Great breakfast choice - I'm glad our friend wanted to go there. They have so many waffle options - savory and sweet. I had a breakfast sandwich on a waffle, since I'd never had something like that before and it was surprisingly good! Others had chicken & waffles and just plain waffles. Very good!

Me and my boyfriend ate there for spring break. We ordered the waffle and chicken everything was fine until I found a piece of hair in the waffle after I bit into it i mean I didn’t mind that much but i still addressed it to a the manager. He was kind of rude and insisted it was my hair. The hair was grey. My hair is black. Other than that food could of been amazing. I just think the manager didn’t know how to handle the situation. The rudeness was unnecessary. We were being super chill about it.

So delish! I'm proud to say that I had the opportunity to try their original Orange, CA location first, although... see bottom. Their green eggs and ham and the Original are awesome. Funny story, I did see a rat scamper into their restaurant in Orange, so I never went back to that location. Glad they opened up the Vegas one!

So my first time here and not sure what to expect. A wide range of options in the menu... Makes it hard for a first visit but went with basic Chicken and Waffles with an egg and some bacon. Damn! Obviously, if waffle is in the name you'd expect good waffles. Got em. Not hand crafted artisan waffles, but waffles that come quick and are light and airy. Crispy to the bite. The chicken was fried and was tasty. Two good sized pieces to soak up some of that maple syrup and tasty waffle. The egg in top to make it even better. Quick and relatively inexpensive... It was good to check it out and will be visited again. It also helps that I missed the rush, as I was walking out, the line was out the door.

This place is right in the epicenter of Vegas right outside New York New York . The chicken and waffle sandwich and adrink for 2 people close to $40 the chicken was fair and the waffle was soggy it was my first time having this combo and I don't think I be going for it again. The food sides nothing special and fries so so the people who take your order unfriendly . Should have went to Bobby's Burger Palace.

$4.06 for about 6 waffle fries. Menu listed price as $2. Double the price without disclosing the prices changed. Either update the menus or train the staff to let ordering customers know prices have changed. I asked why I was overcharged, then got the “oh, yeah our prices changed.” Should’ve just asked for my money back. Waffle was cold and three times the size of the piece of chicken in it. The only thing good about this place is that it’s picturesque. What a joke. Save yourself time, money, and have a better meal at Shake Shack next door.

Next time I would just try an order of the chicken, as it was sooo good but the waffle was a little drying. This place is awesome. Plenty of options for chicken and waffle sandwiches or chicken and bun sandwiches. Can also get just chicken. We got there about 10 minutes after they opened, and there was already a line out the doors. Really fun, chill atmosphere. Bloody Mary’s were good. Definitely check this place out.

Super amazing food! I was really looking forward to trying this place on my Vegas trip, and was not dissapointed. I got the Original Sandwhich and it was so flavorful and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The waffles are so light and crispy, which is not typical of waffles at restaurants. The interior of the restaurant was clean and modern and they have several options on the menu to suit almost anyone. The only downside was it was a little bit pricey, $12 for a sandwich. Defintely would go back in a heartbeat though.

Incredible food... always a line but well worth the wait!! The Holy Chicken breakfast sandwich was insanely good as was the Red Eye Skillet. Their chicken is marinated for 24 hours in buttermilk making in super tender and juicy. You can even add smaller versions of their dessert waffles to your meal and you should because they are awesome!! Cane soda for fountain drinks, too! Love this place...

I gave it 4 stars because we arrived at 1140 pm and when we wanted our food for dine-in we were told they would close at midnight and they would be mopping and cleaning, etc. I ordered to-go, and we did manage to snag a table inside...and stayed seated until around 1230 am. Although I appreciate being informed, I instantly felt " off-putted" if that's a word. The staff was kind, polite, cleaned a table up when we asked. We appreciated that. They were out of a couple of items which was understandable at the late hour, and I settled on a spicy chicken waffle sandwich. It had tasty crunchy pickles on it, and all the flavors and textures together; crunchy pickles, sweet waffle, spicy chicken. equalled a humongous YUMMMMM! Our friends ordered beer on tap and chocolate milkshakes which looked thick and creamy. ( They appeared to enjoy them). This was our first visit and they selected the location, and I would definately come back, but earlier in the day. It's handy location near T Mobile Arena, and right off the strip. Easy access for pedestrians, those riding the bus or individuals visiting New York New York.

