Really nice restaurant with great tasting burgers. You can arrive there and give your name and number and the staff will text you when your table is ready. The burgers are pricey and so are the fries but it is very well done and delicious. The chocolate shake was amazing! The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars is for the price. But worth it to take someone on a nice date and for the experience.

GR-Burger is amazing!!! So delicious! And service was fast, efficient, and fun. Great staff!!! I wish this was the place we would've ate on our first night in Vegas. Definitely worth it! And the atmosphere is very casual and pleasant. I would suggest this place if you cannot get into Hell's Kitchen, which we couldn't.

A must do when you come to Vegas. We were there before the crowd rolled in and we were seated immediately. The staff is very outgoing and kept our glazed full of our drinks. I had the lamb burger, very good and tender. Sweet potato fries came with extra cinnamon and sugar shaker, regular fries came with two dipping sauces. Both done well, may want to share - big portion. Go and experience the great meal!!

The food was very good, however... Don't pick "Fish and Crisps Burger" even if they say it's a "specialty" item. It apparently made the order take around 45 minutes to make and the fish is too big and fragile (good thing, just not in a burger) which makes the burger fall apart as soon as you pick it up. The wait was horrendous, people who came in 15 after us had beem served before we did... Even though the waitress was really really nice, nobody thought it would be a good idea to do anything else than say "sorry"... TL;DR great food, good sized portions, but don't pick the Fish n Crisps burger and expect to wait quite a while!

Gordon wasn't there, but I guess that's okay. The burger was delicious and the parmesan fries are worth the risk of triple bypass surgery. I would rate this the best burger I've ever had, but Jeremie would say it's the second best.

Better than I expected. The Lamb burger was perfect. Service was friendly but missed a few steps. Whatever happened to iced tea spoons? I didn't even get a spoon in the silverware wrap. I guess when straws get universally banned they'll make a comeback. Very minor detail I know. Great food.

Cannot believe I actually tasted Gordon Ramsay burger. Nothing extraordinary to the point I would say it’s the best burger in the world. But still, loved the burgers, service is good and the great thing is the value for the burger. I definitely didn’t have to break the bank to afford the burgers here.

My girlfriend and I found this place and decided to try it out. The place is easy to find with lots of parking. The food is really great and the staff are super friendly. The reason I'm giving them 4 stars because of couple of errors made by our server which could have been eliminated if the menu items were explained better. Otherwise, this place is really good. My hubby and I stayed at the planet Hollywood hotel for a few days, and to my surprise the Gordon Ramsay Burger restaurant was here.. I am somewhat of a fan of his, so we decided to give it a try, my expectations weren’t high and quite frankly I thought that it might be overly hyped (based on the reviews here lol). My was I wrong!! The burgers are to die for! We ordered them medium Well, they were succulent and juicy the duck bacon was a very interesting and delicious addition to my burger along with the forest mushrooms. I had the onion rings, which were covered in this amazing airy and crispy beer batter along side two dips. I will make the 3 and a half hour drive soon just to come here again!

The good news is that you are going to get a really good burger here. The bad news is, at the time of this writing, you are going to pay $35 for a hamburger, fries and drink. If you know that ahead of time and are okay with it, then you are going to enjoy a really good burger and fries! I had to deduct a star for the prices, but other than that I can’t complain.

I loved it, if you like burgers and Gordon Ramsay I'd check it out. It's a little pricey as expected and if you go at dinner there can be a long wait. Try to get to it for lunch and you shouldn't have a long wait if you have one at all.

What a disappointment. With a big lineup and a cool-looking fire sign out front I had big expectations for Gordon Ramsay Burger. It didn't impress. At all. The burger was all show, it looked great. I was excited to try it, but discovered that the most flavour I got out of it was from the cheese. Everything else about the burger was washed away and bland. The meat was cooked as I ordered, medium rare, but didn't really have any distinct taste to it. The beer battered onion rings weren't anything special either, again lacking anything distinct about them that sets them apart from regular onion rings.

