Great food and service.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. Our experience there was less than we'd hoped. We were seated quickly and provided with a wine list. Many employees came to the table to say hello. We considered ordering wine, but decided not to. Once that happened, the staff virtually disappeared. We flagged someone down to take our order because our server hadn't checked on us for about fifteen minutes. Our food was delivered by again someone else. No one ever came to check and see how we liked the food. We had preordered a cake for dessert, and flagged down a server to see if we could get it delivered. He brought it to us and left. There were no plates or utensils for us to eat the cake with - the table had been stripped by the busboy after the main course. Eventually, we got someone's attention and they brought us plates, forks, and a knife. Service would have be rated as "poor". The restaurant was overwhelmed by loud music coming through the public system. We were told that the restaurant had no control over the volume - that the casino had control. It ruled out any comfortable conversation and Aria should probably rethink having the ambiance of its upscale restaurant at the mercy of its casino. Another "poor" rating. Finally, the food. In whole, poorly seasoned, overpriced, unappetizingly served. One person at the table ordered the filet. It looked very much like an old onion and was extremely dry. The potatoes were greasy. No one finished their entree. No one on staff wondered why, as far as we noticed. There are many fine restaurants in Las Vegas, but this is not one of them.

Prices are pretty high but it is hands-down the best steak I've ever had in my entire life.

Jason W

This is a 5 star steak house, the service was amazing and the food did not disappoint. We had an enjoyable dinner thanks again.

Kyle Wall

Amazing steaks! Tomahawk ribeye is unbelievable.

William Davenport

Bartender was great. Waiters great. I am convinced they short changed my wagyu for a non wagyu steak. 70 bucks for a Golden Corral equivalent.

Red Tree Realty

Really good place! We ordered lots of appetizers and everyone of them are to die for. I got the tomahawk bone in ribeye. Meat was great but the wood they used was not pleasing to my pallet. I believe they said they use Alder wood. But over all experience was great.

Andy Blackmore

Average at best. Disappointing considering price point. Can think of 4 steak houses which were significantly at home better and MUCH cheaper than Jean George’s. Had been really looking fwd to this.

Aurelio Dioval

The food was amazing but..... the worst customer service ever I never thought that the server could persercuit me for a tip when I'm paying 450 usd for the food with all the taxes... I use to think the tips are optional and a high level restaurant like this they have to see very well who they hire because it's a shame ... I'm extremely disappointed.

Kiki Lucas

Great experience. I had the short rib, absolutely amazing. Truffle Mac n cheese was decadent. Tried the Kobe beef, and, still prefer the short rib. 5-star service.

Jeff Allen

Very good..... The steak is the star here. Also the Sea bass is a must try. The mashed potatoes were the best I have ever had. The only disappointment here is the price. I have never been to a more expensive restaurant. Just a heads up.

Liam Ritchie

Great food along with impeccable service.

BEWARE THE TABLES! The edges of the tables are banded in metal. The edges are really sharp! When I sat down I brushed my leg against the table and it tore my suit pants. The bussers and waiter said that it happens all the time, which means they know the tables are tearing guest's clothes and they aren't fixing the problem. When I spoke to the manager (Jared, the Assistant GM) he said he could only pay out $250 max and pushed to get that done. He took a steak off our bill ($265, I believe). I was in Vegas for the weekend and this was Thursday and this was the only suit I brought so this was an incredibly bad customer experience. The food was pretty good, the servers were excellent, but not fixing tables that tear guest's clothes regularly, and not dealing with it well means I can't recommend anyone go.

I was really looking forward to trying this steakhouse. I originally had reservations at Prime in Bellagio, which I know is great, but while strolling through Aria saw Jean Georges and figured I'd try it. Mistake! Firstly, let me say the service was excellent. No complaints there. We ordered the Wagyu Tomahawk, which was supposed to feed 3. It was about a $240 steak. When they brought it to the table and cut it tableside, there were literally 3 slices of edible steak and the rest was pure fat (not marbled meat). We called the manager over, who was very nice and he agreed and ordered us two more steaks of our choice. We ordered a filet and a strip. These came out and they were tasteless. They were not rested and apparently cooked cold. Again, we called the manager over and explained the situation and again, he was nice and poured us a complementary scotch. Bottom line, the meal was sub par and all we wanted was a great steak. I think that they should have comped the whole meal under the circumstances like most great steak houses would. In the very least, they should have removed the $240 steak from the bill.

Pediedra R. Burgess

The food and service is amazing! A must dining experience in Vegas.

Mark Robbins

Elegant restaurant, food was good, but the recommended steak was priced over $200 with no warning of cost. I expected high, but 4x cost of any other item listed, was not cool.

John Turner

The definition of what a Great Steak house should be. Shall not be disappointed, however while the portions may not be significant the flavor alone proves to be the pièce de résistance.

Bert Parent

Steak was amazing! The staff was on point and was very helpful making decisions for the table. I would definitely recommend this place!

Anastasiia Ofitserova

We made a reservation for 8:30pm, arrived 8:25pm, and were seated at 8:31pm - 5/5. We ordered: half dozen oysters, shrimps wrapped in bacon, 8oz grass fed beef with asparagus on a side, 8oz fillet mignon with potatoes on a side. Food was delicious, they had a slight delay with out main courses, so they brought us Wagyu Carpaccio (so yummy) and also they repeated our drinks, everything is free off charge - 5/5. I think this is kind of service tou expect from $$$ restaurants. I would definitely return there again!

