Mediocre food at best! I ordered the swiss mushroom burger and buffalo wings. My husband ordered the steak, eggs, and pancakes. He said the steak and eggs were good, but the pancakes were not good at all. I was told that the burger I ordered comes with fries, but did not receive any, and I was also told that my wings were going to be breaded and they weren't. They also forgot to put the condiments that I asked for in my bag, I had my food to go, because I was just getting to my hotel after a long flight; and was really hungry. I was not pleased at all with the food and it was not worth the $75 that we spent there.

We came here for dinner one night while we were in Vegas. We weren't super hungry so my husband and I split the Thanksgiving milkshake and a grilled mac and cheese sandwich. We weren't very impressed by either. They were advertising all of the milkshakes out front and the Thanksgiving one had a orange frosted donut on it. It actually came out with a chocolate donut and I don't like chocolate. It was a decent milkshake (nutmeg flavored), but definitely not worth $16. The mac and cheese sandwich was not good at all. It was supposed to come with chorizo and pork belly and it didn't have either. The mac and cheese was also dry and flavorless. My aunts got the regular mac and cheese and said it was really good, so it just didn't translates to a sandwich. The service was at least good. I wouldn't come back again. The food was overpriced and not very good.

It's a fairly typical casino/brand restaurant. Food is good, but for me, not memorable. Service is friendly, but a bit slow. Desserts are over-sized; one piece of cake is enough for three people. I mean, there's nothing wrong with the Cafe; it's convenient, but there are a lot of other options in the area, so keep that in mind

Open 24/7. Friendly staff. Breakfast around the clock although the breakfast menu changes slightly if it's not really normal breakfast hours when you're there. You're coffee cup will keep getting refilled. I only had breakast...omelette one morning, Chorizo Eggs Benedict the other...they were decent albeit not stunning. I can't speak to the lunch or dinner items here. The place is clean, Planet Hollywood celebrity photos adorn the walls.

Located just around the corner from the elevators if you're staying in PH. It was nice inside. The staff were friendly. We went for breakfast and it was incredibly over-priced. 10+ $ for 2 eggs, 2 bacon, hash and toast? We'll be going to the PBR bar for their 6$ breakfast of the same thing next time.

Went at 2am on a Sunday. Great place. Servers are so nice. Food is delicious. Lots of pictures of celebrities all around. I got a Turkey/avocado/bacon salad and it was huge! my husband got chicken fettucini Alfredo and the portion seemed so small compared to my salad. But all in all, nice place.

Our appetizers were brought out at the same time as the meal. Some meals were served 5-10 minutes before others, and some food was forgotten. The twice cooked wings were fatty. When we mentioned all of this to our server, he just smiled and walked away. Won't be going back.

Mia was my batender/ server. Service was great. Ordered a double Jameson with a splash of OJ. For food I ordered the Tex Mex egg rolls and the brussel sprouts. Both were very savory and filling. Mia is a great employee and service was spectacular until her replacement came in. I closed out my bill prior to Mia's exit. Her replacement was rude and made me feel hurried to finish. Mind you I had most of my food still in front of me.( I do eat slow) When I did finish, I stacked my plates neatly for easier transport. She recovered my plates and when she grabbed my spoon and creamer I stated that I was not done with those. (That would be the reason I did not place those items on the dirty plate) She appeared to be bothered by me this whole time. Then another couple came in and she was all over them! Like the most perfect staff member ever to serve someone. She basically ruined my late lunch that had started so well!! First and last time I will stop in. Also, she serves ice with the glass she gives you, not a scooper. Any bartender knows you should never do that! Glass can break into the ice bin!!! SmH. 3 stars just because of Mia!!!

Service was kinda slow, specially since there wasn't that many people in there at 1 in the morning. I decided to try the Croissant French Toast which was amazing. We ordered the Nachos and the Pork Mac and Cheese sandwich for our entrees. The toppings on the nachos were cold and bland. The cheese was not real cheese, instead it was the cheap 7-11 type of cheese they use for their nachos. It was also supposed to have chili, however there was barely any. The Pork Mac and Cheese sandwich I thought was pretty unique and expected it to be better, however it was very disappointing. It was stuffed into some huge slices of bread and barely any pork.

