Very good food, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the prices seem a bit excessive. The portions are good, and if it says that it has mushrooms on it, the portions of those are even greater. I've had a number of different things here, but if you like breakfast burritos this is the place to get one.

Outstanding chorizo breakfast options! Really really really the only breakfast choice worth making in town. Great fresh squeezed juices too. Bonus about this place is that if you clean your plate at bfast, you can just skip lunch. highly recommend!

The best Basque chorizo I've ever found. Friendly, fast, and delicious! It's a little spendy, but the portions are generous and worth every penny! The photo is chorizo links and eggs with shepherd's potatoes plus gravy. Delicious gravy, the lamb sandwiches are also awesome.

We had a late Breakfast at Villa Basque Cafe. The service was great, the staff friendly and very courteous at this family run restaurant. I had Chile Verde with eggs. The food was delicious. I cleaned my plate! My friend had a burrito and it was giant! They have great chorizo and other sausages that you can purchase to take home. Very delicious! They have some other specialty Basque food items to go and a wide variety of olive oils and will give you a tasting if you just ask. Overall a great experience and we all agreed we will come back again when in Carson City

I have to maintain a strict gluten-free and dairy free diet due to unfortunately severe medical conditions. As a result, we call around to many restaurants when we get into a new area and ask them if they can handle my dietary restrictions. Most say “no”. Some say “no guarantees”. But every now and then you come across the rare exception who says “No problem. We’ll make whatever you need”. The Villa Basque Deli did exactly that. They had a huge menu and modified it for me in a way that made the meal authentic and yet gluten free and dairy free. It was fantastic. Every single request had the same answer “no problem” The service was excellent. The food was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable. The Owners (who wait tables or cook or make sure that the food is done right) are exceptionally pleasant. I highly recommend Villa Basque and it will be a stop for me any time I am in Carson City.

One of the Best places for lunch or breakfast in Carson City. The food is out standing! This is the third time I have eaten here. This time I tried the green chili verde burrito wet. It was huge (see photo). The pork melted in my mouth. Very, very good. I would highly recommend this place. Come hungry! Servings are huge. Staff are very friendly.

This is the kind of place people are looking for when they want great local cuisine. Specialty is Basque chorizo, and it is really special. It's a bit quirky - you kind of go though part of the seating area to get to where you wait to be seated. Mostly, the policy is sit wherever you like. Villa Basque also operates as a retail front for their delicious chorizo and some other Basque-ish food items.

The food is amazing, the chorizo is the best I’ve ever had. I had the California hot chorizo sandwich with a salad. All the ingredients were extremely fresh and delicious. The staff was amazing, the owner introduced himself and conversed with us for a few minutes. Will definitely be coming back.

Best chorizo this side of... Well, Basque country. They've been hand making it for years. It has just the right spicy kick, so whatever you order is going to be awesome. The staff is super friendly and personable. This place can be pretty busy on weekends, but it's worth it!

We had breakfast there, a chicken fried steak with chorizzo on our potatoes, a breakast that was cooked to perfection. Truly mouth watering.
