Place was good, but not fantastic. The beer was cold, so credit there. It would be great if they could get a broader selection of some craft beers. The bartender was nice, but she was very busy and it took a bit to get her attention for refills. Also tried the loaded nachos, they were good but a little greasy, good bar food.

Loved this place..... Until tonight, when I showed up with friends. We asked for a table. When they found out we were only drinking, they made us sit at the bar. A paying customer should be able to have a choice. And at this moment, we've been at the bar for 10 minutes with no service. It's only 2 stars instead of 1 because I've had good experiences here before.

One of the best chain restaurants on the strip. 3 floors with a balcony on the 3rd floor with great views of the strip . Draft beers are AMAZING,the coldest and crispiest I have had,if you order the 32 oz beer mug you get to keep it as a souvenir. Full bar on the first and third floor. Our bartender was super friendly and even made me a drink that was not part of the menu. prices are a little high as expected for the location and food is generic for a chain restaurant. Great place to hang out,have a drink or two.

I'm a regular of the Henderson location and was so disappointed with the service at this location. I ordered the bone in naked wings and my boyfriend ordered the southern fried chicken sandwich. When our meals came my wings and fries were cold and the bread to his sandwich was hard. It seems so me since this location is on the strip that they worry more about having their waitresses half naked then providing good service and great food. Definitely a thumbs down

Arrived on a busy Friday afternoon and surprisingly we were sat very quickly. We did not wait long at all for anything. Our order, drinks and food were all delivered in a very timely fashion. Our server was attentive and had us in and out in just over an hour. Perfect timing to get to the hockey game. This was surprising based on the amount of customers in the restaurant.

Great views of the strip at the bar on third floor. The cold beers are so satisfying. I highly recommend their nachos!! Piled high with ALL of the good toppings, including guac. The cheese is a zesty nacho cheese rather than melted shredded cheese which makes it easier to dig and scoop. So good! The servers are so nice!

Hands down BEST garlic parmesan boneless wings we've ever had (& we have had a lot)! The chicken was good sized, so moist and fresh, and the breading was crispy and so flavorful. It was cooked to perfection! The fresh grated parmesan cheese really added to the look and flavor. The service and atmosphere were great too. They have good happy hour drink specials and their prices aren't bad. Such a nice place to have lunch and cool down. My tastebuds are so happy right now! We will definitely be coming back to eat here every time we're in Vegas! If you haven't been, you really need to try this place.

We were at Twin Peaks on Eastern last night for the Golden Knights Game - 1st the service was excellent. We come to Twin Peaks a lot and as a local business owner we bring some of our customers. Gabby (Gabrielle) was one of the best servers we have had in a long time. She interacted with our group perfectly. Hope our group was not to obnoxious for her. Then there was Jewels, she wasnt even our server but after Gabby went home she kept checking on us. Both girls were great. The guys that cleared the tables even came to check on us. The only disappointing thing that happened last night was when we walked in we specifically asked if they would be showing the Golden Knight Game and were told absolutely. However, after we ordered and got all settled in the manager on duty said they would not be playing the sound on the hockey game until the football game was over. So all the girls in the place were wearing Golden Knights attire, there was way more hockey fans there and only 2 football fans but they choose to play football. We might have to look for another place to go and watch hockey.

Don't get me wrong, the food and beer was yummy. The seating was comfortable and the views were the best. We sat down and considering they claim "the coldest beer in Vegas" I told the waitress I wanted a "big cold beer". She brought out these large frosty mugs and I was pleased. That is, until we got the bill and she took it upon herself to bring us big beers in frosty $25 souvenir mugs. Beware of how you order bc they will take FULL advantage of it. Her tip reflected her willingness to help herself to my pocketbook.

My only complaint (and it's a big deal) is that the smoked wings we're undercooked and I had food poisoning for 3 days. Our server was very nice and attentive. The $6 margarita was good and didn't taste like a usual cheap marg. The table we sat at was clean and the TV worked.

