Been eating at the LV Blvd location for years, it's just a few blocks away from my bail bonds office. Food is always good. I love the asada tacos and the tortas. The horchata is always on point too! I reccomend Tacos Mexico!!

Terrible Drive thru service. Waited over 3 mins with 2 cars ahead of me, car in front of me asked me to back out to let them leave. They ignored me kept saying wait to give order Wow terrible experience for the small high priced tacos. Better to go somewhere else bigger tacos and better service.

Been coming here since they opened. Hands down best tacos in Richmond!!! Everything on the menu is fantastic. Deffinatly give this place a try. Not the best place to sit down for a meal due to its limited seating but there are a few tables. Most authentic tacos around.

The food at this place is AMAZING, and definitely worth going out of your way to enjoy. Prepare yourself for the super sketchy neighborhood, by which I mean the homeless encampment next door, which I'll admit was a bit disturbing. The building itself does not have AC and has limited seating, but if you get takeout don't forget to hit up the salsa and other condiments before you go -- the salsa is not to be missed. Service was friendly and fast, prices were super reasonable, and again - amazing food. I had the sopes (vegetarian version) and a bean and cheese pupusa, along with horchata, which came out to under $7. All were delicious. If you love Mexican food, don't miss this place.

People have already said this, but I'll say it again : this place is authentic. They also give you a ton of a food for a low price. $8.50 gets you a protein rice and beans some garnish and 3 tortillas Plus a bottled soda. Salsa bar is available for you to load up with your condiments. This place is as "hole in the wall" as it gets. But it's good!

it's been awhile since I've been to a tacos Mexico. I have been going to Roberto's. I tell you what. I stopped in there around 11:30 or so. And I don't think I'll be going to Roberto's anymore. The cook made me a breakfast burrito that was out of this world. Got to give him a double thumbs up and 5 stars. It looks like the drive-thru is being worked on right now but it's worth walking in there

Decor is simple and the area isn't the best, but I thought I was going to cry when I ate here from how absolutely incredible the food was. Hands down the most delicious and authentic Mexican I have had in Richmond. The tortillas are handmade right in front of you!! They have tacos (including my favourite traditional fillings such as tongue and tripe), sopes, quesadillas, and more. Incredible value for price. I will DEFINITELY be back next time I am in Richmond.

The best tacos in town, for the best price. Other Mexican dishes available as well as rice and beans. Taco fillings include steak, chicken, cow's tongue, pork al pastor, beef barbacoa. Toppings include lettuce, pico, sour cream, queso fresco, cheddar cheese. Salsa bar with delicious salsas made fresh as well as onions, radishes, cilantro and limes. There's no soda fountain but a good selection of Jarritos and other bottled sodas and drinks is available. Take out or dine in available but seating is limited and at times take out can be the only option if you don't want to eat standing up. The same three ladies run the place every day and the food is very consistent in quality, and absolutely delicious every time I've been.

I have been here twice. Both times the staff has been very friendly. Food is cooked after you order, with fresh ingredients, and made fairly quick with the volume of people moving through during the lunch hour. I have waited in line 10 mins around 12:15pm and immediately order upon walking in around 11:30am during the week. Food normally takes about 5 minutes to serve. Note that they are cooking in the same room as you sit in when you are eating in. You will smell like tacos for the rest of the day (Not a bad thing in my opinion. Plan afternoon meeting accordingly). Overall a good taco experience.

While driving thru Richmond we found this place... A true hidden gem... AMAZING FOOD...I ordered the #2--3 tacos with chicken, rice and beans plus drink... $8.50 plus tax... cant beat the price...Plenty of food to feed 2 people... the flour tortillas were made on the spot after i ordered..slightly crispy and soft while toasty hot and just fabulous... rice was moist, not sticky and yummy... the beans were creamy and tasty... the chicken was small diced pieces that had been grilled tender and mighty delicious ... then great sauces to top it off were flavorful and not so hot that they scorched your tastebuds...

Came in on may 4 at 12am and was met at the door with one of the cashier'sshe then proceeds to berate me asking me what I want when I tell her I'm here to order food she says well what do you want here is our menu and I said ma'am I'm here ordering food I am a customer you cannot be rude to a customer as soon as they walked in the door I haven't even said nothing to you she's like all I thought you were one of the homeless people and I was like ma'am I'm sitting here in a button-up shirt with over $120 in my wallet I am not a homeles person. I proceeded to order a super burrito which is my favorite burrito from this establishment . ItsI sad when you cantc even go to your neighborhood small business and order food without being talked nasty to and harrassed to order before you even had time to look at the menu.

