Our daughter wanted lobster for her birthday she had been going through reviews of restaurants and decided she wanted to come to the palm restaurant we were welcomed with confetti and a birthday card from the company and cheesecake for her celebration song ,the food was amazing and she got her steak and lobster she's so desired , there was 5 of us we had a wonderful evening thank you Palm

My husband and I love coming here for their power lunch menu. He always gets the Chairman's Reserve New York Strip. I sometimes get the Atlantic Salmon or chicken parmigiana depending on how I feel. The Iced carrot cake is delicious as well as their chocolate layer cake. I took my family here for dinner also and they all loved it. We will continue coming to this restaurant.

I met my husband for lunch today at the Palm. We enjoyed the power lunch. For $22 you can order a salad and a main course. I had a Caesar salad, he had a mixed green salad. We both had the filet on bone. They were prepared perfectly. We shared the green beans and the chips and onion strings half and half. We finished the lunch with a slice of carrot cake, which was delicious. Overall great food, great service. A nice lunch that was also ready quickly.

Stopped here for lunch and was very disappointed. The burgers were dry and the waiter was terrible and unattentive. Never stopped to see how things were or if we needed anything else. We had to finally ask for our check as he went racing by. On the plus side though, the calamri was good.

The Elegance of this place was really nice. We dined in the Frank Sinatra room and the food was very delicious. The Frank Sinatra room had a nice spacious area for a large group or a nice corporate meeting. And always in the restaurant did echo into the room but with the doors closed completely it was hard to hear outside of it. Ono restaurant was very nice clean inside and out and the staff was a pleasure to deal with

We celebrated 2 birthdays, father and son. As always, everything was as expected. The staff is a pleasure to be around and the food, 2 prime ribs and a 3 lb lobster were cooked to perfection. The Palm is our go to place for special occasions.

The food was excellent and the service even better. However, the loud music piped in from the casino could not have been a worse selection to be compatible with fine dining. It was, quite simply put, totally inappropriate as well as FAR too loud and basically destroyed what could have been a nice experience with excellent food. Only from being assaulted by really crappy music while trying to eat a nice meal I would never, for any reason, go back to the Palm Restaurant.

The service was very good, but the steak was over done. We had requested rare and it was served to us well done. It was returned to the kitchen and they then served us a different cut of meat that was so rare it was barely seared on the outside and was cold in the middle. It also had too much fat and gristle. They tried to make up for the short coming by giving us a beautiful dessert, but the meal was not up to standards.

I believe this is the 3rd time I have been to the Palm in Las Vegas. Every time I go to Las Vegas, it seems I cannot pass up the chance to be indulged by this restaurant. The location is perfect; being just inside the Forum Shoppes at the exit of the Caesar's Palace casino. There are tables inside and tables "outside." (The forum shoppes is inside and made to appear as if one were outside) The decor is simple, but it is consistent between locations with the art of various personalities. The staff has always been friendly but also extremely attentive. They train the staff well as the service is impeccable. The food we had this time was just as good as always. My husband loves the steaks here and he raved about his filet. I veered from the usual fare and had the whole lobster. The lobster was delicious and they were kind enough to crack the entire crustacean at the table; leaving me with nothing but delicious lobster meat waiting to be submerged in melted butter. I would recommend the Palm to anyone seeking a traditional steakhouse meal with exceptional service and quality fare.

The food and service were great, but we had a party of 12 and they don't split checks. They also only accept 4 cards per party. $100 per person should buy the convenience of a speedy check out so you can get back to the fun.

Best high end resturant dining experience ever! My Husband and I enjoyed our romantic night dining here. We order a special that came with 4lb lobster, 1 side, 1 appetizer and choice of soup or salad. At first I thought it would not be enough food. Wow was I wrong! The appetizer we chose had 1 of each of their most popular. Crab cakes are the bomb, bacon wrapped scallops are delish and stuffed shrimp yummalicious. We were starving and soup choice of lobster bisque was so creamy and delicious we full afterwards. We could not even finish the 4lb lobster ate it the next day for breakfast with pancakes. This was almost the best part of our whole vacation. Do your self a favor and make reservations immediately you will not regret it.

