The service here was horrible . We went with young children, we had to ask for napkins and water. The waitress gave us 2 napkins for 5 people and refilled only two water cups. The waitress did not remove our plates from the buffet service . We eat with our used plates all over the table( very difficult with small children) . They were quick to give us the bill and then stand over as we paid.

I should have known when the hostess acted annoyed that we were there. The waitress had the personality of a dead fish. No smile or personality. The water I ordered tasted like chlorine. The poo poo platter or as they call it boo boo platter was awful. The boneless pork was all fatty and dried. The chicken fingers were more doughy bread than anything. The shrimp was fake and not cooked through either. The pork fried rice was burnt and gross. The gas station would have been a better choice to get my food. I will never go there again.

My experience was horrible! I went there around 4:30 and I'd never been. I looked the menu over and decided I wanted a combination lunch special. I went to order and the lady told me I couldn't get that after 2:30 because it was a lunch special. That was fine but why did I get a menu with it on it if I couldn't order it. Usually places let you order what you want off of the menu you receive but you're changed a couple dollars extra if it's after the special time. I didn't see anything I really liked on the menu so we just left and didn't bother. We had ordered drinks though, so we were charged $5 for 2 drinks, one of which hadn't even taken a sip out of, the paper was still on the top of the straw. Needless to say we will never go there again, their customer service is horrible and it's just not a good place. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

First of all I know Alan from way back ..haven't been to the restaurant in a while ..went in today and was totally disappointed in the cleanliness of it ..all of the chairs were dirty , dusty ,fingerprints on tables ...all of the rungs on the chairs including the bar stools were dirty ..don't know when the last time was that they were dusted ..the food was COLD .everything on the buffet was cold ...the wait staff wiped off the tabletops ..quick swipe not a good wash ..I looked around at the bottom of the tables all of them dirty ..won't be back ..sorry Alan but I don't think I'm the only one noticing this ...as I have heard from friends and others in conversation that the upkeep isn't what it should be wanted to see for myself ..what happened to the pride in running the restaurant.....ugh

Good food horrible service. If you want to feel like your being watched while you eat, talked about in a different language, addressed extremely rudely, and have drink orders ignored/never delivered this is the place for you. If you do by chance are lucky enough to get a drink order in, it’s with a sigh or huff, very rude snarky remark under the breath and attitude. When it gets to the table you can expect it to basically be thrown at you with an abrupt 180 degree direction change walk away. “The Dragon Sisters” back at it with the worst possible service I’ve ever received! I will never go back ever again.

Wow, just left here. I’ve never had a worse restaurant experience in my life. There was seven of us, we each ordered a scorpion bowl and one of us got dumplings. The waitress from the very beginning was extremely unfriendly, and made us feel very uncomfortable. We told the waitress we were mostly just getting drinks, and I guess she did not hear us. When she came back, we told her again we were just getting drinks and the dumplings and she RIPPED the placemats that were in front of us and said “you should have told me you were only getting drinks”!!! First of all, the placemats are set at all the tables and we were one of 2 groups of people there. Second of all, scorpions bowls are more than any of the meals so I don’t understand the problem?? She proceeded to GRAB our napkins and silverware and muttered about how annoyed she was. We proceeded to go to the manager and explain the situation, she just kept saying okay, and didn’t do anything. We sucked our drinks down and left immediately. Never coming here again. That was ridiculous. Do not recommend to anyone ever. We still had to pay for everything even after we brought this to managements attention. Unreal.

Had a great dinner here. The restaurant is nice, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Staff was not only attentive and friendly, but a tour bus arrived as we were eating. They did not miss a beat. Our waiter remained on top of our table while serving a number of people who just arrived. I would recommend the beef teriyaki, crab Rangoon, and Lo mein because that is what we ordered and enjoyed. It appeared that they did a lot of take out while we were there. We will be back when we return to the Rumney/Plymouth area.

Where to start? The staff is rude. The food is extremely over priced and mediocre at best. Seriously, 10 pieces of sweat and sour chicken for $12 and guess what it doesn't even come with white rice. The single scoop of white rice (overcooked) the was an additional $3. The $4 bowl of soup was extremely salty and lacked any other flavors. The interior of the restaurant was clean and very nice but that was definitely outweighed by the low food quality, high prices, and extremely rude staff. Stay far away.