What can I say. I was thrilled to see popular vegan celebrities decorating the walls. I thought for a second I have found a place to eat while staying at PH. Well... good luck finding vegan food! Not only they have no vegan options but I was also charged $12 for a piece of toast with some smashed avocado on it. Embarrassing. 2 stars because the waiter was amazing and it could have been 5 stars if it was only up to him. If it wasn't for our waiter I would have given this place a big 0

The meal my friend and I purchased was a appetizers called "High Roller" It's was eye catching and had everyone looking and asking it what it was. It was chicken wings, chicken tenders, fried shrimp, chips and chicken and salsa. The serice was amazing they are very attentive. The location is in Las Vegas, Nevada on Las Vegas Boulevard "the Strip" inside of the Miracle Mile Mall.

Great food spots but horrible air circulation system. I was in the non smoking area and could smell smoke all throughout the night. It was hard to sleep. The walls are thin I was able to hear everything out in the hallway and the arguments in the early morning. Not enough mirrors, one mirror in the bathroom and a full length one in the wardrobe...not going back.

I agree with the reviews saying food comes out slowly. However, I’m not complaining about that too much, for me that ensures that my food is being cooked fresh. I’ve been to the cafe twice now, the first time my server (wish I could remember her name) was extremely accommodating. My food took about 25 minutes to come out, but she brought me fruit after noticing I was getting antsy. The second time I came was on my birthday and sat at the bar. I ordered the blackened chickened pasta and it was so good! My server Thanh was extremely helpful not only with suggestions for the menu, but also with nightlife suggestions. I don’t agree with complaints about the price. It’s the strip, you should go in knowing food will be pricier.

Heard everything in the hall, plus guy in adjacent room singing karaoke. We were on a non-smoking floor, yet smelled smoke constantly on floor and in room.

Very few people in the place and you wait 20 minutes for a Belgian waffle plain. It's cold, but hey the plate was hot, waitress asked my wife if she wanted coffee and wife said yes. Waitress went to all her customers and went into the back came back out with a check for a customer, went back to the back got the coffee and proceeded to offer coffee to everyone and my wife was last. Needless to say not coming here again.

Good food and selection. This diner in the Planet Hollywood casino was a mostly good experience, service was a bit slow but the food was worth the wait. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was better than expected. The fries are delicious and perfectly seasoned. I would say the prices are high but they seemed to be on par for the area. I would come back for sure.

Brunch on a Saturday morning. It wasn't too busy when we arrived at 9:30am, but by 11am was jumpin'. Eggs Benedict was tasty, so was the burger's. We had a carafe of mimosas that was yummy. Nice and convenient, just downstairs from our hotel room. Service was good, but took a while to get our check (bill, really) due to how busy it got. It was all good though.

Not a good experience. We arrived to four hostesses standing around. They went to seat the two of us, but none of them seemed to be aware of what tables were available or where. One hostess wandered off to see if she could find us a table. Meanwhile, another group of the same size arrives behind us. Hostesses say there will be a 5 to 10 minute wait for them. Wrote their name down. Then the hostess who was trying to find us a table comes back and says their just clearing some tables and they'll take my name. They then proceed to seat the party that arrives after us first. Strike 1. When they finally seat us, our server took his time bringing our drink order. Tea and water. Simple. Finally took our order after a 15 minute wait, and we actually had to shout part of our order for him to be able to hear. He came to put our cutlery on the table, and I had to polish fingerprints and spots off my cutlery with my napkin. Strike 2.Then when the food finally arrives, my "fresh" fruit plate looks and tastes like all the fruit was cut 2 days ago, and the egg and sausage breakfast my partner ordered was barely luke warm, and the toast was cold and hard. Strike 3. Then we sat there with half eaten plates of food on our table for another 15 minutes until our server came by and took our plates away without bothering to ask how the meal was. He was nice enough, but the the food and timely service was awful. I have NEVER not tipped in my life. In fact, I try to tip 20% or higher, even when service isn't top notch. But this was sooo disappointing that all I left was my pocket change. I don't know if they just serve drunk casino attendees, so service and food quality don't matter, but they need to step up their game, BIG TIME.