On this particular visit..., Little pricey for food quality. 3 years ago I got turned off as on Thanksgiving they served turkey broken breast pieces rather than sliced turkey breast. Was not impressed especially when you pay for quality you would expect there in the lavish setting of Caesars Forum shops. I have had better crafted meals there before that were very good. Help is great and smiling.

We extremely enjoyed the Summer Lobster Celebration. 4 pound Nova Scotia (Atlantic cold water) lobster. The staff was outstanding and manager Luigi Perez took great care to make sure we were satisfied from the time we walked in the door. I was concerned that we were going to get "warm water" or "rock" lobster and he assured us it was not. He regularly checked on us throughout our dining experience to make sure we were doing OK and happy. Our waitress Amanda and expediter (forget his name) were superior with their attention and professionalism. Thank you Luigi and Staff! And thanks to the Bruce family! We'll be back... A group of 20+ family members and friends have been traveling to Las Vegas every year now for 15+ years. Every Saturday night of this weekend trip, always involves a visit to a great steak house somewhere in Las Vegas (either on or off the strip). Sometimes we go to the same steakhouse two years in a row (eg. Maestros, Del Frisco's, etc) because the food and service are exceptional. This year, we chose the The Palm Las Vegas. After hearing great things and setting expectations really high, they came up a bit short. Our bill was well north of $2,000. But its not about amount of the bill, as much as its about the expectations we had going in. We were expecting gold level service and unfortunately, we left feeling like our business wasn't valued. Three members of our party were not satisfied with their main entree (either under cooked or over cooked vs. what they had requested). When the manager came over, all he said was, "Do you want another dish?" To me that was the wrong answer. We had been there for several hours already after ordering drinks, appetizers and salads. These members of our party didn't want to wait another 10-20 minutes for another entree while the rest of our party continued to eat. Their meals should have been delivered to them the right way the first time. My only expectation at this point would be for the manager to take those three entrees off the bill. Alas, he did not, he just walked away. To me, that response is amateur hour and not that of someone who's supposed to be running a first class dining establishment. I sent a note to the restaurant and I received an automated response saying I would hear back from someone shortly. After speaking with Michael Martin, the GM, he assured me that our experience was not the norm. Based on our conversation, I would be willing to give them a second chance to make things right.

Great place to eat. Has a bit of an up scale scene. Not really kid friendly because of the wine and full bar. I ordered a glass of Chardonnay which was a bit pricey. The seasoning on the grilled chicken was very tasteful. Everyone was polite and provided great customer service

My family went there for my husband’s birthday. We were seated on time @ 7:00p.m. The waiter did his spilll about special of the day. The waiter went on and on about the prime rib. So half my family ordered ribs. The waiter came back after 10 minutes and informed us the prime rib is no longer available. Mind you this was @ 7:00 p. M on a Saturday night! You would think the staff would check first before bragging about their prime rib. What a disappointment!

I had the Lobster bisque & calamari to start my night. I tried not to fill up on their delicious bread so that I could have room for the main course. I had the Chairman Reserve Boneless Rib-Eye Steak Medium Rare. It had the perfect chew to it. My waitress, Sunshine, was an absolute pleasure. She answered all our questions and wrangled all the other waiters assisting her at our table. I will definitely return with my wife.

I've been to several high-end restaurants during my trip to Vegas, and the prime steak I'd had here at this place was definitely the best. The steak was simple, but perfect, probably one of the top three steaks I had in my whole life. The service could not be better, the waiter was the most pleasant waiter I've seen. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic dinner at Vegas. I ensure you would never regret visiting this wonderful place.