Jacob Ludwig

Jean Georges is by far, in the top 5 best steakhouses in Vegas. The luxurious, chic vibe, and delicious food make for a wonderful experience. Meat is truly amazing here. Just be ready to spend $400+

Michael DeMarco

We ate here Friday night 6/8. I have eaten at some of the best steakhouses in America. This one Jean Georges ranks up there in the top two I’ve ever eaten at. We got the tomato salad as an appetizer and it was extremely tasty and well done. The main course I had the 14 oz NY Strip steak and it was fabulous. Cooked perfectly medium rare, perfectly seared and crusted on the outside, seasoned and buttered, and just juicy like a steak should be. We ordered a delicious truffle Mac and cheese. The service was impeccable there was multiple wait staff coming over to us constantly checking us. The price I also felt was right on point. I’ve spent more at other high end stakhouses and this is right on the strip. If you love steak and you love a dining experience this is the place on the strip to go. Period. I see some very mixed reviews below. Couple tips. Weekend service and food is probably better than during the week. We also went early and were some of the first diners in on a Friday night. I don’t know how anyone could review this place negatively but then again maybe they are off some nights. Not the night I went. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Ajeet Thaevar

Service here is impeccable, so it's the atmosphere. Food is sensational, but I wouldn't say it's 5 star quality. My friends and I got different kinds of steaks here, and although it was cooked to perfection, there was no taste. We helped ourselves generously to some side sauces but the stake itself had little to no seasoning. Portion sizes were surprisingly large, though.

Brian Davids

Service is off the charts. Food is fantastic. Atmosphere is very nice. Really nice bar area.

Joe Nobody

Arguably the best all around dining experience we ever had. The service was great, fit for royalty. Rachael and her team were amazing, good at their jobs and made the experience that much more elevated Let’s not forget about the star of the show, the food. Premium ingredients that are prepared to perfection.

Chad Murphy

Extremely dissappointed !! Customer service was among the worst I've ever seen, waiter disappeared so we ended up going to the bar and ordering our own drinks. Approached the manager about our disappointment and actually observed him cowering at the opposite end of the restaurant, occasionally peeking around the corner, and avoided our party for the remainder of the evening. I would rate the steak a touch above Golden Coral or maybe equivalent to an IHOP breakfast steak, so don't waste your money here. Out of the 9 guest in our party, 2 actually said they actually enjoyed their steaks. Extremely overpriced for an at best mediocre steak! Don't waste your time or money

Kelly Ngo

One of my fave restaurants in Aria. The ambiance, decor, food, cocktails and service is great! I’ve been here over 4 times and have never been disappointed. The food is fantastic. If you want a good steak with all the traditional sides (but amped up), you need to come here. Any of the steaks are great. The cocktail shrimp is fantastic, the shrimp is massive! Truffle Mac and Cheese is tasty. Best Moscow mule I’ve ever had.

Tony Battaglia

Always a great experience. Great wine list and food. Been 3 times so far and plan on going.back again soon.

Jonathan Bensen

Love this place! I always get the tasting menu and am never disappointed

Charles K

Steak was good but not great. The seafood tower (for one) was awful. The shrimp and lobster was great, but the clam and the oysters were really fishy. I would avoid that from the menu

Mitch Kelm

Service was far from good. We sat down and ordered a bottle of wine for 4 of us. Waiter came back and poured our wine and asked if we wanted to start with appetizers. We proceeded to order 3 apps - waiter asked if we were ready to order which we said we were not. He told us we better put in our order as it may take up to an hour and a half to get our entrees. I was shocked and so was the rest of the table. We felt very rushed and barely received any service, almost like they wanted us to hurry up. I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and will not be back any time soon, especially for the price. Not worth it.

Luis Enrique Martinez

Great Experience!

Lauren Cobler

We were staying in the Sky Suites and booked Jean Georges through the concierge. Apparently they have a no child policy, which you think would have been mentioned to us by the concierge. After making a big stink and making us feel unwanted, they decided to let us in. Trust me, the bachelorette party two tables down from us acted up way more than a child ever could. Besides that, it was early and the restaurant was empty. The food wasn't bad, but it was nothing to write home about. Very average steakhouse. Good thing the hotel paid for it.

Edzel Jereza

Im' biased, I work here LOL!

michele ziman

I had the A5 Kobe beef and it was honestly the best piece of meat I have EVER had in my entire life. Can not wait to have it again!!

Gero Strobel

Great steaks and good service!

J B Moore

Always one of my go to higher end steakhouses - oldy I think my favorite menu item is the miso-glazed seabass!

Ari Eberlin

Went with the tasting menu...the caviar topped lemon gelee was the first of many wonderful dishes to follow, including, an heirloom tomato and hearts of palm salad, pan seared scallop on a bed of puréed potatoes, an amazing short rib with apple and celery slaw, an amazing wagyu steak and mousse and ice cream for desert. My steak was undercooked, but still deliciously tender and flavorful. We ordered additional sides that did not disappoint...mashed potatoes, bone marrow, asparagus with mushrooms, and carpaccio. The servers were very accommodating and pleasant to our large and demanding group. The restaurant is dark and has great ambiance for an intimate dining experience. The cuisine is great, although very exorbitantly priced, but the good service and delicious food and good company (family) made it a worthwhile experience.

Michael Crone

Waited an hour, flavorless cut.

Alex Flores

Great steaks, up there with the best I have had. The accompanying sauces were great. I hear the sea bass is something else.

