We've got the opinions of people who are buying the services of Circus Buffet (Restaurant) near Nevada.
At present the business gets a score of 3.1 over 5 and this score has been based on 606 reviews.
As you can read, the average of ratings that it reaches is average, and it's based on a very high number of feddbacks, so we may think that the score is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to rate when they are pleased, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to set feddbacks when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Restaurant corresponds to the category of Buffet restaurant.
The waitstaff were great and polite. We went at the end of the day, about an hour before close, and the food was not good and the sugar free carrot cake was gross - dry with a strangely oily frosting. The salad bar was sparsely appropriated but the ingredients that were supplied looked good and tasted fresh.
We paid a little less for this buffet than the one we had at The Luxor. The selection wasn't so great but just enough to consider it a buffet. I don't think I got my money's worth however. We spent more time waiting for a just okay buffet selection rather than saving time but spending a few more dollars for a buffet elsewhere.
The selection remains the same each night is the only down side I'd say because the food is still pretty good.
My wife and I went after about a week of not eating healthy. The food was so good. You can only eat out so much, even at nice restaurants, before you just want good home cooking. And that is was it seemed like we got. Real food not some mass produced restaurant food. I would definitely go again. The price seemed a little high, but not too bad.
Salvation army has better food to this casino don't get or rooms on this casino
If you need a quick fix after running around the water park/amusement park with the family and also feel tired to get out to the parking lot to drive out for some food...then it's okay to dine here. It's not 5 star dining by any means and well not that great overall but it is a wide selection and saves the trouble of figuring out what to eat. If you find yourself in the above mentioned scenario then go for it eat up head back to your room and chill! But if not then there are far better options to choose from elsewhere.
Great variety of food with a good taste for the price.
FYI, we may just be snobs but... With an 18% tip I paid $67 for three of us (1 child) at the weekday brunch buffet. That is a big deal for us. And that was the one thing my kids were looking forward to, coming to Vegas. We enjoyed ourselves enough, but we all agreed we never need to come back. The staff were lovely and attentive and it's clean and people we meet in line seemed upbeat for sure. I particularly enjoyed the sense of humor of an Hispanic-looking and sounding woman attending to the food next to the big ham and the baked beans. But really, it's not great. The chimichangas, the waffles, fried chicken, fried shrimp, breakfast sausages, and so much more- all really very mediocre. I think the gravy is made from a box. The steamed veggies were done perfectly, surprisingly, but who goes to a buffet for steamed veggies? I only took some because they were the only dish with significant greens that looked appealing. Also, I thought the carrot cake was brilliantly spiced, so that was a plus. My 13-y-o, who craves McDonald's, but who rarely gets it, also thought the food was low quality, particularly the sweet crepes if that says anything. We live in Portland, OR and are spoiled by the food there but more than that we hardly eat out so maybe take this with a grain of salt. This may be apples and oranges, but I thought Black Panther was embarrassingly bad too, so that's what kind of people we are (I.e., picky). I am only bothering to submit this because my kids remembered this buffet from a previous trip and we always talk about going back and we were pretty disappointed on this trip.
It was good, especially the waiter, gave me the help I needed
Good food and service.
It's a decent meal for the price. Better selection than other buffets. The ham was very juicy. It's been a long time since I was last here and glad my memory was in line with what I expected.
The food was tasteless, I give a star for cold drinks and warm food that's it!!!
I mean... it's ok. Just like the rest of Vegas, it's grossly overpriced. If you want to pay $20 a head to have flashbacks to your high school cafeteria, this is the place to be.
I didn't visit here but it's saying I did but I did visit a good restaurant while at Vegas a Mexican restaurant called iguana good low prices and really good food
I give them a 3 only because staff was excellent. They were very fast when clearing plates, and polite. Drink selection was nice. Food was okay.
At the couner a man stuff was not kind...Other womens are nice and table was clean. Sweets was bad...it just brought from walmart. Other dishes are good. 値段のわりにイマイチかと。
Good enough for the price. Food was good enough and they had a large enough selection. My only recommendation is for all buffets....just because it's all you can eat doesn't mean you should!
I got a 2 for 1 coupon for the buffet, we had brunch and there were so many choices. Everything we had was delicious, and like most who buffet we ate too much. This is one of the lowest priced buffets in town, it is well stocked and clean.
