We came here to celebrate our engagement and we had 16 total. Everything was perfect from the atmosphere, staff, drinks, food, and desert. Thanks Robert A and other staff, chefs, and management who made sure everything was perfect you all did a fantastic job! We received the best service in Las Vegas at the Capital Grille. We also LOVE Phoenix, Chicago, and Colorado Capital Grille, we have never been disappointed at any of the locations. If you're looking for an amazing meal all around this is the place! I had the lobster bisque(soup of the day), sirloin with lobster mac and cheese, ALL AMAZING!! The coconut pie was to die for, can't wait to come back next time were in Vegas!

Five stars well earned for the capital grille. We had a late dinner tonight, and every aspect of it was exceptional. The service we received from Charles was beyond measure. The restaurant closed at 10, however he sat with us to talk about one of the Rye's they sell and different makes for quite awhile. He was phenomenal in his liquor knowledge and the menu. The lady who topped up waters must have sensors on our glasses because she was extraordinarily fast to refill them. Three of us had different steaks, all done differently and they were all perfect. The ambiance was wonderful, side dishes large and delicious and the view spectacular. For 4 very picky patrons, we were very very pleased. 5 solid stars to Charles and the rest of the team tonight at Capital Grille!

We had dinner at the Capital Grille and truly enjoyed the whole evening. You definitely want to make reservations, as we did. We were seated quickly and the service was incredible. Our waiter, Mark Dafforn, was the best. We had great conversations; he assisted with taking a few pics (and video for my vlog) of us. He asked about the Championship ring I wear, which led to more great conversation. He was super knowledgeable on the menu, and had no issues with me creating my own version of the surf and turf (Crab cakes infused with Lobster, and the 10oz fillet). Drinks and dessert were wonderful.

After years of visits, it's time to show some yelp love to one of my favorite business lunch spots on the strip... TCG Service & Ambiance: The dining area is very elegant, and the glass windows provide for some nice views of the Strip and Wynn hotels depending on your seating. The staff is dressed sharply in ties and jackets. The look and the service is very professional. They always ask initially if I'm under time constraints at lunch to notify the kitchen if necessary, fantastic. With that, the dishes always come out timely regardless. TCG Lunch Cuisine: The pan-fried calamari with the hot cherry peppers is the go to shared table appetizer. The peppers add the perfect amount of spiciness to the dish. The signature cheeseburger is fancy with the Vermont cheddar as well as tasty. The filet has always been cooked perfectly when I've ordered it. Every salad and soup I've had has been fresh and well prepped. Overall, the portions are on the smaller size but the chefs pack them with tons of flavor. The Capital Grille is my safe space for business lunches as they've always delivered on service and cuisine. The ambiance is classy and business casual attire matches perfectly with it. I'll be here for more business lunches in the future. Enjoy!

One of my fav places to go to in Vegas town. The food here is top notch and is always top quality. We are always given great service here and the waiters are always knowledgeable. Plan ahead if you are coming in from out of town. Reservations are practically a must.

We always visit the Grille when in LV. Their food is consistently delicious along with outstanding service. We started with cocktails & wine. White cheddar potato soup was outstanding. Pear & gorgonzola salad was good as well. Scallops were cooked to perfection...they're very rich with the lobster sauce so beware. Brussel Sprouts are my absolute favorite along with warm chocolate cake. So yummy. Matthew was our waiter. He was quite busy that night with a large table and a birthday but we liked not being rushed. We will be back.

My friend and I came here to celebrate her birthday and Michael, our host, was so accommodating! We came at a time when the be restaurant was empty so my friend was able to take many photos. The atmosphere was beautiful and so was the view from our table. Having been the only one dining for lunch, we had much attention from staff and it was so nice! I had v the salmon and she had the lobster burger. Both were good but we really enjoyed the desert: cheesecake and flour less chocolate cake. Definitely had a great time and would come back!

I have eaten at many Capital Grill locations. The chef at this location is superb. And when you add his excellent art with a staff that cares...you have close to perfection. The swordfish was so tender it truly did melt in your mouth. Infact, everything was excellent. Thank you Erik, our waiter.

