Went for the lunch buffet around 1:00 pm. Very friendly, helpful staff, and clean everywhere (inc. the restroom). Everything was hot and delicious, the sushi is included and it is varied, well made, and delicious. Foods are in shallow pans so food doesn't sit, fresh pans put in quickly. There are 3 long hot bars, 1 sushi bar, 1 long fruit/salad bar, and 2 dessert bars with at least 6 flavors of real ice-cream to scoop. You can also get buffet take-out (pay by the pound) or order off the menu. Prices are very reasonable.

Not a bad place for a buffet. Standard buffet fare. Has the typical Chinese buffet with some American- friendly choices. Sushi as well so that's a plus for me. Service was pretty good and attentive. This place changes pretty often but the offerings are pretty much the same.

We love it here and the food has always been good, especially the dumplings! It can get hectic around dinner rush but most times it is pleasant and the staff are really nice! It's great having it close to home and it's relatively inexpensive in my opinion.

The host was completely rude. And the manager kept leering at me and my friend as we sat at the bar to eat. The host questioned me about my friends age who by the way was standing right there. And then when I questioned him he got mad and told me " don't start...oh you wanna play that game." The bartender was the ONLY highlight to this visit. Price for the quality and choice of food was NOT worth it. I will never go back to this place.

It's what you'd expect from a (mainly Chinese food) buffet. It isn't bad food, it isn't great food - though the mashed potatoes and gravy were very KFC like. It's food for when you want to hang out and eat a bunch of random stuff en masse. I did enjoy the ice cream. And the crab Rangoon. Not together, but still.

I'm honestly not understanding the 5 star reviews here? We went for the first time Sunday afternoon around 1pm. After reading some reviews figured the price for buffet would be $8-12 but it was $14. Prices for buffet don't seem to be posted anywhere online so I'm not sure if they change it all the time based on day of the week and time or if it just keeps going up. Sushi was low quality but the chef did his best with the quality of ingredients. The rest of the food was either very dry or very greasy, and items weren't labeled correctly. The stuffed scallop shells were the worst -- they didn't taste like they had any scallop and instead it was like eating a fork-full of mayonnaise. Our server was polite but she wasn't keeping the area clean and didn't complete either our request for extra napkins or offer to refill our drinks until after we had finished our meal. Wish we hadn't gone.

The food is pretty decent depending on the choices you put on your plate. There wasn't anything too spectacular; it's a run of the mill all you can eat with variety. The service is pretty good. Unfortunately, every single time I have returned here in the past I go home with a hurting stomach. This most recent experience ended with salmonella and I stayed up practically all night heaving my guts out. If you're really hungry for decent food at an alright price I'd come here but be aware of the risk.

Excellent! The sushi as picky as I am was VERY surprised at how good it was. I hate to compare to Ikko but if you wanted a buffet but with the option of wanting sushi option you won't be disappointed especially with the rolls. The place definitely cleaned up since the last Chinese restaurant closed and the buffet variety is wonderful. Everything seems fresh. The staff there were all friendly. If you want to avoid crowds during weekdays and weekends I'd go after 6:30pm.

I paid for the snow crab/prime rib/Saturday night 13.99 x 4 for a buffet that never had any snow crab at all even before we got there and first plate selection , the entire hour I spent there from 6pm to 7pm the night I spent 80 dollars and never once did they stock the special the entire time and they never restocked anything fresh but the pork selections , they had pork 6 different ways . they had the same prime rib meat the dollar tree sells . no lie this is a fact they are paper thin and after the meal we left shopping to find the same steaks at the local family dollar tree. The sushi was very fresh and very very good. The lo me in was very good and the chicken on a stick was very good . everything eles was horriably overpriced for the mediocore dishes . The staff was friendly and the price should depend on the amount of fresh food they put out on selctions , like I said 6 different tyoes of pork leaves you with Mabry 3 selections and thats not a Buffett . thats a cheap cop out . this was overpriced and not qualify for even 3 stars at the moment . they need a menu redesign . will not be going back untill I hear from new menus and selections .

I love this place. They have great choices on their buffet. The only downfall with this place is you have to know when to go. I suggest going when they open or a couple hours after and if you're going for dinner go at the changeover time. This seems to be when the food is best.

The food was decent the service was very good. They filled the food pretty frequently they're making the sushi fresh however I really didn't care for those options. All your traditional fried Chinese foods are really good I think it lacks some originality as far as the other dishes, but very American Chinese food. Lots of dessert choices, the only negative was the overall decor of the actual restaurant. It really needs to be updated.

The buffet is 12 bucks and is amazing! Sushi, shrimp, all the Chinese stuff you’d want and even a kids row of pizza and Mac n Cheese. I call it adult land.. more amazing? 0.99 for a Sam Adams 76 if you get the buffet or 2 dollar High life’s. Buffet 3 beers and tip $20. Ok sold.

Crab legs are a myth. Just a line they use to get you to pay an extra $2 for dinner price. Dinner is the same as lunch. Chicken on a stick is usually pretty decent tho.

Buffet style eatery. Mainly Chinese food, some seafood options, limited American options and a limited sushi selection. There's some hard serve ice cream, and a dessert bar. $11.99 weekday for an adult isn't bad. I believe it's a couple bucks higher on the weekends. Note: if your child(ren) use a high chair, request one and Don't include them when they ask how many. This is how they bill you. If your child is using a high chair chances are they don't eat that much.