OMG my very first time having chicken and waffles. Let me start off by saying the chicken was cooked to perfection, two large chicken breast and the waffle was crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I really didn’t find anything special about the syrup except it was packaged well. Maybe have a jalapeño syrup option. Definitely check this place out when in Vegas

We've been to Vegas numerous times, but this was our first time trying Bruxie. We loved it! The chicken strips and waffle fries are amazing. We will definitely be back on each trip. Next time I'm getting the strips tossed in the buffalo sauce instead of on the side.

Is it odd that a chicken sandwich restaurant is one of my main reasons to go to Vegas? To me, it isn't. This place is amazing beyond belief. The fried chicken is always delicious and fresh, the customer service is impeccable, and their jalapeno slaw is one of the best slaws I ever ate. 5/5. WILL be back in town again for them.

This was, without a doubt, the best fried chicken I've ever had. It was succulent, flavourful and not at all greasy. My only mistake was getting 6, I think 4 tenders would be enough for most people. The dips were tasty (fully recommend the cheese one) and well worth the price. If you're looking for fried chicken and awesome waffle fries, this is your place! The food arrived quickly and the restrooms were nice and clean.

Oh my goodness I took a gamble on this location and boy did I hit the jackpot. The best chicken and waffle I've ever had. It came in convenient sandwich that I could eat conveniently. They're mascot is a waffle chicken, what's not to love. I have friends who are vegans. This place was super busy but I didn't feel like I waited a very long time. Gets about to eat outside even definitely will be stopping back here once again.

Lukewarm half waffle, a mountain of butter, and two giant chicken breasts that seemed like they had been beat against the wall. The food was great! Be ready to wait in a short line, but it moves quickly. I ordered the Kickin' chicken, which has just the right amount of spice to it. And my husband ordered the Holy Chicken, which he said was good also. Both were great as good sizes. Both of us got combos, one with waffle fries and the other with a dessert waffle. The fries were good and taste great with the spicy ketchup. The Nutella and banana dessert waffle was so delicious. The waffles in general have a really good flavor. The restaurant is a good size and there is outdoor seating also. FYI the trash can is in the back of the restaurant on the right side. You do not leave your trash and dishes on the tables. We will definitely return.

The picture below is the fantastic Holy chicken sandwich from Bruxie. I was never a big chicken and waffles fan before but I definitely am now! If you need a good breakfast or need some eggs, make a stop here. My wife got the BAMF and the Mac and cheese was unreal. I highly recommend the spicy Ketchup as well. If you are in Las Vegas you need to stop here!!

Really great food! Went in close to opening and food was brought to us after ordering even with the paging buzzer system. Ordered the Green Eggs & Ham and the Holy Chicken Sandwich. Both were delicious! Would definitely come back to try other food on the menu! Only issue we had was that there was no washroom to use (wash hands after eating with syrup etc.).

Had the El Jefe, which was really good! We split the sandwhich and had plenty with the spicy tots. I little kick on the slaw but really nice flavor. I gave it a 4 because the music was a little loud for my taste. I know people like loud music but it was just a little loud to carry on a conversation at a typical level. Otherwise, this would have been a 5. Super clean ad smiles from all the crew....highly recommend!

We visited Bruxie last year when we visited for the PAC12 Tournament, and the family enjoyed the food so my son and I decided to visit again. Waffles and chicken sandwich was good but I could.only eat half of it. There was too much syrup on the chicken. I also had the Tangerine-Orange tea which was good. Overall, the service was great. Sorry, no pictures!

This place was pretty great. The atmosphere was pretty chill, and it offers plenty of seating both inside and outside. Not a huge menu selection, but what they do have does sound appealing. I tried the chicken tenders which alone were awesome, but when you try it with the sauce it transports you directly to flavor town. I'll definitely eat here again the next time I travel to Vegas.

