Overall a good value and good food. REALLY need to get a soft drink area...such a nuisance to bother the waiter and/or have to wait for drinks and refills. We'll be back, food was good especially the RIBS!!

If you're not a meat eater there's hardly anything here for you (excluding common salad varieties). Most casserole and vegetable choices also had meat in them. What we did eat was very good but certainly not worth the price.

Service was good, but the food was awful! I had higher expectations for it being part of the Stratosphere on the Las Vegas strip. There is much better food at Golden Coral and a better price as well. DO NOT waste your time or money here! The dessert bar was very small, had very little choices and had nothing labeled. It just said desserts. The steak was tough and extremely fatty. Very limited options for a buffet.

It's a pretty ok buffet. There isn't anything there that makes them stand out from any other buffet, but the food there is tasty. I would suggest trying their cheese pizza, it is surprisingly good.

A decent enough option if staying at the Stratosphere, their food was good and value-for-money. While not as fancy as some of the other buffets on the Las Vegas Strip, we found more selection choices than we could possibly sample; and a variety of cuisines to choose from. Be it American fare or Chinese fare, beef or shrimp and appetizers or desserts; we sampled a vast cross-section and were generally satisfied by our meal both times that we dined there. Service was fair, but unremarkable. What cost this review a star - maybe more - was that we found a plastic cup/receptacle (the kind that one typically holds cocktail sauce or similar condiments) firmly lodged at the bottom of our water glass. The server was apologetic, and the manager who stopped by was too - thought seemingly more interested in assuring us that both the water glass and the plastic cup/receptacle were suitably sanitized by the dishwasher cycle - and while we finished the rest of our meal; we chose not to go back again, for the rest of our visit.

As far as quality of food it is pretty standard for a buffet. The service is great and the staff is quite friendly. My table was never cluttered and my coffee and orange juice was never empty. The cleanliness was also very good as well. The price I believe is also pretty standard as well and its easy to get access to coupons to reduce the cost.

Ok I go by this buffet every day and never tried it because it is $18.39 7am-2pm and $22+ for dinner. I gave in this morning. I was not disappointed. ---------->Lasagna for breakfast OMG! & Many other menu items not seen at other buffets I thought the price would not match the food but it does. Go here if you can blow $20 on a buffet you will be happy

For full disclosure, we came here on a Groupon for “unlimited steak and shrimp”. What we were greeted with was just mediocre at best. The unlimited steak and shrimp was just the normal New York strip? And peel and eat shrimp that just comes default with the buffet. My girlfriend and I tried everything available, including desserts in order to try and find something good. This gourmand gauntlet was truly a trial. The potato salad had a distinct coconut taste, the steak was dry, the desserts either partially stale or just like everything else on the menu, mediocre at best. The staff was absolutely wonderful, we just wish the food was better. Bottom line: if you are simply looking to ingest the most amount of food in as little time and money as possible and not worry about quality, then it’s a win, otherwise spend it elsewhere.

For THE PRICE, I found this buffet to be perfectly adequate! We had brunch and walked out stuffed. That's not to say everything was DELICIOUS, but it was adequate food and we certainly got our money's worth.

A pretty ok buffet. The steak, shrimp, ribs and desserts are worth it alone but theres a good selection/variety without being overwhelmed. The waiter was very attentive. The only weir thing was 2 tables had crablegs but when I asked where they were, I was told they only have them on weekends.... It was Monday.

So disappointed!!! If I could give 0 stars I would - I do not write reviews often, but feel this one is warranted- This buffet is way overpriced for what you get and it is on the extreme low side of buffets- the food was blah- We came to this location as it was convenient to a party we were going to - 7 people were in our party - no one went back for anything-at a buffet... !! Food was horrible- the pizza was cardboard- the chicken was over cooked or just sitting to long- they do have shrimp - which had no seasoning - the prime rib was tough and dry - very few choices- it was not only a disappointment but an embarrassment to bring our friends to have dinner here due to the quality - we have stayed at the Strat before and never went to the buffet but have gone to On Top of the World- which was expensive but amazing- I understand they are different places but we expected that the buffet would be decent as the price is basically $30 per person for dinner. AVOID THIS BUFFET!!! Save yourself $20 per person and go across the street to Carl’s Jr.- You would get a better dinner - For the $210 we spent for 7 dinners we were extremely disappointed!! Step it up Strat!!!!

