A MUST for every visit to Las Vegas! Ordinary on the outside but truly memorable once inside. Dark woods and rich deep reds. Magnificent 20 foot bar captures and keeps your attention. Small stage at one end, just the right size for the jazz trio and a wonderful female vocalist. Soft lighting throughout. The service is impeccable. The food is nothing short of fantastic! I had stuffed banana peppers to start. Could have eaten 4 or 5 orders of these alone. The chicken parmigiana is HUGE and covered with homemade marinara. Easily enough for 2 or 3 people. My friend had escarole and white beans with a homemade sausage. Delicious! An order of sole with a side of spaghetti proved to be large enough for 2 meals for her. Wine was $8 a large glass. Prices are much lower than you might expect.

Awesome Italian in Las Vegas!!!! The Antipasto was huge and the Fettuccine Alfredo with Jumbo Shrimp was to die for!!! If you can you have to go. It is pricey but I thought it was well worth the cost.

Terrible place! There is no ambiance anymore! Instead, erratic, waiters running around like a maniac! You cannot relax because of that! We knocked down a beer glass and bottle by accident! It went all over the table cloth, down to my pants and all over my shirt. Waiter saw and brought One cloth napkin and left. There was no attempt to change the tablecloth or to trying to dry me up! Unless you ask! the story gets better! at the end the bill came they Included the spilled beer to the bill as well! After I noticed and asked them to remove that as a courtesy. Men are so rude these are customers supposedly. They just drop the door on your face. ( Believe me at 711 you get a better door service) Plus parking problem. No security being two-woman there , we did not feel safe coming in and out. Please don’t waste your time and money for this sleazy place! Go to your local restaurant instead !

This place was outstanding! Clean, friendly staff and the food was some of the best I have had in years. This place feels like you stepped into a time machine back to the Vegas of old. The live entertainment created the perfect ambiance for us. Ordered a few Sidecars and they were actually made right, which is rare due to most bartenders substituting ingredients. The food was hot, and on hot plates, so it was enjoyable from the first bite to the last. Dessert and a couple of espresso shots wrapped up probably one of the most entertaining and delightful evenings I have had in Las Vegas. Will visit again in the near future!

Great atmosphere with live music on the night we went. Crowd skews a bit older. Food was pretty good. We asked about something on the wine list and the waiter said “I don’t know, I’m not really a wine guy.” Points for honesty I guess. It was our birthday and they brought a little cannoli with a candle. That was a cool touch. We had a good time!

I have never written a review before but the experience we had compels me to do so. Old school comes to mind. Attentive, friendly and the food..... I think it is the best Italian I’ve ever had. Simple but done to perfection. The Marsala sauce was outstanding. A little out of the way from the strip but worth the trip. We highly recommend this place.

I have had some of the most spectacular meatball dishes from authentic Italian cuisine. The Italian American Social Club serves the very best meatballs I've ever had! Add to that the Old Vegas ambiance, live music, mostly Sinatra tunes, and in a secluded area away from the Strip (which is a plus!) The host and staff are very attentive and personable. Highly recommended!

It was too crowded, and the noise level was too loud for my poor ears. Couldn't carry on a conversation at all. Took a long time to get the food. However, the food and entertainment was great. So it's a trade-off.

Last night was our first visit to the IAC, and we had a wonderful evening. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was exactly what we had hoped for in terms of old school Vegas. The live music was very entertaining, and a pleasure to listen during our meal. The most striking thing to me was that it's more than restaurant, and it definitely is a social club in the sense people interact and seem to know each other. As an Italian American myself, I would definitely join if we lived in the area. Thanks to the IAC for preserving the experience for future generations.

A very classy place. The food is simply excellent, very delicious, I would say the best of Italy with some touches of United States, blended together. I don't think you can go wrong with any dish. The ambient is very cool, the waiters have a great disposition and good humour. We sat in direct view of the stage, and enjoyed the live music, the volume of the singer was a bit low, but probably adequate for the place if you don't want to be bothered or distracted. The manager offered us Limoncello on the house at the end of the dinner, what a wonderful closure. You should make a reservation before hand, on a regular Friday the place was packed!

But the Jewel of the Club was when we hosted my Mother's 80th Birthday Party in the back "Sinatra Room" private room All by itself decorated in classic Las Vegas memorabilia. Sits up to 70 guests with its own bar, " even has a statue of Frank Sinatra sitting in one of the barstools" nice selfie spot. Also has private rest rooms so your guests don't have to find the restaurant ones.

