Their food is amazing, but they don’t treat customers well at all. We put our names on the waiting list and waited. And waited... then we asked, since we saw two large groups arrive after us being seated before us. They seat large groups first. No explanation why aside from, “we only have a few big tables.” So during a busy dinner rush two people will not be seated in order of arrival if there is a bigger group first. I guess their bottom line is more important than return customers. This is our last visit. Too bad.

Best all you can eat KBBQ in Las Vegas. They have great meat selection and the brisket has nice marbling and fat. The sides are tasty and compliment the meat. And cool trick is the meat comes out on a little robotic tray. Make sure you go early because there’s always a wait.

Horrible service. I have eaten here many times before and they're usually pretty good. But on 1/14/2019 their service was terrible. The host for the evening crystal. I checked in and she wouldn't seat me. People who in checked in after me were seated. I waited for over an hour. They kept brushing me off saying that they were setting up a table but nothing was being done. I wouldn't suggest going here. I rather go to gen on sahara.

I love this kbbq place! The meat is super fresh and the staff is friendly! I *love* the cinnamon pancake that comes with the ice cream! However, it is a bit smaller than some kbbq places so during the dinner rush, be prepared to wait especially if you have a larger party!

The meat was good. The side dishes & the soups not so much, except the cucumber was really good. The kimchi was raw. You have to cook your own:( it's all you can eat, but they limit the steak & Kalbi to one serving. Service was great.

Walking in you get the impression that this is going to be a classy upscale experience. It's not. Our waiter didn't know what was on the menu so when we got wrong items he was oblivious to what they were supposed to look like. We also received wrong things multiple times and some items never came at all. They clean your grill with a napkin which just seems a little odd, rather than swap it out. Our waiter eventually disappeared so we stopped ordered and had to flag someone down to receive our check. I think with someone else the experience may have been better. I'll go back in about a month to reevaluate.

A high quality Korean BBQ restaurant just popped up for all my friends that live on the southwest side of town. Master Kim's is as good as it gets! Master Kim Service: When you enter, you're greeted immediately by the host station is to the left of the entrance. There is a touch pad to enter your cel number, you'll be notified by text you when your booth is ready. Matthew was our server and he was fantastic with answering questions about the menu, recommendations and always keeping the drinks fresh. He kept our grill clean and checked on us frequently for meat orders, great job. Your meats get delivered to you from the kitchen via a conveyor belt system. It's the first time I've seen it at a Korean BBQ restaurant and the concept works. Master Kim's BBQ: The menu is broken down extremely well. You get 3 ayce options, 2 fixed menu options and a la carte option. After you choose, they bring you a smaller menu of your selected option. This is great, as it frees up space on the table. MK prides themselves on the quality meat selections and it is evident in the taste. We could tell immediately with the black Angus beef brisket that MK meant business. We loved all the short ribs that we tried and the rib eye was delicious. We tried the spicy and regular homemade cold noodle and both were fantastic. Hands down, the best cold noodle in Vegas currently. The salads were fresh and all the usual banchan dishes were great. The corn and cheese was my favorite! Such a great combo to pair up with all the great meats coming to your booth. Master Kim's Ambiance: You get an upscale vibe with dark wood, contemporary lighting and glass utilized throughout the restaurant. Casual or date night, the ambiance covers both events well. The non-stick grills is a great operational tool that stood out for me. They heated up quicker for cooking (under a minute), easier to clean (servers can clean it with a napkin multiple times before replacing) and of course, the food doesn't stick to the grill. Excellent operational decision. Master Kim's is my new champion for Korean BBQ. The flexibility of the menu, the offerings of great dishes outside the Korean BBQ, the subtle yet effective operational efficiencies and the quality of the meat puts MK's at another level. You can find AYCE value and high end fixed menu pricing at Master Kim's. Master Kim's is on the opposite side of town from me, but it will not stop me from future visits. That's another tale, enjoy! =)

The service we got tonight with our server Matthew was astounding. I can easily say he had the most patience I've ever seen from any waiter, ever. He explained the menu to us but because it was our first time we weren't sure. He noticed after 5 minutes we still confused so he came back to help us again.He waited patiently for us to order and gave us great suggestions. The short ribs are amazing and so are the beef tongues. His service was out of this world. We had a wonderful experience, simply one of the best servers ever.

