The best restaurant I have ever been to. The staff are absolutely amazing, the food is not only GORGEOUS visually but tastes phenomenal. The owner is very very sweet and super fun, the staff always know how to make you feel welcome! Food may sometimes look pricey, but its definitely worth the money for what you get. All the food tastes fresh and the restaurant is always very clean and sanitary. I just might come here every weekend!

It was good lunch. All 3 in my party enjoyed it. The rice had a smokey taste and not sure if that is normal as this was first time here. Crab rangoon were a little bland but good.

That has to be the worst experience my family has been through... we made a reservation for 6:30 tonight and were told we wouldn’t be sat unless everyone was there, we made sure everyone was prompt. We all arrived at 6:10pm. Again, we’re told we were too early. They waited until 6:30 to seat us. There were open hibachi tables. We ordered our food and waited, and waited. After waiting for over an hour my mother in law went and found the manager. We were told that they only had two cooks tonight and it would be 5 more minutes. The manager was trying to “make it right” by buying our first round. We said we were leaving and we were threatened to have the police called if we didn’t pay. We Paid for our drinks, and left. The manager accused us of yelling at him and being rude. We were polite and asking what was happening. Unfortunately it was not the first time we had this experience here. I can say we probably won’t be going back. Now we have to find someone to use the $400 of gift cards we have as a family. There should be some sort of repercussions for this behavior. Completely unacceptable...

Love the friendly greeting. The design offers clean lines and simple geometric patterns , accented with colorful track lighting which cast some interesting shapes and shadows. My favorite accessories are the whimsical yet chic hanging lights over each table. The food was great from Sushi to Soup and beyond. Dragon Roll was excellent and spring rolls were lightly crispy w/ great dipping sauces. All in all a delightful place with great food and relaxed atmosphere I thoroughly enjoyed and will again. Very busy and new. Service was very good. Food, not so much. My catsu chicken was crispy but very dry. Chicken fingers (like sweet and sour chicken) were crispy on the outside and moist inside. Mongolian beef tasted fine, but the rest of the stuff we had was mediocre.

My wife and I have dined in twice and had great food and service both times but they just can’t get it right when it comes to take out. All 3 times there was an issue with the order. First time they forgot the egg rolls. No biggie it happens. Next time they forgot my wife’s meal. I called and drove back the 6 miles each way to get it for her and when I got home it was wrong. The last time it was simple. When I got there to pick up my order they had forgotten to send it to the kitchen. I waited for a bit ( Christmas Eve) and when it came out I specifically asked if there was hot mustard and duck sauce. I was told yes. Got home, no duck sauce. Not a huge deal but I wanted it, I asked for it and it’s the one thing they always put in the damn bag. They’ve had the same people up front each time.

We went when they first oped up and sat in the bar area, and the food was excellent and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. The past few times I have been back over the last few months, the food has gone down hill and the the last time we went there it seemed like the waiter kept forgetting about us.

I went here to get sushi for a takeout lunch. Service was so slow! Finally, someone came out and said they'd just "found" the sushi rice and my (uncomplicated) order would still be a few minutes. When it finally came, I realized in the car they had given me salad (yellowy iceberg) instead of miso soup, and the eel and avocado roll and California rolls were quite mundane. First time I've thrown sushi away. I'm giving them three stars on the off chance that entrees and/or their Chinese menu is better. I still have to go find lunch.

Wow blew us away! (in a good way) coming from SD where we have higher expectations, this restaurant met and exceeded our standards. Portion sizes are huge as well so be careful. An order of orange chicken and fried rice is enough for 2 to 3. Food was delicious and we tend to picky, again only because we have seen what great food looks and tastes like. Definitely coming here more often as we just discovered this place. Eastern Paradise dont change what your doing, your staff is top notch and the food is amazing! Great Job!

We were sat right away but we waited 30 minutes before we had to ask the two servers bickering behind us, fighting over who was gonna take the table and were very short with us, for our food. Never once did the manager come over I will never go here again the food was great but your service needs to be updated.. I work in the industry and this here put the worst taste in my mouth I have ever had... DO NOT GO HERE.