From Janine to Ben to Andrea we were treated with service you will love! The kind of service that made Las Vegas famous... The President of the club himself, Angelo Cassaro was there and also made us feel welcome and oozed kindness to everyone in the place. The food was so very very good and I look forward to my return. I have been there many times over the years at events and fabulous parties but the dining is world class and must be experienced to believe... One of my friends pointed out he has never seen a large party like ours be so exhilarated by a single meal... Having been referred to go to this place by Big Tony at the Mob Museum, we we're thrilled to be able to get a reservation. We arrived on a Sunday evening. The place was packed. The atmosphere was old school Italian with a very nice lounge singer... very nice menu with large portions. The food we ordered was very good, however we we're disappointed that there was no gluten free pasta available and more unfortunate was the fact that they were completely out of Veal. How does this happen? The place has been around for years.? Aside from that, Service and atmosphere was very good. I will definitely visit again on my next Vegas trip.

What a great night celebrating my parent's 50th anniversary. We couldn't have asked for better service or food. Couldn't believe all the food they served us piping hot and delicious. For a large party during a busy time they absolutely killed it. The owner Benny was such a nice man and easy to work with planning the event weeks in advance. The pricing is more than fair. I have eaten at many places on the strip and paid 2 to 3 times as much and it didn't compare to the food or great, lively atmosphere. If you have a large or small party you can't go wrong with this club! Great vibe, great music, great food, great service, awesome owner! Thank you again for a wonderful evening! I went to a tribute show and dinner afterwards. It took forty five minutes to make my drink (bloody mary) and they still couldn't make it. The show started 30 minutes late but was a very good show. At dinner, the first two things I ordered, they were out of. The chicken masala I got was good but kind of bland. Anfrea, the waitress was fantastic.

With so many options on the strip, I questioned my wife's decision to try out this long-time local favorite Italian restaurant. It was great! The service was as good as it gets. The prices are very reasonable. But the food was excellent! Their authentic Italian sausage and meatballs were really good. But the atmosphere was what made it such a great evening. We have been there half a dozen times. The first was a wonderful dining and visiting with old friends experience. We have friends in Las Vegas who have us over for dinner constantly when we are in town. In fact they introduced us to the Club a few yrs ago. Since we dont live in vegas we love to take our friends out to dinner to reciprocate their hospitality. We picked the club because they are italian and introduced us to it. The last 3 times we have gone it has gone from bad to worse to absolutely terrible experience. This time it was so bad I finally decided to talk about it. We go to dinner with friends to enjoy food and talk. The club put us in a very small room and then proceeded to bring in 12 of most loudest no mannered low class people and seat them across from us. Dont get me wron . These people were well to do but apparently had never been taught manners and etiquette. They proceeded to scream and laugh at the highest pitches. They did wolf whistles and high pitched calls to each other as if they were at an Arabic funeral. They were not arabic just using it as an example. My arabic friends dont make that sound in public. When we told the waiter that we couldn't hear each other and the noise was deafening, he heard it, his excuse was they were friends of management and wait we hadn't heard anything yet. Prepare yourself for the woman to take her shirt off. It was coming. He said he would talk with the manager. All the manager did was go over to their table and ask if they were having a good time. We never got asked if anyone would like another glass of wine. I got 1 cup of cold coffee never asked if I wanted a refill or how our dinner was. The evening was an embarrassment. Our poor friends. Well if you want mediocre food, 1 glass of wine, beg for bread and coffee to pay if they would bring some, and lose your hearing then it's the place for you. Sorry Sinatra would roll over if he knew what its become

Some food in our party was really good but my chicken Alfredo was bland. Pasta was ok and chicken had some parts that were burnt. The take a grilled chicken breast slice it and place it on top of the pasta. I would try again some other 5 people in my party said there's was good.

Then it was just a couple of steps into the next room which is their big showroom where 17 musicians proceeded to take the stage and with Ryan Baker singing ,the music was big and fantastic. What also was fantastic was seeing Las Vegas Legend Jerry Tiffie who has been performing in Las Vegas since 1978 singing beautifully still. I want to go back again and reserve a table for a full dinner and spend more time there.

Most of the time, west coast veal isn't the best however, the IAC served me the best veal dish I've had west of the Mississippi in a very long time. Attended event in the social hall and I think the size of the room was perfect for the acoustics. Food was set up in a side room. I'm a vegetarian and could only eat the green salad, so I can't comment on quality of food. People who work there were very nice and I certainly felt welcome.