This a decent AYCE Korean bbq, albeit nothing special. Good meat choices and service. Although you can only order a maximum of 4 orders, literally was there for 2 hours having to wait then cook our orders with a group of 4 people. The place is clean and worth a try, but if you've been to a decent Korean bbq spot, this won't stand out.

The food is amazing, the conveyor belt (yes, theres a conveyor delivery system) delivery is efficient, the staff are friendly and attentive. This place is always very busy, just be aware - they do not do RESERVATIONS - so plan accordingly and make sure that the whole group is present when called or will be placed on hold to get to the table. *There are waiting benches inside and outside. **The floor does get pretty greasy... When walking around.

The one and only place for Korean BBQ! There is always a wait, in the afternoon between 5/6 till about 10 on you will wait between 10 and 45 min. The first time we went to Master Kim's we waited 2.5 hrs! Absolutely worth it!

This place has recently opened and is a true KBBQ AYCE experience. Highly recommend to anyone that in the area. Master Kim's is really clean and well maintained. Have offer 3 levels of AYCE and an a la carte menu as well. After ordering their a conveyor belt that slides your food down to you. As soon as you've grabbed your food it slides right back to the kitchen. This location loads you up with all types of ban chan from the cheese corn to the rice cakes. You also get Korean noodles or bibimbap in addition to your meal. As for the meats everything here is quality. You can tell by the marbling and color of the meat. We enjoyed the brisket, angus rib eye steak, kalbi and beef tongue. Quality and service here is top notch. Seating can be tight for parties over 4. This restaurant is about 25 mins from the strip. Well worth the drive. I'll definitely be back to try their other dining options

One of the top 3 all you can eat Korean Barbeque places in Vegas. Lowest tier price is perfectly fine for anyone. Steamed egg and bean paste soup are to die for and thirds are mandatory. Get the brisket and the pork belly for maximum value. Wait can be a little much sometimes but it's always worth it

Should of went to Biwons instead. Went to Master Kim's with a party of 5. Was quoated 24 mins. We waited. Checked back in and was then told we had to wait for another 25 mins. We waited. Checked in again. Was told because we had a party of 5 we had to wait for another 25 minutes. Ridiculous! This place should be able to accommodate 5 people easily. And customer's should be told up front how long it will really take for them to be seated instead of wasting their time.

We have eaten here numerous times and it is fantastic each time. Just be prepared to wait a bit for a table. We have come as early as 4 pm for dinner and still waited 25 mins. on the weekend, but it is definitely worth the wait. Can't wait to introduce my out of town family to Korean BBQ.

This AYCE Korean BBQ is one of the best I've eaten here in Vegas. Nice choice of meats divided into three price categories and all still reasonably priced. The lines can get long past 6PM but they have an updated check in service that can text you when your table is almost ready. Watch out for parking as well since they share a lot with a local gym it can be tough to find a spot sometimes.

I love Korean BBQ and this is one of the of the better places I've had it. I love the presentation and the ambiance here. The little robot carts that deliver to your table are really cool and the overall service was very good and the food was all very fresh and tasty. The price was on par with other restaurants like this and everyone in my group really enjoyed the entire experience.