Went in tonight for hibachi. Waited literally 30 minutes for just drinks that we never received. Had waitresses walk past us without saying anything. Our waitress came 30 minutes after she took our drink order still without our drinks. At that point i was over it and decided to leave. Place was almost completely empty. Absolutely terrible service. Not busy, not understaffed. No excuses except pure laziness.

You just need to go here. Everything is yes. It's disgusting how good it is. Not greasy, all flavors and freshness on point. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet. The bar tender is super friendly and laid back. You will need to request the check if you're done, which no big. It works. Definitely stayed for another couple rounds for the sole fact it wasn't received yet (shhhhhh) lol Eurasian food joint rarity. The bathrooms are ridiculously clean. THANK YOU. It's the place to be, the food is amazing, just rename the place to yes.

Owerall happy with this place. I only got a take out, so I can't say much about restaurant and staff, but my meal Tekka Don - tuna and sushi rice was delicious and fresh. It came with miso soup and small fried sticks as an appetizer. My additional seaweed salad was also enjoyable.

Food was really, really good! I was hesitant because I read a mix of great and horrible reviews for this property. My dining companion pointed out that sometimes a new business needs to work a few Kinks out of the system. I think the Kinks have been worked out, because we had a wonderful dining experience. I had Mongolian beef... Absolutely wonderful. My dining companion had red curry shrimp. Not exactly sure if that is Chinese food... But I had a bite and it was really yummy, I would say tasted more Indonesian.

This was BY FAR the worst Chinese food and service I have ever had. I dont typically complain but our food came out cold, the drinks sucked, and the wait for drinks and food was ridiculous considering there were 2 other tables. We ordered the house specials which should be pretty hard to mess up and I’ve never had anything worse. I went and talked to the manager and he only said okay. Never talked to us or sent anyone to the table. Had to ask for the bill after waiting for 20 minutes after we finished eating and we’re the only table there at that point.

Mostly a great experience. Went in and we did the teppanyaki, the food was good and the show was good. Our waiter was attentive and we had no problems getting drinks. The only real issue we had was the floors of this place were wet, due to rain, and it was like an ice skating rink. They did have dryers out trying to dry the floor but it wasn't helping. I was on crutches and it was very difficult for me to get around. Speaking to the staff they were well aware of the slippery floors and said they were working with the contractors to resolve the issue. I hope they do. I will definitely be going back to try some sushi and some of the other dishes they offer. Prices were what I expected.

The hibachi was wonderful, as always. However, that's the only reason this place gets more than 1 star from me. There was sand all over the floor, which made it very slippery while wearing flip flops. Service was slow and sometimes forgotten - the waiter seemed over his head for our party of 14 (despite having made a reservation well in advance). After the meal, he had to ask everyone what they had ordered and how many drinks they had consumed... TWICE. We waited at least 30 minutes to get the checks, but finally gave up and approached the podium to request our checks. My husband and I each ordered a meal, he had 2 Bud Lights, and I only drank water - our bill was $88. My brother in law and his girlfriend ordered the same two meals, he drank 3 Bud Lights and she drank 3 Michalob Ultras - their bill was also $88? We were never given an itemized bill, just the credit card slip, so I can only imagine we paid for drinks that we didn't have. I only wish I had known we had received the same bill before leaving

The broccoli was partially cooked and the chicken was chewy. I couldn’t eat it. I just ate the broccoli. I had spring rolls with it, those were good. I’ll try them again, just won’t be getting chicken.

We love Eastern Paradise for our take out. Around here one must travel to find good take out food, so we were ecstatic when Eastern Paradise opened up in The Ridge. Staff, food and prices have been consistent from our 1st order. Sunday March 30th we ordered and again food was amazing, but we wanted to give a special shout out to the Crab Rangoons which were mouth watering, perfectly crisp and full of flavorful filling. The new look is great as well with 4 heavenly sides to break apart and enjoy. Please dont go back to the original style.. This is perfection at its finest.. Hands down the best we have ever had here in NH.. 5 stars for sure.. Thank you Eastern Paradise!!!

