This place is so good that you cant get a seat. I had the wing combo. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the fries are yummy. I ate in the car! So good.

First time at Chicken Shack & LOVED it. The employees were so friendly & even took the time to explain the menu proportions to me without making me feel rushed- trust me, I needed explaining and she was so amazing!! I ended up ordering Buffalo Chicken Fries with 3 Fingers & the Tropicana Lemonade. The Buffalo Chicken Fries were amazing- it had fries, cheese, chicken pieces, more cheese & buffalo sauce. The fingers were honestly better than Raising Canes & Chick Fil A- not greasy AT ALL & they were perfectly breaded pure chicken breast! All of our food came quickly & was fresh! For dipping sauce I tried the Hot Honey Garlic which was wonderful, Sweet Chili, Ranch & my all time absolute favorite dry seasoning Lemon Pepper. Personally love to dip the chicken finger in ranch, then dip it in the Lemon Pepper dry seasoning- seriously best flavor combo. The guys in our group ended up ordering Shack Burgers with fries. The restaurant itself was nice. On the wall it said "Why did the chicken cross the road" with quotes from a bunch of different people (: They also sell beer! Overall experience, we absolutely loved!

The Henderson location is much better. My wings were cold...the cashier wasnt very friendly. My friend went to go complain about my wings being cold and the cashier gave a fake smile and hander her the money back. I've only eaten at The Chicken Shack twice...I would recommend the Henderson location.

Wow! Great food. I got number 2 Honey Habanero. I changed the fries for the mac salad . Great price. Chunky meaty wings. I ordered and washed my hands and the food was waiting for me. Everyone got fast service.

I would choose zero stars if it let me... the chili cheese fries were awful, extremely salty, chili tasted old and canned. The fries were definitely not the ones on the picture, no flavor at all... the sauce for the wings looked like they just poured it in there, didn't even bother mixing it. Tasted awful as well. Avoid this place if you can cuz I have no clue how people actually enjoy this

The chicken shack has great chicken tenders. Used to be my favorite chicken spot until they outpriced themselves. It's located by Smith's grocery store and Roberto's. Also a baskin robin nearby. The restaurant is small with minimal seating. Would have given it 5 stars except for their prices now. We don't go as often. But the chicken is very good.

I had the chicken wings and strips plate. The strips are huge and dry, and the wings are huge and tasteless. Salt and pepper ISN’T enough. The fries should be called potatoe strips because they’re really skinny and soft. I also ordered a side of potato salad that was pretty sour. Yeah, I’m unimpressed. The sauces were delicious though!

Best chicken fingers and wings! Better than raising canes by a mile! The chicken fingers are juicy, and have the optionof many sauces to either dip or have them drenched. I can't forget to mention the chilli, by far the best chilli you can get in Vegas!

Great food, outstanding service, reasonable price and large enough portions for a large guy (6'4" and 300lbs) like me. Additionally the atmosphere and items on the wall are good entertainment for the short wait for the food. The only small issue was the chicken was a little, and I'm talking a small, barely noticeable amount, over cooked, fries were delicious and the quality of ingredients was exemplary. Outstanding overall, highly recommend this place for delicious, quick, chicken.

The food here is hands down delicious! The chicken wings and fingers are very tender, juicy and crispy and the sauces are very good! The only thing I would recommend this place is to give a good clean to the bathroom and fresh paint to the walls.

DONT EAT AT THIS CHICKEN SHACK! My sister and niece ordered food from them today. My sis said chicken tasted spoiled. My sister called in, they basically admitted that the chicken was cooked last shift and was old. Not only that but it was salty af. ... now my sisters stomach is jacked up. They wldnt do anything abt it. DONT EAT HERE and please spread the word! #chickenshackisHORRIBLE Sn: i dnt want to hear from the food police talking abt how she shldnt eat chicken

I wonder if all these locations are just as bad as the Boulder Highway location that when I Ordered some food about 8:30 p.m. apparently it was late. I got one burnt chicken wing one chicken wing flavored with some spices. 2 small dried up fragments of chicken wing. A regular chicken wing and a drummie chicken wing. So two of my six wings were edible.. Ordered 8:30 p.m. May 30th 2019. I guess I got scammed by a business that doesn't much care. EDIT.... I heard from the manager or owner not sure which one about my review.. Informed me that if I change my review they would replace my order after the fact. just to make sure I understood that correctly I called the store to see if my name was written down for a replacement order but it had not been written down. So apparently they want good reviews without deserving them.

Nasty food! I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 fries to go. On the way home, the food smelled so bad, I almost threw it out the window. When I got home, it was the fries that smelled so bad but believe it or not, the fries were more edible then the chicken sandwiches. Disgusting! Will never go back!

We recently moved to Henderson and on our first day wanted something simple, affordable, and local. We were extremely satisfied with the speedy service and amazing taste of food. 5/5 would definitely recommend. The Lemon Pepper was delicious, we’ll be trying some of the other flavors soon!

This is my favorite place in Las Vegas. It may not look like much from the outside but its an outstanding hole in the wall place to get wings and chicken. The shoestring fries are also excellent. The wings are also larger than your typical wing you may get at other restaurants, so a 6 piece wing is comparable to 10-12 "normal" ones. Also they are breaded & fried, which in my opinion makes them even better than traditional wings. I've been coming here for 7 years and never leave disappointed

We ordered the chicken tenders. They were descent. Not too greasy and nice in size. I ordered the chili it was good. They gave us 20 different sauces for our tenders. It was fun trying them all. This place is not easy to spot from normal traffic. It's basically a hole in the wall. But the staff were super friendly and our order came out fast and hot. The guy who took our order was very nice. I will definitely be visiting this place again when I come back.

Ordered a chicken sandwich to go. It was missing cheese. Went inside to ask for one slice of cheese. They take my food and spend 20 minutes remaking it. Which was nice because it wasn’t cold but completely defeated the purpose of my to go order and they didn’t bother to communicate anything. My first ordered was also well seasoned but my remade order was not. Very bland overall.

It’s called the CHICKEN SHACK so my guess was the chicken would be flavorful without the sauce, if you have to add sauce to your chicken wings to eat them just to enjoy then guys the chicken isn’t so tasty, and even with the sauce the chicken was horrible, and bland. Step up your flavor on the chicken ALONE. I will not recommend the Chicken Shack to any chicken lovers out there. GROSS!! Took one bite without sauce and it ruined my whole appetite. Do better please!!

Stopped in the other night to pickup dinner (takeout). Simple selection of chicken, plus burgers. Got the triple burger, chicken fingers, wings, fries and a chicken salad. They forgot the ranch dressing for the salad, but everything else was there. Got the creamy garlic sauce on the side, and it was excellent. The burger was good and the chicken was cooked well, with a nice a crisp, crunchy batter. I would recommend this place, and will be back when in the mood for chicken again.
