I would say that if by "inauthentic" they meant "not made with out dated and bacteria ridden food in mexico" they would be spot on, but my review would be something more along the lines of "delicious health conscious burritos, wraps and bowls with a great variety of flavor and authentic options. Also very environment friendly and proactive" but I'm just some guy so what do I know?

If you are used to eating Chipotle you will be very unsatisfied with Boloco. My mexican burrito was extremely disappointing. It contained mostly rice and little to none of what I asked for (fajita veggies, salsa, guac). Tofu and beans were okay. Medium salsa barely had any flavor and definitely no kick. There's no way the guac is homemade, it does not taste like traditional guac with red onion, garlic, etc. that anyone could whip up in their kitchen. It absolutely was not worth the ~$10 charge and sorry to say I will never be returning.

$28.00 and 2 hours for 2 cold burritos, a tiny bag of chips and the wrong salsa. Ordered extra meat on one and it was the smaller one? First and last time I ever order. Food quality is on par with Moe's.

Really good food but I’m giving five stars mainly because of the customer sercive. I just recently ordered online through their app and they messed up my order. I went up to the cashier to try to resolve the issue and a guy on the line making the food immediately started to help me and saw that he made a mistake. He admitted to it, didn’t make any excuses, and he said he would make me a new bowl for free. I ordered an original bowl and he upgraded me to a big bowl, put extra everything on it (he even gave me extra sauce on the side), and I just recently got an email confirmation saying I was refunded. That was such a nice gesture to me that I had to write a review and I NEVER write reviews. Highly recommend.

I really love Boloco. It's just delightful. Their cafeteria style ordering line is fun, the workers are fast, engaging, interesting! The food is simple, well done, based on Mexican styles. The resturant is really cool inside and in the summer, it's actually cool, being in a basement and all. There's also patio seating along the side of building, except strong winter, of course. If you've never been, go!!

Disappointing. This place used to be great. They recently remodeled, the new look is not good, the service wasn't great, the water (for those who eschew soda) which used to be cold is now room temperature... This place used to be one of my favorite lunch spots. I'm not sure I'll be back.

I really like this place, I was visiting from out of town and needed some good food. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it felt like a higher quality Burrito restaurant in a college town. I was starving, but even accounting for that, the burrito was really good, the chicken was flavorful, the cell says that were spicy were actually spicy and the flavors combine to a very good burrito experience. Great music, cool atmosphere, will recommend coming again.

I always liked boloco but it has gone downhill in recent years The real problem is the quality of the ingredients; while they claim they are sometimes organic or that the beef is "grass fed" it's not actually quality food, it's like a little better than subway quality, which is not good; myself and the two others I ordered with all got indigestion from the food (bloating gas stomach pain)

With an ever changing range of options (with a special Thanksgiving burrito), Boloco has an amazing Nutella shake (which, by the way, is absolutely DELICIOUS --- even if you don't add chocolate chip cookies). I will be honest, I prefer Boloco to Chipotle and have missed it since moving out of the Northeast. Their salsa is incredibly fresh, as are the rest of their ingredients. They have a great selection of flavors, including a great Thai option, a jerk chicken option, and a mango salsa in the summer. Their service is fast, and they have app ordering as well as kiosk ordering and ample seating indoors and out so it's very easy to grab a quick bite on your way between activities.

Vegan bowl and burrito were terrible. Everything was completely bland-- the rice, beans, guacamole, and salsa. Nothing had flavor. I honestly don't understand how someone can make food so devoid of flavor. I can't speak to anything animal at this place (meat, cheese, sour cream)-maybe that's where all the flavor is at, I don't know. But please, please stay away from anything vegan here.

Cofounded by a Dartmouth alum, Boloco is a quick and easy Chiptole-style burrito joint. A range of sizes is available in the form of burritos and bowls- the Big Bowl will satiate even a starving bear. Various preselected combinations of toppings are available for selection, (the Summer is my go-to), but since additional toppings come at no extra charge, I recommend throwing in at least the roasted mushrooms and some guacamole.

Not your typical burrito place. They have other wrap options like the Ceasar "burrito", a build your own, and a PB+J option on the kids menu. Food here is good and it pretty clean. Outside tables are available. I loved the mango salsa.

Food is great. They're a bit stingy on the chips and the place is about as hipster as a place can be. They make a damn fine burrito, but I almost never find myself wanting to be there. I have had an issue with hit or miss staff in that they do not always follow directions on the burrito, but that has been more rare than common.

Boloco on the Dartmouth campus in Hanover, NH is by far one of my favorite places to eat. I wholeheartedly concur with the trademark "Inspired Burritos". I try to introduce a new patron each time I visit in hopes that their experience brings them back. I must say it serves a twofold purpose. Obviously, they gain a new wonderful dining spot and I would have yet another dining partner. Each wrap is packed with fresh and delicious ingredients which compliment each other creating a colorful explosion of taste sensation. Generally, I am a comfort eater. I tend to order the same menu items whichever restaurant I visit, so the Bankok Thai is my go-to wrap at Boloco. The service has always been prompt and professional, I am always greeted by smiles and am served in a clean and comfortable environment. I always promote this restaurant to people who come to the area. Thank you, Boloco!