Edited Review: This review originally was bad. We went their first week of opening and I won’t lie, it was awful. Since then we’ve returned several more times due to convenience (I honestly did not want to go back). Huge, and I mean HUGE improvement! This place is now amazing and a regular place for us. The food is always good, the sushi is fresh, the drinks are strong, and the staff is wonderful, especially Kenny. He always entertains my 7 year old daughter with paper oragami, tricks, and sneaks her treats. She loves going to much she begs me regularly. This place has the best Chinese and Sushi you will find and wonderful staff.

Each lunch special comes with soup or salad, and choice of appetizers (chicken fingers, crab rangoon, and other I can't remember). Also we each had a mai tai. Also good. Good food, good service. Really liked this place. There were a couple mess ups on our meal because it was busy when we went but the waitor corrected it once he realized them. :) Also the waitor was great, he was playing peekabook with my two year old fussy nephew from across the room. It cheered him right up :) Their General Tso chicken was very delicious! They were also great at accepting customizations to the meal like making the fried rice to White rice even though it wasnt on the menu as an option for the meal, upon us asking they gave us a small bowl of melted butter for the white rice :) Will definitely be going back another time!

Been here 5 times. Only once has the service been good. The food is alright depending what you get. If I didn’t like the Thai style wings so much I would never go here. Was told by one server that the only money they make is tips. If true then it’s under poor ownership, if false trying to just swindle tip money then that is poor as well. Also had to mention to them that they probably shouldn’t leave their applicants social security card copy right there on the counter for all to see. Now that I think about it. If they are that careless with someone’s personal information, just imagine what happens in the kitchen.

I judge a Chinese food place on their veggie fried rice because so many times the restaurant just adds more onions. They had one of the best veggie fried rice I've ever had. Perfectly cooked with zucchini, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower... Real vegetables! We also had a shrimp tempura roll and fried dumplings, both delicious. This place is going to be our new go-to Chinese place!

We knew this was a new restaurant in town and decided to give it a try. We ordered a simple Pu Pu platter for two and it was delivered before our appetizer. The appearance of the food is nice, but the portion size was disappointing. There was absolutely no flavor other than the grease it was cooked in. Hands down the worse Chinese food we have ever had. The overall presentation of the restaurant was pleasant, but do not go hungry if you need to attend at this location for any reason.

I’ll admit the food is good there; however, the last time we went we did not have a good experience at the end of our visit... we went with a party of five totaling three checks leaving over $10 in tips on each. A guy that didn’t even wait on us had the nerve to inspect all our receipts before leaving and then pointed out our tip in front of other guests that were around us about how it wasn’t enough. And this was after they forgot someone that was in our party’s tofu. Refused to just deduct it from the check and replace it with fried ice cream when repeatedly told they did not want the ice cream. Our bill came to $82 and some change with a $22 tip. Regardless, the number one rule of customer service is to never ask a customer for more money. Ive never experienced that in my life! I was completely humiliated, embarrassed and beyond mad. A tip is earned! The guy that cooked and entertained us got the tip he deserved. Not our fault you don’t know how to pay your employees. I’m not the type of person to bash businesses but I feel everyone has a right to know how we were treated...

They stopped me in a quieter seat away from other people and were very wonderful was service as well as the food was excellent. Nicest restaurant in Rochester. Also the hibachi experience is very fun and relax, I've gone to the hibachi twice and ended up smiling each time.

Went with family of six. The serving gal that we had was very pleasant. The wait was a little long for the meals to arrive, but everything was very tasty. This was new years day evening. My wife and I went there one noon and we were very impressed.food was delicious and luncheon was plentiful. Will go again. The luncheons! are quite inexpensive.

There are a number of Asian restaurants in the area. This place is not perfect but beats all of their competition we have tried within a 20 mile radius. The spicy dishes are slightly bland, but catering to a traditional New England bland pallet. We ordered a few traditional dishes to compare. To date they have flavorful dishes that aren't saturated in grease and MSG. Worth a try, and that is an improvement over the other local Asian restaurants. Great lunch specials.