The service was less than desirable. The waitress was rude and uninviting. it felt like we were inconveniencing her for coming to the restaurant. The price for the food was not worth it. It cost 46.00 for 4 bowls of soup, sweet and sour chicken, chicken and broccoli and an additional 3.95 for white rice that most asian restaurants include. It would be one thing if the flavor was there, but even that was lacking. It is not worth visiting, especially when you have an 11 year old asking how you mess up rice. Save yourself the money and visit another restaurant in the area.

We love the quality and selection of the food here. It is VERY consistent! The restaurant and bathrooms are nice and clean and they have a great variety. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the prices are a bit higher than average. We would definitely go here more often in the prices were a bit lower. Instead we save it for special occasions.

I love Chinese buffets in general which is why this got a four, they have one. I did not eat off the menu I only ate at the buffet which is mediocre. There is only one table of food and when I visited it was all overcooked, bordering on burnt. The selection is fairly standard and what you would expect. There is some "sushi". I will be going again and if the food's any better I will update the review to reflect that

Clean and elegant. Full bar & lots of sushi. Best chinese food in Plymouth. Excellent for take out. Prices are high, but portions are plentiful. Only issue is lunchtime buffet is limited to about a dozen or so entrees, so variety is not plentiful, though it typically has the basics like chicken w/broccoli, boneless spareribs, pepper steak, & general gaus chicken.

I have never written a review but have to this time as a public service. My Wife and I had been looking forward to visiting this rest. because we like Asian food, but not this time. Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had in an Asian Rest. Waitress was very rude and guy at the front desk wasn't much better. Coke I ordered tasted like metal, I respectfully sent it back and got a warm root beer in a bottle which tasted good but when poured into glass of ice, same metal taste again. I think sending the Coke back put the waitress in an even worse mood if that was possible. Ordered Beef and Mushrooms which was of low quality, canned mushrooms, authentic?. If all that wasn't enough, let me ask you one question, who has in their lifetime ever paid $2.25 extra for small bowl of white rice that should have come with the meal anyway? When we asked the guy at the front desk about the extra charge for the rice he said "thats what we do here". If you ever have the choice between this place and frozen food from the super market, take the frozen, much better food, friendlier attitude and you wont be out $45.00. Did I mention this place is way over priced?

Went recently, ordered a meal, had to ask for water, did not get white rice with with either meal that we have ordered before and had rice with, the waitress was rudely complaining about a lack of tip from her previous customers and it was no surprise as she was a terrible waitress. We were welcomed with a smile. It all went downhill from there! Waited 20 minutes for a waitress to approach our table. She didn't smile or say hello, just asked what we want for drink. Both my husband and I ordered root beers. The waitress left and came back with 5 minutes later two waters. We asked for root beer she left the table came back with two warm root beers in bottles. We ordered soups and never received them. When our food order came out we were pleasantly surprised that the food was good but the portions were not the greatest. We were not approached Again by our waitress until we had called her over for our check. We then reminded her to take the soups that we didn't get off our check. No I'm sorry or how was your meal asked.

We were very disappointed with this establishment. We arrived at 12:50pm for the buffet and waited almost 5 minutes to be seated. It wasn't busy either. I flagged someone down at the bar and they got someone for us. Well that someone was in the back of the place and waved for us to come back as if they could not be bothered to come up and greet a customer. As we went to the buffet counter almost half the trays were empty. After asking for more food to be brought out their reply was "yes yes we refill but buffet almost over". We arrived at 12:50 and the buffet ends at 2:30! They NEVER refilled anything but ONE item. The selection is small and the staff seemed put out. We actually had to stack our plates on the table next to us as they never picked them up nor asked if we needed anything nor refilled our drinks. AND the place was NOT busy!!! To be fair what we did eat tasted good but for the price it should have been better. The staff made you feel like you were bothering them. We frequent this area every week as we have a place near by, needless to say we will be skipping this establishment and sharing our experience. We are the least picky eaters you'll find. The food is good but overpriced just a bit but the service is horrendous! (well at least folks we dealt with)

Staff was friendly and attentive. The food was served quickly and it was super hot when it arrived, so I'm assuming this went right from the stove to the table. I have to knock it down a star because the soft drinks do not have free refills, something you expect in today's market and worse they'll happily refill your glass without telling you prior that you're paying for it at a slightly higher than market average price for fountain soda. The food was good enough to look past all that, just don't come thirsty, or stick to adult beverages.

