new years eve. They are very rude and don't know what they are doing. Then by the time we get our food it was cold. Will never return!! Very bad customer service!