I made plans to visit Bruxie prior to arriving in Vegas and it did not disappoint! When we were served our food, I couldn't help but smile. It just made me so happy to look at it. We ordered the holy chicken sandwich and the chicken and waffles. The waffles were uniquely light and crisp, and chicken had a well-spiced (albeit rather salty), crunchy crust. I probably enjoyed the chicken and waffles more than the holy chicken as I didn't prefer that the bottom waffle got soggy under the chicken. Plus, the chicken and waffles came with a cute bottle of Vermont maple syrup! Yum! Friendly and helpful servers too!

I find it unbelievable that the manager would only have one registrar on a Knights game day. The line was ridiculous and the employees other than the cooks were as slow as molasses. Our drink order was completely wrong. Food was good but service needs a major overhaul.

Great little find in the NY, NY resort. It just seems different to other fried chicken places. Everything is freshly prepared, they make their own sugar-free soda which is delicious! And there's a real environmental feel about this place with regards to how things are sourced and used. Most importantly, the food was delicious!!

Before coming here I’ve mostly been underwhelmed by chicken and waffles; Bruxie’s chicken and waffles are pretty stellar. I was pretty skeptical about a chicken and waffle sandwich, and their food changed my mind! The waffle was thin but somehow fluffy on the inside. The hot chicken was super moist, flavorful, crunchy, etc. Mimosa is pretty standard: it’s orange juice and sparkling wine that you get to pour yourself. Would definitely recommend coming here!

The food is delicious we ate here twice (within three days). The chicken is very seasoned and the waffles are fluffy not dense. The place is a decent size, both times we were able to find a table even though it was crowded. The strawberry lemonade is worth a mention as well, very refreshing after walking the strip.

Fast food Chicken and Waffles joint with mixed drink cocktails, beer and wine. It is definitely not cheap and is located on Las Vegas Boulevard, so expect a tourist crowd. We go here when Vegas Golden Knights are playing at T-Mobile arena.. They do have great Chicken and Waffle sandwiches.

The thick Belgian-styled waffles were fluffy with crunch. The Southern fried chicken had a good spicey crust and was fried well. Loved the little bottle of maple syrup too. The waffle sandwiches used a thinner Waffle House-like waffle, which makes for easier eating. The Green Eggs and Ham, there was too much pesto which overwhelmed the sandwich. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheddar was just right. The industrial barn style space looks nice but can get kinda noisy.

I was surprised with the service my first time here. The line was super long, I waited 10 minutes to order and just like that my ordered was complete and brought out to me by a friendly server all within 15 minutes. The food was absoulety amazing and fresh. Plan to have your hands sticky with syrup! I recommend Bruxie to anyone whether your a veteran to chicken and waffles or if you like to try new things. You will not be disappointed!

I had never had chicken and waffles, and I wasn't let down. We went for breakfast and I had the breakfast sandwich with chicken, bacon, and a sunny side up egg. Others were not as adventurous and got the naked waffle or only with egg. Anyways, the waffles were cooked perfectly and treated great, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. My sandwich was really good. The location is good right on the strip at the Park. Prices were decent considering it's on the strip.

I was pleasantly surprised. I love fried chicken but waffles can often be to stiff. These were light and airy with golden brown perfect tenderness. The chicken was delightful, and included dark meat. I had the sweet dessert slider. The creme brulee strawberry was quite good. I also added bacon and scrambled egg. Nice nice nice.

Not what I expected when my wife brought me here for food before a knights game, quick service considering how many people were in the resturant, they forgot our fries and messed up our receipt but fixed both issues without any hassle. The food was awesome, I definitely would go back again. If you go during game time expect a line, because the food is good, or people are drunk. Or if you play your cards right, you're the drunk, and getting good food?

Worth the visit! For a traditional chicken and waffle plate, you get two generous fried chicken breasts over a crispy waffle. Also get a cute mini bottle of syrup and of course hot sauce is available too. The hubby got a side of egg and bacon to decide whether he wanted to add it. So delish! Good seating options too.

This was my first time here.....I had the B.A.M.F. is was great. The line moved pretty quickly and the service was great. I did have our order delivered to the wrong table a d had to have it replaced but once it was remade it was good. I would definitely recommend this place.