For the price there are far better dining options on the strip
Meats dry. Not much of a selection as to other buffets in Vegas. Not worth $22.00 a person
Not bad for the price
Best omelet station ever. Props to the chef
Food could be a little better selection for the price
I pay for what I got- Excellent Hot Food. Dessert was good as well and alot to pick from. I'll come back again when I'm in town for another visit.
I was impressed at the variety.
Good was cold
The food here was very institutionalized and one notch below edible. On a positive note, this was great for my diet. So I will give it one star.
Possibly the worst buffet I've ever been to. Yes there is selection but almost everything I tried did not fast good.
Everytime I come to Las Vegas I always come here I love the variety the food is delicious and cheap I would highly recommend coming here.
FIRE OMELETTE STATION
Better than I have had in the past!
It was ok. Not bad but not enough options
MY GIRLFRIEND AND I JUST PAID $50 FOR THE MOST NASTY AND GROSS BUFFET WE HAVE EVER HAD IN OUR LIFE. WE HAD THE BRUNCH WHICH THE FOOD WAS COLD, STALE BUSCUITS AND BREADS ALL TASTE BLAND..EGGS AND SAUSAGE WAS THE NASTIEST TASTING. I GOT A PIECE OF CHICKEN THAT WAS LITERALLY RAW OND THE INSIDE BECAUSE IT WAS ALL PINK AND UNCOOKED. FRIED SHRIMP WAS ALL BREADING COVERING A SALAD SHRIMP. I WROTE THIS IN CAPITOL LETTERS SO PEOPLE COULD TAKE NOTICE AND NOT WASTE THEIR $$$ ON THIS DISGUSTING AND OVERPRICED PLACE. HOPEFULLY THEY SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN AND I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN !! I DO HOWEVER GIVE MUCH RESPECT TO THE HARDWORKING STAFF WHICH I'LL BET GET PAID THE LOWEST WAGES BECAUSE THEY PROBABLY GET EXPLOITED..
Yeah not to bad I guess. A little on the expensive side though.
Food was tasty and good value. Ate there for breakfast and dinner. Would recommend if you're staying here
Great selection and the price was reasonable considering what everyone else charges plus they give a 10% military discount.
Checked in today (8/5). Me and my Grands (boy 10; girl 15) did the buffet for dinner around 6p. $22+ for and girl; boy kid price...all in all $60+ for salad!!!!
Way over priced for what you get. Omelette station is only good thing.
Delicions food ... international dishes..good taste.
We ate at circus circus buffet last night. The food was pretty bad. The chinese fried rice was sticky and smelling. The fried chicken was dry as bone, shu jai had a weird smell to it. For $21 per head the food was very sub standard. Asked to talk to manager the women at the counter said she didn't know where he was. This was a real bad experience and disappointment.
Exceeded my expectations...was better than many reviewers led me to believe that it would be. Definitely not elegant fine dining... but certainly a good value and selection. Made to order omlet was very good and there's a wide selection from bacon and eggs to fried chicken and a salad bar.
Definitely worth 5 stars because it's on the cheaper side of the scale when it comes to food on the Strip. The variety was still tasty and plentiful for what you pay! I expected some type of rip off but it was excellent! And everyone was friendly!
Fish, mashed potato, chicken prime rib, coffee. The coffee was very old and the food was not even warm enough.
The food is not bad, I think that's because we got there right as they opened, like the exact second they opened. The staff is so nice! The lady bussing my section was so sweet. The food is alright, it's on the lower end of buffets in Las Vegas, with that said, I would NEVER PAY 23.50 DOLLARS FOR THAT FOOD. Instead go to a station casino, half the price same or better quality food. The one great thing is the dessert and the beverages, and they have a fresh waffle station where you make your own! Like actually grab the batter, put it into the iron and wait for the fluffiest most delicious waffles ever.
Very expensive but a lot to chose from.
Imagine if chuckee cheese was a buffet except in a basement of a dirty hotel and casino. I’d rather spend $10 more a person and eat more central on the strip. Quality of food is reheated frozen food. Kids were dumping ice cream and cereal everywhere and adults just let them run wild. If you are looking for the cheapest buffet on the strip and have like 3 kids and aren’t concerned about quality of food, maybe this is a right spot for you.
