This restaurant has a lot to offer; a good menu, delicious food, nice vibe, friendly staff. I came here with my family and everyone got something different and everyone walked away happy and full! I was impressed with how their menu catered to a lot of different dietary restrictions (I noticed vegetarian, gluten free, and Paleo options), this seems like a place anyone can find something to eat. The staff was also really attentive when we mentioned there was a food allergy in the group. I personally enjoyed the California chicken sandwich that I got, although everyone was pretty envious of the Asian ahi salad that my dad ordered, it looked stunning! A little bit pricier than my usual fare but a good option for a special occasion or date night.

I had the Mediterranean chicken risotto. I know that they are not known for their Italian food but their Italian dishes are certainly something to talk good about! The outside area is more quiet and romantic on the weekend. The food came promptly and the waitress was careful and courteous. My husband and I were very pleased with the service and the food and we will be returning and recommending to others.

My 1st time visiting and I was very impressed. Not only was our late lunch amazing but our service was fantastic. Our waiter Eli was so impressive I had to say something to the manager. My husband and I watch Eli get down to a young customer's eye level and speak to him directly. You do not find that in many restaurants now a days. We will revisit this establishment again and I recommend the bugers, excellent

Laura the GM is a leader by example and one of the most positive people in the restaurant business. This restaurant runs the way it is led. There is an obvious sense of pride that trickles down from leadership to the kitchen, waitstaff, bartenders and hosts in the form of exceptional food and beverages. The quality of the of the cocktails and food is consistent. The presentation of the dishes complements the perceived value of the moderately priced menu items. It is obvious to me that the people who work here enjoy their job, which translates to a great experience to those who choose to dine here.

This is now a “national” chain as I see they’ve opened locations a thousand miles away. Someone told me they have big money backing from either Peter Lynch’s group or the same $$. Behind the Outback new england locations which print money, but not sure, however the restaurants’ build outs are very expensive so they’d better plan on being there for a LONG time. The Peabody Mass location (in the basement of a mall) meal I had 6 months ago was horrible, and the menu boring beyond belief. The Andover one was their original I think, and was pretty decent as I recall, great location also and big bar scene. This Nashua one has a nice, and expensive build out and menu looks more interesting. Food was quite decent but pricey for the suburbs as Nashua is a bedroom town, not an expense account city and this is a suburban mall. For the big money invested here, they should hire a boston celeb chef like Todd English, Jasper White, or Lydia Shire or Tony Maws, etc. to jazz up the menu offerings. The only regional chain I always give 5 stars to consistently is Legal Seafoods, and I’ve dined at many of their locations over 30 years, but that’s a different concept of course.

Staff was good, environment is always a little dark for me, the gluten free menu was spectacular. We ate the general's cauliflower, which was decent and the sides on the crabcakes but the crabcakes themselves were gross. We had a little of each, I'd say 80% of the cakes were left on the plate. I understand they lost the materials and we chose not to eat them but I'd have expected them to take the crabcakes off the bill. Maybe it's a dumb complaint bit the glass shape combined with the ice shape made it really difficult to drink without a straw. All in all, I've never really been pleased with the food when I go here and this visit was no different.

Service was pleasant and responsive. When I inquired about the short rib in their Short Rib Grilled Cheese $17.95 (braised certified angus beef short rib, pickled onions, maple sriracha, Vermont cheddar, griddled ciabatta, red wine jus, fresh cut fries), she praised it as tender, rather than tough... and she was right! A generous portion of the meat too! I subbed sweet potato fries for 95 cents, which were crisp though not quite as sweet as I like.

Burton's Grill is absolutely amazing. The exterior of deceptive because it's attached to the Pheasant Lane Mall so you expect it to be average. It's far from that. All of the staff at this restaurant are professional and go out of their way to make sure you have a great dinning experience. And the food is fantastic. They put salt and pepper on the tables, but let's be honest - you'll never need it! Everything is fresh and full of flavor. Dishes I would never in a million years try I will try here because that's how good they are. Any restaurant that makes me fall in love with a black bean burger to the point that I prefer it almost over a meaty burger gets an A+ in my mind. I've never had a bad dish or even a subpar experience here. Check them out!

Expensive for what amounts to bar food. $14 for 2 small fish tacos and NO FRIES. Want fries dish out another $6. Now if the food was really good and not served cold I wouldn't mind paying it. But fried fish in the taco was below room temp and there was zero seasoning. When I brought these concerns up to waitress I got a really nice smile and "yeah, that's how we serve them". I had never been and unless I lose a bet I won't be going back.

Got a small filet and twice baked potatoes. They butterflied the filet. I’m not sure it needed it. It was already pretty small. I ate at the bar on a Tuesday night. And the bartender was pretty busy. Not as friendly as I hoped but the food was good enough and they had a couple guys playing live music.

Amazing food!!! The gluten free and regular menu are nearly like-for-like since they have a gluten-free option of almost every menu item they offer. My Mother, and several of my friends are Celiacs. This place is a great option for those seeking a full menu, despite various allergies and intolerances. For legal reasons they do say they are gluten sensitive and one who has severe celiacs does need to be a bit careful with what they choose but overall they do a great job not cross contaminating and the food is equally as good as the full gluten version. On top of the great food, the service is stupendous. I have been to this Burtons many times and have never had a bad experience. They seem to pick their staff well and there appears to be good retention, which is always a good sign in any business...in particular in the restaurant business, as there is typically high turnover. Nice job to the entire staff all the way from the front to, to the back of the house!!!!