AMAZING, SPECIAL AND MEMORABLE, EVERY SINGLE WAY! I have eaten at the Palm chain over a dozen occasions in both NYC and Vegas but I must say this was by far the most memorable and even touching experience. The food was impeccable (go for the gigantic lobsters they have, come early and they will have an extra big for you) and the service too. There was a small hiccup in the beginning but both our server and the manager (Alissa) went above and beyond to not only make it right but to make it a very special dining experience. While I have been here before, it was my parents' first time eating lobster. They have enjoyed it immensely and made a special remark about how impeccable the service was. My stepdad had his birthday and the chocolate cake with a candle, the special birthday table decor and the little hand-written birthday card were all an evidence of a restaurant that truly provides a wonderful, special, memorable and one-of-a-kind experience. I can't thank everyone involved enough for the wonderful experience and will be sure to come back in the not so distant future. Thank you!!!

Wow! What a great experience. We arrived for an early dinner before seeing a show and the service, food and atmosphere were all very enjoyable. We each had a steak (I has the strip and my wife had a filet) that was cooked properly and seasoned perfectly. So good! The sides were large enough to share and delicious as well! You could tell the staff enjoyed working together as well, which is really nice. We were before the dinner rush so it was a very casual feel which we also enjoyed. Honestly, this may be our new favorite spot for a steak in Vegas, and chances are we'll stay at Caesar's next trip just to be close to The Palm!

Competent steak house, outdated atmosphere, with friendly, but amateurish service. Got called "boss" by the maître d twice. The server was very friendly but made us hand her used plates and we filled our own water. She was not so attentive after food service. The manager (just guessing) came to ask if everything was ok without introducing herself so I had no idea who she was. It may have been a customer? The hash browns were great, green beans very good, kale salad had way too much dressing despite asking for light on, and the steaks were mediocre: rib eye and filet were a bit tasteless, like supermarket beef. If this were a $$ restaurant it would get 4 stars. Since it's definitely a $$$$ it gets a generous of me, 3 stars.

We stepped out on faith and reserved our post-wedding dinner at The Palm, a restaurant that we’d never eaten at or heard of, hosting 11 of our closet friends and the experience was Spectacular!! One of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Waygu beef ribeye was one of the most tender and best flavored steaks I have ever tried anywhere. Waiter was excellent and recommended the seafood appetizer which I will have every time I visit now. Dessert sampler plate was nothing short of amazing.

My Husband and I actually got Married at the Original Palm in NYC back in 2012, since then we made it our tradition to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary at the Palm every year on March 3... we recently moved to Las Vegas and we were overjoyed to know that there was a Palm Restaurant here in town so we didn't have to fly to NY each year...this coming March 2017 will be extra special however, because it will mark our 5th Wedding Anniversary and our 3rd year celebrating at the Palm in Las Vegas, and we have yet to be dissapointed! The food is always outstanding, the service is always a breath of fresh air and the best part is- that the staff will make you feel like family and that means Everything to a true New Yorker-- trust me! Most horrible experience I've ever had in a so called fine dining restaurant and I've been all over the world. I was there with a group of 16 people for a friends birthday celebration. None of us were pleased or satisfied. I ordered a Filet Mignon medium rare, what I got was a burned piece of meat in the outside while completely raw inside, the presentation was literally a piece of meat in a white huge plate no decoration no small green leaf or swirl absolutely nothing to make it look presentable! We all assumed the taste would make it all better, but yet again disappointed. We could have had better food and service at an Outback Steakhouse food chain restaurant. Our bill was a bit over $1600 dollars, which we wouldn't have minded if it was half worth it. This is the first time a write a review in my life, I'm just not that person. But this time around I couldn't let it go apparently its still bothersome. It was the first and last time I or any of my friends/family/Associates will be eating there again.

The Palm Las Vegas is outstanding and even sports a patio the juts out into the Forum Shops area of Caesars Palace. Great wine selection- with the usual restaurant wine markup, unfortunately- buy hey! It's Vegas BABY!