Shaun McCran

Great steak house in the Aria hotel. It's a cosy, if a little dark steak house with really premium food. The price is quite high, but the quality is top end. They do fish and chicken as well, so don't be put off of you don't like steak.

Tammy Smith

Average!!! Not worth the $$$$$... Our waitress Alexandria N. was cold and not the friendliest! Everyone else we encountered was very polite. I had the Ribeye and my husband had the Salmon and we shared the mac & cheese. Mac and cheese was drown in breadcrumbs and not very tasty. The steak and salmon was average and the only saving grace was the 4 sauces they served with the meal. Honestly, I could have done a better job myself. When your paying fine dining prices that's the service you expect! For example after serving bread, its customary for the waiter to clear your table of crumbs. I honestly could have prepared this meal for a helluva lot cheaper!!!!

Damon Tinley

My wife's sea bass was wonderful, but my filet mignon was probably the worst I have ever had. It was full of gristle and had a horrible taste. I could not finish it. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. The wait staff was terrific but the food is not worth it.

Bob Shallenberger

Wait staff was experienced, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Seana was a doll...she made a few suggestions and was spot-on. Everything was delicious. We ordered both filet mignon to see how they differed. Both had great taste...the grass-fed was a touch gamy, but with the sauces perfect! The fried brussel sprouts were amazing as were the mashed potatoes and truffles. Chocolate cake and ice cream was very good. But the pineapple-infused Cosmopolitan stoke the show. It's worth the trip just for that drink. Highly recommended.

Ali Salamat

THE worst steakhouse we've been to. Absolutely the lowest quality meats I've encountered. Who the HELL serves 4 different dipping sauces with their steaks? what the hell on earth is this? What are you trying to mask? oh yeah, wait: the terrible cut, tasteless, apologetically salty piece of meat you call steak that you sell for $85? Not once in my life I've gone to a steakhouse and got served "sauce" with my steak! I don't think even Applebee's does that! UNBELIEVABLE! THE worst option for dinner at Aria. Slow and pathetic service, unfriendly waitstaff, outrageously small dishes for a steakhouse, you need to order 2 sides/per person bc the sides are so ridiculously small. Epitome of overrated and exaggerated dining. Poor, poor experience. Not sure how this place with such dishonorable management, service and food quality stands to serve such subpar and questionable quality at such establishment as Aria! Avoid this place. Do NOT waste your money, time and expectations on this pathetic place.

Louis Holder

Jean Georges has the ambiance, decor, service, menu, and prices of a 5-star restaurant, but the food, even though good, falls short of this mark. Ironically, the best tasting dish on the menu is the sushi appetizer.

Chris Jordan

They changed the bread. Now they bring you dinner rolls.. the other bread they use to have was amazing. Overall the food is amazing but bring back the old bread. What you changed to is not what I would expect at Jean Georges.

Brandon Bailey

The best restaurant in Las Vegas! We didn't have a single item that wasn't five star quality. The Kobe beef is expensive but worth every penny. When you're only one of nine restaurants in the states that serve this level of beef you had better deliver. Jean Georges didn't disappoint.

Mark Kabierschke

Even managing price expectations given they is one of Vegas most talked steakhouse, I must say the experience was average. Steak did not have the wow factor I was expecting. First and last time....

Taggart McCurdy

Possibly my favorite streak house. Excellent food, great service, awesome location (Aria).

Nancy Dame

Had an outstanding meal at Jean Georges last Oct 2014. Really looking forward to another great meal this evening. Best restaurant in Vegas

PVC BILLING

Not impressed for the price. For the value I expect exceptional food, and it wasn't. I also expect exceptional service and it wasn't. Extremely disappointed.

Quan Nguyen

Excellent steak. One of the best I've had. The service is exceptional. Everyone is friendly. But most of all the steak are cooked perfected.

Teddy Bourgeois

My wife and I like this place and have gone for two separate birthdays. I was quite impressed by the seafood. All the items our table ordered were delicious and the service was superb.

Jamie Salas

Had a excellent Dinner. The New York strip was perfect plus the truffles mash potatoes were excellent. The Mac n Cheese could have been better but still have to do five stars for everything.

Ricardo Quiñónez

The food was perfect!! Highly recommend the Veal! It was awsome. I also had the Trumpet Mushrooms, salt-crusted baked potatoes and grilled Asparagus! It all tasted awsome!

johnorrock

Expensive , but worth it, the steak was very good and cooked as I asked.

Pike Nelson

Nice. I love eating in Aria

rad max

As a vegetarian I still managed to enjoy a meal here, the food was superb. Price range is mid to high but well worth every penny. Service was fantastic and waiter was very knowledgeable about wine pairing etc.

Shailesh Jain

Expensive and crowded, but very good. We went back a couple of times during our visit for crepes, pastries, and croissants.

Jeffrey Hirsch

Great food, service and atmosphere.

Richard Corallo

After renewing our wedding vows at the Aria chapel my wife and our 11 guests proceeded upstairs to the restaurant for our 9:30 reservation which I had made several weeks prior to arriving in Las Vegas from New York. Most of our guests had not eaten since lunch time and after waiting almost half an hour to be seated our hostess told us that they were waiting for a table of about eight or 10 women to break and that their check had been left on the table already. At Peter Lugar's in New York (one of the best steak houses on the planet) they do not tolerate people sitting around chatting for a half an hour or 45 minutes to pay their check while a party of 13 sits patiently waiting for the table. The problem is this restaurant is not large enough to serve parties of 10 to 15 and the ladies were sitting at the only table and section which could accommodate a group our size. They finally jammed some tables together in the upper section and our placemats were literally touching one another elbow to elbow. As the person who made the reservation I was mortified. To make a long story short The food was OK and terribly overpriced even by New York standards. The servers were grumpy and appeared annoyed that a group of 13 was coming in so late to enjoy a dinner. Please do your homework I sure wish I did. I can only imagine they are much better steak houses in Las Vegas that would be happy to have your business.

