I had not been to the buffet in a while because the service was so bad. I tried the brunch this weekend and found the service had improved but the food quality had gone way down! Not suprising there were few people eating there.

At 1 pm the food had not been refreshed or replenished in some cases. Macaroni was not even warm. Hot and sour and egg drop were the only soups. Fried chicken was dark crusted and dried out. Even the desert was tasteless.

We went for lunch. The selection wasn't ba big as some other buffets we have been to but the quality was better. I like Mexican and spicy food. The taco meat was awesome. The guacamole was the best I have had at any buffet. The jalapeno poppers were very good. We both enjoyed the orange chicken. The variety of salads was great and all tasted very good. For dessert I had a slice of German chocolate cake and a couple cream puffs. All were very good. I would also give them high marks for there Chili Verde and the Mac and cheese! I don't remember our waitresses name but she was incredible. She said she had been there for about 17 years. She was always attentive and polite. We will be going back frequently as the Cannery is just a few miles from our home.

I am at this place weekly, I'm here to tell you that for the price you can not beat the buffet , It seems lately the people that work there just don't care and I have noticed a decline in number of people that come here but I like it I will drive across town just to go and good place to take my friends from out of town

Four of us in our party used two 2 for the price of 1 buffet meals. There is a nice variety of choices on Friday nights. The steaks are excellent cooked to your choice (we like medium) with sauteed mushrooms and onions available. The Mahi-mahi fish is always very tasty. The tilapia, fried shrimp, cold shrimp to peel and baby shrimp cocktails are very good. I also enjoy the Chinese hot and sour soup. The service is always excellent with the waitress keeping the iced tea glasses full and removing the used plates. We have eaten at the Friday buffet many times and are always satisfied.

Loved the cannery buffet! On Thursday they have shrimp, sushi, and prime rib for a decent price... I was leery about sushi at a buffet however it was really good and so fresh! The entire buffet was kept fully stocked and was very clean. They really have a great selection of food. I'll be returning very soon!!

The staff are very nice but the price for the quality of food you are getting isn't great. My friend had an under cooked muscle, luckily she didn't eat it. The dessert bar was definitely the best part and our waitress was very nice. I didn't even have to ask for a refill on my drink.

I now know what it is like for Gordan Ramsey in kitchen nightmares. Never before, have I felt assaulted by my dinner. Let start by saying there were a few people that told me to go here. They said, “It’s not bad...” Nothing could be further from the truth. *** The wait and bus staff were the only bright spot to this. Their service was exceptional.*** I started on one side and worked my way around. As a cook, myself, I understand not everyone has culinary training. But damn, something has gone horribly wrong in the kitchen. The pasta, over cooked, was sitting in an oily tub turning into goo. Our party entered at the opening of the dinner buffet. It looked like left overs from lunch. The worst part of my experience was dessert. I picked up what I thought looked like pistachio or key lime. By this point, I had been accosted by most of the menu and didn’t hold out much hope. I sat down and cut a small piece off and put it in my mouth. What happened next was an insult to my senses. It had the consistency of old old scrambled eggs and a flavor that has yet to be categorized as the deadly weapon it was. It became a projectile instantly being rejected by my mouth, nearly missing a person in my group. “That good, eh?” he asked nearly ejecting drink through his nose as he laughed ... yet again at my total shock of the food. “I feel violated,” I said to him. Look people. Making food is not rocket science. But this was not a good experience at all. Do yourself a huge favor and eat someplace more respectable... like McDonalds. And I hate McDonalds.

You must go through the casino which is usually quite smoky... they have done a few upgrades to the food items which helped a lot but still I give it 3 out of five because of the Smoky Casino. There's just not enough dishes that look appealing or taste appealing It's just food

Futuristic Concepts

While doing a bit of gambling with friends we decided to check out the various cuisine spots throughout the casino. We chose the buffet. In a word...Delightful. The place was clean, tables were ready for new diners and the hostess was attentive and polite. Being a former chef I can tell you that the various foods we're well prepared and upon tasting samples I knew that the cooks were at the top of their game. Savory carved meats, breads, crisp vegetables, from American to Asian, the foods at the Cannery Buffet will more than please you. Delicious creations that caress the pallet and don't choke the throat. The table hostesses are attentive and accommodating and make sure that your dining experience is so good that you'll come back with friends and family. And you will. The Cannery Row Buffet. Be you royalty or the everyday working Joe, you will feel welcomed and your dining experience shall be extraordinarily pleasing. I give them a well deserved 5 Star rating.

Dinner is always crowded. We walk in for lunch time arou 2:30 and it was empty. Lunch ends at 4:30. I believe dinner start at 5pm. It was so/so we being here on the weekends and its pack. Great food.

So we went expecting a Las Vegas style buffet...well because we were in Las Vegas so we just figured. Well turns out we figured way wrong!!! So the staff was great friendly and quick to clean up plates and fill drinks etc.. The food was where things went south. The tables for the buffet are not organized by food they are just filled at random. This makes finding things very hard and then the selection was very limited. Three types of meat ( all dry and over cooked with no flavor) fish was cold and burnt on the inside of the batter.. just like Gordans from the local freezer section. Overall we will not try this again and honestly can not recommend it for someone else to try.

Sufficient offerings from so many ethnic orientations that it's always a satisfying experience. Reasonable price made twice as good with our 2 for 1 coupon. Clean, good service. Wife loved the mussels, pot stickers, and a really nice cut of beef. Liver & onions very tasty and not dry & overcooked as at many other buffets. New this time; small freshly made milk shakes in 4 flavors. I had several after roasting all day at the NASCAR race.

Visited for our first time May 4th 2019, for Veterans. Food was bland, deserts were bland. Cobbler was dried out as well as the bread pudding. Ice cream was good. Plates on bottom looked dirty. Good employees however. Shame, it could be so much better!

If you need a quick and cheap place to eat in between your gambling then I'd recommend here for the salad and carving station alone. Don't expect it to taste/look like a buffet on the strip...but the servers definitely are top notch! They have the salad bar, mixed items, carving station and enough desserts for cavities. Sign up for the players card and they usually give you a buy one get one buffet coupon.

I been coming herr for about two years maybe every month or two, the good was great the first time i went, everything tasted really good, but its been maybe 3 months since the food its tasting horrible, everything its cold, anf its tasted nasty from the pasta that was my favorite thing to eat there all the way to Mexican food ... I went in last week to give it another chance and there was honestly nothing to eat everything tasted gross the only thing i ate was coffe and a cake.
