I was so hungry on a Saturday night and I wanted to try a nice restaurant up the street so me and a few family members called again to get our food quicker. I waited for my table for 1 hour! Then when we finally got seated it took another hour to get our food! Terrible! So many workers not doing anything!

Great food, although consistency is not always what it should be. Superb staff. Nice atmosphere. We really love it when the pianist entertains in the main dining room. We'd go just for that. Yummy food is a bonus!

Excellent. We ordered two of the items off the "Specials Menu" one was a broiled haddock dish with white wine whole butter, lemon and topped with sprinkling of seasoned cracker crumbs and crumbled feta. The second special was Italian sausage Orecchiette. Made with sweet sausage, asparagus, mushrooms, in a pesto sauce. The sausage dish should be added to the regular menu

Had their Veal Saltimbocca! Excellent, tender veal medallions in a delicious white sauce with fresh tomatoes and accents of bacon. Great ambiance and an evening piano player. Great dinner experience!

Well here we go, the service was extremely good . But the food was not so good. I was extremely disappointed with their chicken parm, it was burnt . The so called northend was lacking flavor. This is the only time I would ever suggest that if you go to Fratellos go to a sub shop first.

After being told to come after 7 pm for a party if 6 at 2pm we agree on time of 730.pm. I called again at 645 to confirm and ask if I make it a party of 7 would that be a problem? No problem thank you we have your name. Arrive at 730 to be told we are having problems? You will not be seated for 2 hours! Sorry see you later! Not happy with this place

Fratello’s is a great restaurant! They have a wonderful service staff and an atmosphere that is somehow classy and down to earth at the same time. Their breadsticks are both free and amazing. Their fresh pizza is big enough for two, but good enough that you won’t want to share it. The fish is also fantastic. The prices are relatively high but they are justified. Go to Fratello’s for a wonderful time and great food.

We ordered 3 pizzas for pickup. One was Gluten free. 2 were not. They all tased like gluten free which was terrible. The margarita pizza was kind of grey. Not sure why or how.

Terrible!! I just picked up an arugula, tomato and pesto pizza. Soggy, undercooked crust- somes had no tomato- barely any pesto on the (soggy) crust. Minimal, wilted arugula We've been on the road all day and just wanted a slice! I had to scrape off the greens and cook the pizza. So disappointed!

We went to this restaurant on a family vacation and the food was horrible. The pasta and sauce was bad. They even messed up a bowl of pasta. The setting was pretty nice but the people were miserable and the food was horrible. None of us ate and they dident even refund any of our meals. They also dident let us take are leftovers. I would not recommend.

Disappointed. I have been here a few times and the food is usually good. Not this time. Food was not prepared properly. It was either overcooked or not hot enough. Felt like the food was prepared ahead of time and then warmed by a microwave. Likely will not be returning.

Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. She seated is upstairs with a view from the window. We just got appetizers and were not entirely impressed with them. Please see pictures, the service was good, the presentation was nice, the bread was warm and delicious and the oil had a kick the homemade butter was good and the homemade spread yummy. Pros: very spacious, good service, great complimentary bread. Quick service and many choices in the menu. I did not do well with pictures off my game today sorry. Cons: a little pricey for lunch food although great presentation was not above par. The bathroom was in a tight spot and only one restroom, the foot was sticky (ya eeww) and no posted signs to find them. We didn't try much so I didn't rate it low, it's worth a shot, we won't go back but I'm happy we tried it.

Will never go back...my family of 4 went in for dinner, waitress came over within a few minutes to get drink orders. I told her I wanted a water and a gluten free menu, she left immediately and got the menu but didn't take anyone elses drink orders. After 15 minutes she finally came back and took our drink and food orders; drinks came after a bit but our food took 40 minutes! When it finally came 1/2 my pizza was burnt and my sister took 2 bites of a slice of my pizza and bit into a screw (yep a literal metal screw). They did comp my meal and gave a free dessert.