Michael Nehrkorn

Love this place. One of my favorites in Vegas.

Megan Stewart

Wonderful dinner- the scallops were very fresh. Tuna tartar was also fresh and light. Definitely get dessert. The Carmel popcorn with salted caramel ice cream was delish

Garth Niblock

Fantastic steak house - the steak was brilliant along with the sides - great service and the old fashioned cocktails were unreal!

Carol Porter

We enjoyed dining in Jean Georges' upscale, comfortable atmosphere. Steaks were terrific, properly cooked and served. Accompanying dishes were tasty. Great service.

Cindy Navarrette

Totally disappointed in quality of food. We frequent steak houses in Texas. Ex Fleming’s and Perry’s We thought it would be delicious and well worth it. Extreme disappointment. Never again On top of that the Moscow mule was horrible!

Aye D

First I would like to compliment your staff! From the greeters when you first walk in to the servers when your seated very good quality food. I was new to this place and our server walked us through everything and helped us out tremendously kudos to Elizabeth and Jack! I will definitely return here! By the way I been to a couple different restaurants here in Vegas such as Tao Restaurant and I was sad to say dissatisfied and disappointed. Thank you again you guys made this experience special for me and wife.

Dave Danekas

Since we were staying at Aria, we thought we would get our nice meal of our vacation in house. What a pleasant evening! The wait staff was very attentive, water refilled often and plates cleared promptly. Went with the dry aged 16oz NY strip. A perfect medium rare, and really didn't need the sauces they serve on the side. I like a steak that stands on it own! Salads and sides are shareable. We split a Ceasar salad and the grilled asparagus. Also saved room for dessert, and the Cheesecake was delightful!

Chris Sirinopwongsagon

Got a seat at the bar around 6pm. The service was great by the bartenders and the food was awesome. The damage was a triple digit though.

Mark Hallett

So yes, it's a great steak but it's not the best I've had. The truffle Mac and cheese however was fantastic. I'm glad I went, I'm happy someone else paid, I won't rush back again.

Anthony Fogg

I really enjoyed the steak here. A bit on the higher end of expensive for my own taste but it was delicious food. Would probably go again on my own budget at least one more time.

Stephanie haynes

Worst dinner ever. Waiter was deceptive and brought $700 of steak without telling us up front. And it was fatty. Would never go back or recommend. STK is a much better choice!

William Sterling

This is a great restaurant to get a nice delicious steak. Great atmosphere and wait staff are very attentive. Lots of places to go in this town, but this restaurant is a must to try at least once! All the food is amazing!

Lauren Mounts

Amazing food! Perfect service! We had the squash soup, a ceasar salad, steak, bone marrow (courtesy of the establishment which was a very cool and unexpected) treat, and a side of potatoes. Not to mention their bread and butter which is fabulous and so unique!

karen neulander

Super swanky, very good steak and fish entrees. Good service. One weird thing...got a side if mashed potatoes..they were like soup...not exaggerating...like a cream of potato soup. Couldn't eat them with a fork? They came in this (adorable!) mini, cast iron skillet soufle pot thingy, with a serving spoon. When the waiter came round, we pointed it out to him...he gave them a look, shrugged, and said, that's how they're supposed to be, and left. Hmmmm.... Regardless...the flavor was wonderful...so we took turns eating them out of the pot thingy with the serving spoon....what's the saying...you can dress us up, but you can't take us out

Cheng Lo

Good service and great drinks. I expected prices in this range for its location so my final tab of 500.00 for my wife and i was no surprise. I wouldve given a 4 star ranking except for a very very important issue. Take a look at the round steak in near view in my photo. Thats the Jean George grade 5 Wagyu steak. I orderd it medium rare and was over cooked to medium well. Thats not even the worst part: there was zero marbling inside the steak (sorry did not take photos of that). I highly doubt my steak was even any sort of Wagyu beef. From my experience, i was given an over cooked filet mignon but charged for grade 5 Wagyu. I did not complain as i always fear retribution at restaurants (yes weve all seen the news of employees spitting and doing other gross things to customers food who complain). I hope the owners read this and train their staff to be more accurate at selecting beef. If not, i highly recomnend any prospective clients to know your beef when ordering and let the wsit staff know you know your steaks. I almost orderd the Kolbe beef and am glad i did not! Imagine paying 360.00 for my overcooked filet mignon. Im pretty sure i wouldve complsined in that scenario. That said, id go back for drinks and appetizers. The Japanese old fashioned must be experienced.

Macey Hurst

Amazing experience. We asked the waiter what his favorite cocktail was, and after we order it, mentioned how much everyone enjoyed it and that we wanted to make it at home, he brought out the bottles that went in to the drink of his own initiative so we could take a picture! Will always reccomend.

David G

I really love the ribs over here . Their french fries taste absolutely great . OMG to the flatbread . You must try it. They have very good slider and very good drinks

Hakan Dogu

Meet is not at top quality at all while service is very good. At crowded period, we got “well done” steak instead “medium”. Even “medium” is not at all at correct level. They also use excess salt. Totally inappropriate price/quality/deliciousness point of you.

Gevorg Gevorgyan

Well. Yes, expensive. But really exceptional. And cooked to perfection.

