Good portion size, cashier is pleasant. Some of the Chicken in Nacho salad was cold and some hot, not sure what happened, specially when it took them nice 10 minutes or so to prepare it. Diet code I ordered didn't taste like coke, so I think they are putting some other cola in it. Little more efforts and you guys can reach 4 stars.

I was starving so a ketchup soaked cardboard box would've satisfied me. The paper thin, ego- knock off Waffles were deceivingly hard. I broke two plastic knives trying to cut them.

Ridiculous prices and a manager without a clue. I ordered $12 worth of chicken fingers and asked how long it would be until it was ready. They said about 5 minutes. I returned from getting my children's order next door and asked if my food was ready or had been called. They said no. I was going back and forth taking care of my wife and kids orders each time I returned I asked if my order was ready and gave my order number. They kept telling me no. Then I noticed a tray that had been sitting there the entire time and noticed they called the numbers once then threw out the tickets. After 15 minutes I asked are they absolutely sure if that meal want mine and they opened it and sure enough it was mine. I just asked for a refund. Then we waited for 5 more minutes till he manager could be bothered to come out. He had the audacity to demand that I go back to my seat and get my drink before he would refund my money. Like this is some sort of elaborate trick to seal a soda. When I finally get my refund I'm 25 minutes in to this place and he can't even print me out a refund receipt without having me wait even longer. Just don't even bother with this place.

Not your typical chicken place. I ordered a spicy chicken combo number 3. I tougtho it was going to be a spicy breaded filet like Wendy's, Burger King, Mc Donald's....but I end up with a non cooked regular chicken breast with jalapeno circles on the top.it looks so disgusting, the bun is cold, cheese cold...the price are too high. Overall I had a bad experience with this place it is like throwing your money on the road. I forget to mention that we waited almost 15 min after we placed the order.

This is the restaurant we tend to visit when we are spending a day at the Merrimack Premium Outlets. There aren't a lot of options to choose from in the food court but this place has been consistently good with its chicken.

Chicken Later. The food court setting this establishment is located in allows for the assumption of brevity in your food being presented to you. Not the case at Chicken Later. It has been some time since a I have regretted a decision as much as choosing this time-unaware eatery. Apparently, the chicken is so fresh you must allow for enough time for them to catch, pluck and fry it. When your "food" finally arrives, you can fill up on disappointment instead of the inedible fries and toast. The chicken is average at best and the service is the best in its class: overpriced, misrepresented and sad concessions.

I mean, it's no chick FIL a but the tenders are decently sized and the fries are good. Little pricey though.

It was fast and I was able to get a boatload of French fries for cheap .French fries were crispy and freshly made.

I enjoyed it. Cashier was friendly, food came out quickly. I got the texas club (chicken sandwich on texas toast) and there were 2 bulky pieces of chicken on it that were pretty tasty. The fries were done perfectly as well. No complaints. Don't expect the world's best chicken tenders as they claim but perfect quick lunch that will certainly fill you up.

Only place in the food court that sells milk tea with boba. But the only boba they have is the jelly not the black pearls like advertised. Also they take a while with orders.

When I went to this restaurant for the first time three days after it opened, I kind of enjoyed it. I do think that this restaurant did deserve to be better, and it is a good restaurant. Not as good as Chick-fil-A at the Pheasant Lane Mall, but still good in its own right

Do not eat here. The worst food, cheap chicken, and unprofessional incompetent staff who are completely confused about cooking, service, communication. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE RESTAURANT.

Very difficult to order thing that there was only one person taking orders no people handing out orders and you can three people to do this based on the business when you get the food it was so so not that great.