Meat was really great, the steak truly melted in our mouths. The servings were a tad small in comparison to plenty others I've eaten at but when you're eating all you can eat who's complaining. Highly suggest the kalbi and the spicy pork bugolgi. Service was swift and very kind all around. Only thing I can really complain about is the rice seemed slightly overdone to partly mush (some people like extra sticky like this I understand) and that I noticed once they did start getting really busy it got very hot in the building

By far one of my favorite AYCE Korean BBQ restaurants, has japchae, toekkbokki, fish cake, and cucumber appetizers as well as a unique dessert (side tip for dessert lovers, ask what ice cream options they have because sometimes they have some that aren't on the menu). Meat quality is also consistently good. Good service and unique experience with the conveyer belts. I would recommend taking a party of 6 max. I had called ahead to see if they could accomodate 8 and was told yes, but it turned out to be a large booth with one grill. Another caution, only one tofu soup per person! Expect to wait at least an hour at peak dining times, I recommend getting there at 5PM for dinner if you dont want to wait (no reservations).

"All things good takes some time" So what if you have to wait for almost an hour just to get a seat when your patience will be rewarded at the end anyway? That is what I have to say about Master Kim. Highly regarded by my friend, we decided to check it out one night and boy did we have a great time! Quality of meat is what separates the good one from the mediocre ones and this restaurant stands to be one of the best Vegas has to offer. Definitely order everything they have to offer cause they will be good! The ice cream at the end leaves a sweet lasting memory.

Best Korean Bbq in town. Yes, I've tried them all. The wait sucks but they you can put yourself in line and leave. Meat was excellent quality and portions are not small. This place was so delicious. All the meats were a nice premium cut. Not alot of fat and very lean and trimmed. The restaurant was very clean. The wait is a bit but worth it. The servers were very friendlyvery attentive to our needs. the items come out in a tray that's electronic and it comes right to the side of your table it's pretty cool . The meeting comes out in a very pretty presentation. If you drink a lot of soda just know that it's not free refills you get a can of soda is a dollar fifty a can. I would recommend the filet mignon and the ribeye steak the cut was perfect the meat was very tender. I would recommend you try this place at least once for dinner go hungry you will be very satisfied and leaving with a full tummy. ❤️

It would be nice if you can order everything through a tablet or something so you didn't have to wait for a waiter. The rings for grabbing meat are often bent out of shape though and the owners should consider replacing them with higher quality ones.

This buffet is the best in LV in my opinion. There service far exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the dude that served us. You know who you are. The quality of the meats we're excellent for a buffet. A must for meat eaters. Gotta love those briskets. Now for the cleanliness , the floors were but slippery in my opinion but it could have been just because of the choice of flooring they chose. The restroom was clean and we'll stocked. My family and I will be back again when we have a craving for Korean BBQ. Oh yah I forgot the side dishes they are very generous with as they should be. Received good vibes from here and wait till we come back again next time. I'm going to make you hate me because I ate too much meat. Muhahaha.

Walking in we were a little put off by the gentleman that greeted us because he wasn’t very welcoming but our server Wendy more than made up for it. She was very attentive, super friendly, always smiling and very knowledgeable. She was very busy with a full section but still took the time to guide us through the menu and make recommendations as needed. We will request her for sure next time we eat here. Great job! It was our first time and now I feel like we’ll be regulars!

meat is great quality. i love the automated delivery system between the booths. the sides were very fresh: cabbage kimchi, cucumber kimchi, sprouts, potato thing and spinach (the spinach was a little understeamed and underseasoned in my opinion) and a salad with light dressing. i wish they would have had fishcake, fried tofu and the little spicy anchovies. we had the beef belly, la ribs, beef brisket, marinated kalbi, ribeye and chicken all fresh the belly was cut perfect so it lays down and doesnt curl. bibimbap is included in the Ayce. we also had steamed egg, steamed rice, chapchae, tofu chigae (very good not salty) and my sister had a dessert of pistachio ice cream and a cinnamon pastry - she said it was tasty. we will definitely return

Located at the corner of S. Durango and W. Badura. We've been here twice. First time was during dinner time and the wait was about an hour. The second time was lunchtime and the wait was about ten minutes. For the all you can eat menu there are three price options, $23.95, $27.95, or $33.95. Children under 3 ft is free of charge. Children 4 ft is $7, and 5ft is 50 percent off the adult price. The selections of meat are delicious. You even get to order bibimbap or cold noodles with your ayce. The ice cream and pastry desert is delicious as well. Loved the pistachio ice cream. The conveyor belt that sends your order to your table is pretty cool.

