My family LOVES this restaurant!! This is one of the few places we have found to have an extensive gluten free menu. They are very careful with their service of gluten free dishes from the moment of ordering to the moment we receive them, personally delivered to our table by the manager. Usually the manager on duty when we are there is Brandon, who is terrific at his job and wonderful with all customers, making sure everything is to your satisfaction. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, including those looking for a variety of GF options!!

I went for mother days brunch, which was pretty good considering this place isn't a diner or known for breakfast. The food is more expensive than other restaurants in the area, but the quality is better as well. For brunch I got chicken and waffles. The chicken was a bit overcooked, but overall it was good. My party enjoyed their food and the atmosphere isn't bad. The location is near the stores too which is convenient.

Pulled pork mac and cheese was to die for. Chicken pesto alfredo was delicious. Oreo cookie ice cream sunday was no disappointment either! My only complaint is that it was cold in there but that just means bring your sweater, just in case.

Been here several times, until NOW, we thought it was great. I guess if you come on a Wednesday, service sucks. We waited a 1/2 hour, just for bread. Food was a 40 minute wait. My BFs food had so much lemon in it, he could barely finish.

Service was terrible. Waitress spilled a glass of water on me and didn't appologize. Had to ask 3 times for my drink and it finally showed up after I was finished my meal. French fries were still frozen. Meals were served about 10 minutes apart for a party of five.

We had reservations for 7:30, seated us at 7:40. That was the best part of the experience. Our appetizer arrived at 8:48! Over an hour for our appetizer! Meal started coming out half an hour later in ten minute increments. They served me mine with allergens, my least so I ate it. Starved! Will do Benadryl if needed. Took half an hour for the three hour f us to be served, we had to start eating or our food would get cold! Our son was served LAST!

Was dirty, dirty bar, dirty menus. Cuban only had 1 toasted side other side drenched in butter not toasted at all. Other meal was Jambalaya, expensive bowl of rice with bbq sauce. Very disappointing, will not be back.

Second time here, last time here! The drinks were good, Cuban was flavored well but bread was hard as a rock, Buf chix flat bread was like card board, grilled cheese coulda broke some teeth, fries were soggy, felt as the waitress forgot to put our order in cause there was nothing on the screen and cooks were not moving untill the waitress came over and said they were making the buff chicken spread fresh to order. Then magically an order appeared on the screen and the cooks started moving. Dishonest staff, non experienced cooks. I wish better for them in the future cause Rochester needs a high end place like this poor execution all around besides the bartender!

We have been in several times. First few were good, last few times not so much. Last night we went for dinner about 7:30. From the start not much went well, not sure if the waitress lacked experience or just wanted to push us through to go home. Forgotten drinks, forgotten soup, wrong sides. Took my daughter to the bathroom and over heard our waitress complaining about us to another waitress. Because we requested the correct items. After our meal our waitress took our food to the kitchen to pack up left overs. She never packed mine up and I had barely eaten half of my meal. Overall a terrible experience. Not sure we will be going back again.

We went here for the first time on Saturday around 7:20pm. Service was quite slow, but the food was delicious! My SO got the jambalaya and liked it, and our friend got the lobster roll and enjoyed it. I got the gluten free mac and cheese with pulled pork and onion strings, and it was creamy and delicious, with plenty left over to take home for later. The waitress' very first question was if there were any allergies in our group. My gluten free food was carried out by a manager, and every plate intended for me was marked with those little toothpicks that say "allergy" on the side. I thought it was a little strange, but when our friend asked if the fries were gluten free (thinking to share with me), the waitress said they were, because they use a "non-transferable" cooking oil. I thought that meant a totally separate fryer, but I think I was wrong. Note: I didn't eat any fries. I only ate my own meal. The problem happened about half an hour after leaving at 9pm. My delightful mac did not agree with me at all, and I spent some time with diarrhea and puke. I've never had that reaction to pulled pork or to mac and cheese before. Was it the onion strings on top? Does "non-transferable cooking oil" mean that they actually have a shared fryer, and dunk gluten-full and gluten-free food into the same oil? As the only person in our group to get sick, I think they managed to slip some gluten into my food.

Went to the 110 Grill in Rochester on Wednesday August 14th and we sat at the bar for dinner. Abby and Kevin were very nice. HOWEVER they were “deep cleaning” (noticed the other staff was doing the same in the dining room) all during busy business hours. Ladders, dusters, sanitizer and more were the focus. Managers inspecting every nook. We understand basic cleaning & tidy work during hours but a DEEP clean should be during closed hours. We were left staring at the bartenders “behind” up on a ladder. I’m not sure who thinks customers want to go out & watch people clean but we won’t be back. Seemed like the entire place was getting ready for a health inspection.

If you haven't been to 110 Grill yet, you should abandon your plans and get yourself and friends there ASAP. From the scratch kitchen to the relaxing ambiance to the fantastic staff.. whoops, almost forgot the delectable food! You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu here! Portions are appropriate for pricing. Feel free to get yourself some appetizers to share (Firecracker Shrimp is yum!) and then follow it up with a cup of velvety-smooth tomato soup before your meal! You won't be sad you did! Went here on a whim and I highly recommend it. Try it out, bub.

Great food and service! Our server checked on us regularly. At one point, she took the time to make pleasant conversation with us. Not much of a wait time for the food during our midday, early evening, lunch. About the food, the fish tacos and the BBQ nachos are completely worth the try!!! For dessert -- Oreo crumbled over vanilla ice cream with fudge drizzle and a brownie on the bottom -- won't lead astray!

Shouldn't take 45 minutes to get our food on a slow Monday night. The fact that I had to hunt down our waitress to get our bill, to see her standing around doing nothing, was less than impressive. My husbands steak & cheese was in a soggy roll with no peppers, as described in the menu. My turkey burger was bland & dry. The kids meals were fine, but she didn't even offer the "dessert" portion of fruit or icecream scoop that came with them. Only my 2nd time eating here, most likely my last.

Because they make everything at the restaurant, it is easier for them to accommodate different allergies. The manager brings the allergy adjusted food to the table to confirm it has been specially prepared. Very good experience!

I've visited the 110 a few times before and it's always been decent. They do well catering to allergies but you definitely see that reflected in the price $$. However, today I went with 2 other people, everything was over cooked, they put the goat cheese on the bottom of the salad n put all the greens on top leaving the most flavorful parts hidden and the waitress was less than pleasant but not quite to the point of rude. Today's visit gets 3 stars with the hope that next time the quality is a little more comparable to the price.