I had never been in before I was invited to a baby shower in the conference room. The buffet was absolutely amazing, and I was blown away by the variety they offered, the constant freshness of each dish on the buffet, and the helpfulness of all the staff. If you are with a party who can't decide if you want Chinese, American, sushi, or just some drinks, I'd recommend having lunch/dinner here because it meets everyone's tastes.

Nice Chinese American buffet in Somersworth, just outside the Dover NH line. Large restaurant with parking lot near the shopping store area. Basic Chinese American food since it's geared towards the local, Non-Asian population. Limited sushi selection but wasn't expecting much of that. There were ~4 buffet tables serving food including dessert. Waitress was friendly. Clean men's bathroom. Reasonably priced <$10 for lunch. Very rare finding a Chinese American buffet place, much less a good one, in New Hampshire considering there's not much of an Asian population in NH. Don't expect 'authentic' Chinese food in NH. You'll need to travel to MA for that! Will have to come back to try it's dinner buffet to see if it's any different in the food dishes though expect to obviously pay more for the dinner buffet.

The food is extremely over priced for the quality, the chairs and tables are extremely worn and gross, there are holes in the walls, some of the light fixtures dont work, it took the waitress 20 mins to separate checks, the weekend prices are way higher than the weekday price and it is not advertised any where. The ice cream station...the scooper is kept in water when not in use but the water nearly covers the handle of the scooper. This means people are putting their hands in the water to get the scooper and making the water and the scooper unsanitary. Makes me question sanitation in other areas of this restaurant.

I love this buffet! Everything is so fresh. The raw bar on the weekend is freshly shucked. The sushi is different and made right in front of you and the crab legs are huge. The Chinese food selection is vast and always delicious. On Friday nights there is a traditional Iris folk group that gathers in the side room and plays.

Extensive offerings of Asian food. Hot and fresh. Some of the best spicy dishes I have ever tasted. Full fresh sushi bar. Full salad bar. Full dessert bar. A bar of American dishes if you desire. Excellent and attentive waitstaff. Since the Yangtze closed we have tried six local Chinese restaurants and none have come close to the Continental restaurant. And of the drinks are real drinks not the fruity watered down drinks you get at other restaurants.

Amazing place with amazing food. Great tastes, nice (but occasionally annoying) staff, lots of food options, and I recommend this place for EVERYONE. They don't have any nutrition labels or anything for the food, so you'd have to ask if maybe you were on a diet. Weirdly does not give you any spoons though, so I ended up eating ice cream with a fork, pudding with my tongue, and jello with my face. One annoying waiter did walk up and ask us how everything was every 5 minutes though. That's really my only complaint.

I mostly eat Sushi here when I go. I was pleasantly surprised they had egg drop soup! Instead of the small round crunchy noodles for the side choice to put on top, I wish they offered the flat crunchy noodles. Hubby had a plateful. I have observed everytime we've eaten here, the chicken teriyaki on a stick is way over cooked and hard. Wait Staff is very pleasant and friendly.

The quantities of food are small. The number of items is low. Some species are of good quality. Not good. The price per person in the open buffet is $ 13.99. Some of the workers are not friendly. The general atmosphere is normal. You can go to this restaurant if you do not have alternatives.

Food was okay to taste but it was dried up. However, along with our Chinese food we got a good ol' helping of plastic. (Which I don't believe was on the menu!) Service was alright but slow, both servers we had were quiet and didn't appear to come off as too friendly. They were also throwing intensils from halfway across the room into one of their dish buckets, which was just loud and obnoxious. Dad and I really didn't care much for this place. For 13.99, this is not worth it.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible, when it comes to food I’m not hard to please I literally eat anything and everything! This place serves food that is inedible. I spent less than 15 minutes in there and I will never go back. Paid $30 for two, the chicken fingers were so over cooked the outside was closer to a tortilla chip than fried breading. I was thinking that it would be similar to the Red Apple Buffet in concord which is fantastic, I was dead wrong. If there was a restaurant toxic enough to kill a human it would be this place. !DO NOT EAT HERE!

Yuck! I try to be kind in these reviews but there is really nothing nice to say about this place. The bathrooms were disgusting, the food was dried up and the stuff that was fresh tasted funny, the rice was crunchy, the floor around the buffet was sticky, and the waitress was strangely intrusive. The only thing positive I can find to say is the ice cream was good but for 13.99 a person I’ll go else where.

Arrived at 730 and sat down to order a few sodas and then went up to find a half empty buffet. The other half of the buffet was old dried up food. We asked our sever if they were going to replenish the items. Unfortunately they were not. So paid the full bill since I did get at least a half a plate. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this restaurant. I would just avoid it considering the amount of other restaurants in the area. If I was able to not give a single star I would do so.

I have visited here a few times, it has became my daughters favorite. Food has always been at least average on a Tuesday night and approaching exceptional on a busy weekend or holiday. Sushi selection is my favorite feature, it always includes a good assortment of both raw and cooked options. Service is prompt and friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone seeking a casual and inexpensive meal.

I had a really good first experience. Everyone was friendly and the food was fresh and the environment was clean. The only thing I missed on the buffet was the egg and spring rolls.

The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is hot and plentiful. I'm hooked on their sauteed string beans, two types of noodles, and baked fish. Also, when I dined there on Easter, they had steamed snow crab legs and some other dish that involved lemongrass and steamed cod loins, both of which were amazing. My family and I love it here, and we've been going once or twice a month... maybe not good for the waistline, but wonderful for the palate!