Over hyped. Always a wait. They have tables but to keep the kitchen staff up to speed, they do not give the tables sooner. They don't even give you a buzzer which can let you go somewhere else in the casino. Every place has this nowadays. They care about their profits and don't want people to delay and make them wait in line. Named after the man who cribs and yells on TV for slow service, this place is a laughter for the speed of service. The table next to us got something raw in their burger and got the entire meal for free so its not a flawlessly good burger every time! We ordered 4 different things: 1. The Hell's kitchen burger: amazing and totally awesome jalapeno aioli. 2. The Chicken sliders: Very close to amazing. 3. Hog dog: super huge but the sausage is basically the same taste as a supermarket brand wiener. 4. Lobster and shrimp burger: the saddest of the lot. one of the most expensive but there is such a strongly flavored sauce that basically render the seafood patty tasteless. Overall, visit the place when its not busy, not worth the wait when you are hungry, because you wont get your food before your hunger dies eventually. Only recommend the Hell's kitchen burger.

Gordon Ramsay burgers in Las Vegas had pretty good burgers, but nothing particularly really amazing. We tried different burgers, and although they were cooked properly (medium) for us, they lacked a bit of flavor. It can get packed so go right when they open or after lunch time rush. There are plenty of other good burger places that are less pricey, but people visit for the name/brand.

Do I wanna rate Gordon Ramsay Burger ? Hell Yes. It's good.but I just didn't like the egg flavour inside the chicken patties. May be I stepped in with a lot of over expectation, idk. But it's decent. I won't say it's exceptionally good.

Disappointed-the service was fantastic and the Hellfire wings were great as appetizers. However, our burgers, truffle fries, and onion rings were so SALTY that we ate less than half. That’s saying a lot because I eat my food salty but this was NOT really palatable/edible. Environment was nice and friendly but after waiting for table and food, Gordon Ramsay and his chefs should be ashamed to be serving this food with his name on it. Don’t they know what they are serving?????

Got the backyard burger $16 which is standard price for a decent burger at any decent restaurant or steakhouse and it was pretty good not the best but good. Reviews may be made here by folks who haven’t experienced a burger outside McDonalds or any of the kind

My wife and I both ordered burgers and I want to take a minute to talk about the bun. So, one of the absolute joys of this burger was the bun. Most buns either fall apart, don't taste super good, get soggy, etc. Anyone who really enjoys a good burger knows that it is hard to find a good bun to stand with the rest of the burger. We'll Gordon's shop has that covered. The patty is great and flavorful and is not over powered by the other ingredients. Now let me mention the burnt ends Poutine. I'm just going to say that you should order it. If you like fries or mushrooms or cheese this will make your day. Great job Gordon.

There was a long line outside the restaurant but it moves pretty quickly. If you have a group of 4 or more people check-in with the host and they'll take your name and number down and text you when your table is ready. I ordered the Hell's Kitchen burger. The meat patty was soft and good but the burger to meat ratio could have been better. The truffle fries were delicious but not $12 delicious. Most likely the cost of being a restaurant on the strip.

Excellent burgers and sides! This may be one of the best meals I have had hands down. The wait staff was friendly and attentive without being constantly around which is exactly how waiters should be. The food felt like it was handled with care and attention to detail.My wife and I shared a black and blue burger along with poutine and we were very satisfied. Definitely going back again.

The wait was a bit, about 45 mins but it was a busy weekend and understandable that there would be a wait to get in. T we get seating and the vibe of the place is really cool, we order the jalapeno poppers... they were server in shot glassed and were really good. Then the burgers came, and were a let gown on our expectation. It was just like a regular burger, they were good… but I have had better burgers. I would say that it’s the best burger I have had on the strip. But defiantly not the best burger I have had worth a long wait.

I've been to Burger several times but never wrote a review. I HIGHLY recommend. When I came during the month of opening, the fries left a lot to be desired but they've corrected that. There are times when the wait can be a little extensive but it's well worth it. I'm not one to experiment but I tried the duck bacon burger. Wow! Who knew.....

Delicious burger and shake. It all seemed to melt in my mouth. Dawn was excellent in providing great service. $58 for two burgers and two shakes. Fries or sides not included so expect to pay more if you want more than just the burger.

