We love Mexican food. We ate here in it's early days, and we weren't impressed; can't remember why. A few days ago, we were in the neighborhood and decided to give it a try. We had lunch. It was terrific Food and service was excellent. Made us wonder why we didn't like it the first time around. We have it on our "gotta go back" list of restaurants. One request. I love beef (allergic to pork) tamales. I'd love to be able to get them for lunch. Right now I'm consigned to a canned product. Can you have them on your menu?

Very good considering I'm very limited on what I like for Mexican food it was also nice that it was authentic and a pleasant atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely go again even if it was just for the strawberry margarita oh lord yummy. I had the lunch steak fajitas also very yummy.

Friday, July 6th 2018, my family and I visited this establishment and for the money we paid, the food was not up to standards. The prices are too high compared to the food served. We paid 89 dollars for food that did not taste like Mexican food and it is not recommended to enter this restaurant. We would suggest using real rice and beans. We'd also suggest for the cooks to look into how authentic Mexican food is made. Mexican food when made with love and care for the culture is excellent and a wonderful experience, and I feel that this place lacked just that. I think that there is room for improvement. But until that happens, we will not go back.

We ate there last night 10-5-18, the wait staff was pretty good but the bald server was a weirdo. He kept moving closer n closer to my wife everytime he came to the table. Before we finished our meal my wife was almost sitting in my lap because he kept creeping her out. The food was good but I don't know if we'll go back due to the server

First impressions are hard to beat....if the chips and salsa aren’t up to par, then there’s no need going any further. This place hit the nail on the head!!! I love cilantro, and I love fresh salsa. A good sign of good food. Service was very quick and the food was delish!

Food was good, the creepy bald waiter tried to give my wife his phone number. Called her "hun" at least 3 times, and wouldn't stop staring at her between his awkward table stops to make crappy jokes and ask for the 6th time if we (she) liked the food. He could not have cared less about what I thought. You'd have thought between conversations during dinner, and our appearance together that he would have gotten the point. We walked in with arms around eachother, told him we had been there years ago and told him we had to pick our kid up from the babysitter, so we needed to move right along. After 30 minutes of awkward jokes and such he finally goes "oh, so you guys are on a date?" it was pretty obvious. The guy is lucky I was in a good mood. Would likely return, the food was good. I wouldn't accept him as a waiter again, hopefully no one else will have to.

This particular time, we went for lunch on a Wednesday and the place was hopping! The locals must appreciate it too. The only drawback was that the habanero burrito didn't light my mouth on fire this time (it comes with a warning).

Decent Mexican food up in the sticks of NH! Almost as far away from Mexico as one can get but you may not believe it from what you get here! Prices are reasonable and beer, margaritas and wine all available. Outdoor seating on the patio doesn't offer much of a view but being outside is always a great option!

Average at best. I say this because I had to in the first time in my life send a dish back because it was burned. This place can get super busy. Call ahead to see if there is a wait or just expect a wait. They serve a massive margarita that is to die for. The food is average Mexican flare. Nothing to rave about. The facility is clean mostly and well decorated with a Mexican theme. Overall, the place isn't terrible.

It was alright. The place is busy, our service was slow but our waiter was really nice and tried to keep up with our need for water. The food was just ok. The beef burrito had very little spice in the meat. It was bland. My seafood burrito had more rice and cheese than seafood. The tamales had way to much cornmeal and very little meat. It was alright...I do have to say, I grew up in California where the Mexican food was out of this world.

Even though they were short on servers, the service was quick and accurate and like always the food was delicious. I had the taco trio with all three different shells(hard corn, soft corn and flour), my wife had the steak and chicken fajita, my mother in law had the arroz con pollo, one daughter had the chicken quesadilla fajita, my other daughter tried the shredded beef enchilada with red sauce. Been a while since I've been back to Gusanoz as frankly it really wasn't that good in the past, but I was taking my nephew to dinner and he picked. I don't know who's running the place now, but it was a huge improvement. We'll staffed, service was excellent and the food preparation was prompt and quality was the best I've enjoyed here. All in all I was really surprised and will most definetly be back. Well done folks.

Just had dinner at Gusano's for the first time. The food was delicious; great textures, nothing overdone, nothing underdone, robust flavours, and tasted very fresh. Service was excellent! Our waiter, Jair, was very friendly, helpful, and attentive, even while waiting on at least two, huge tables in addition to ours in a packed house. A great dining experience!

Gusanoz is a wonderful Mexican restaurant. They serve up some awesome food and great drinks! It starts of really good with the homemade salsa and chips. And then I recommend getting a Sizzling Molcajete. It’s a bowl of melted cheese and your choice of meat. It’s amazing! It also has a nice local feel. Will definitely be coming back!

It was very friendly inside. Had to stop by after seeing them on Restaurant Impossible. Food was great. Able to switch up menu items as I hate chicken. My daughter had the lobster burrito and brought half back to my wife, they both loved it. Her boyfriend had Chef Irvine's taco salad and wished there was more inside. I almost wish they were closer to try more items. Only thing I saw inside was Chef Irvine's peave... overhead white grate was dusty, glad we weren't sat below it. Other than that great place to eat.

Nice little unassuming Mexican restaurant located in a strip mall belies the friendly service and plentiful selections within. Typical Mexican choices along with a nice list of beers and Tequila as well as mixed drinks satisfy the hunger and thirst you might have. Selections include vegetarian options including beef pork chicken and some seafood entrees. Salads are also available.

Nice surprise in Lebanon. Family owned Mexican food restaurant with authentic Mexican (Mexican not MexTex) food. We are from AZ and appreciate good Mexican fare and this did not let us down. Very friendly and helpful staff. Service a little slow but it seemed like they were a little short staffed. Kid friendly with kid menu. Full bar and Margarita menu. Nice evening.

A favorite for locals. The food is fairly authentic for New England, the ambience is great, the service friendly and enthusiastic. Stuffed into the corner of a shopping strip, it gets pretty packed on Friday night even when weather allows the outside seating, so be prepared to wait 15-20 min. Good bar, so relax & enjoy.

An unexpected gem! Excellent, authentic and amazingly well priced. Service is great too. Guacamole is made at the table for you, which was unexpected and a good surprise. Tres Leches cake is as good as any I've had in all of my travels in Latin America over the years. And it's also kid friendly (went there with 2.5 yr old child and everything was setup, including complimentary coloring book and crayons)

We lived in the south for years and had so many choices for good Mexican restaurants. We moved to the North (Vermont) 3 years ago and did not find a good Mexican restaurant until we found Gusanoz! So good...very friendly staff....good music.... it will definitively be on our itinerary whenever we go to NH or MA ...or even worth the 1h30 min just for the experience.

Big thanks for being so vegetarian-friendly. It can be completely hit-or-miss with Mexican, and this was a big hit. Will definitely be back. The borracho sauce was A+!

Very good food, excellent service. Salsa with chips as appetizer had excellent flavor. The soup and salad were a meal unto themselves, the dressing was a perfect compliment, not over powering. The soup, good chili flavoring. Not the same effect of my wife's menudo, but delish none the less. The chimy I ordered had a slightly different fried tortilla flavor and texture than I'm accustomed to. The flavor of the pork filling however won the day! Excellent margarita, the rum did not overpower drink, kudos there. Background music, decidedly Puerto Rican. My wife being of Hispanic heritage giggled, and loved it! We will return to sample more of their flavors.