I'd rather eat hospital food. Dont waste your money.
So gross. Frozen food
Great options
Was closed during posted hours. From the other reviews, it seems like I dodged a bullet.
Plain an simple need flavor. Just pain like cardboard 20.00 you what get what u pay for.
Overpriced for the selection. Poor quality food which was mostly inedible. The food tasted like it was the lowest quality boxed and canned food available.
The food is not worth the price.
For what they are serving the price is atrocious and greedy. This buffet is in the cheapest hotel/casino around and its not at all cheap. What happened to cheap buffets guys? Get with the program sheesh.
Went to the buffet here for dinner. It was ok. The Mac and cheese was cold, along with the beef. Wasn’t very crowded when we were there. Generally the food was good.
Let’s just say I’m giving it 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars...My boyfriend and I went to the buffet already knowing that reviews were terrible and we wanted to check it out and see if it was really as bad as the other reviews said. I will pretty much eat anything, and I could only finish/stomach the omelette, bagel, waffles and the soft serve. Meat was raw, pastries were doughy, and the bread was stale. I even went back to grab a second pastry to see if they were all undercooked or if it was just the one I grabbed, but they were all cooked far too poorly.
Food wasn't bad, not much variety, but could not believe they don't have waiters, you have to serve yourself your own drinks, ketchup, Tabasco salsa etc. From a station. You even have to make your own waffles, there were only 2 waffle makers and there was a line to make your own. I gave a tip when I paid before going in, not knowing I wasn't going to get service from a waiter/waitress. Not going back!
Very bad service, the sheets in our room were dirty. We asked front desk to send someone to bring more sheets but nobody came. Worst ever stayed on Vegas, never staying on this hotel again
A bit overpriced ($19 - $24 depends on day of the week). Not sure if they have gluten free options.
I spend alot of time in Vegas. This is the least popular place I have ever stopped. We didn't get sick but it is a very unattractive buffet. Bathrooms we're a hassle to get too as well.
They are fabulous! I loved it and we went about an hour after they opened so it was all fresh and not crowded. I would absolutely go again!
Good place but this place need more variety for customers.
The food is terrible. It’s $20/person, but I wouldn’t go back even if it was $10. The food selection is extremely limited and mostly tasteless. The staff are friendly though and it seemed clean.
Good food and very clean
Rooms janky I fell and hurt my hip and back . Compressed nerve walking in the door lights didnt work slid and fell on a bunch of flyers etc.. dirty no coffee maker tv was older then dirt. Never again
The food was great and the service matched. The variety was outstanding, both for main courses and deserts.
Food was the nastiest I have ever tasted!! Poor quality, poor management stayed here a week and half and never will go back
It's a good place to go with family, however, the tongs are way too hot and the lines are ridiculous. But the food is good for a cheap buffet
Food was okay, nothing to rave about. There are definitely better buffets on the strip but for the price it was decent enough. Actually one of the cheapest buffet prices I’ve ever seen while visiting Vegas.
It ok. Not the best one tho.
The food is average but the service is excellent!!!
Terrible and overpriced
Way over priced for horrible food. Run from this place unless you want to get robbed and overpay for horrible bland food and have no options of different items. Blegh!
No. Just no. Move along to a better buffet.
Some of the worst food I've had. Meat was tough . Stew looked like it was from a can . Lots of choice to bad mist of it was dried out and discusting. Way over priced too. So much has changed since we were there last.
Could be better.
Now, this buffet is terrible, it isn't close to the best, whichever option you decided to eat wether it be breakfast or dinner you will be stuck with that option do not think that they will switch entrees beforehand. The variety is fairly minimal, nothing shocking, the basics of what a Las Vegas Buffet should be. The atmosphere is very underwhelming for today's standards, it looks drab, not modern, very cheap and tacky. If it was up to me and you would like a nice buffet to go to, I would rather exit the strip and go to the Golden Corral that is in Henderson, NV. Much more options, better customer service, you should already know what is there, and it's even cheaper than the Circus Buffet. 2 Stars, almost headed towards one star just because it barely scrapes the minimum requirements of what a 2 star is. Personally, more variety is needed, and a better atmosphere, simple changes that could change this to maybe a 4 star easily. Although, there are some good dishes that this buffet does offer, but it isn't worth it, it isn't worth it.
