I've been to this Cheers many times and I've never had a bad meal! My favorite is the chicken and waffle sandwich, it's amazing! On Friday night they have trivia in the bar, but don't come because it's always so packed and I want a seat my self and don't want the competition. :)

I wandered in with my boyfriend on a Saturday night, and the friendly staff took our names as they were full, and it was a 30-minute wait to be seated at 7:00 pm. We waited for a seat to open up and looked around at the decor and the families eating. It was a warm, inviting, family atmosphere, and not super loud. We sat in a booth over to the right of the entrance on the main floor (there's a pub in the basement). Grilled Thai Chicken 9.99 Skewers of chicken tenders marinated in Thai seasoning and grilled to perfection. Served with a spicy peanut sauce We ordered the Grilled Thai Chicken, Sesame Seared Tuna, and a side of French Fries. I enjoyed the spicy Sashimi grade tuna seared rare with sesame seeds and spices but was not crazy about the crispy wontons with greens, pickled ginger, wasabi mayo with a soy drizzle. The tuna alone with the seeds and spices was enjoyable. The wontons didn't taste like they were homemade. They were dry and extra crispy, which isn't my preference but those that like to eat extra crispy French fries may enjoy them. The French Fries were soft and chewy, and that's how I like my wontons too. The Grilled Thai Chicken was seasoned and grilled nicely, and the peanut dipping sauce complimented it nicely. The only complaint was there was not more of them, but it was an appetizer. By the end of the meal, we were planning our next visit and alternative things to try from the menu.

Very disappointed in tonight's visit. Have never had this level of service here before. Seeing that it was my b-day I chose to eat dinner here. We waited over a half hour to place our order and waited well over an hour to get the food. The waiter didn't bother to ask where our food was the numerous times he walked by (on one occasion he did say he'd check the computer but never came back to explain what was going on)..nor were we informed that the kitchen was busy and it would be a little bit more of a wait. After we complained there was suddenly several orders that were brought to our table. Two out of the four or five dishes were correct. The others weren't our orders. The two that were correct weren't even what I call freshly made. It felt from touching the underneath parts of the food that it had been sitting there waiting. After complaining we were told that we would be given 50% off of the bill. I'm usually a very patient person but one member in our party had to cancel plans for later that night. Our steak tips weren't cooked the way we asked. I had two pieces that were too raw to eat. The waiter apologized for the delay...but the whole experience kind of ruined the evening. Maybe as time passes I'll give it another try...but I'm really shocked and saddened by this because I've always had good service and delicious food. Hoping it was an off night..we all have them...and hopefully it's a learning experience and they'll step up their game.

Waited a long time for our food and was sat right next to the door that goes to the patio that people kept going in and out of so it was freezing but we didn't complain. Server apologized for the wait which I appreciated and that she would speak to the manager about comping some things off for us. We were a party of 5 but really it was 3 on a check and 2 on a check. The manager took off the beers off our friends check but we didn't get anything off. If you're going to try and make up for an absurd wait, do it differently next time. Glad my friends got a discount but my party of 3 waited just as long.

Food is pretty good. Encountered a rude staff member aside from my server. Probably won't go back unless the family wants to go again. Update (March 2019): Did go back last night. The food once again hit the spot. Unfortunately, our waitress provided another discouraging experience that makes me not want to go back. I don't know if she was having a bad night to begin with, but she was very stand-off-ish regarding any question we had and got snippy when my friend (very politely) asked for a meal correction, that had stemmed from a simple miscommunication. I'm frustrated, because the food is so good here, but the general mood and attitudes of the staff make me want to go somewhere else.

Went for a work event where only appetizers were ordered. The nachos were a pile of jalapenos covered in cheese with some sour cream dollops. The buffalo wings were typical of hot wings everywhere. I could smell the Tabasco sauce from 10 feet away. The plain wings were slightly overdone and salty enough to be tasty.

First and probably last time eating here. We were seated almost immediately and that was about where the initial goodness of the place stopped. The service was terrible. We waited about 20 minutes for apps after ordering those with our drinks. When the apps came to our table, we then ordered our actual entrées figuring we could move the process along and beat the system of waiting. That was a failed tactic. It was awful. We continued to wait for another 45 minutes for our food. By this time we’re had finished our apps and even our drinks. The waiter came back and finally handed us our food. Surprisingly it was still warm. Google apparently claims this place is super busy at around 7PM. Granted the were, but I’ve been at very popular places such as Texas Roadhouse, ordered steak and chicken and received my food within 10 minutes or less. Absolutely appalling here and no excuse. I will say our waiter was extremely friendly and funny which did make up for this experience a little bit, but not much.

