The guy at the front counter was super friendly and polite. He even ran over to open the door for me so i could get out with my stroller. The food was pretty good and it wasnt a long wait either.

Every time I come here the service is wonderful. The food's great. My husband and I waited outside while the food was cooking and when it was done, the lady even came out with our order. She was really nice and sweet. Even the guy at the front desk's awesome, he gave me advice on vegan food when my son was on a vegan phase. Love this spot! I'll definitely recommend to friends and family..

Worst beef teriyaki sticks ive ever had. Literally had to spit it out. Quite frankly im not entirely sure it was beef. Aside from the beef, the rest of the food was on par with the low quality chinese around manchester. I do appreciate the kid running the show there for his parents. But if he wants to see this company grow he needs to invest in better quality meat.

Singapore rice noodle is soooo good and perfect every time. Great veggies , I like when they aren’t oily or buttery. Also the delivery is usually 30 mins or one time less even tho they quote 45 mins. I don’t go anywhere else anymore

I order from here quite frequently because of convenience and always try to be tolerant and tip well. Delivery usually takes well over an hour, I'll get told food is on it's way and still won't show up for at least another half hour. An employee lied and said it took long because they had a new driver who was training but showed up with the same driver as always. He got mad at me for not tipping and was incredibly rude, as I did not tip because he was also rude and hung up on me. Food isn't bad but the customer service needs work

Thr food is good. We ordered on Christmas day and pjcked up. The food was ready quickly. The portions are good especially for the price. I got the chicken and broccoli and the veggjes were crisp and delicious. It was njce and light and not drowned in salt, like some places can be. It was our first time trying it and we will return.

I have order from the restaurant since 2010. Is the last 4 years customer service gone in the trash They forget to put stuff in bags constantly and never takes responsibility for their mistakes. Tonite i ordered 3 plates i ask to make sure there 1 sauce for every plate " one per order ".. for 2 mins argued with a loyal customer over duck sauce. I think i seek other Chinese food there only 15 other places to pick, save your money and headache

I don't know why this place has so many good ratings the food was absolutely disgusting. it literally it had not one oz. of flavor in the entire thing except for those teriyaki tips. The chicken fingers were humongous because the amount of batter on them was triple the size of the chicken inside, so literally all you can taste is the saltless batter. Never again! Yucckkkkkk

I ordered out tonight because I work late. I like this place because the food is good the portions are great and the food arrives hot. Unfortunately I will no longer be doing my business here as of tonight because when the delivery driver showed up he was extremely rude. Had a horrible attitude and I don't put up with that. He demanded I pay him more money and then yelled at me. I hope they correct this issue but until then they will be losing my business.

Online ordering went smoothly, and was happy to learn you can pay with CC at the door for delivery. Food was bland, but meal quickly hit one star when I bit down on a thin strip of steel. Looked to be a piece of steel wool. Not risking ingesting metal shards and only got a few bites out of my meal. A restaurant to avoid.

Their General Tso's is amazing and stays crisp, and their rice is still pliable and edible the next day - which makes for good leftovers. I'd recommend sticking to their fried offerings, because they're experts with the fryers.

Horrible delivery experience. I ordered online, wrote specific delivery directions, and even called the restaurant to make sure they understood where my business was. I was at work, and made it clear I needed them to come to my floor. Many other places are fine with this. There is an elevator, and I even specified that. I waited 1.5 hours for my food (after I was told 45 minutes). When it finally arrived, the delivery man called me, and I tried to tell him where to go. He hung up on me. I called him back and said okay I’ll come down but needed to know where he was. My building has several entrances. He hung up on me AGAIN. SO RUDE. So when I got down, he was idling at a different building and I had to run over to him. I didn’t even want to tip him, yet when he ran my credit card- HE TRIED TO SELECT HIS OWN TIP. I was like EXCUUUSE ME YOU WANT A 25% TIP FOR BEING AWFULLY RUDE? Finally, the food in no way made up for the horrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT

