It was a great burger! Definitely not something you want to eat when you're trying to eat healthy. My only complaint would be the amount of sodium in the burger, but again this isn't the place to eat healthy. Overall very good place, they really try to fit their theme

Annoying. Do not come if you are in a foul mood, it will just make things worse. I understand they end up dealing with a bunch if idiots each day, but I felt the place was classless and lame. I just want food, not a stupid "experience". They make you wear these dumb hospital gowns. Super uncomfortable for introverts. I wanted it to be over immediately. They have some sort of idea that they will "spank" you with with a paddle if you dont eat all your food. I am sure some people find that kind of experience fun but it just pisses me off. Also, they try to sell their product with "sex" which I find to be inappropriate. I haven't even tried the food yet so I cannot comment on that.still waiting with my family for this to be over. Good place for a drunken idiot, not a family man. Not impressed. Not at all enjoyable. Will not return.

It's a fun place for adults to get a really unhealthy meal. The staff is fun the food and drinks are good the fake movie posters on the walls are funny. Not sure I would take anyone under 13 or 14 though.. Don't over order, unless you like getting a spanking. You read that right.. If you don't finish your burger.. you get a spanking.. some of those girls seem to relish their job!! They call it the Heart Attack Grill for a reason. No salads on this menu!! Unless you are a really big eater.. I wouldn't go bigger than a double.. even a double burger with bacon is a challenge for me and I am not a small person.. I do recommend it though, because it's a fun atmosphere.. I love that they serve shots in pill bottles and wine in IV bags!!

If you're looking for a fun experience heart attack grill is where it's at when you're eating. Their menu is outrageous in calories but it's all part of the fun. The best things to do here is eat and watch people get spanked. Sometimes they will give you free jello shots. If you're at Fremont and you're hungry come to the heart attack grill You can't go wrong with a 2000 to 10,000 calorie burger.

You go there for fun, and it was entertaining. It's also surprisingly cheap. Absolutely no healthy food whatsoever, no even diet soda, so my one son and I just got fries (only $1.85) which were bland and overcooked. Other son and husband each ate the Double Bypass (1 pd of meat) and could barely finish. They liked the buns but didnt say otherwise if it was good or not. Good thing they did finish because you get spanked if you dont finish your sandwich. We saw 2 people get spanked... it's no joke. Anyone who has ever pledged a fraternity can probably imagine. The whole place was in pain with the guy who got spanked it was so hard! Moral of the story: dont let your eyes get bigger than your stomach!

Food was ok but the place is neat to visit. The only thing that scared me was if you didn’t finish your food you got paddled 3 times. AND THEY SLAP YOU HARD. You can hear people getting slapped across the whole restaurant. So I advise you not to get anything more than what you know you can eat. Enter at your own risk.

The meat was incredibly dry. The onion was incredibly cheap considering the taste. Fries were more bland than the bread pirates tried surviving on. Literally horrible. There are many other places you can choose to have your heart attack in for cheaper. Try In-n-out. Try Shake Shack. Try Habit Grill. Just eat somewhere else, this place is reserved for manipulatable tourists with a deep pocket and no understanding of any types of burgers or those over 350 since a meal for free (with a purchase of a drink) is pretty nice.

I am allergic to latex, brought my burger out with latex gloves on, raised the bun on my burger to show to me. I informed her I couldn’t eat that due to latex allergy, she said she had to let Manager know and would see if they had none latex gloves. Took burger back to supposedly remake it. Came back out with burger 2 minutes later with non latex gloves on. I took a bite off burger and I immediately got sick had to go to bathroom to throw up, while in bathroom cleaning myself up manager asks how are you, I said something made me sick. No what can I do to assist you or will take burger off your bill nothing. Not sure what type of meat the burger was made out of either didn’t look like hamburger meat. I will never go back there or recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I was hoping the burgers would be worth the heart attack.. they aren't. Weird atmosphere, watching Ron Jeremy on TV while you eat food and watch grown men get spanked (very hard) for not eating their food. If you want the atmosphere then go for it, but don't go for the food or the prices.

Super fun place! Over-the-top theme restaurant where you must wear the standard issue hospital gown and the servers are dressed as nurses. Beware: CASH ONLY!!! Go with a big appetite because, if you don't finish the hamburger, you get some serious paddling (transferable to someone else in your party). Server-led singing to fun decade music. Have fun!

The theme of this place was awesome. The food was pretty good but a little basic. The idea of getting spanked if you don't finish your burger had my wife stuffing it down to avoid punishment. Especially after she heard a few other guests get their spankings for not finishing their food. All and all it was a great experience. I would go back again and again.