This is my favorite steakhouse in town. It's not trying to be loud, it is the standard for me. Professional service, consistent perfection, and everything how you like it. On my last visit, the chef visited and had the best table conversation with us ever. Our server Amanda was darling, prompt, courteous and descriptive. She gave the right amount of service.

So it's a chain but this place has become a tradition for us to hit. They make a solid steak and have consistent great service. Good views if you get a table by the glass facing the strip. Heck the fact that they have Windows is a plus. Anyways there are lots of options but they are the best capital grill out of all I have been to.

I was delivered a wrong steak with wrong doneness. It was burnt black and difficult to bite off, so that seemed like a reheated or re-cooked. Whichever intentionally or accidentally, I have to say the waiter was not professional. Because it was a kind of business dinner, I did not want any quarrel and not complain anymore. It was certainly worst experience in the famous steakhouse.

This was always one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. Today I ordered a to go lunch for my wife and I. My wife order a Caesar salad. I could not believe when I got to the hotel across the street and saw a small container of the lettuce with a few cretins on top. I call to speak to the manager and was on hold for 11 minutes. She said I could walk back from my hotel and they would make a new salad. I explain to her that it was a 103ﾟ outside and that she could deliver a salad to my hotel lobby. The capital grille in both Houston and Dallas are top notch but this one in Vegas is a huge disappointment. Head a Caesar salad tonight at Morton' Steakhouse.Compare for picture versus capital grill.

There are so many good steak houses in Vegas, skip this one unless you just really like their brand. It's not a bad steak house - great steaks and seafood options, attentive service, your typical $10 for a side of asparagus - it's just entirely unremarkable. You might as well be in Pittsburgh once you're inside, and it's attached to a shopping mall. Maybe it's just my preference, but when I'm in Vegas paying $60 for a steak, I'm paying extra for the atmosphere and ambience, which this place lacks.

Quality is defined by this place. It's consistently great quality at a reasonable price. I ordered the kona rubbed ribeye and the porcini ribeye, both cooked medium rare plus. Never failed me here. Steaks were juicy and tender. Not over cooked or under cooked. The menu is extremely customizeable if you wanna change up the type of steak with a different sauce or crusting. The lobster Mac n cheese is a must. Big chunks of lobster not tiny slivers. Also had the New England Clam chowder...excellent. for drinks I had their Mojito, which was good. Not Miami good but honestly a decent cocktail. The waitstaff was great. Hats off to Mike Young who was helpful and attentive. Always enjoy coming here.

No........The steak was not good !!!! I had dry age NY steak, but it was just dry steak. I mean the steak was so dry, crumbling, and solty !!! I didn't want to eat that. And now i feel not good. That was my mistake to choose this restaurant. All orders was soo solty even salad and potatoes. But the manager apologized me. So i understood.

Checked out this location to celebrate a friends birthday. The food was great and they even left a personalized card and decorations for the table! We had a reservation which was smart seemed to be a desired location for the lunch hour. I had the crispy chicken sandwich w/ fries. Our server Tom was nice, attentive and very welcoming. Overall great experience ample amount of parking since it's at the mall and I was happy that it was OK! We ordered the lobster Mac & cheese which unfortunately didn't come out however they were overwhelming apologetic and sent us some home on the house. Great customer service and if Tom is my server again, We'll be back for sure!

The food was good. Towards the end of my $80 a plate meal, the server kept trying to take my plate. For about $80 a plate, I expect to enjoy my meal and savor it. I had to tell our server SEVERAL TIMES I was not finished and wanted to savor my meal. The pace of the meal was poor and I felt very rushed. For a fine dinner for a special occasion, I STRONGLY recommend going somewhere else. There are several fine dining choices in Las Vegas. Apparently, the Capital Grill is on the way out.

This place is a very fancy/upscale restaurant that costed an arm and a leg for our lunch. When we went for lunch at 12pm, the restaurant was very empty and during our 2 hour lunch, the restaurant remained empty. However, the food was excellent and that's probably why it costs so much. We had the lobster salad and clam chowder. Then we all got an entree, one of chef's selections, truffle fries and a dessert. Total cost for our lunch was about $230 for three of us and that's not including tip! Although, this place was expensive, I think it's worth a try....