We visited on a Saturday night. There was a 30 minute wait that extended to 45 minutes. The service was cheerful and attendent. The choice of local, craft beer choice was surprisingly small. My grilled salmon and steamed veggies was perfectly cooked. All the food was delightfully good, local beer choice could be better.

I’m not sure how to rate my first experience here, food and service were good but then when our food was packaged by our waitress she did not give us all our food on our plates? Also why would the new owners take Chicken Brocolli Alfredo off the menu? My fiancé has eaten here often and we came specifically for that and we were lucky it was a special last night. Idk if there will be a return trip in the near future which is sad because the bacon wrapped scallops were phenomenal. New owners please add Chicken Broccoli Alfredo back to the permanent menu along with the other options you added back after removing. Very disappointed though that after spending the money on our food we were not given all our food from our plates for leftovers. I certainly will not let a server package my food here again.

Went for lunch. Waited 10 minutes for a waitress. She took our drink order and that didn't arrive for another 10 minutes. After another 10 minutes we still hadn't ordered our food. We gave up, paid the drink tab and left. Very disappointed. I will never go back.

Everyone at our table enjoyed most of their food. Not sure why I could not have a cup of soup instead of one of the listed sides. I was willing to pay an upcharge. I had to buy a cup of soup and my husband took the fruit cup side ... which was not sweet at all. My husband ordered tea and it did not taste right. He had to pay extra to get his drink switched to soda. Again, most of the food was really good but the small things that were not right made the dining experience annoying. UPDATE: Made a return visit. It was our server's first day at work ... she was GREAT! I tried out the fried fish and it was EXCELLENT! Today's visit was a solid five stars.

The restaurant was cold inside. Most of the other patrons kept their coats on. The waitress mentioned the building is old and they are under new management as the reason for the chilliness. Then she did not check up on us, so we kept having to ask other waitresses to get her so we get refills on coffee and pay the bill. The food was OK, but expensive, except for the onion soup which was not good.

Food was good, but it was very very busy so our food didn't come as we asked. Wanted appetizers, but waited a long time to get them and then it was served so close to our meal it was disappointing. Even being busy they should have had more people working to take off the loss so customers can be served as they should. We were never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks and we could never ask because our server was never around. Dessert was ordered by both of us and mine never came, but my dates did. It was so hurried when we ordered it he never took my order down. His came and we both had to eat them at separate times or my dates would melt if he waited for me to get mine. This was extremely disappointing. But our server was not at fault for the service...he was in spread too thin without other servers helping other tables. When it's that busy and you know it will be...I knew it would be...Friday night and beautiful weather...you need more people working.

Cheers, no not that Cheers, Cheers Grille and Bar in Concord, NH is a great place. Their unique location has outdoor seating in the warmer months, a bat downstairs with several tables that can each seat 4-8 people. Staying in their main dining area includes traditional booths, large tables for over a dozen, and a mixture of booths and tables in a room that gets lots of sun. Their menu has something for everyone from baked mac and cheese to a huge Caesar salad; from fish and chips to a pulled pork sandwich ... and of course their Executive Club is also a fan favorite.

Always excellent food available here. Had outdoor seating available, weather and season permitting. Nice full bar downstairs and larger, multi area seating for dining upstairs. Fair sized gluten sensitive menu options available, to include buns and pasta. Service is usually quite good, if sometimes a little slower than usual.

We ate here October 14. Somewhat disappointing. Service was adequate but not exceptional. We had to go looking for a child seat ourselves. The Thai Chicken was overcooked and dry as was the chicken for the Mediterranean Pasta. The Clam Chowder was warm and so so in taste. The coffee was lukewarm as well. My son did not care for the sauce that came with his pork, The German Potato salad was oddly sweet, no sense of vinegar? The lemon pepper dipping sauce was tasty and the chicken wings were good. The shrimp in the Mediterranean Pasta were good. All in all rather unimpressive. Might give them another try as I've enjoyed them in the past but something has changed.

We have been here often. There has always been great service, variety of food and drink selection, and comfortable atmosphere. The regulation of the temperature can be a problem. I have been in the Green House room when it has been too warm and the back of the restaurant when it was too cold. Keep this in mind when you are being seated and time of year. I have enjoyed the items I have tried: burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, desserts and more. There are times when there will be a wait and a limited waiting area. Parking is on the streets. Prices vary. But $3.50 for a soda and $3.00 for ice tea! Three people for lunch, soda, ice tea, two appetizers, one dessert = $100

We went there 2 weekends ago with my husband and family, and we will likely never go back. Our food came out 1.5 hours later. They did give us a free appetizer to hold us over and did not charge for our iced teas. We had to add money to the car meter twice. The food was good but not spectacular, definitely not worth the wait. The upsetting part was that this was the first time my husband went out after an illness and the wait absolutely exhausted him and made his symptoms worse.