If you love to go to a quiet restaurant on a weekend you can go here. Such a nice restaurant with such a nice bar. My goto is the bbq chicken salad. I eat it here and also do a to go sometimes. A bit costly though. Also the roasted half chicken is a must try .

Not impressed soup and salad is not combined they charge $7.00 for soup but do not put that on the menu so you think salad with soup is the price listed under the salads. The salad that I got was a lot smaller than expected for 11.95 plus 7 for the soup thats a joke

Always a good visit. Food is great. One of the best steaks I've ever had (might argue that it was better than a Gordon Ramsey steak...yes... seriously...) Calamari and buffalo chicken dip are also top notch. Staff is very knowledgeable and it helps immensely with food allergies. The beer selection is usually above average.

First time at Burtons Grill today. Went for lunch and had Jasmine as a waitress. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with an equally beautiful bar. We were sat at a booth in the back, and I was welcomed as a first time customer. They explained that all of their menu items were made to order, fresh fish & meat daily. I ordered the California Chicken sandwich, which literally melted in my mouth and their rosemary parmesan french fries were delicious. All of that, paired with an attentive and friendly waitress is why I gave this place 5 stars. I'll definitely be back for another visit!

No reason to ever come back. It took over 45 mins to get in after being told 10 to 15. They make a big deal working with food aliges but I was unable to eat 3/4 of the menu due to it being Shellfish even after finding something to eat I had a reaction 15 mins after leaving

Came here last night (on a Monday night) with a group of 13 people for a friend's birthday party. We had reservations ahead of time and they sat us at a large booth split into two tables with a gap in the middle (not ideal for a group party, as it made the group feel separated from each other). I was surprised they didn't have a private room or the ability to offer us a more "party-type" table. We were greeted with friendliness and then proceeded to order our drinks from our server (whose I can't remember his name for the life of me: tall with beard, that's all I know). We had to specifically request bread for the table (both regular and gluten-free), which was a little annoying since they should be offered automatically. They also didn't give us enough bread for everyone in the party. The gluten-free focaccia bread had a nice flavor, with a somewhat sponge-like texture. Herb butter = DELICIOUS. When it came time to order, I was able to choose from a large gluten-sensitive menu, which was almost as big as the regular one, which was very nice! I ordered the Salmon Romesco: Gulf of Maine bronzed salmon (crisped to perfection and absolutely delicious, good portion), "Romesco sauce" (some sauce that the rice sat on that looked similar to buffalo sauce but tasted like a tomato-based sauce... interesting color but complemented the rice/salmon well), herbed jasmine rice (pretty standard, but still delicious), green beans (kind of wimpy, wilted, would have liked them fresher and more flavorful to be honest), citrus fennel slaw (consisted of a tiny 1/2 dollar size swirl of a lemony-fennel cabbage slaw...tasty but also kinda wimpy in size too). Now, for the downside.... Our server made so many mistakes it wasn't even funny: 1. I waited 30 minutes until my empty water glass finally got filled 2. He made our friend's drink wrong, he wanted grape juice in his cocktail and instead got grapefruit juice 3. Our food came out sporadically instead of all at once, my meal being one of the first, so I had to just stare at my delicious hot food while the rest of the salads (that should have been brought out first), came out 3-5 minutes after. 4. He messed up the order for the birthday guy and his wife and they had to wait while the rest of us ate our food (put cheese on the burger when there wasn't supposed to be and also forgot the caramelized onions she requested). 5. When it came time to split the bill he put the wrong items on wrong receipts so we had a huge mess of bills and had to end up Venmo-ing each other the differences. While I understand we were a large group, the entire restaurant was barely full so it made no sense to me why they wouldn't have prepared better for our large party. For the price that you pay when you come here, you aren't just paying for the food, you're paying for the atmosphere/service, and the service lacked significantly tonight.

Service was good, drinks were decent, appetizers were tasy. Biggest problem was the main course. I got the rib eye and the hearty price along with it. I am not afraid to spend a good bit of money for any meal. However, it was undercooked and poorly seasoned. The vegetables had no flavor. I also added the mushrooms and onions for 5 bucks. Again, bland and limited flavor. Asked for horse radish and it tasted old and weak. Like they somehow found a jar in the back of the fridge and used it. Decent place...but, not worth the price of the food. To be worth the expense their skill in composition and taste of quality produce would have to go quite a way up. I am almost offended on behalf of the cow that my steak came from. If I was going to be a meal I would hope I could be prepared and served properly. Total cost for two people was in excess of 110 bucks with three alcoholic drinks.

If you're not getting steak, you might want to look elsewhere. Burton's has long been known for their amazing steaks, and they don't disappoint! When you're paying $20+ for a 14 oz ribeye, you expect it to be exceptional, and it is! But when it comes to other dishes on the menu that don't include beef, they leave much to be desired. I ordered a caesar salad with ahi tuna on top. The caesar was mediocre with what tasted like jarred dressing and the tuna was one of the worst I have ever had. Plus, they charged me an extra $10 for the tuna, turning my $12 salad into a $22 debacle, which I wouldn't mind paying, except the tuna was horrible. It clearly was not made on the premises. All that being said, if steak is your thing, then you should give Burton's a try. But overall, you can find just as good steaks elsewhere, and for a lot less money. Sorry Burton's.