My boyfriend and I visited the Capital Grill this past Saturday and can both honestly agree that this was the best restaurant experience we have ever had in our life. Not only did the restaurant accommodate our request for a view of the strip but they treated us like King and Queen. We were celebrating not only my boyfriends birthday but our 6 year anniversary. We had the pleasure of being hosted by Mike Sabini, who was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for restoring our Capital Grill faith and making the BEST Pom-jito Mike. Everything about this place exudes excellence. I visited The Capital Grille for my 21st birthday and it was the best dining experience I have had yet. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about their selection of wine yet he wasn’t arrogant in any way unlike some connoisseurs. He radiated a comfortable and confident attitude and was very apt at conversing with our table. Our meals were amazing. I ordered a steak and it was cooked to perfection. The view was nice and the lighting sentimental. They also put together a special birthday dessert platter which I found to be a very kind sentiment. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making my 21st such a memorable experience.

My porterhouse steak was cooked perfect (medium). We shared the soy glazed Brussels sprouts with bacon. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly.

I absolutely love this place. The ambiance is perfect and its location provides spectacular strip views. The service is always top notch, particularly the waitstaff. Ask for Wade, he always makes for a memorable experience. His serving skills are fantastic. Always there with a just in time drink and has tableside conversation that enhances the evening. The food is always spectacular here as well. I've never had a bad or disappointing item. Now, for all this wonderfulness, be prepared to pay about $150 per person including drinks and tip.

Please consider upping the receptionist pay grade. The person didn't recognize the name under whom a whole room (Magnum) was reserved, multiple times (on the phone, in person) and didn't seem to care much either. It's a high quality restaurant - please don't staff that desk with airheads.

Looking at the menu, it's very hard to pick one thing. Everything is described very appetizing. Service is excellent, knowledgeable, and relaxed. They don't try to rush you out. Plenty of table room, you can't really hear your neighbors conversation. The food clearly had very great quality ingredients, however I felt a lot of what I tried lacked taste, except the scallops. The lobster Mac n Cheese and Au Gratin Potatoes had way too much bread crumbs on top for my taste. Surprisingly, everything I reheated at home tasted excellent!

First off the Valet is complementary which adds to this fine dining experience. The elevator takes you directly to the restaurant where your greeted with friendly hostess. The place is deck out with large framed portraits of famous men. The tables and wine bar stood out. The view is absolutely amazing over looking the strip, go right before the sun sets so you can watch it get dark and the lights come alive. The service was amazing and gave us all the respect for our celebration. The food was perfect especially the steak that’s big enough to feed 2. They even have a kids menu that’s not listed but they have one available. The drinks was perfectly made and the bill was less than $200.00. Must try if you want to eat like King and Queen.

This place has really gone down hill. Are used to be my favorite restaurant for the stuff lobster. They no longer have that on the menu. Ordered to Maine lobsters for dinner, and they said they were out of Maine lobster at 7 o’clock at night. There were only four tables in there at the time. The service was horrible. Waited 15 minutes before our waiter even showed up to give us water and take our drink order. There were five waiters and only four tables busy at the time. The waiter nor the manager never even came to ask is how our dinner was. It’s time to closest restaurant to put a new one

Great location. Read and fulfilled my table request - corner facing the strip. It’s table 73. It sits four. Pleasant hostesses and helpers Sidney and Jeff. Waiter Alex is a loud character but his service is adequate. My clam chowder was average. Oyster on the half shell from Baja California was excellent. Meat is it’s specialty. My husband loved it. My special - South Africa lobster tails were average. Strawberry and creamed did not look pretty but tasted great. iPad Wine list was not bad. Champagne and Martini were ok. Two gentlemen stop by and asked about our dinner. I guess they’re supervisors or manager? Would be more professional if you introduce yourself to the customers. We will return but focus on the meat. We spent four fine dining nites here in Vegas and it’s the best one we had. Go figure. On a scale 1-10, it’s a 6.5 to us. If you are taking Ltfy or Uber after dinner, just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are at the pick up area.