If I'm being totally honest, I thought a meal here would have been disappointing. I mean, how can a celebrity chef maintain consistent standards for all of their restaurants around the world? But I was wrong. The burgers here are great. I had the Hell's Kitchen Burger and the balance of the flavors, the cook of the meat, the simplicity in the plating - it all made for one of the best burger experiences I've ever had. Not to mention the tasty Caesar salad or the delightfully crunchy onion rings. Oh, Gordon, I was a donut to ever doubt you.

Very surprised that the quinoa in the Greek Quinoa salad was not prepped properly and therefore very gritty. Salad was not edible. Also very surprised that the fish in the Fish and Crisps Burger was mostly the fried batter with very little fish. I would not eat here again and would advise others to avoid Gordon Ramsay Burger. The are many other options in Las Vegas.

I loved my lobster and shrimp burger. From far away it looked like a small burger. It fooled me. The height made u bite sideways. My mouth is pretty big. I was lookin for tomatoes and pickles on the burger. Chef uses different techniques and flavors. I tasted pickled carrots or something. Very tasty

Stopped in after a night out on Fremont street. About 10:30pm, was seated pretty well right away. Server Daniel was fantastic, made sure everything was right, very attentive and knowledgeable! Food was amazing, perfect medium, bun was fresh, fries were crispy, chipotle and curry ketchups were a nice touch. Price point is great, good value for the food I thought. Wonderful experience, will definitely be back.

I had high expectations coming into a restaurant with $20 burgers, especially from a celebrity chef. Honestly I was blown away. Intense flavor from the burger I got, dare I say it was better than any steak I've ever had. Staff was friendly and talkative as well, despite how busy it was.

Oh my I've died and gone to hamburger heaven! I ordered the farm burger with garlic parmesan fries. This is probably the best burger I've ever had. The fries came with a choice of dipping sauce and were amazing. The service was excellent. The wait was about 5 minutes at 4:45 on a Monday. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars? $17 burger. $12 fries. $36 total for one meal, without tip. Ok so I've come back for the same burger 3x. Onion rings are amazing! Best I've ever had. I'm changing to 5 stars. Even with 30 people in line in front of me I was seated in less than 20 minutes

Could finally be here after a 1.5 hour long wait! The wait time is totally worth the experience. I tried the Curry Burger with Impossible Vegetarian Patty and quite liked it. Just the burger, does not come with any fuss of sides. The chutney inside had a good kick to it. I appreciate the service here, despite being such a busy place.

The food quality is below average. I couldn't believe a celebrity chef could put his name on such a low quality food. Expect a fastfood-style burger, not a restaurant-quality one. Service at the table is okay, but reception is terrible. The restaurant was half empty yet they kept the guests waiting for more than an hour and a half. Overall, I'm very disappointed. Not only will I never go back to this place, I had such a bad experience that I won't ever go to a place with Ramsey's name attached to it.

Alright, this is some burger wizardry right here. I know my main man, Gordon Ramsay invented and designed these but those chefs made some amazing burgers. Jalapeno aioli? Are you serious? I'm still drooling over it. The pairing was spot on. It definitely lives up to the hype.

Another REALLY busy busy busy place! The fire next to the line to get in - yeah - way too hot!! Who put that there???!!!! Very, very good hamburgers! I got just the plain one - but the meat was really tasty. And I LOVE fries, very good, too. However, it was interesting that the meat tasted exactly like the same burger from a burger place we ate the night before - Shaky Shack? Or something like that. Of course, Gordon Ramsay Burger was much bigger! But it was the same - tasted exactly the same!! YUM YUM YUM!! I am disappointed in how Las Vegas restaurants seat their patrons. The lines are HUGE and we are waiting waiting waiting and these restaurants are taking WAY too long to seat us. The tables are cleared very quickly - but then these tables sit empty for way toooo long, while we are waiting waiting waiting!! Sometimes for an hour!! Let's change this, huh? This is the reason I gave this restaurant 4 stars.