Douglas Souza

The food is amazing. I've been to dozens of steak houses and this is right there at the top. Plus, they serve sauces with the steaks which adds just enough to make a trip here worth it for any steak lover.

Cory M

After having several bad Wagyu beef steaks in vegas, Jean George redeemed it for me. Very classy, very delicious and great staff. The chef even custom made my wife dessert because the waiter said he could tell we were foodies. Very impressed.

Brett Beachner

Little disappointed you pay big money to eat here and my food came out cold, wouldn't expect it from a place like this. But the server was very pleasant.

Andrew K.

Service was great, pretty amazing atmosphere, but I've had better meals at an Outback Steakhouse.

Najati Salhab

A great steakhouse inside Aria. If you want a steak, this is the place. I wanted to order the bone in rib eye, but they just put the veal chop on the menu and that's what I ordered. It was tasty and tender. Not a lot of places have it, so I jumped on it. The bread was good and fresh. This place will not disappoint you.

Josiah Gross

I think it was good. On that note, don't go here after drinking all day or you won't remember what you bought for $276. I guess they didn't kick us out, so 5 stars!

Ethan Jones

Great atmosphere and tasty food

Kim Kahn

Had a recent disappointing experience...service was particularly bad and steak was over cooked twice.

Greer Hindle

Jean George's was wonderful. We had great service and the food was fantastic. Must try!

David Higgins

What a place. Each course they clean your table, and prepare for the next. Top notch steak, amazing drinks, and if you have never had bone marrow, you should try it. WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MEAL! Pricey, but it’s worth it!

Swollen Goat

I've been here twice for group functions, and both visits I found the steaks to be sub-par. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I've had better steak from Costco. The bone-in ribeye I had was cut too thin, gristly, and lacking in flavor. The sides we had were bland as well. The atmosphere is nice, and I have no complaints at all about the service, and the calamari appetizer was decent... but none of that makes up for the fundamental problem with the main courses.

Jayson Massa

This is was amazing. We got snuck in with no reso and had the 7 tasting menu that was hit after hit. I had quite a few drinks so i don’t remember much but I do remember this sunflower dessert that sounded a bit strange and was a knockout. Not too sweet, very light, creamy with an aftertaste that you could taste for hours later

Constantine MK

Don't go there. Overpriced, oversalted steaks, poor service... check tje beer glasses )

Scott Connors

Can't believe these one-star reviews . seriously ? Did you have to wash dishes because you didn't have enough coin? Bitter much? get over it. Service was excellent . Most of the food off the charts good. Chilean sea bass incredible tuna tartare melt in you mouth fantastic. Steak very good. This is great place to eat plain and simple. If you are some sort of bitter b**** and trolling for sympathy , yeah rate it a one star.

Carolina Mares

The best steakhouse we've ever been to. I don't want to call it a steakhouse, it's more of a steak experience. Every single dish was so tasty and delicious. Even the calamari was so delicately done and perfectly cooked. We ordered the Kobè beef, with a side or asparagus and creamy potatoes. The steak was so the most delicious, savory, perfectly cooked, soft and tender steak I've ever had! I didn't want to try the sides. But when I did, oh it just bumped all the flavors eve more. Every single bit was an explosion of flavors. I will never have look at steak the same. Once you tried perfection you will always come back. I really hope we do. Thank you JG

Darin Martin, Jr.

Made reservation, arriving 5 minutes early we checked in waited at the bar while they got our table ready. Well, they forgot about us & we were sat 45 minutes past our reservation after I prompted the hostess. Service was amateur, steaks were flavorless, sides were small with little flavor as well. I’ve never been to a bad steak house within a casino until now. Please do yourself a favor & listen to the bad reviews because there are so many other steak houses in Vegas that are amazing where you’re taking care of appropriately.

Erik van uden

Very disappointing. I don’t know how ppl rate this place 5 stars. The steak was bland. No flavor at all. They give you dipping sauces but if your paying $68 for a filet you shouldn’t need a sauce. The filet wasn’t cooked to the right temp either. I ordered onions and they were crunchy and basically raw. The cream spinach was comparable to what you buy in the frozen grocery store isle. The decor is great but there are much better options in Vegas to eat. Especially for the price.

Jim Aaida

Very good meal and very good service. I thought the pricing was a little high for what I received but I will be back again on the next trip to try it again. The service was over the top friendly and I always like that. Thanks.

Adrian Jones

Best place ever! Amazing food and staff!

Jimmy P

Service was fantastic very attentive and glad to help. The steak was ok at best. I unfortunately do not have much more to say, I was truly let down by the steak. We chose this place with high hopes for an excellent steak. Steak being ok at best, just doesn't do it for us. I truly expected more and the price made this meal very far from justifiable. If the steak was good I would not have any complaints.

Obaid Q

One of a kind steakhouse, has the best steak in the world.

Christoph Rösler

Great drinks, great steaks, great location

Adam Hartway

At the aria Promemade level I need to be honest here Atmosphere is getting dated and needs to be refreshed. Who designed whatever is supposed to be above the bar?? Are those sharks teeth or icicles??? I could not tell. Lifeless atmosphere Really boring. Now I know all Vegas bartenders go to school and have the same rap with customers These bartenders must have flunked Now the food Steak. Bone in rib eye ordered med rare What came out of the kitchen... I am still wondering if I got a flank steak by accident Less then a 1/2"thick and over cooked The mushrooms are a DO NOT ORDER ITEM. I HAVE HAD BETTER MUSHROOMS AT JACK IN THE BOX Wine. Overpriced but I get that My nest suggestion to the management. Time to close the doors and think about a redo..at a minimum find a better supplier of beef. Awful you would serve that To a customer...stay away. Better options exist. Maestros is a few steps away

John Hopkins

Beyond fantastic ! Gazpacho to start - Prime Bone-In Rib Eye - Sauteed Spinach- salt crusted baked potato - amazing fresh bread. As good as any steak I have had in recent memory - and I have had most.