I ate BRUNCH buffet. So got to have the best of both worlds. All of the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The flour tortillas were just a tad on the thin side but still good. I would recommend this place. Expensive($25) but so is everything else in Vegas, but worth it. Awesome!
The food is delicious at Circus Buffet. This is for anyone who is on a budget. The adult price when we went was in the neighborhood of $20 per person. However, you will not be disappointed with the huge selection of food available. They also have a excellent dessert bar with a huge selection of different types of treats. So if you want to treat yourself to a good buffet in Las Vegas this is the place
Mac and cheese was overcooked. Lemon merangue pie for dessert and lemon part was runny.
It's your typical buffet, however its generated more towards the kids taste, for an adult the price isn't worth it.
Great place to eat.. fast service... fresh food.
The food was "meh" and it was really expensive, about $20 per person. They also didn't have any good fresh fruit.
Food not bad, but service poor and greatly overpriced.
Price was too much with horrible food. BBQ ribs were too salty hardly edible, mashed potatoes were horrible tasted disgusting. I do not recommend this place. Smell of the buffet is unclean, decor is eesh too old. If you want to go to a 5 star buffet, go to the Orleans.
Breakfast voucher is scam. Says breakfast per room, still wants 2 vouchers for 2 people from the same room. Very unfriendly and harsh to guests with questions
Food is good front desk was rude
Really great buffet with great variety. I especially like the fresh pasta station where you can have made to order pasta creations that are especially delicious. The drink station has the most variety I have ever seen in a buffet, with multiple coffee and tea options hot or cold. It was a great experience and I will definately be coming back again for round two.
We went for the brunch. We very disappointed. Most of the food was bland.. The best tasting thing on the buffet was the biscuits and gravy. It cost $23 s person for a very disappointing meal. Would not go again.
I was disapointed in the quality and food variety. Golden Corral is better and that is not what my expections are from a LV Casino food service provider.
Don't include the gratuity ahead of time, into your credit card total, because there won't be a server coming around to ask what beverage you'd like. You will be required to go and get your own coffee or tea, etc. -- at least, that's the way it is during the breakfast meal. And this is perfectly okay, except that they don't tell you that ahead of time. Sneaky! If you pay with a credit card and include a standard 20% tip ahead of time, as I do, added on to your total, you're "rolling the dice", so to speak, on the service. But this is standard procedure and etiquette for a lot of us who are accustomed to having buffet servers approach the table. Anyway, the food is great, the variety and choices are excellent, including sugar free deserts [the sugar free carrot cake is outstanding], and the chefs are friendly and eager to please. 5 stars for the hardworking chefs. Just don't be duped, as I was.
$19 all you can eat breakfast buffet, fresh food and large selection with plenty of seating
Super expensive over $150 spent on 4 adults 2 children. The mac and cheese was absolutely awful! The "prime rib" was totally bloody...complete waste of money! Hometown Buffet is better then this, and I hate that restaurant. I'd give it ZERO stars if it was an option!!
This place is awesome first time to vegas first time in circus circus this staff is all very friendly the explain to you how everything works definetly will be bqck for next vacay
$47 for 2 people on Sat night. Lots of choices, pleasantly surprised. Fried and baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy good, they have roast beef vs prime rib so that’s disappointing, try the pasta station made to order, sugar free carrot cake is good, try the enchiladas there are good. Fried and steam rice barely warm. No cookies to take with but if you like pies, carrot cake, brownies, frozen yogurt and drink station it’s good.
Awesome place to grub
Not many choices for $27. Everything was disgusting. Even the soft serve ice cream taste like chemicals. Save your money. Eat at Mc Donald's
Don't Do It
Just spent $75 on brunch buffet for me, my 5, 10 and 12 year old. The eggs are worse than summer camp cafeteria. Breakfast meat flavorless and not cooked right. The donuts were the most edible but a little stale. The lunch items like tacos and chicken fried steak I didn’t try based on how they looked. No fresh fruit, all canned fruit dumped into a bin. No waitress for water/coffee. Coffee not good. So disappointed. Bread pudding and muffins were probably the two best dishes.
