Raising Cane's has my favorite chicken tenders, and canes sauce is amazing. In addition to that, this location's service is always on point. It's always super fast, and they've only messed up my order very minorly once out of the dozens of times I've been there. That time I simply drove back around and they corrected it immediately without question. It's the perfect spot for a quick and tasty lunch!

Canes is the best fast food chicken place out of all of the major locations. They are always so fast. I have been in long lines at this Canes and they get through those lines so quickly! The staff are always so friendly and even will sometime bring your food to you and take your trash to the trash cans for you! But the best part of Canes is their sauce. The closest sauce to Canes sauce is taco bell sauce but that's like comparing apples and oranges. The chicken with that sauce is so dang good. The crinkle cut fries are amazing. And of course you cant forget about the Texas toast. Great meal, great environment. Give it a shot.

It's not Rooster's. But it's good. I don't care for Cane sauce. So I bring my own Ranch. It's strange to me that as popular as ranch is. They don't have it. It's my understanding delivery trucks are capable of carrying such an item. Just a thought.

I recently dined at this RC restaurant and found it to be a good experience, nothing great. I ordered the box combo and asked for well-done (crispy) french fries and they did not get them that way so it was disappointing. The food was brought to my table by the server and he just dropped it and walked away-did not say anything. I was going to ask for new french fries but there was now a line and I did not want to waste my lunch break. The food quality was good (outside of the fries) and it was the standard I have experienced at other RC locations. They are on the high side of the cost per meal when compared to their competitors so I would visit more often if they lowered their prices, offered discounts, loyalty program, random specials, etc. They have Chik Fil A across the street which is probably doing 4x the business (check the parking lot around lunch) so the standard for chicken is really high.

Very unclean and lately the homeless individuals have been digging in the trash retrieving used cups and walking in for soda. Experienced someone grabbing my order when my name was called. People are going to do what they want but when your in an area where management doesnt care or pay attention why would I go there when there are so many other places I can go.

I like cains chicken, but what cains is know for is their sauce. If you feel like being penny pinched for every cent the onwer(because the staff was very nice about this)can get out of then check this location out. I won't go back to this location. Getting 16 strips & a large pan of fires to feed 3 people we were so graciously given 3 small sauces, & left with impression that we were being done a favor by giving us 3. This is silly & I hope to see that location shut down & a busy that is good to their customers take its place. This may seem harsh, & I get everything cost money. But, there's a thing called doing right by people & this location is seemingly not about that. Take my 39 cents today, but you will get no more money from me & I will strongly implore anyone I encounter to avoid this location. I hope my 39 cents was worth it.

I tried Raising Cane's on a previous trip to Vegas and man, this is great stuff. The chicken fingers, fries, sauce, bread, and sweet tea are all tasty and go so well together. The sauce is super good and I usually get extra with my meal so I can lather everything in it. We always stay without a car on the strip but it is definitely worth the Uber ride to get to Cane's.

I brought my family for the first time to try them out because we heard good things. The customer service was good and interior was cool and fun. The food was good, but WAY overpriced and they nickel and dime you for their sauce. It's frustrating having to pay another $.60 for a cup of sauce when I just dropped $25 for 2 adults and 2 kids on fast food. Plenty of chicken places that don't do that.

Cashier seemed a bit distracted taking my order. I ordered 2 meals but was only given one cup (had to ask for another one) then when my name was called only one of my meals were sitting there (had to ask for the other one). When helping a customer, your attention should be on them and not the conversation going on next to you. And, while I was standing there waiting for my 2nd cup, another employee came over with a meal and yelled someones name for their meal right in my ear. I know they have to yell because the restaurant is so loud, but it was kind of annoying. They could gave waited just a moment for me to move away from the counter.

I'm finding more and more great Cane's locations. This place is great! Chicken is nice and hot and crispy! I've ran into a few bad ones out there that have soggy strips that are cold or lukewarm at best but this spot is far from it. I've tried this one in the past but after my last visit I was impressed enough to leave a review. They do a great job and the staff is friendly as well. Keep it up!