Joe Pritzel

Great food, excellent service. The Mac n cheese is absolutely amazing; definitely a must try.

Thomas Kidd

Tomahawk was pretty meh. Good lobster mash and bone marrow. Not worth the price imo. Go to Nobu if you want an experience and great food, or maybe get the wagyu.

Will Robinson

Not very attentive and argumentative staff. Took a long time to even get bread. Had to ask twice. For the price, not a good option.

Very underwhelmed. I was so looking forward to this meal too. It was overpriced and just not very good. Started with the shrimp cocktail. 4 medium sized for $26. Then the wedge salad that was just ok for $18. They are the only restaurant to have A1 Kobe beef. So I ordered the 10oz strip at $150. It was served medium well when I ordered medium rare. Wasn’t going to pay that price for an over cooked steak. They replaced it with an undercooked steak. The beef was just ok. A $75 Good ol American strip would have been better. The truffle Mac and cheese was runny and not cheesey. And cold. Not impressed. Nice room. Ok service (they left my dishes on the table a LONG time). Would not return. Good Japanese old fashioned cocktail though.

I come here once every one - two years, this time was like every other. Food was delicious and the staff were absolutely outstanding. Hats off to John and Shauna for bringing over the top service. Cheers from canada

Amazing atmosphere and food. I can’t even begin to tell you about how delicious the steak is, cooked to perfection and seared beautifully. The accompanying sauces are to die for, I could have dipped anything in their chimichurri sauce and it’d be delicious. The wine list is excellent as you’d expect with hundreds of bottles displayed on the walls. Loved sitting st the bar and chatting with the pleasant staff.

Hagar Gargeer

Great and very timely service. They took care of every detail. The food was great and so was the music! Will definitely come back.

Omar A Morillo

Great food, great service. Try their Japanese Kobe and Wagyu... Can't go wrong.

Donnie Meismer

They seated our large party in a circular booth with plenty of room. Our waitstaff were polite, professional, and quite attentive. Our glasses stayed full, and our dishes were all served in a timely manner. Coffee and desserts afterward were excellent. The restaurant is clean, well-lit, and not too noisy. We will be back.

Absolutely Amazing! About a year ago my girlfriends father had a (slip) and we walked forever just to come to this restaurant and had no reservations. The manager In great fashion saw the situation for what it was and recognized the daughter was very upset and he went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were cared for. He really helped diffuse the situation and came through in Big fashion and save the night! Oh and the meal was phenomenal! We are coming back December 10th for her 21st. Birthday.

Zeem P

Went there for a friend's birthday. Excellent service and food. Filet from NZ was one of the best I have had.

MELT IN YOUR MOUTH BRISKET!!! Great environment, brought colleagues for dinner during our stay in Vegas, relaxing environment for conversation, phenomenal food, steaks, and sides. Got to do a special shout out to their brisket. It's insanely flavorful. It's technically a meal, but we've been here enough we have ordered the brisket as just an appetizer to share!

Sydney Joseph

Go with the tomahawk steak. Photo doesn't do it justice. Boris the Waiter beyond a server.

Mark Stephan

Great service! Great steak! Pricey.

Christopher Wallpe

Unbelievably disappointing... We went to Jean Georges Steakhouse thinking that this would be something like the Epic restaurant in New York City. It was absolutely nothing of the sort. I can't express how disappointed I was in the food and the service. I have never been to a steakhouse which gave you so many dipping sauces to try to mask the awful excuse for a steak that they served us. I felt like if I would have spent $20 at the grocery store, I could have topped this place... Over $300 later I'm sitting in the restaurant wondering what the hell did I just do...

Jessica Stein

WORST SERVICE my family and I have ever had in Vegas and we come here at least 1-2 times a year and love to try new places to eat. Where do I even start?! They were late with our table for our reservation, they gave me a different menu from everyone else with different pricing and everything which honestly wasn’t that big of a deal but the waitor couldn’t even lighten up about joking with him about the price difference. The 42oz wagyu was horrible! There was more fat than anything else and not the marbelized good stuff, literally more fat than meat overall. It was unevenly cooked and the sides were small enough for one child to eat and had little to no flavor! Oh, our drinks took over a half hour to get, my wine had cork bits in it and our meal took well over an hour to come out. Our reservation was at 830 and we didn’t eat until about 10-1030 and we ordered within 20 or so minutes of getting there. If you’re looking for great service and even better food, I highly recommend strip house inside planet Hollywood! Everything was spectacular! When we pay this much for a restaurant we expect our napkins to be placed and not to have dirty dishes being stacked right next to our heads. The price is the only thing “four star” about Jean Georges steakhouse in Aria. Don’t waste your time, your money, or your taste on this place.

Greg Brunswick

For starters the restaurant was beautiful and the staff was excellent. If this review was based solely on the food it would have been a one star. I ordered the filet with the truffle mashed potatoe side. The steak arrived promptly and was well cooked. It was however very under seasoned and could have used salt. The mashed potatoes were gummy and lacked the light airy texture that you would expect from an upscale steakhouse. My wife ordered the New York strip and although she ordered medium was much closer to rare. The inner fat was not rendered due to the undercook and was very chewy. The fries she ordered as a side could have been purchased from frozen at any supermarket. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and we were expecting much more than was delivered.