It's amazing. Stratosphere casino hotel is one of its kind. It's beautiful. Me and my husband went here on 13 and 14th may with Taketours. We got free access to the top of the world. Adult pool and normal swiming pool. This place has cozy rooms. They are cold. They are spacious. The top of the world provides spectacular views of LAS VEGAS. This place is known for its thrill rides. Those are really extremely unique and it's amazing how they were innovatively done. I love this place. This was very expensive hotel but thankfully we got room due to taketours. Good ambience. Extremely polite staff. Crafted buffet was amazing. We went here on 18 dollar. Ate for 4 hrs it was worth it. The top of world attracts mix crowd. Couples ,gay couples, children, The atmosphere up there is warm dry air and it's good doesn't make you feel chilly Or super cold. We are happy we went here. Worth it. Must try in Las Vegas. Food at crafted buffet was amazing. They had nearly 100 buffet varierty. Peel and eat prawns. Nachos. Burritos. Salads. Soups. Cakes. Breads. Asian fried rice. Asian noodles. American beef. American style chicken and beef. The buffet was worth the price Complimentary coke, or any soft drink, cofee Extremely polite and helpful staff.

Vegas! of or four day trip we ate almost everyday here. pricing is very reasonable and they have a great selection and variety of food. From breakfast to lunch to dinner and dessert. Nees to work on having more staff check people in on weekend but otherwise make it a stop. Get a player's card in the hotel for 10% off too.

This buffet is kind of hit or miss. Like many buffets, if you want all you can eat steak, you're sacrificing the quality. The prime rib was half fat but the guy was nice and gave me two pieces. The baked potatoes were massive and pretty good with butter, sour cream, and chives. The Chow Mein noodles and beef and broccoli were alright. The Mexican section had make your own tostadas. Tht was pretty good. The Chicken Marsala looked like it could use improvement, so I skipped that. Perhaps they should do a Vindaloo with potato and put out some garlic naan? Other people with me said they thought things were okay except the pizza. I didn't have any pizza and one of them described the pizza as the flavor of the sauce being wrong and more like diced tomatoes, but "dry as ****". If you're looking for pizza, try Nunzio's upstairs. The desert bar was good. There are better buffets in Vegas, but you should be able to get some kind of discount if you have the ACE Play card. 10% off or comp. It also comes in the MJ Live package.

During my stay at stratosphere, they have an advertisement in the elevator for steak and shrimp. It clearly has a picture of a steak. So I got a craving we went down spent the $50 for two people. Once I saw the buffet, it was bunk. Like previous review Golden corral is WAY better. I asked for the "NY strip steak" which they have labeled there on the glass and got a slice of what looked like roast beef. I asked if this was the "steak" she said yes. I was so disappointed at that point I didnt even want to eat. I spoke with the manager he explained to me that their steak comes in like a rump and they just slice it. False advertisement if you ask me, but anyways he was kind of enough to offer a thicker cut so It basically resembles a steak, at that point I didnt even want it anymore. I just wanted my money back, after all that's why I went to the buffet for the steak. I ended up opting for their ravioli, it was nasty. I took one bite and just gave up. Ended up leaving. Wish I would haven taken a picture. However, our waitress was kind. Just wish I read reviews before going and would have gone to outback instead.

We went for brunch and it was pretty good. They have an omelet station so you get to pick your ingredients and the cook makes it for you. It also came with free mimosas. There were crab legs but they were served on ice instead of steamed.

I now know what disappointment tastes like. I didn't realise it was possible to heat up pre-cooked food so badly. I can't cook at all but I dont think I could prepare food this poorly. If I wanted to dump a cheating girlfriend I'd do it here just so she can taste how I feel. I don't think I can put into words my experience. Just please don't expose your children to this.

If you've ever seen the film Casino, think of that part at the end where Ace laments what Las Vegas has become. 25 years later, some of the stuff he laments hasn't improved and has gotten worse. The price and quality of the buffets are pretty prominent on that list. This place tastes like sadness and regret. Seriously, you can't turn out an even slightly better product for $20+ a head? I know you're doing pretty well with your casino and other attractions. I've had better meals at the Old Country Buffet. The food quality is low and the flavors are bad.

I was quite surprised it was almost $25 for this buffet but with 10% off with players card not so bad. But what a super surprise. The quality was great super spare ribs and the fried chicken was amazing. Deserts were fantastic with a delicious bread butter pud with pecan syrup sauce. Wow better than we bargained for. It's a buffet. The pork was very dry, the beef was OK. Nothing to write home about I will NOT be returning. Other buffets may cost a little more but are worth it, they have more options and have crab and alcoholic drinks included.

POOR RATINGS FOR A REASON!! Now the buffett itself does not have bad staff per say... but the reason for soo many bad reviews (including this one)... is the food. It is Awful. Let me repeat that AWFUL. It is bland, not well prepared and low quality food. I picked up some of thier sushi and the slices of fish were pale white on the center and raw stale red on the edges. It was gross. I couldnt make it past my second plate. $20 for this food is highway robbery. STAY AWAY!

The buffet employees was great but the amount of choices was very slim,but I guess you get what you pay for.wife is sick at this moment we are currently staying in the hotel here and have had bad experiences we came here from baton rouge la and had planned to come back on our wedding anniversary but I think that we may do another hotel casino we spend over 1700.00 to experience this.this is not good I wish that I could get my money back for my flight hotel stay and possible for my wife medical if possible.weve experience harrassment for people near the buffet everytime we past until we had to tell them that we lived here so they wouldn't bother us.and the suite the toilet wouldn't flush we had to fix it myself I gotten constant knock on the door about a leak downstairs.bad experience.