We didn’t enjoy the food in general and the variety of options, but there were quite a few dishes I liked from the main course and from the desert, so it’s ok to eat there only if you are staying at the Circus Circus hotel and you need to eat quickly.
I loved the fillet ó fish! They cooked it in 2 different ways...
With so many choices for Buffets in Vegas I would definitely not choose this one again
good selection
I came here with some family members that stayed at circus circus they had a good time a buffet was OK the kids liked it
There were lot of varieties in the menu that they had displayed which includes main course, salad & desert. There weren't many options for vegetarians & for people who doesn't eat pork or beef. There was an exclusive section for omelette with varieties( live omelette station ),i personally loved the omelette. Overall its an ok place for the charge ( Adults - $21 & kids- $14). But if you gonna stay in the same hotel, you can get a one time complimentary food.
Decently affordable Vegas buffet with good amount of dishes. Cleanliness is moderate and other than the personalized pasta station, not much customization can be done to match your palette requirements. Still, if in a rush, eat here for a decent filler upper.
circus circus did not exit
Hot food was cold. Also, my family projectile vomited all over the parking lot shortly after... lol... price was OK I guess if the food could've been held down, haha... Staff were friendly at least.
The price is decent for the place. Food items are the same as any other buffet one would go too. Some food was hot and some food has been sitting for a minute so it's was kinda cold, but cooking on a massive scale, not everything is gonna be perfect.
The worst buffet I've ever ate at. Its one of the cheapest buffets yes but don't waste your money. Pay a little extra and go elsewhere
Very good
I rent rooms here atleast once a week so I decided to give the buffet another try. Idk if it was the crew or the menu (we went on a different day of the week thab before) but I really enjoyed the entrees and the soups were smelling up the place. It smelt like coming home out of the cold. Dessert selection is varied ( not into sweets) amazing salad bar
This place is really bad. The food options are not good and there needs to be more things. Not One just one station. they need to change on is the mash potatoes. There is lack of dinner choices and dessert.
Sometime too crouded but food is ok. Meet and fish. Soda drinks included.
Good variety, breakfast and lunch items. Not sure why it gets mixed reviews, good value and typical buffet.
I went on a Friday night at 8:30. Most of the dinner crowd was gone but there was still lots of food. Too bad the stuffed shells, roast beef, and baked chicken were so oveercooked they were tough. There was still a wide variety, including desserts and salad and fruit.
I had much better on the strip at a lower cost. I've exceptionally better on the strip for the same price.
Nothing major. Regular Hispanic, Italian, southern, and Japanese stations, A good salad bar, and a okayish desert bar. I ate there free for staying at the hotel they give two to everyone that stays thier per room.
A bit pricey for the quality. At least mostly edible.
Not enough vegetables or fruit, definitely not worth the money. Just a really horrible buffet.
Nasty food will not recomend
It was ok but the people who worked there were very snobby for no reason
Great buffet to take family.
I took my family here and the food was good, extremely better than the Fest Buffet at the Harrah's. It was perfect for the kids. I recommend letting the kids eat here more than any other place on the strip.
Limited options, mediocre dishes, tasteless. Overly priced. It's not supposed to smell bad in a restaurant, but it smells like the carpet is moldy.
Decent buffet food. Don't expect Golden Corral prices here because it is Vegas.
Food was good
Terrible!!!! Do not eat here! The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs.....gag! Not impressed for 21.00 ea. Run and dont look back. Breakfast and brunch is served til 2 p.m. No lunch buffet.
$26 a person and the food was very nasty and cold. Keep walking!!!
The worst food I've ever had! Absolutely disgusting. McDonald's has better food! Ridiculous that they charge for this.
Okay food
Worst buffet in Vegas.. downtown casino's have better buffet.. lousy counter lady.. terrible choice for Buffett layouts. Bread butter jam at 130pm.. stratosphere has same rates on buffet but they serve better food.
Was pretty good wish I had more room to try everything
I went here to eat with my girlfriend to see if it was actually bad as it says in the reviews. Good news is my faith in humanity is restored because the reviews were dead on. Bad news, I might not live to finish this post considering what I just consumed there. The meat was all raw and pink. The breads and pastries were undercooked and doughy. The ice cream was pretty good though if you are wanting to spend $20 for soft serve. If you are looking for a date night consisting of acting like food critics and tearing apart terrible food then this is the place! If you are actually hungry though and even have a little respect for your digestive system, eat somewhere else.