The 2 rating is based 100% on the food we were served NOT the service. Our waiter J.R. was EXCEPTIONAL. He went above and beyond to take care of everything we needed, unfortunately he is not the Chef/Cook and cannot control what came out of the kitchen. The Hostess was friendly, polite and offered us a Free Appetizer after having to be moved to another table once we were seated. Apparently a big party was coming and they sat us in the wrong area. This was great and the Calamari was exceptional, glad we had it, the rest of the meal was not. The manager Michael Martin, however, it the epitome of what a manager should be. Know you messed up and make it right. He did and for that we are very appreciative. Thank you Michael ! What was suppose to be a very nice celebration dinner, ended up with us being extremely disappointed. Off Day for the Chef, maybe? Ask for J.R., he won't disappoint you !

What can I say, after passing up a bunch of higher priced restaurants in the Forum Shops near Caesars Palace we settled in for lunch at the Palm Restaurant. I ordered from their Catch 22 menu and I was unbelievably surprised. The meal started out with the best Caesars salad I have had in ages accompanied by choices of sweet, salty and dark bread and rolls. I was getting full already. The meal was my favorite choice of fish.....baked halibut. It was encrusted by Panko bread crumbs and had a very mild seasoning that sweetened the fish to delectable heights. It was paired with broccoli rabe that I don't like but not here.....it was delicious. I chose the half and half platter of cottage fries and onion straws as my starch (that could have served 2 or 3 people.) All of this was a mere $22. And every bite was delicious. The service was superb, the tables and booths were clean and comfy and quite honestly I can't say enough nice things about the Palm Restaurant.

So refreshing to finally receive excellent quality for a fair price. So refreshing to receive a meal that was properly prepared. I sometimes work in the mall and am so tired of being ripped off at the other venues. I have no problem paying for quality. Thanks so much for your power lunch special and to the people in the kitchen. You live up to what a fine dining restaurant experience should be. I guess family owned really does make a difference!

it was first time I go there, the interior and atomosphere of restaurant was great, and their appetizer, dessert were splendid, but their entry was honestly below my expectation. the spoon and wine glass was not fully cleaned so my gf was somewhat dissapointed with their hygiene control. Overall, it seems to have best value of lunch in manhattan for the price

My spouse and I visited this establishment for lunch. I have the lunch special and spouse tried the steak. Nice but not worth the price in comparison to other restaurants nearby. I expect more for a $50 lunch. Service was slow. I had to ask several times for additional hot water for my tea. Then, I received the hot water with no teabag. I guess I was to reuse my old bag. Not acceptable and never had that experience before. I will not be re-visiting this establishment.

Ate the 3lb. lobster all by myself. It was perfect. Two people had the rib eye, cooked to perfection and one had the tuna, which he loved. Each of the birthday guys got a slice of cheesecake with fresh berries on top it was delicious. The service as always was great and so was the rest of the staff. We are locals and The Palm is our special occasion place. Anyone who wants top notch food with top notch service will not be dissapointed.

My party of six was impressed with the flexibility shown when we wanted to change tables because of a noisy event and again when we opted to share some dishes. The server and other members of the staff were very warm, welcoming and willing to laugh with us as we enjoyed asking questions about the history of the restaurant, the meal and the drinks.

Our Waiter (Barry) was one of the best waiters that I've ever encountered. The food was GREAT! My wife and I split the Steak and Lobster. It was delicious. We will definitely becoming back next time we are in Vegas!

She wanted her lobster dinner and they treated her like it was her birthday, they couldn't have been nicer, the food was superb, the whole dining experience was outstanding. I'd give you more than 5 stars because that's how much we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for such a memorable day.