Sital Mistry

Food was really good but they're considerably expensive and they could step up their service for the price.

Natalie Thornton

Such delicious food! Pretty environment

Bee Dotcee

i was extremely impressed with the service, food quality and price for the portion size. I got some sort of seafood sampler platter.. .Man I just made that sound low end.... this is wayyyy better than Denny's, I promise. Being from New England, I have high standards for sea food and this did not disappoint. Everything was extremely fresh (or tasted and smelled fresh) and was prepared very well. I just came here for a bit with a friend and I am sad to report that I didnt get to enjoy a full meal. But if the rest of their menu shares the same quality, I give this my humble blessing......

Pete Marquez

Straight to the point! My wife order scallops, really good. I had the bone-in ribeye, it was not seared write, more nerves to work around than one can imagine in a cut like this, must have been way far off from a center cut.

Ken Lopez Maddox

My son and I enjoyed a great steak dinner before he left for Army basic training. The wait staff was steller and the meat was amazing.

Inge Tomlin

Somebody else said don't eat the mushrooms but that was my favorite part of the meal and really complimented the steaks. My husband got the Colorado filet and I actually liked it better than the grass fed New Zealand I ordered. They bring out 4 different sauces which is nice plus you get a salsa verde on your plate. Dessert was amazing; I had the creme brulee and my husband had the chocolate cake. His came with a hollow white sphere that the server drizzled hot chocolate sauce on, melting it into petals that opened like a flower over his cake. Intense chocolate flavor but not overpowering. The lemon creme brulee came with grapefruit sorbet and a bit of mint; I wasn't sure how it was going to be but it was surprisingly refreshing and light. The only drawback to the evening was the woman taking pictures and charging exhorbitant prices for them ($133 I don't think so). Just say no thank you to her and enjoy a great meal. Expensive yes but good quality food

JG Myers

Just ok. Wines are insanely overpriced.

Kai Rosebushes

The steak here is the same grade as outback or cattlemen's and it's WAAAAAY over priced. The mushrooms we ordered with our food were undercooked and greasy as all hell. One of the people in our group ordered the burger well done and the lady said our food was taking so long because it takes 45 minutes to an hour to cook a hamburger well done. This place is mediocre at best and way too much money. Go somewhere else if you want decent food - like one of the casino buffets.

Max P

Came with a party of 8, and even with an advance reservation, it seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to get us seated. The starters were decent overall (butternut squash soup and the beef carpaccio were the standouts), but again, we had to wait another 45 minutes after we were done before our mains arrived. When the steaks did come, the chateaubriand was excellent, but the porterhouse a tad too tough. Granted, the restaurant was noisy at times, but I additionally received a refill of my drink despite previously stating that I had had my fill.

Артем Фролов

Not worth the money, beef is too expensive, 17 dollar sides, for that much money I would go to stratosphere

Brian Friedman

The food was outstanding but the service was really mediocre. Sat at the bar around 8 on a Monday night. Restaurant wasn’t full. For a fine dining establishment of this caliber I was very surprised.

Ashley S

Ugh, such a disappointment. Sad to say this place was a total letdown. We had been very, very excited to come here because about 7 years back we remembered it as the best steak ever had but, seems like things have gone downhill. It wasn’t bad - it was certainly a better steak than most (really, for the cost, it should be), but the service is truly terrible. This restaurant is 1 of only 9 in the US that serves real Kobe beef - if you are not familiar with REAL Kobe beef, it is actually very fatty and rich. Suggestion is to order a regular wagyu and 3oz of the Kobe to try, unless you know what you’re getting. Steak quality and the 4 sauces offered is good. We were seated relatively quickly with a reservation, and a waiter brought us the menus. After an intro to the menu, he disappeared. At this time we noticed one of our drink glasses had a very odd mark inside - it wasn’t a bug or food, but literally looked like either melted wax or marker - wouldn’t be a big deal if it was on the outside, but it was the inside. No joke it took about 10 minutes to catch ANYONE’s attention to change it out... and then that person wasn’t even our waiter, so we couldn’t order. Finally we ordered - wagyu and fries for him, salad for me, and Kobe beef to come out right after the wagyu. After ordering, bread came. We were pretty famished as it’s been about 20min since being seated now. We asked for another. It didn’t come. Wagyu and salad came out relatively quickly after order. The tomato salad was exceptionally fresh. The fries never came. Nor did the second order of bread. Another 15 minutes goes by. We’re wondering where the Kobe is too. Looking around, it’s not like it’s overly crowded. Plenty of tables empty an open. We’re beyond frustrated right now - especially bc we have a show to catch. We gave ourselves 2 hours for dinner and as 2 people we can’t understand how and why it’s talking so long. Waiter comes. We ask him to cancel the fries bc we don’t want them anymore and they’re not here, mention we still haven’t received the second bread, and ask where the Kobe is. I swear it’s like they just forgot to put the order in, because after 5 minutes, they bring it all - including the fries which they say is “comped.” We’re done within minutes. After about 10 minutes, waiter reappears with 2 desserts and advises that they’re both free of charge because they “appreciate our patience” - molten cake and cheesecake. Neither of us wanted dessert, much less 2 - we would’ve preferred drinks comped, my salad comped - literally anything. For a $500 meal (for 2 people - not including drinks), we were appalled by the lack of service and slow timing of everything. The restaurant was probably only at 50% capacity so it’s not like there was good reason for it. The steak quality was NOT exceptional enough to outweigh the bad service (seriously, hillstone/Houston’s probably better), and we definitely will not be returning or recommending.