Oh my Lord I moved here from Oregon which is like white people, bland chicken/vegetarian haven. Point is I never really knew chicken or love until I moved to the Southwest and found places like Raising Canes. My entire life has been a lie up until now. Amazing food, music always bumping when you're (IF you're) waiting in the drive thru, and never met an unfriendly employee there. They're all super nice. I like this place because everything is always fresh as it should be at Canes. However I'm only rating four stars because normally they bring your in-house meals to the table. And in this case it did not happen. They were not busy, nobody in line. And when I picked up my food i politely asked "dont you guys normally drop them off at the tables." This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.They Mananger Mike should be fired. I had came yesterday to drive placing order the box combo no beverage and no coleslaw. In replacement of the coleslaw I had asked for an additional toast And paid for an extra additional finger. As soon as I came home I had seen the food was wrong in fact they were supposed to change out the coleslaw and replaced with an extra toast, instead they gave me extra coleslaw and no toast I was also missing a tender. When I had called back that same Night they were close to closing and I was told my food will be documented and they would glad replace there errors The the manager Mike instead of helping me cursed at me! Even went so far as to insinuate I wanted free food, when clearly I had a receipt. The general managers name is Jacob and I’m planning on filling a formal complaint with corporate and demand my refund! And have the lack of customer service was down right disgraceful to the raising canes brand!!!!!

The staff here is horrible. The guy at the window has hit my car to let me know he was done with payment, one of the workers has said they were out of ketchup when I asked and wouldn't give an explanation, people there have intentionally put my name wrong on the receipt ticket. One of the workers has scraped my back with her keys. Do not go here.

Ordered the 4 piece chicken fingers, came with a large amount of fries, small coleslaw and a thick piece of toasted bread. Very filling, I brought two chicken fingers home for lunch tomorrow. I'm not a big fan of white meat, but I will say it was cooked just right, breading was delicious and chicken was very tender and juicy. Being a dark meat fan I will say honestly that I will eat there again, just not as often as I would if they offered dark meat.

Great service and good food, however I have noticed a recurring trend ever since competitor Chick-fil-A opened the market here in Vegas: 1> increased prices 2> decreased proportion sizes It begs the question: when will the inevitable step 3 take effect (decreased quality)? You had five stars before the distinguished competition rolled in and have lost one star for each issue. A decrease in quality will result in the loss of your remaining three stars...not that it will matter as any and every restaurant that has followed this three part plan has gone under.

Awful experience for being my 1st one. I was looking forward to it and all to fall into a disappointment. I purchased an item thinking it was going to come that way and it didnt although it was something small. I'm not from around the area so how was I supposed to know there was an ECOLI outbreak on their lettuce. Then you have the young lady in drive thru hollering like a maniac because she needed help in the drive thru. I understand that the restaurant works like that but when one sounds angry about it sends out negative energy not all guest appreciate that.

Food was good and hot the cashier was friendly. Seating was kind of hard to get probably because it was around 5pm. The dining area was pretty nasty. They did have someone going around I think was supposed to be cleaning, but all they did was wipe the stuff from the table either on the floor or chair. I sat at the large booth in the back and I don't think it gets cleaned very often between the back and the seating area. You could tell the stuff has been there awhile. Other than that the food was good!

This chain in general is always fantastic in my experience. The chicken is consistently well-cooked and hot. The strips they use are simply superb and that signature sauce is mouth-watering. Some have complained to me that the menu is limited, but I think this works in Cane's favor: their focus is on one product, and the result is phenomenal! I usually eat here at least once a week.

I prefer the Canes in Henderson. The people here weren't very friendly and the cashier was moving so fast and not paying attention and didn't take the change I was trying to hand her with the cash. Raising Cane's by far is the best chicken finger experience in all of Newark! All team members greet you as soon as you enter the door! Even when they are SLAMMED (which is quite often)! Service is great! Usually get your order within a few minutes after ordering. Every order is made fresh, hot, and crispy! I have NEVER had a cold, or lukewarm batch of food ever! Their ice tea is very good and sweet (also have un sweetened ). Fresh squeezed lemonade, delicious grilled bread, and tangy, but not bitter, coleslaw round out the offerings of this simple chicken establishment!! GOOD STUFF!!