Nice buffet with a variety of foods in the middle of the casino. Great for a meal, but a little pricey, so be sure you are hungry.
It's good the first or second time but all 3-4 times I went at different times, they provided the same food options. Convenient for eating in the hotel while most other shops are closed. Seemingly expensive for a buffet. 2-3 stars. Fun, considerate, respectful employees!
Food was ok for what you pay, I guess, very American. Negative: Noisy like everywhere else in LV and quee to get in, Even with pree paid tickets. Salad bar was not good, brown edges on the greens. Positive: Omelette, waffle, and bread pudding was my favorites. Our 7 year old son loved the buffet, he's picky so great to have many choices. He loved the shrimps, the pork, and the pizza the best. For grown ups without kids that have an interest in healthy eating, its better to go elsewhere.
Wasn't bad could of been better...
The price was very expensive for what they had to offer. We got all of ours on comp, luckily, but besides that the food was okay for a Las Vegas buffet. The basic regular choices nothing extra special and my favorite that dessert was absolutely horrible. All I wanted all day was a piece of cheesecake and all this was really horrible out of the Box desserts. I couldn't even eat my my daughter didn't even want hers and she's only 4.
Good buffet for what it is. First don't expect frills or exotic food it's a buffet geared towards people with children, that said your kids will love it. Second bring your own drinks if you buy them there your getting ripped off, go a few blocks north to the 7-11 buy what you need yes you can bring your own beer and wine( open your wine before to avoid a corcking fee). Third this buffet is basic but it doesn't claim to be anything better it is minimal as far as the strip goes but you could do worse.
This Buffett made me want to vomit. Not only because this is the WORST buffet I have ever been to but because it was so outrageously over priced. Over $120 for my family to eat the WORST food I have had in a long time. The omelet guy was cool though. Save some cash and go somewhere else, anywhere else!
Pretty cool except for the table Buser riding my back like she ready for me and my lady to hurry up and go I GOT
Decided not to eat here. Expensive for it's location in a rundown resort. Facility looked ok, clean.
I will give this buffet 4 stars. The staff were all incredibly polite. There were your standard Vegas Buffet item's but, there were many extra options. Every thing from corn dogs to stuffed shells. There pasta station was excellent. The only true complaint I would have was there deserts were quite dry. If you looking for a reasonably priced buffet. And good service I would recommend coming to the Circus Circus buffet. I am a local here in Vegas and I have been to almost every casino buffet and this is one I would come back to.
Food was overpriced and horrible. I went to take my son to the restroom and I come back to them clearing my table. Don’t waste your money.
We love the food. Kids enjoyed it too mucho
Good stuff, average stuff, and stuff we didn't like. You will ALWAYS get what you pay for! This is a family place, on a Vegas budget. Wide variety of food, to fit your desires. Just don't come here expecting Caesar's buffet.
The food is great But it's just that the place chang just a little When I was young it was great
The variety was decent, but the food was disgusting. If you want better food for half the price, go to Chuck-a-ramma. We payed $60 to be disappointed and get sick the I. The night. Do not recommend at all.
It's okay, nothing special but it is pretty decent food.
For two adults and one child I paid $67!! The selection was terrible, the food cold and tasteless. DO NOT EAT HERE!
It was okay I expected a little more variety but they do have a great drink station
Cold food do not eat there
This has to be the most over priced disgusting buffet I've ever eaten. The food is obliviously from Walmart. The help.is rude. You cant see the buffet until you pay and I know why. They want you to add a tip when you pay before you go in.Dont get ripped off by this mess. DISGUSTING
I would give 0 stars if I could. The breakfast was awful and not worth $23
Overpriced Buffets used to be reasonable That was the whole idea to feed the masses cheaply 2 adults 1 senior citizen to juniors 13 and 11 $147 That is a lot of money $ 85.oo plus $20.00tip would have been $105.00 $45.00 Cheaper God-bless senior citizen Veteran of the foreign wars
I ate 10 days straight breakfast here and I was fantastic
Nice greetings, but could be more better on the quality for breakfast.