No cream cheese in their rangoons, no not a joke it was extremely disappointing to know that when Mr Fugaky came over when I confronted them he said "Oh there cream cheese in there, see?" It only took about 6 of them crack open to show the minimal amount of cream cheese, then on top of it all 2.25 for a soda with no free refill. Can't warn you enough if you are reading this to tell you that the service was awful and the selection was even worse. Travel 30 min in any direction to actually get what you want. Never before have I ever left a restaurant actually angry about the trifecta of a terrible restaurant. From beginning to end we were disappointed and will not be returning. Oh and the rudeness of the waitresses with bringing the bill way too early while eating and being on their phone the entire time while getting dirty looks.

Excellent food and very pleasant service. The place is clean and well kept. Plenty of parking, including room for trailers to turn around, so it's convenient for skiers, snowmobilers, kayakers and campers any time of year. Less than a mile off I-93 makes it a good stop for gas or just to break up the trip.

It was a terrible experience. My waitress was in n some sort of mood and made us felt like we were a bother. Had to ask for all the condiments. I ordered General Gau' s on the dinner menu and i didnt get any rice with it and when i asked she said it didn't come with any. If my wife didnt order noodles I would have been eating only chicken not only that but the chicken wasn't that great either. Way too sweet. I came here 2 years ago and really enjoyed I was looking forward to eating here again but it was the utmost disappointment.

Terrible. Got there at 1 45 yesterday and had to ask if someone could wait on us. They came over and we ordered a drink. No personality at all. No smile nothing We ordered the buffet which we should have looked at first. It read till 230 buffet was open The buffet had very little food left and it was dry and cold. I asked for eggs rolls. He said there was one left. Yes one half dried cold egg roll. Not a good experience We used to go there all the time it wasn't bad like that. never again

Hit and miss operation. Occasionally offering superb dishes (sautéed string beans and house fried rice), and occasionally offering semi-comatose staff that never heard of said dishes. One waitress must be family, as she's the least interested impersonator ever to work a dining room. One visit's shrimp with lobster sauce was quite good, and the next trip brought something that certainly was not that. After 40 years of enjoying Chinese cuisine, the purported waiter's protestations that it was what I ordered rang hollow. Best to skip, or try takeout (there's one sharp young lady usually handling orders) .,.,

Although the food is good, the service is terrible! Our waitress never smiled, didn't ask us how our meal was, and stood there like a drill Sargeant staring at us waiting for us to leave. On more than one occasion , her and another waitress stood right next to us speaking Chinese and pointing at us and making strange faces. We felt VERY uncomfortable the whole time. Also, when we were done eating we asked to take the rest home and she brings over boxes and bags and leaves them on our table! I am 47 and this was my 1st time ever packing up leftover Chinese food!

Food was great no complaints on that...service not so much, seems ordering and asking for refills is a chore for the servers...barely a smile in the whole place.

My daughter and I where there on a Tuesday night. The bar was half full. We had mai tais as usual, always top notch. The summer help is back to school so we had a different server that I recognized from previous trips. We ordered kamikaze maki, green beans, Chinese eggplant with tofu, Mongolian beef and vegetable fried rice. All the dishes were excellent. The eggplant and tofu is the best. I would put their food up against any Chinese restaurant that I've eaten at. It's always great. Can't wait to go back!

We went at around 3pm so after the buffet and lunch specials. Our waitress was very rude. And the food was so overpriced, we paid 76 dollars just for 1 order of chicken tenders and an order of beef with green peppers, 3 orders of pork fried rice + plus 4 sodas. I'm not from New Hampshire so I don't know but damn I have never paid that much for chinese food.

I love the food here hot and fresh and taste so good the building is nice it's always clean inside the only reason it's a four-star not a five-star because the wait staff is a little disassociated they seem distant kind of have to get them to open up a little to get some life out of them but I still love the FOOD.