Perhaps I was just expecting a little more since this was our 1st stop in glittery LAS VEGAS. I was a little underwhelmed; ordered tempura shrimp (was very tasty) and asparagus(little overcooked) and the loaded milkshake with cotton candy (was good but maybe not $16 good plus it didn't look exactly like the picture). All in all could've spent $50 somewhere else or maybe I just picked the wrong items. Might return in the future.

Loved the chicken crunch and shrimp tempura appetizer. The chicken had a slightly sweet coating, but unfortunately the breading was falling off and wasn't too crispy. If they work on that the dish will be even better. We also tried the trio of grilled veggies which had a slightly sweet taste to them, but otherwise were prepared well. I would go here again for breakfast or a burger and shake.

Good vibes and good food. Livly & active atmosphere. Great for big crowds although, it is a bit pricey for the standard walk in person. I'm from the Northwest but first time seeing a 7$ for a "large" OJ that smaller size than the regular water cup. I'm not a stingy person just letting people know. Still great place for a bite.

Just on the strip near the planet Hollywood hotel and casino. Nice Ambience and very courteous staffs. We went there on a Friday evening without reservation and were seated immediately. The food was fine. I liked the orange shrimps very much. But the best was the pomegranate lemonade. In a hot summer evening it was very refreshing.

What an awesome spot! Absolutely loved this restaurant inside Planet Hollywood. Amazing vibes, interior decor and 5 star service! We decided to get some drinks and appetizers at the bar before heading to the show. Our bartender, Tatyana was super fun, energetic and entertaining. We felt very welcomed there and were treated like VIP guests. Wine menu had nice wine selections, so we got a bottle of wine and decided to pair it with heavenly delicious calamari and high roller sampler. It took a little while to get our appetizers, but our bartender was very attentive and kept pouring our wine and making sure we were taking care of. Manager, Emily, also stopped by to check if we had a good experience and enjoyed our meal. Looking forward to wine and dine at this place again!

Went first on a Wednesday - service was excellent, waiter very friendly and personable, food came out quickly. Attached photo is from this day. Next day I went was on a Friday - very disappointed. Waitress was lacking, not personable or friendly by any means, honestly seemed like she didn't even want to work there. Waters and food took too long to arrive simply because the waitress hadn't gotten them and put in our order right after we gave it. There was a dark hair in my breakfast item (I ordered the same item both days) - waitress didn't believe me. Took over 10 minutes to receive the check partially because the waitress bussed her own table which wasn't neccessary because there were plenty of bus boys. The table next to us also had an incident with this waitress in which they got the manager to handle. After that, our waitress was even MORE annoyed at being here. She acted that way with her other 2 or 3 tables. I would only recommend this restaurant if you are seated in a better server's section. I was seated in the front left (but not right next to the railing or wall) both days for reference.

BLUEBERRY PANCAKES!!! This was my first time here and any time that I go back to Las Vegas, this will be a definite first stop for breakfast. The pancakes are huge and if you ask for blueberry pancakes you get a multitude of blueberry, which I loved. The pancakes do not come with anything so be prepared to buy bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and eggs separately.

My friend and I went here for breakfast food around 2:00 p.m. and there were barely any other customers in the restaurant. It took about 10 minutes to even see a server, and the server wasn't very accommodating and friendly anyway. It took a long time to get our drinks, and even longer to get our food. Our food came out wrong and we asked the food runner for help, but he neglected that. The server didn't come by to check on us at all, and we had to call another server over to get what we needed. Then, we got another server in the middle of our meal, but the first server did say goodbye or introduce us to the new one. It then took another long while to get our bill and we didn't feel very well accommodated throughout the meal. My friend and I are servers so we know what good service looks like. We also know when to give servers some slack but there was no reason for the extremely mediocre experience.

Stopped for a quick bite before heading for the airport. Service was adequate. I asked for my sandwich to be wrapped for the plane. He said that all he could do was put it in a take out box. 2hrs. later, on the plane, I had a box of bread, bacon, turkey, etc; Pretty tough to reassemble in the dark on a plane. Not happy!

Great food and nice prices. The service was very quick. The menu is large enough. Breakfast is amazing.