One of the best if not the best burger I've ever had. The wait to get in was about an hour but it was well worth it. Everything is a bit pricey, but honestly for Vegas it's pretty reasonable considering the quality. If you get fries I recommend getting one to split between two people, you get a substantial amount in one basket

I've never done a Google review, but I just had to so I could give my server, Christian, a shout out. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. I thought my Hell's Kitchen burger was amazing. SO good! Probably the best burger I've ever had. The truffle fries were delicious as well. But, back to the reason I'm writing the review - our waiter. :) When we were there Gordon Ramsey made an appearance - which is so great, but it made everything take longer. We were pressed for time because we were going to a show and when Christian found that out, he really bent over backwards to accommodate us. He made us feel like celebrities and like he really valued our patronage at the restaurant. There were only two people in our party, so he easily could have brushed us off, but he didn't. We also had the manager, Ryan (I think was his name), stop by and chat with us and make sure that we were taken care of. Excellent service! Excellent food! Thanks, Christian. We'll be back.

Considered "the cheapest" of Gordon's restaurants, but don't let that fool you. The place is where you need to be to eat world-class food at reasonable prices. The wait was about 35 minutes and they'll text when your table is ready. Everything from the presentation to the food is top shelf. Recommend!

I've eaten here 4-5 times on my visits to Vegas. Always have had a great experience with service and the burgers are great.. Onion rings are also great. If it's busy the line always moves quickly. And, you can easily get a drink at the bar while you wait..

I ordered the "Blue Cheeseburger" and every element was amazing and delicious. It really feels like a high end burger. I wish I could eat here everyday. So worth it! I’m beyond dissatisfied and disappointed. I ordered the fish & crisps burger. Everyone else’s food arrived, including the fish & crisps for another person in my party. Our server did not say anything about my food not being out yet. Several minutes later, when she returned and asked how everything was so far, I asked when my food would be out and she snapped at me and very rudely told me that they burned it and we’re cooking another. I said no problem. When everyone else was halfway done with their meal, I inquired again. The server told me they were working on it and it would be out shortly. Finally, when everyone was done, the manager came out and apologized and asked if I wanted something else instead. I told her I’d rather just wait since they were already working on my food. About ten minutes later, she again asked if I wanted something else and told me they ran out of fish but they got more and it would be out soon. After waiting for 90 minutes, she brought it out. It was literally only cooked on the outside later. It was cold and raw in the middle. They took my 2 drinks and 20% off the tab. The server was so rude and unhelpful and both she and the manger were not upfront or transparent about what was going on.

Burger was good but not great, especially for the price. The fries were much better. The staff was friendly but definitely very busy. You'll have a better chance getting a seat if there are just two of you, otherwise you may have to wait a while. It was a one time deal type of lunch.

So I'm not sure how people can give this place lower then 4 star ratings the burgers are to die for. They also have a rotating burger every month I was very fortunate to try the 10 million subscriber special burger as it goes away on Aug 1st. The price in my opinion is reasonable your Vegas what do you expect not only that it's got Gordon Ramsey written all over it. I'm surprised it doesn't cost more. The most expensive burgers cost 24-26$ but average cost of all the burgers is close to 17$ and even if you go full meal burger, fries, and a drink it shouldn't cost you more then 40$ the meal which is honestly amazing price for the quality and branding of this food. The only problem I have with this place could be lines seating rude hosts but that's to be expected in Vegas at least the staff inside are friendly.They also have vegan and gluten free options.

I ordered the Hell's Kitchen Burger (well done); it was delicious. The patty's very juicy and I was exceedingly delighted by how the roasted tomatoes complimented the overall consistency of the burger. The fries are thick, filling and a lot so I recommend sharing.

Just awesome, I loved it!! Usually I have a thing about chips being served in a cup, it annoys me, just why!!!, so when I saw the chips in a metal cone I thought "here we go". Actually it makes sense, the chips are also in paper, so easy to get out and make sense, chips are traditionally served in a cone in the UK. People serving chips in cups take note.... Good service, good variety on the menu.

The first time I ate there, the hamburger was the best I'd had, partly because the bun was perfect. I was there for Elton Johns concert Friday night and going to Gordon's restaurant for a burger was one of the highlights on this trip. I was so disappointed..... the bun was stale. I was with a group of 5, I had raved about what a great hamburger we would all have, but again the buns were hard and stale, not at all like the first scrumptious, most perfect bun I'd ever had.