I really like this place. Been here a few times now. We always get the same server (Martin). He is super nice and very diligent at this job. The food is always good and is clean. My only complaint is the LA ribs. Some pieces are all fat and hardly any meat. The concept of using a conveyor belt to deliver the meat to your table is super cool. The quality of meat is superior. Service is great as long as it’s not super busy. Know that if you really want to enjoy yourself show up in the early evening. Any time after 630pm it maybe a long wait time. But it’ll still be worth the wait. Will always go back.

Ordered spicy pork bulgogi and it tasted sour. I could tell the meat was rancid and let the server know. He tried to say they put vinegar in the meat! And know I have a bad stomach over it!

Excellent food. Intense atmosphere. No dumplings. Expect 1-2 hour wait on peak. Three all you can eat menus but top meats are limit 1. Excellent service between the meat robot and the waitresses helping you cook.

Wow go and get the min all you can eat at 21 bucks. Probably the best Korean BBQ in Las Vegas...ya I said it better than Hoobak. Been there 5 times in the last 2 months and getting fat...still planning to go back this week.

Great little Korean Barbecue place on Durango, just South of the 215. The first thing that that impressed me walking through the door, after admiring the grill hood arrangements, was the sign in station. You put your cell number in (with the opt-in for advertisements unchecked already, big in my book) and it gives you real time updates on wait times and your position. The inside is decorated with a blacked out, open truss design, the grill hoods were excellently hung with natural wood veneers and hanging wood beams. The menu is AYCE, package deal or al la carte. The package deal for two was reasonably priced, had plenty of food and the sides we're delicious, as well as high quality meats. Please check this place out, I'm sure you won't be disappointed, especially if you're a Korean BBQ fan!

This has become our goto All-You-Eat Korean BBQ restaurant. The portions are smaller which is nice because you can try more things. The food comes out to the table by conveyor belt which makes things much faster than most places. Makes sure to try the mango creamy soda, you won't be disappointed.

I'll tell you guys, we were very pessimistic about trying a new Korean BBQ AYCE restaurant, after striking out so many times in Las Vegas, to settle with one for a while, that we can say was good, until we came across this establishment. WoW!!! This place is amazing! Food portions were on point, and the way most of the food comes to your table is one of a kind here in Las Vegas, NV. The food comes out in a remote tray in the middle of the booth set ups. Even checking in is automated and let's you know by text when your up. You have to come to check out the tray, try the amazing food and the waiter that we had, Abrams was amazingly cool af. He made our visit, very welcoming and treated us like family. Big points for the owner, for location, it's people and their amazing food.

It is good as always. Heads up. No Reservation. And please be patient with the staff, the food is of great quality and so is the banchan but they seem to ALWAYS be packed. If you are inviting people to come with you, call ahead, see the estimated time and arrive a bit earlier so your guest don't have to ride out the wait time as well... Other than that it gets the takes the trophy for best Korean barbeque in Las Vegas.

Owner lies and makes customers run around for no reason. What an insult to treat me like a monkey for $25 gift card that I supposedly won on social media. I am a patron for another one of his businesses clear on the other side of town and when he wrote me he said I need to come to this place to pick up my gift card for use at Sapporo. I go back there and was told the gift card was no good and can only be used at Master Kims Korean BBQ. I have it on film. It is a shame because I spent thousands of dollars at Sapporo for my relatives and friends. They even open a new location in Centennial Hills near my house. I have visited 46 times in 90 days and they lost that type of loyalty and revenue over these silly games they want to play with their customers. I dont care about 25 bucks. Mr. KIM is not the only one with money in this town. It is about principle over money. Kamsamnida