If you want to eat in, there are a couple tables & counter along the picture window. A lot of people came in for take-out while we were eating. I will definitely be eating here again. Stopped by for lunch based on the reviews. Ordered combo #2, one chicken taco, one steak taco and one barbacoa taco, beans, rice and a drink. All that for $10 was not a bad price. The meat was very flavorful and everything tasted really fresh. I particularly enjoyed the chicken taco. The toppings were hidden behind the counter, so I was unable to see all that were available. Beans and rice were ok to me, nothing special. There were additional toppings on a steel tray off to the side that were not covered, which looked a little questionable. I could see what some people were saying about the place being cleaner. Seating is limited, so get there early if you plan to eat in.

This is large portion comfort food, made fresh on the spot, and it's not just tacos. Food and bottled drinks only, no alcohol. Order in either Spanish or English and don't be afraid to Google anything you see on the menu, that you don't know about, before ordering. Expect up to a 10 minute wait, during peak lunch time or if it's slow, and it's so worth it. Listen out for your order somewhere other than the register area, and move back to register area when your order is called out; you'll need to tell, or point out, any toppings (cheese, lettuce, pico, etc...). Pro-tip, watch for the person who was in front of you... you're usually next. Parking is available, and most people order take out during peak lunch as seating is limited. The AC works, and when it's not packed, it a chill spot to sit down and eat. Lots of smiles behind the counter and an open grill area filling the small space with smells of home cooking. Expect to bag your to-go order, if you really need one. They are to the left of the register. Combo #2 steak, chicken, chorizo!, flour tacos (comes with rice and beans), and a Mexican Coke in the glass bottle for the win.

We should have walked out when we saw that the place didn't look clean, and the people in front of us were having issues ordering, but it was 2am. Service was horrible. The cashier did not know what she was doing and overcharged us almost $15.00, when we questioned it the manager came and was rude to the cashier and returned our money. Food was cold, live and learn. Just moved into the Richmond area about 6 months ago and I have been looking for a great traditional Mexican food restaurant like I used to go to in Charlotte, I stumbled upon Tacos Mexico and I found just that! An amazing authentic Mexican restaurant, everything I have tried here has been amazing!! I highly recommend this restaurant!!!! The prices are cheap and amazing food! Go give it a chance! It looks a bit rough on the outside and the location isnt great but the food inside is to die for. You can also call in pickup orders, dine in or do takeout. You do not need to speak spanish to order here either, so don't be shy and go try some great authentic Mexican food!

But the service has gone down drastically. As soon as you walk in the servers rudely approach you and ask you to order. Like can I see the god damn menu? Then when we call in our order, one time the lady told us we called the wrong place and ordered at the wrong location. Like how dare you tell me where I ordered. I pulled up the number I called and called it right in front of her and it rang. Took all I had not to be like " b**** really?" Some guy comes from the back and offers to make the food. We WILL BE NEVER COMING TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!

This place used to be a What-A-Burger. My sister raves about this place. She gets a steak taco and the steak quesadilla. Well, she was right. I loved my food. It was fast and you had options. Very reasonably priced. They also give you a choice of flour or corn tortilla. They make the corn tortilla on site. They are so yummy. The ladies there were very nice and courteous. I also tried the pork and queso pupusa. Awesome! I never want a frozen pupusa again from the store. Definitely worth trying and will be returning.

Once you have good Mexican home cooking you are spoiled and everything else is junk food. The women who were cooking were wonderful! I'm hooked!!!!!! And that says a lot! Thank you for a wonderful meal!

Very good food. Ordered Chicken corn tacos and it was excellent. It was very crowded during lunch time and wait time was around 30 mins or so. Place can be little clean. I would recoomend..

Not only one of the best mexican restaurants in vegas but the country. I stop here everytime I'm in vegas. Great food. I gave it 4 stars cause service is sometimes slow and messes up my order. But the quality of the food makes up for the mistake

Delicious tacos, tortas, and burritos! I recommend the chorizo tacos, although all of the tacos are amazing. I was staying in Richmond for a few days and I’m so glad I found this spot!! Made it our go-to for lunch and dinner.

Best Taco Place ever! We drive 40 mins just go here for the tacos and sopes! Highly recommend!! Food is handmade and tortillas not microwaved like almost everyone else.

Found this shack in the drive back from NJ to Atlanta a couple of months ago. Good food, quick service. Not enough room to sit down with a group, but I was by myself. A couple of benches outside, but it was a hot day. I believe knowing Spanish would have helped, but the menus were in English - so, I managed fine.

Super authentic hole in the wall Mexican food. Would highly recommend it even though it's usually packed, the food comes out pretty fast.