Wow! What a lot of fun! I've seen this place on one of the food shows - can't remember which one, though. They're proud to offer great food and they make no pretenses about the impact to your health. Just great tasting burgers, fries, and shakes (those are the menu items I had - the have got dogs, too). No chicken, no salads, no vegan, no gluten-free. Faux movie posters that spoof popular movies with a burger theme decorate the walls. The waitresses warn you up front that if you don't finish your meal you get a spanking. And they are VERY enthusiastic about that part of their job. Great food, super fun!

The burgers taste just fine, the chili on the other hand tastes great. It’s just weird that you have to put on those medical clothes on, but the whole place is weird if you ask me. Price is relatively cheap if you consider the place is famous and it’s in Las Vegas. Service is good and is a lot of fun, you’ll notice what I mean when you get there. No credit cards, only cash, also I don’t know if the AC wasn’t working or something, but the place was really hot that day. Their own brews where not that good, but they complete the experience, try it.

OMG!!! What a great place they only have hamburgers but there are so good. They have Guinness record as the most caloric hamburger. We spent a really good time there. You can take your childrens, its really funny. I recommend 100%. The team its its incredible, we love it

I thought the hot dog was better than the burgers. Don't go here if you're on any sort of diet. They push extra calories on everything and they paddle you if you don't finish your food. They also put a pat of butter on top of the milkshakes. Like I said, extra calories. Overall, not terrible

Borderline lethal deliciousness! Don't be deceived by the prices the burgers are huge. Most guys should handle a double and feel very full. A triple would be a challenge. There were six of us. We were fitted with our hospital gowns and seated quickly. Since I had eaten a late lunch and didn't want to be spanked for not finishing my food-we decided to split the smallest size burger with bacon. All of the other sized burgers aren't allowed to be split. The burger was good - nice flavor and plenty of bacon we also split an order of onion rings which were good as well and a large order for the price. The Blonde nurse Hefeweizen beer was good, the chocolate shake was awesome we did remove the pad of butter that came with the shake.

This place is totally ridiculous!... In a good way. Between the artwork and the sounds of someone being paddled in the distance, the dining experience is definitely unique. I came here on a trip to Vegas after seeing a piece on the news about it. These people try to kill you. Their food is so enormous it will make your head spin. You have the option to get a burger with 8 pattys on it..... And that says it all. If you don't finish your food you get paddled on your butt by your waitress, so choose wisely.

The burger is not that much. Actually the burger doesn't taste good at all. But the worst g is the chilli sauce. I felt sick few hours after eating it. They are not very serious business people as well. We went with a friend that weights 160kg ( 350 pounds). When he weighted outside the place he was weighting 360 pounds. But when he weighted inside it was weighting 320 pounds and the second time he tried it was even worst... 314 pounds! That's a huge difference! It is not about the money because the burger is very cheap. But those guys are not serious at all! If you have the option DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

This was one of the best burgers I have ever had! The buns tasted fresh and fluffy, the patty was well dine and flavorful! The French fries are the best that I have ever had! Also, the theme and small details were so on point and fun! It was honestly a blast. Make sure you finish your food, or they will paddle you. Also, don’t tell them it’s your birthday. A guy did that and he got hit so hard by 7 servers 2x each. It was crazy and I thought he was going to cry. Have fun!

Good atmosphere, everyone is treated the same and everyone has to wear the hospital gown. If you don't finish your meal you would receive a spanking from your nurse or server. The cool thing is you're not on the hook if you have fries, it's the main entree you have to finish. But of course if you do manage to finish your meal your nurse or server will still offer to give you that spanking. Good place to be, plenty of fun, good energy.

Awesome. The burger is great. The meat patties are moist. You would think that a pound of beef in a burger would be like eating an overcooked meatloaf, but it wasn't. It was cooked to perfection. The buns are great. I actually wanted the spanking at the end of an unfinished burger, but the burger was so damned great. I do not know if I was lucky to finish it to avoid the gratuitous spanking, or unlucky for not getting the spanking from a hot chick.

It's totally a tourist trap. The burgers are not that good. The chili they put on top seemed to not settle well in our stomachs. We went midweek at 6pm and it was pretty dead. Really quiet and the employees there tried to get people to move and dance. Maybe it would be better to go on the weekend and later at night? I thought the specialized beers for the cafe where kind of fun. I ordered the "Bald Doctor IPA" and it was alright.