We absolutely loved the Italian American Club. We were a group of around 100 and they totally took care of us. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and the food was fantastic! What an amazing gem of a place! I grew up with an Italian grandfather who is no longer with us, but he would have felt completely at home here. He was a big fan of the Rat Pack, whose likenesses adorn the place - along with an endorsement of the place by Frank Sinatra! The ambiance was a mix of Vegas glamour and my grandparents' dining room. My +1 and I walked in on a busy Saturday evening without a reservation, but the host quickly found us a table nearby the entertainment, an older gentleman singing all the classics. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance. As for the food... My +1 was excited to see pasta carbonara on the menu, which became her favourite Italian dish after a trip to Florence, Italy a couple years ago. Let me tell you, this place did it justice. I ordered veal marsala and it was tender and full of flavor. With the classic glamorous ambience of yesterday and food that's simply timeless, I can't speak highly enough of this place! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I came here for a visit with friends and I have to say some of the best Italian food I've had outside of Italy! Perfectly seasoned and made with love. I haf the Lobster Ravioli and it was amazing! I also sampled the shrimp and clam with shells and it did not disappoint! I will definitely be back to dine in this fine establishment! Staff is great all around! And don't get me started on dessert! Creme brulee is amazing!!!!! We also were able to meet/sit and have a conversation with the owner Ben Spano! This guy is so down to earth and very sweet! Great ambiance and entertainment... Unfortunately our server had absolutely no idea how to serve. When ordering bottle service the patron is not supposed to touch the bottle. Our server didn't touch the bottle once. When he came back to take our food orders we asked if we could pour our own wine because we had been empty for so long, he said sure you can. Italian American Club got aloha spirit cause even if not member still make dinner reservation (just going pay $1 membership fee for day). Screams old school.

Loved the lounge singing old time Vegas. The food was great. I had the Spaghetti Bolognese and the pasta was cooked perfectly the sauce took me back as a child growing up in Europe. The other dish was a veal Milanese the crust was golden and crunchy served with arugula salad. It The veal was tender and juicy. Lots of hot crusty bread with different butter compounds. Olive, regular and lemon. It was a very nice evening and the service was very good. Manager comes and greets you and everyone is so friendly. Of course dessert some tiramisu and coffee. The tiramisu was made with quality ingredients and the coffee rum flavor came trough enough but not overpowering. It also had a fine chocolate layer instead of cocoa powder it elevated the dish. Great ambience and great food and wonderful service. Going back again on our next trip to Vegas.

I must have driven past this place a hundred times and for some reason I never thought of it as a restaurant. But, I was told recently by many people that it is one of the best, if not the best, Italian restaurants in Vegas. So I had to try it. They have a full bar so we started with a couple mojitos, which were excellent. We also had a Caesar salad which was very good as well. For entrees we had the chicken carbonara and the beef short ribs. I liked the short ribs better of the two, but the carbonara was good as well. Bread pudding ended the meal and was served a la mode. The food is very good, but the magic of this place is the atmosphere. Live music was playing and just by coincidence, it was someone we know. Genevieve is a local singer and plays many venues. We were very pleased to see her here as she has a very smooth voice that goes well with dinner and cocktails. I highly, highly recommend trying this place if you haven't done so, it's very unique and you will have a great experience.

Loved it. Old time Las Vegas. Food for me was beyond excellent! I had the lobster ravioli and split a spinach salad with my husband. He had the filet which he said was tough but he is almost 81 and a lot of things are hard for him to chew. It was cooked perfectly. There were 8 in our party and everyone else was pleased. Great wine list.

We went on Sunday March 3rd for my girlfriend Shannon's 50th birthday. Ambience was amazing, food was spectacular, service was phenomenal. The live singers were fantastic they sung to and serenaded our friend for her birthday Made her feel so special and our table feel like we were transported back in time and we were dining with our Italian family. Highly recommended!

We were recommended by a friend to visit this authentic Italian restaurant just a few minutes off the strip. We walked into the 1960’s! We were greeted by the singer (who was about to go on stage) and he introduced us to the host....he sent us to a great table in this total throwback restaurant! The music was spot on for the 60’s....lots of Sinatra! I had the penne rustic with Italian sausage which was outstanding....my friend got spaghetti & meatballs and said it was the best he had ever had! A can’t miss spot the next time you visit Vegas!

We came in 6 minutes before the kitchen closed and were still seated and allowed to order a meal! The food was very good. The atmosphere is amazing, especially with the live music. My waiter even helped me put my jacket on as we left. A real quality restaurant, definitely recommended!