Well it usually is... however tonight I was unimpressed with the service. I sent my order in at 6:50, at 7:30 I called to check on it's whereabouts and the guy on the phone kept me on hold for quite awhile finally coming back and said it was on it's way... So we waited, again I called at 8:10 only to be told by the same guy again the the food was still on it's way, while he said again "We busy tonight, very busy." Our dinner finally arrived at 8:25, it was piping hot; which is amazing considering according to that guy it had been en-route since before 7:30.. I am an understanding person, if you had an issue and forgot the order tell me, be up front......... I hate being lied to.. on a good note the food was good or maybe we were so hungry by this point we just ate it up.

I normally order from Thousand Crane which I love but they were closed so I ordered from here. I asked to have a pupu platter for 1 and was told they don't do that. I was told to order 2 combos so I asked to have 2 combos that would have what a pupu platter would. I ended up with 75% chicken fingers that were Huge! Yuck. Overcooked fried shrimps and nasty looking chicken wings. The chicken on a stick had something resembling bone in it, gag! The only thing I enjoyed was the egg roll and the delivery guy. Mine as well have just burned the 21. I spent.

I started ordering from them in 2013 through Beyond Menu. I order often and typically have not had an issue until the last month or so. My orders never seem now to total what is listed online. When it is delivered the food items are not always correct. I have allowed for errors and have contacted them directly about the issue. I ordered again today and again my order was wrong and the amount I agreed to online through Beyond Menu was not the same as presented at my door. I called and spoke to a woman and tried to get her to understand that I am a frequent customer and what my issues have been and are currently. I got an apology but nothing to rectify the wrongly derlivered item. Even when stating this has happened several times, the last 3 specifically. I asked her if I were sitting in her restaurant and the wrong item was brought to me, I wouldn't expect to pay for it and then wouldn't you bring the correct item. She again only apologized without offering anything to right the situation. I will not be ordering from Bamboo Garden again. They don't keep up their interface with Beyond Menu where the price differences are occuring and they don't care that after spending what I do that I should get good customer service.

Got the A22 and some white rice, beef sticks were slightly dry but more than edible. Boneless spare ribs had strips of gamey fat which is a no go for me. So from my order and service i'd say its a great little spot to get your fix :-) id go back

2nd try, absolutely the worst Chinese I've ever had. There was a cinnamon like chemical after taste in all of the dishes. The flavor was downright awful. On the positive side the texture of both the teriyaki beef and the noodles was damn near perfect. I always try to be fair, but I will never return to this place. Both visits were awful. Don't waste your time on this one, that's where I come out.

It looks like they've hired new people to man the phones. Last few times I've called they have been very friendly and nice. With the delivery boys its a hit or miss, some are nice and some aren't. Food wise, I love their Tangerine Chicken & Crab Rangoons. They're the best I've tasted in town. Not the best egg rolls but still pretty yummy. You defenitely get your money's worth.

Moved up here from NY, wasn't impressed by the Chinese food choices in Manchester... once I started going to Bamboo Garden I didn't have to worry about it anymore! I'm a Chinese food 4 nights a week kinda guy and being from NY my taste in Chinese food is pretty refined, this place is great, great General Tso's, great wontons in hot oil, huge pu pu platters and my order was always on time...lived two blocks away and by the time I got there my shiznay would be waiting for me! Wish I still lived two blocks away...

I entered a restaurant that was unheated in the middle of December. I waited for ten minutes at the counter to pick up my order before being helped, only to have the worker, who was bundled in a winter coat, pick up the phone in the middle of my conversation with her. I was made to wait another fifteen minutes in the cold. What I got for chicken teriyaki was chewy and sinewy. I could give the stereotypical "what I ate was NOT chicken" story (and to be quite honest I have my doubts). The best thing I can say about Bamboo Garden is it was the best Chinese restaurant open. Only because it was the only one open at 11:00 p.m.