While staying at the Tropicana in Vegas, we decided to make a lunch stop at Gordon Ramsey Burger on the strip. It's just inside Planet Hollywood. You will be drawn to the restaurant by the grill flames across the window...already an interesting presentation. I ordered the classic Backyard Burger...juicy burger with lettuce, tomato, raw onions, pickles and the perfect bun. At first look, it didnt look large, but I just barely was able to finish. The onion rings were very crisp and tasty, especially with the dipping sauces. Fries were wearing a healthy dose of grated cheese. All in all, the meal was delicious. This is an experience that you do NOT want to add your usual dose of ketchup to. Eat the meal as it is offered or you will miss out on the delectable flavors already packed into it. The restaurant was clean, fresh, and adorned with red, blue and white of the Brit flag. If you wish, there is a selection or Ramsey souvenirs, from cookbook to t-shirts to plates. Our waiter offered good menu suggestions, was pleasant, and attentful without being a pest. I thoroughly recommend a visit. Oh, and did I mention the chocolate shake?... Wow!!

Not good at all, save yourself the money and grab burger king. The burger may as well been fast food. Walk to the in-and-out or do Ramsey fish and chips. A better value for your money. Dry burger with sweet pickles, I'm not a sociopath. I don't like sweet pickles on my burger, who in there right mind does.

Excellent place for a burger! I actually don't care for burgers, but I would order one here again, it was so fresh and delicious. The sweet potato fries are to die for so be sure to order some. They make their own ketchup and it is so fresh and not so sweet like Heinz it actually got me buying healthier ketchup because it is a much better taste. Service was amazing too our food was ready fast. Just be ready for some sticker shock as it's very pricey but worth every penny.

Just went on 8/23/19 and it was amazing! I got the Farmhouse Burger. It was so good, one of the best burgers I have had. Also got the Truffle Parmesan Fries. They were one of the best fries I have had. I usually don't do dipping sauces but tried the truffel aioli that came with it and it was amazing paired with the fries. I knew it would be a bit pricey but thought it was worth it and the experience of eating at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant.

I wish I could give this 10 stars. The best burger you'll have in the US. Gordon's burgers are perfectly juicy without making a mess. No falling out of the bun, or any of that. Every bite is perfect. The bun isn't dry and adds just a bit of crunch with the sesame seeds. Truffle fries, on point. I've never raved about ketchup-- it's homemade and amazing. Seriously, if you're worried this is just another burger joint, you'd be wrong. The line moves at a decent pace so just get here!

service was super good. seating was quick. menu was simple. we got the blue cheese burger, fish burger, farmhouse burger and hells kitchen burger. we also added sweet potato fries, regular fries and onion rings - the fries and rings were neither soggy nor crispy - the dips were good. i would go again. if u order a medium burger it is a TRUE medium and it will be PINK...do not play around and act surprised it is pink. i love medium but if u cannot hang order WELL DONE. i also observed people getting their burgers low carb style w lettuce instead of buns. We ended the meal splitting a chocolate tart with hazelnut ice cream. So good!

If you are here during prime time hours, you do have to wait a bit but a reservation is not needed. You can either sit at the bar or at a normal table. The prices are great for what you get. The food is as good as one would hope it would be, given that Gordon Ramsay is on the name. I would definitely recommend to come here again. Oh and if you are looking for a vegetarian option, you can have the burger with Impossible Burger.

In my experience with Vegas being such a touristy place, it’s common for servers here not to have a caring attitude. However, the service here is amazing. The truffle fries were great but when we told the management that we were not pleased with our burgers, our server and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we still left happy.

Food was delicious except they added cheese to my salad when I had ordered it without. The wait time was ridiculous! 90 mins to get a table! Luckily we were a party of 4 so we could register our name and walk around in casino. Once in the server was quick and pleasant. But the cook staff were very behind! We waited 40 mins after getting seated for our food. That is just too long. We did get a discount for the long wait and for the error on my salad at the end of dinner which made up for it. But be prepared to wait!