Very weird atmosphere the videos displayed are not family appropriate not made for a family atmosphere for children! My 13 year old was actually disturbed by the videos that where made by the staff displayed for viewing entertainment. She was legitimately worried they where going to spank her with a battle if she didn't finish her food. Her response was they can't spank kids can they? The food was good but not good enough to go back to.

Had a blast here, it’s a hilarious place where the staff (nurses) come and take care of all your beefy needs. Be sure to finish your meal though or you’ll have to either make a choice to get paddles or sing karaoke on stage, HILarious if youre a good boy or girl and get to watch the rest of the customers get punished. 2 IMPORTANT THINGS! Cash only! And stick with the single or double. I was able to finish my double but it was difficult. No one needs to eat more that that anyway because the double is at least 5000 calories. They were very tasty though. Also the fries are pretty weak, save your $3 and just get a burger. It's a cool theme and all, not really anymore expensive than anywhere else around here. The service wasn't great, had to ask for more drinks and the check. Oh and if you weigh more than 350lbs you get a free single burger. Other than that it's really only worth going once in a lifetime.

So much fun but not for the faint of heart! We were explained the rules when we walked in the door. Everyone wears hospital gowns and must finish their meal. Cash only. No sharing and no kids menu. If you don't finish, you will be taken to the front of the restaurant and spanked in front of everybody! The waitresses are "sexy nurses". The liqour comes in pill bottles with prescribing info on the front and wine is delivered in IV bags on poles, complete with tubing! It was a really fun place to visit! I wouldn't bring kids, but recommended it for adults! And if you weigh over 350lbs and aren't ashamed of being weighed in front of everyone, you eat for free!

This is quite the production, I’ll give them that! You have to put on hospital gowns and kind of go along with the script. This is all fine but we were there with a child who found it kind of scary and the staff wasn’t really willing to let it go. She still had to put on a gown! I would have turned around but we had already committed to this place for lunch. The menu is funny but to be honest the food really isn’t that great.

The theme is fun and kitschy, so it's a "win" from that perspective. Everyone has to wear a hospital gown when they enter, its cash only. They also have karaoke. The food is abysmal. The burgers were like bricks and cooked to death. Fries were nasty. All that said, I suppose more people come here for the experience and the hot waitresses in nurse's uniforms than the food. Would not return.

Kitschy and fun place but burger was way overcooked and dry. I didn't like it at all. Chili fries were very good however. Other people in our party had hot dogs, which were enormous and looked like something youd find in an adult store. They were good though. Onion rings were good too. Drinks were super fun. They give you shots in a prescription bottle. My sister got her wine in an IV bag and jello shots come in a syringe. Spankings were pretty brutal for those that didn't finish their burgers. Our "hospital bill" was enough to give you a heart attack.it was $200 for lunch for 7 people, most of which split their burgers. It's a fun place to visit if you're downtown but maybe go for a drink and snack. I probably wouldn't go back, though. Lots of other places to get a good burger.

The atmosphere was fun and the food decent. Of course it's a little overpriced because we'll it's located in Vegas. Unless your into be spanked make sure you order the appropriate size meal because the "nurses" there have no qualms in spanking you with their board for not finishing your meal. Liquor and non-alcoholic drink options available.

I didn't choose this venue but it wasn't as bad as I thought. I'm not a fan of donning a hospital gown to eat but it's a cute gimmick in theory. We split the single burger because as much as of a team player as I might be, nobody was spanking me lol Sorry, not sorry. I was expecting the burger to be disgusting but it was a regular burger. The wine was super cute. It's served in an IV bag. I wanted to hate this place so much but I didn't. It's just a burger joint

After seeing this place on the Travel Channel, my Wife just had to stop. We had a great time. Upon entering you will be given a hospital gown to dine in. Beware, if you don't finish your food, you will get spanked by the Nurses (waitresses) and they don't hold back. You have to workout before your arrival and definitely sometime afterwards. It is called Heart Attack Grill for a reason.

Great atmosphere and even BETTER food. Went with my family and loved putting on the hospital gowns and the vibe of the restaurant. Our waitress was fun, energetic and most of all Friendly. I had the Double Cheeseburger and it was Tender, juicy and TOO DAMN BIG! OH NOT TO MENTION IF YOU DON'T EAT ALL YOUR FOOD YOU GET PADDLED BY YOUR WAITRESS. The food is really good if you are interested in having burgers, hot dogs, shakes etc for a meal. It is quite the experience! You have to be in the mood to laugh at yourself and enjoy the show. You wear hospital gowns, drink wine out of IV bags, and get spanked by the nurses if you don't finish your meal. There is also a giant scale to weigh yourself in public and if you are over 350 pounds you eat for free.