We simply asked cashiers for to go box and they had us (2) kids boxes to go and my wife asked for a big box like what would come with caniac combos. She says all out sorry. As my wife and I packed up food she calls order for pick up and my wife see big box and said that's the big box. Cashiers say oh I'm sorry with tone and do not attempt to give us said box and turn away to talk amongst themselves again. All happened today around 3:50pm-4:10pm. Never again will do business with this store location.

Food and service was good but I won't come here again. There were 6 or 8 children, extremely loud and messy, moving crazily around from the table they were eating to the counter to talk to one lady working. Getting to the counter, past the loud and obnoxious children, just to order was extremely annoying and unnecessary. They left a mess for other workers to clean up. The noise level was painfully oppaling. After mintues of trying to enjoy our meal, after traveling several hours and working after that, we concluded that the woman behind the counter was there mother. She did nothing to control the children. We also witnessed the trash they left behind in the parking lot. We will not come here again.

I'm not impressed. The chicken was fresh, otherwise it doesn't really have anything to offer. Does anyone even like coleslaw?? The sauce was no good. Gravy would be a welcome addition to the tiny menu, as well as other choices in sides.

The Young Lady working at drive thru gave us unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. We tell her its unsweet and she tells us "Well it's all from the same bin" what? That doesn't make sense I ask for another one and she proceeds to poor me more tea in a smaller cup and tells me to taste it, still tastes very unsweet and I tell her it doesn't taste good and she then takes her time to pour maybe a cup worth of sugar into the "all in the same bin" full of "sweet/unsweet tea since they are together and gives me my drink and still doesn't taste sweet at all but I'm not gonna even deal with it anymore so I just drive on home. As soon as I got home put some of my own sugar in there finally thank the Lord... very unpleasant service and experience made me very sad

This place has been great every time. The employees are always cheerful and extra helpful. I have been here many times since it opened and will be back many more times. You can't beat their chicken fingers and the meals are big enough to split into several meals. The sauce and lemonade is also the best. 5 stars if it were not for the lack of common sense substitutions on the menu. For some reason I’m not allowed to substitute toast instead of french fries (toast is cheaper than fries) and coleslaw for extra canes sauce (sauce is cheaper than the slaw)....... not to mention....the sauce for the chicken should be free!!!! I don’t want fries ......I don’t want coleslaw ......seems pretty simple, but not for canes!!! Frustrating!!

Hair on my chicken. The rudest manager I've ever encountered. They refused to refund my$ even thou I was returning the inedible product w the receipt. I only gave this four stars because the employees were obnoxious and very loud while we were eating. We were the only people in the restaurant at 10:30 am. I heard the “F” word way too many times. Great fast food! Chicken is hot and toast is yummy, fries are crisp, lemonade is perfect. Still got heavy ice when i ordered easy ice. I come every two weeks to this location.only once in 5 times did I get limp fries. Hmm 20%, of the time, however mostly teens serving. They traded them out no problem. I think everyone that has waited on me has been polite .The only issue I have with this place is that they give you an extra small condiment cup of dipping sauce for 3 or 4 chicken tenders and if I want to put some on my fries they charge $0.29 more for an additional mini cup of the sauce. stingy.

I would have rated this visit higher except the chicken fingers were hard as a rock and I almost got accosted in the parking lot. As you know, Raising Cane's fingers are usually wonderful. Both boxes of fingers were just barely warm and hard. Way over-cooked. I usually check my food before leaving a place but Cane's has never failed before. The toast was good.

Always good. I live in California and Cane's has kept it simple and like In & Out burger's it is hard to miss up. If you haven't tried it. Give them a try. Chicken fingers, fries with a piece of toast and some cane sauce. You shouldn't be disappointed with the meal under 10 bucks!

I’m a fan of Canes and nothing was wrong with the food, but If someone is going to order a kids meal, let alone 3, for the outrageous price of $4.99 (for 2 strips, 20 fries and a 8 oz drink) you better inform them ahead of time that your out of toys/activities. I would have just ordered a Caniac combo and gotten more for $6 cheaper.

The chicken is more plump than the other brands, however could use more seasoning for flavor! The big turnoff is paying 35 cents for dipping sauce, but ketchup is FREE! The contrast in pricing is a major turn-off which makes the lack of seasoning apparent.