I came here for dinner, but left frustrated, hungry, and disappointed with the service. I never received my dinner and the "courtesy solution" was to comp my beer. As a result, full disclosure, this review is being hastily written by a very hangry patron who still hasn't eaten. From the start, I could tell service was a bit lax. My bachelor party of five arrived for a late evening grub around 9:00, so it wasn't busy by any means, and we were promptly seated on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, the slow service was undeniably apparent after waiting 14 minutes for our beers. Our generous waiter offered to put in appetizers while we waited for our simple drink order, but I pondered why it would take a bartender so long to sling 5 simple drinks. The reason became distinctly obvious when I observed three of the wait staff leaning over the railings chatting up about their day. The slow service continued as we waited over thirty minutes to receive our food order. Unfortunately for me, I was apparently not privvied to receive dinner tonight. Assuming she simply had to go grab my meal, I continued to wait patiently until she returned about 12 minutes later. She asked how things were going, so I politely, yet sarcastically, mentioned that I couldn't judge how the food was since I never received my meal. This is where the first frustration occurred, when she asked "oh, wait, what did you have again?"... "Seriously" I thought to myself... At this point with my friends having eaten nearly their entire meal, I asked her to not bother bringing a meal to the table and just comp the order. Of course she had to check with her manager instead of resolving the problem on the spot. She first came back saying she would comp the beer. I reminded her that as best man, I have been paying for the groom as well, and I don't expect to pay for services we didn't satisfactorily receive. She happily came back and said she would comp his meal as well. Yet, as she was going around the table with checks, she gave the groom a check to pay for his drink and for half the appetizer the other three had, despite agreeing to comp it. Extremely annoyed at the sheer lack of human decency and complete absence of customer service resolution at this point, I annoyingly grabbed the check and paid for it. In reality, I have no problem paying for the meal and drinks. My problem is with the service and the way the issue was handled. As it turns out, the kitchen never made my meal. Unfortunately I'm uncertain who was responsible. A manager never came over to check on things or offer restitution, and as a customer sitting down at an eating establishment, I wasn't offered any alternative food solution like take out. Despite the positive comments about the food, I'm not sure I can come back here with the slow service and lack of problem resolution.

We have gone to Twin Peaks on the strip for four Super Bowl parties in a row, and we will be back! The bartenders at the upstairs bar are awesome and the food is great! Since we are usually with a group of friends, we have tried several dishes: ribeye(?) steak and asparagus, Millionaire Bacon, wings, etc and it is all really good!!

My brother and I visited this place and was instructed to seat on the 3 floor. We noticed the majority of whites were able to sit at the lower level tables. I did see a black persons bit, his group was diverse. Even though I noticed this, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I enjoyed my service. Our waitress, Brittney, provided excellent service. I loved the wings so I decided to go back. Interestingly, the second time we were instructed to go back to the 3rd floor. This was crazy because BOTH times there were plenty of seating. We ask the hostess can we sit at the lower level, she respond we can sit at the bar. At this point I'm curious on the seating arrangement, I asked our bartender on the seating arrangement. She insensitively stated "oh, we try to even out the amount of people on both levels." Of course this made perfect sense because there's waitresses and a bar on both levels. I gave them the benefit of a doubt AGAIN! As we sit at the bar, we noticed two black groups go upstairs and over 4 whites be placed downstairs. That's not called even out it's called discrimination. I will never spend another dollar at a Twin Peaks in ANY state. My skin color is not welcomed but my dollars are.

They don't care if you come or not. It's a management issue. The ladies are very nice. They will force you to watch a ridiculous shift change advertisement that goes on and on even if you're watching something and they want to run your card as soon as you sit down even when you're ordering food. There's a million places in Vegas that have pretty girls and decent food that treat you with respect.

Arrived for lunch, the restaurant was empty, waitress was friendly. Food arrived in a timely manner. I asked for a soda refill but did not see my waitress until she brought the check. For being on the Las Vegas strip the food is very good and the price point is good too. This was my second time visiting twin peaks with my wife and she likes the ambience too.

We have gone to Twin Peaks on the strip for four Super Bowl parties in a row, and we will be back! The bartenders at the upstairs bar are awesome and the food is great! Since we are usually with a group of friends, we have tried several dishes: ribeye(?) steak and asparagus, Millionaire Bacon, wings, etc and it is all really good!!

Terrible food. If I hadn't been to multiple Twin Peaks before, I wouldn't go back. Had Moms pot roast & mozzarella bites. Both were terrible. Nowhere close to the same quality of Jacksonville, NC & Colorado.

My brother and I visited this place and was instructed to seat on the 3 floor. We noticed the majority of whites were able to sit at the lower level tables. I did see a black persons bit, his group was diverse. Even though I noticed this, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I enjoyed my service. Our waitress, Brittney, provided excellent service. I loved the wings so I decided to go back. Interestingly, the second time we were instructed to go back to the 3rd floor. This was crazy because BOTH times there were plenty of seating. We ask the hostess can we sit at the lower level, she respond we can sit at the bar. At this point I'm curious on the seating arrangement, I asked our bartender on the seating arrangement. She insensitively stated "oh, we try to even out the amount of people on both levels." Of course this made perfect sense because there's waitresses and a bar on both levels. I gave them the benefit of a doubt AGAIN! As we sit at the bar, we noticed two black groups go upstairs and over 4 whites be placed downstairs. That's not called even out it's called discrimination. I will never spend another dollar at a Twin Peaks in ANY state. My skin color is not welcomed but my dollars are.