Every Vegas trip I always visit a new steak place. This place had great reviews so have it a shot. We make reservations and we’re seated right away. We both had steaks and split the shrimp cocktail. It has a great wine list. Both steaks were cooked perfectly. We had mashed potatoes as side dish which was also really good. Our server was great and come by every so often. The shrimp cocktail was really good. I was definitely recommend this place to anyone

We had a beautiful view of the Strip. The staff were warm and welcoming. Our waiter Mike Young was charming and took very good care of us. We really felt special. Our food was amazing. My son got the tomahawk steak and I got the filet and lobster—best food ever!!! They gave us a rich chocolate cake for dessert and after the meal champagne to toast our anniversary. We love the Capital Grille because the have spectacular food and they go out of their way to make you feel special. I can’t wait to go back!

We always visit the Grille when in LV. Their food is consistently delicious along with outstanding service. We started with cocktails & wine. White cheddar potato soup was outstanding. Pear & gorgonzola salad was good as well. Scallops were cooked to perfection...they're very rich with the lobster sauce so beware. Brussel Sprouts are my absolute favorite along with warm chocolate cake. So yummy. Matthew was our waiter. He was quite busy that night with a large table and a birthday but we liked not being rushed. We will be back.

Fine dining with a casual atmosphere! The view is great and the food is spectacularly prepared. The filet and bone in rib eye were so melt in your mouth perfect. Will definitely come back again and again.

I live in Las Vegas. Our waitress was Pam Pasquale. I ordered 10 oz Filet Mignon, medium rare. Pam was asking if I wanted inside of steak brownish, I said " No, I want middle of steak reddish and pink. I want medium rare, just barely cook. " She said " oh you want it well" I said that again " No. I wanted medium rare., I don' t like well cooked, I want barely cook. Middle of steak have to be red" She brought me little barry only hardly, not even 5 oz ( I actually ordered 10 oz) outside of steak; all burned black, inside of steak all brown, you can tell left over from somebody else's, who was ordered well cook steak was cutting off ( I'lI can tell that person ate half of his steak, other half, he left over) heat cooked again, all over outside of the steak was burned, inside all brown, horrible test. Pam asked to us, " how is food" , I said that " This is not medium rare, this is overly multiple times overly cooked" but I was talking politely and with laughing, she laugh too, and she ran out. I did not want any problem front of my friend who came to Las Vegas for visit. But Steak was most horrible, undelicious steak, ever I ate in my life. 10 oz. steak was not even half ( not even 5 oz.). Where was another half of steak? I ordered 10 oz. steak. Waitress was careless, thinking other people are stupid. Even I mentioned "Steak was came out not medium rare, there is overly, multiply well cooked" she just run away, didn't even care. And she was so hurry, she wanted, we live out quick and what she done, no one could understand. I'll never recommend this place. Steak was horrible. Service was not good either. Only at the door host lady was doing her job properly. Melted chocolate cake was ok too...

This is one of my favorite steakhouses in Vegas. The location is prime because it's close to parking, shopping, and the Wynn properties. If you get a window seat you're in for a great view and maybe even a glimpse of the dancing fountains at the Wynn.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a view of the strip as requested. Our food was perfect, our drinks were excellent, and our waiter Daryl was awesome. Highly recommend!! And they even gave us complimentary dessert

Place was crowded due to convention traffic- but service was great as expected at Capital Grille. The steaks and seafood platters were perfect as you expect at CG. The sides at CG are boring and uninspired. There are more interesting steak houses with better views, great steaks, and inspired side dishes all over Las Vegas that are better.

As always the Capital Grill is a great experience. I was here on a business trip where the partner bought us the meal. I got the black truffle New York strip medium rare and they made it perfectly. The rest of the meal was a number of their sides traded among the group. lobster macaroni and cheese, Parmesan truffle fries, Au gratin potatoes, grilled asparagus, and mashed potatoes were eaten. I think the lobster macaroni and cheese & the truffle fries were the best of them. They had a special for the Gorgonzola and truffle crusted NY strip. I have never had a steak done badly here. All have been a great meal. I did share a little of a few deserts. I think the best was the double chocolate cake. The cake was very chocolate, and the cherries were very infused with port. Be prepared for this.