So far this restaurant was the worst restaurant experienceI have ever had in my life. On Feb 8, 2019 I was going to have dinner with my husband before we go to out show. The silver hair person got us to the booth and left us with only the wine menu and at the same time I ordered a Bloody Mary. Then waited and waited for someone to pay attention to us in order to get a menu for food. Total waiting time was about 10 mins just to get menu and water...... I did not want to know where was my drink order and no longer interested to know. The customers behind us got their table 5 mins after us already got their water and menu. We were so mad and left. I would recommend all Asian don't go there as I think they are races (we were the only Asians there). I hope they understand that without their customers, they would not be working neither.

This has GOT TO BE the best kept secret on the strip! We have lived in Vegas for more than a decade and I have never heard of this place until it was recommended by a friend. I just returned from lunch at this place and may not need to eat for a few days. My wife and I had the three course Lunch Special (“Power Lunch”) for about $26. You can spend more than that for a lunch buffet at many places on the strip but you cannot find better or more for your dollar. The three course "Power Lunch" offers a choice of salads, a choice of main course, and a choice of desert which equates to limitless opportunities for self abuse. I have been to all the highly recommended steak houses in Vegas because I do love a good steak. On the other hand, my wife does not care for steak but loves her seafood. The Palm Restaurant inside Ceasar's Palace is the perfect solution. It is located in that niche between the Casino proper and the Forum shops. Now I am not denigrating any other establishments' offerings, but I can tell you that none are superior to the quality of the lunch fillet (2ea 4 oz) at the Palm. And according to my wife, none can come close to the halibut she had. Now about that self abuse thing... Being a Choco-Holic, I had the Flourless Chocolate Cake for desert and my wife had the New York Cheese Cake. Actually we both a some of each. What a treat! The servings were enough to raise heck with my diet for about a week and well worth it. There are limitless opportunities for a good meal on (and off) the Vegas Strip. But every once in a while you want to enjoy a very pleasant meal in a very pleasant surrounding with a truly high end service level. Then if you want to caveat all that with truly good cost/value you typically hit a wall...except for the Palm Restaurant. I am an old fashioned sort of guy and regardless of any other criteria, i.e.: FOOD QUALITY (EXCELLENT+), PRESENTATION (EXCELLENT), VALUE (EXCELLENT), etc.,etc. - SERVICE is what truly differentiates a GREAT meal from an otherwise “good” meal. Our server was a young lady by the name of LINH (?) who never seemed to stop moving and always appeared at just the right time. Her knowledge of all the wonderful offerings certainly aided in our selection while equally challenging our decision making abilities. We appreciated her knowledge and her patience. The atmosphere was a wonderful blend of neighborhood (i.e. Las Vegas then and now) comfortable and contemporary upscale with down to earth pricing. A true pleasure that I will continue to highly recommend.

We have been enjoying the Palm Restaurants in Miami, Denver, Los Angeles and Las Vegas for years. The best for both food and service. Went here for supper for our last evening in Vegas, and to celebrate a birthday! Blair was our server, and was phenomenal. From recommendations on the menu, to customizing our order, he made sure all the details were attended to. Way cooler vibe than most traditional steakhouses, and the food was just as good! My wife and I grabbed dinner here before heading over to watch Absinthe. If you like to people watch, a great place to request seating is on the patio. The salads were amazing including their seasonal watermelon and mozzarella salad. My wife and I both got the crab cakes. The crab cakes were loaded with crab, and they were wonderfully seasoned. If you're going to be at Caesar Palace, this is definitely a great place to have a nice dinner.

We had a great dining experience here. Our server Ruan was such a stand up guy. He knew everything on the menu, and he even went out of his way to show us featured items on the menu. I ordered the Bone in ribeye, and it was amazing. Our guests also enjoyed their meals. I try to come here every time i visit Las Vegas. If you want a phenomenal steak for the price, this is the spot.

This pricey steak and seafood restaurant in the fake outside space of the casino can get lost in the massive sizes of the other restaurants, but it offers up some tasty, though expensive options. I opted to stay li on the light side and skipped the steak and got the lamb instead. It was incredibly delicious and very well cooked. Service was super friendly and checked in often.