Unsalted tasteless bacon. Every single dish did not look too good. Dry no taste. People who are making em dont care. Can't call em chef's or cooks. Free champagne if you are into champagne. Servers ok. They do have crab legs they did not look to appetizing. Also they had lox that way ok. Soups no good. Don't waste your money panda express taste better and twice cheaper. Its 23 bucks to eat dry so so cooked food at buffet. Poor variety.

We have been eating there every night of our stay at the stratosphere. The only thing is they don't have enough cooked vegetables. I know they have salad fine, but it's mostly starchy foods. It would be excellent if this was corrected

I've been back twice since writing this review in October, and I must say it is much better. Food was much better. Service still good. I've raised my score. No complaints my last two visits. Didnt try the steak this time. Still looked like roast... Sherwin (our server), was great. Prompt. Courteous. Very attentive to his guests. The food was a let down. Steak was more of a roast, very dry and tough with lots of fat and gristle. Ribs were decent but again very fatty. Dessert was good. I’d be less than thrilled if I paid for this, but it was free fortunately. It may be that I came in at 20:30, but still a bit of a let down. Felt bad throwing out so much food, but a lot of it wasn’t edible...too dried out and chewy. (I suppose if I was a starving person it would have been better).

Wort buffet I've ever been to. Save your time & money. We went since we’re staying here at the Strat. Food was cold including the prime rib which was supposedly fresh on the board. Along with the fact it was suppose to be new york strip?! Thats not new york strip. $50 for 2 we couldnt hardly get a drink or our waitress to take the dirty plates off of our table! Please save your time and money!!!

Overpriced. Somehow this buffet is upside down. It charges like you are the Bellagio. The food is the bare minimum compared to the other buffets. And when you sell groupons and then refuse to accept them because it is a "holiday weekend" you realize that you are dealing with an over priced bait and switch. There are buffets that give you more for this price and buffets that give you the same as younger here but for less. Hard pass.

The buffet was decent very similar to many I've been to. The omelets were probably the best thing I had there. A good variety of food from decent to good quality. The mimosas were a little disappointing. They were more cheap champagne than anything and made with a sunny D like orange juice. Plus the service to refill them was kind of slow. But overall very good for the price when hungry.

Not worth $50 for two people. I only went there because we stayed in the stratosphere and they gave us $20 food credit. The food is average. Not the worst but definitely NOT worth the money they charge. The food is bland and flavorless. Kinda reminded me of a Buffet that’s $12 per person. They had Turkey which was ok. Not too dry but very flavorless. I had some fried taquitos and they tasted like they had been sitting there for a while. The server was ok. He kept our table clean and checked up on us but he forgot to bring me my water. We decided to give it the benefit of the doubt even after reading the reviews. Bad decision. Listen to the reviews they are true. We will not be going back.

The dinner buffet is meh, not bad but not too memorable. The shrimp are awesome though and only 3 bucks for a glass of wine. The BRUNCH is where it's at! I would eat there every weekend if I could!! :)

Well...should have listened to reviews! While there is alot of choices. Nothing more than cracker barrel. Along with salad bar items frozen, ice cream melted, noodles old and waiter not very friendly (understandably so...he is old and has to many tables even for a 18 yr old)

Came here to eat last night with a low expectation with the foods after reading some review however, it was the total opposite. The services here are one of the best I’ve seen in Vegas and the prime ribs/steak that night we had was the best we had in Vegas. And we have tried 9 other buffer the past 5 days. Belagio,spice, Mandalay Bay, Paris flamingo etc

Update: morning after, constant diaaharea... Hopefully will be able to get out and enjoy my vacation -_- Went with a friend and we attempted to sample everything... Can't say we even remotely liked anything. Half their buffet is make your own salad, nachos, baked potato stations. Felt bad but we were throwing out almost full plates of food because it just wasn't worth the effort to eat. Our server never made any comment about the waste, so I assume it's pretty common. If I had to pick one thing as the best it would be the carving station turkey. Was bland turkey but at least it was moist and tender. Caving station beef was very fatty and full of cartilage. The other main feature of their buffet is shrimp, which they can't really mess up, it's raw shrimp u peel yourself. As for deserts they had a bunch of pies and cookies and squares. Just the basic tray deserts that are pumped out of machine somewhere.

My review maybe partly bias as I used a Groupon that was $35 for 2 (includes drinks) which I felt was a good price for what they offered. I went for lunch. Good amount of food and even had crablegs but be aware they are CHILLED on ice. Steak sliced, shrimp cocktails...advertisment made is seem slightly different but still enough to enjoy.