Terrible reception and very disappointed by their service. I went with my family to order take-outs due to time constraint. The receptionists were rude and very sloppy with their service. After we ordered the take-outs, we sat at the chairs near the entrance while waiting for our food. One of the receptionist came and told us “you can’t sit here” in a very impolite way. The restaurant was really empty at the time (went at 11am), and one of my family member is pregnant, so we found it hard to accept that we had to wait outside the restaurant. Finally, our food arrived. We made three orders but only received two. The receptionist had handed us the food without double checking our orders. We told her we were missing one order, so she went and look for the third order. After she found it, she just handed us the plastic bag WITHOUT saying a single word. No apologies at all for their sloppy service. This restaurant definitely needs to train their staff better. Very disappointed for a celebrity chef restaurant.

Came to vegas was here for a week. the last night there we caught a show and did burgers at Gordon Ramsay burger. well I am going to be honest and I'm sorry if it hurts someone's feelings. overall the place was busy and clean. that's the high points. they were completely under staffed. we waited way to long for our food. and it was over priced to say the least. but with the Ramsay name on the door what were we to expect? too many wanna be gourmet type burgers with the oddest toppings. the food took forever the waitress could seem to never come back and check on us. and for the money we shelled out it should have been much better. take my advise there are much better burgers on the strip for about half the cost. sorry I will not go there again it was a huge let down.

My wife and I are here and it was the best meal we had during our stay! My wife had the stout burger, I had the ultimate cheeseburger and we split and order of the parmesan truffle fries. It was plenty for 2 people. The burger had great flavor. And the bun wasn't soggy. Delicious!

This was BY FAR the best burger I have ever had. If you get a chance to eat here, I would highly recommend it. The hosts and servers were phenomenal and were super kind. The only downside is that this restaurant is always extremely packed, which is to be expected from a celebrity restaurant.

Wow. What an outstanding burger! The wait in line to get in was long but very worth it. Had the Hell's Kitchen Burger and Onion Rings which are almost like a truffle style onion ring. Best ever! Takes about 30 minutes to get a burger out to allow the meat time to rest before being served. Perfection on every plate.

Really enjoyed the dinner. Showed up on a Friday night, there was a bit of a line when we got there so I was worried it would take forever to get in. The line went a lot quicker than I thought it would. For our appetizer my wife and I enjoyed the fries poutine with burnt ends and cheese curds. The gravy was amazing, the cheese was awesome, really good. For our meal we shared the farmhouse burger. It was super good. The egg was perfectly cooked, the yoke running everywhere, so so good. For dessert we ordered the sticky toffee pudding ice cream sandwich. Holy crud, this was amazing. Whatever the sauce was drizzled on type was to die for. You could skip the meal and go straight to the dessert and be a happy person.

What shall I say? The burgers are super awesome, just as you would expect from Gordon Ramsay's. The staff is very friendly and gives you excellent advice, both on the food and the selection of (craft) beers. While the price is certainly a little on the high end, so is the quality. Regarding waiting times I had the very odd chance to be seated right away. As I left I did notice a very long queue, so plan your stay during early afternoon and you'll be served delicious food in virtually no time ;)

This location lives up to all the hype that Gordon Ramsay's name carries. Party of 5 got a table within five minutes at supper time with a friendly hosting staff. What really put this establishment over the top was our server Daniel. He was friendly, funny and let us know all about the restaurant and the surrounding attractions. The 'Hog Burger' was hands down the most delicious pork burger I have had in my life. Paired with their sweet potato fries, cold brew tea and a ice cream sandwich dessert, this may have been my most best meal in Vegas.

This was one of my favorite places in Vegas. Every time I come to Vegas I stopped by minimum one time and sometimes more than that. But now it is impossible, waiting list is over 40min and once you get your table another 45-55min waiting for you food! Very unfortunately, because the menu is very testy and almost the only burgers I really like, many appetizers in the menu are just delicious. But the waiting time on the line and after you ordered is not worth it anymore. Really sad!

Pretty sure the pictures say it all!!! Both burgers we shared, the Hell’s Kitchen and the forrest (I think)-best burgers of my life! I liked the Forrest better personally but both were very very good. The app was something like duck poppers and holy cow what euphoria when snacking on these suckers! Cocktails were really good! The truffle fries and onion rings top notch. Yes we ordered way more that the two of us needed but “when in Rome “ right. Was not a mistake!!! Took leftovers to the room and snacked on them before bed. Must go here!!!