Marc Wagner

Decor and service was good but the steak was good not superb like you would expect for the price. There are better choices on the strip

Patricia Salvat

Fantastic food and service! Definitely visiting again!

We came to this supposed fantastic restaurant in July 2017 for our anniversary with friends. We made a reservation for a party of 4 and upon arrival we found the restaurant with only 3 tables full BuT somehow were sat almost elbow to elbow between 2 of those tables! Next to us was an obnoxious couple where the gal was wearing PJ'S and the others 2 Asian decent men chewing with their mouths complete open! Had it been my husband and I we would have asked to be moved or we would have left but the couple we were traveling with were dying to eat here so we said nothing. Service was fine. Food was JUST OK. The sauces served with the steaks....well let's just say I have beeter from store bought bottles.... my delay in complaint is that we are on our way back to Vegas (we visit twice a year) and we we talking about the 650 dollar bill we paid at that awful restaurant and I became posses off! Every time we have talked about it I get upset that we waisted that kind of money on that food! Just don't go. It's Vegas and there are some amazing places we have been....we go to at least 2 steakhouses every trip... and I've never had to eat buffet table style where PJ gal is asking what we ordered and how it is since we are practically sharing a table! Go Anywhere but here!

Leanna Shields

Great experience. Amazing steak and staff. Accommodating guests like guests should be. This establishment earns the right for the higher than usual prices for the element of the entire experienxe

William Lenkin

Kobe beef.

David Stone

Not nearly in the same class as Jean Georges NYC restaurant. Upon arrival you are greeted with loud music playing in the background. Patrons wearing shorts and flip flops (this was at 8:30 on an October night. Tray stands with dirty plates are scattered around the restaurant. We ordered the Carpacchio and a wedge salad. The carpacchio, tradionally paper thin was served thick and chewy. The wedge salad was rusty. My wife’s $85.00 alacarte Rib Eye was 1/2 inch thick. My Wagu filet migion was so salty, it was inedible. They promptly offered to prepare a new one, but when it came back in 15 minutes, everyone was already finished, so I took a couple of bites and sent my plate back. Management said the right words of apology , but I really felt they were insincere, since they made no accommodation on the check.

Excellent place to eat and beverages.

We were in Vegas for Lady Gaga and decided to have dinner at Jean George Steakhouse at Aria before the concert. We told the server that . She was pleasant and very informed with all the specials and had some suggestions of her own. We were very impressed. Shock number 1..When she handed us the menus, woow......the prices were not what they showed on their website. They were sooo much more. We all felt that she judged us on what we ordered,,,,,,,,,I guess she was expecting us to order a $200 steak......That didn't happen. Our bill was still quite heafty. The service went down hill from there. She did not come around to ask how our meal was. how we were doing and if there was anything else we needed. The ceasar salade I ordered had no taste. It was still in the bowl, on the table and the server passed our table many times, and said nothing. We asked for the bill because it was getting late and still she took her time, knowing we were on a time crunch....We just made the concert....15 minutes late.....not impressed! I have been at mom and pop restaurants, a fraction of the cost and the taste just as good, where the servers have been so much more attentive, They care abour all their customers......not just the ones that spend alot of money. Everyone wants a have a great experience when they go out for dinner.....I , myself, felt like I was being discriminated for not being a millionare.............not a good feeling at all. :(

Jonathan Edwards

Fantastic service, and the food was incredible. Probably the best steakhouse I’ve ever been too. Cool atmosphere. Everything tasted great. Appetizers, salad, steak, sides.

Mike G.

Had a perfect steak there. Recommended.

Lynx Armstrong

Great service, ambiance, and food.

mskittyc120

The service was great, the steaks were seriously a 2! Sea Bass was a 10! Both men at the table were in agreement, this is NOT a great steakhouse. The steaks came cooked correctly but their was just absolutely NO FLAVOR and both were tough! We’re not usually this critical but we do know great steaks! The wait staff were impeccable, when I was less then impressed with the jalapeño mushrooms, they scooped them away, comped them and gave me a replacement of my choice! Chocolate cake and apple pie with ice cream was as expected. I’m Sorry but this is a not to repeat restaurant!

Renata Cogno

Bad service. Poor plates. Too expensive for the level of food.

Book Lover

Food is always of good quality and the guys at the bar are always friendly and quick to serve. Baked potato could have been a little hotter.

Gordon Pyke

Better than the rest. Great experience.

Andrew Forbes

Hands down, the best steakhouse in Las Vegas. Great service too!

Justin L

For a restaurant this expensive. Service was terrible, food took over an hour to come out. Food was actually bad, in some cases dishes were cold. Mind was blown.

Manuel Trevisan

Food, wine and staff... super! I felt like home, thanx so much

Robert Greenhagen

Average steakhouse quality food. Drink prices are over the top.

Yami Padula

This steak house the food was really good and the customer service was excellent. I really love how the service here was. they also have a really good wine selection . The best part was the butter bread they bring out before the course . Another appetizer that was excellent was the calamari. I love how elegant and beautiful the place was decorated and it had a very nice ambiance. I definitely recommend this place ...

I was in Love with Everything in life, during my stay, the entire ambience of the Aria gave me a joy in life I'd never known before ♡, I will always be Grateful
