Food and service was really good. Got the bacon and eggs with a pancake. Bacon is super thick and delicious. Pancakes are some of the best I've had. Decor is that of a cabin built in 1997, which could be a plus or minus depending on what you like. Overall, 100 times better than Denny's.

All we have ever eaten here is breakfast, and it is always superb! You get a good amount of delicious food, and we usually end up taking some home with us for later. The decor is fun with bears everywhere! This is a very impressive chain that stresses quality and friendly staff. They score big with us every time. These are our friends we took with us.

Friendly staff. The Black Bear diner reminds me of a diner from home (Northern California) and I found out, from their place mats, they actually originated in Shasta, CA. Friendly and helpful staff. Great portion sizes for when you're hungry. Prices are affordable. This specific location also has 3 bear carvings out front that several people were taking pictures next to. They offer fresh made pies at the register on the way out as well.

Very typical Black Bear. Plenty of food,fair prices and friendly well trained staff. Excellent California style diner food good anytime of the day. This one is a bit different in that it's in a strip mall instead of a free standing building, but once you're inside looks the same as most of the other ones. Plenty of parking.

My wife and I visited a Black Bear Diner in Las Vegas for the first time. We loved the menu, the taste of the food and the quality of the service. We wish this chain had locations farther east.

The food here is so good we are repeat customers. One day we went for breakfast and it was great! We all ordered different selections and all our breakfast items were fresh and hot. Service was fast and our server checked on us regularly. Our coffee cups were never empty. Everything was so good we decided to go back for supper on a different day. Once again, everything we ordered was hot, fresh and tasted wonderful and again our server was on the spot! The desserts are phenomenal and huge! One dessert item is big enough for two people but you'll want to order more than one so you can share different selections. You'll probably end up taking some home with you! We will be sure to return next time we're in town and we'll look for the other locations in other cities we visit.

Gotta say, they adhere to their motto. They greet you as soon as u walk in the door. The waiter was very attentive but not pushy. He seemed to be there everytime we needed something. The food was good and the portions large. The place was busy but we still got the food within 10 minutes of ordering. We will definitely be back next time in Vegas.

This place is phenomenal! You feel like family from the moment you walk in. I came in for the apple cobbler but was enticed by the menu. It had been so long since I've had avocado toast. Would i like how they prepared theirs? They gave me a hefty serving which included fresh fruit and hash browns. I was stuffed. Presentation is key with me. They did a great job. I couldn't even look in the direction of the cobbler. Black Bear is one of my favorites!!! #ashsaidit

I’ve been to a lot Black Bear Diners. This was by far the most disappointing. They weren’t busy and our meals took over 40 minutes. One person in our party waited an additional 10 minutes. No apologizes. Finally our bill was delivered to the table and when we left to pay it changed. Evidently one of our dishes was not on the bill delivered to the table.

We are Black Bear Diner fans so this review is biased. We're looking for a family style restaurants we are hoping it's a black bear and not a Denny's. We like their menu selection and decor and I've always had a good meal at Black Bear wherever we are at. So like the original Shasta location the best but when on the road we always smile when we run into a black bear.

Been here twice and food was delicious both times. Service is YIKES level bad though. Both times our waitress must have been some level of high or intoxicated. Overly forgetful, repeated ourselves several times, gave us the wrong food ect. Putting in this review after dealing with the checkout lady. Slow night, but no one at the counter. Waited 10 minutes then this lady comes stomping and huffing at the counter. She is incredibly annoyed and has no issues taking it out on us. Is rude, rips my card out if my hand and swipes it with unnecessary force. Slams a pen and the receipt on the counter and then stomps away never even looking at us a single time. YIKES

Went to manegment and complained the manager told me someone would call me but they never did ruined my purse and everything inside. We stopped in here for a quick lunch after running some errands. My wife ordered a salad and I was really i the mood for club sandwich, so that is what I ordered. Can you believe at 1:30 in the afternoon they were out of turkey. So no turkey club, turkey avacado, or open face turkey sandwich. How does a restaurant run out of turkey? Had to settle for the rueben, which was just oK at best. Was planning on going back for breakfast while in the area, but they probably would be out of eggs.

If I could give no stars I would. Went here for dinner with a friend. Ordered steak medium rare with a bake potato and got it well done with a plain potato. Let the waitress know She takes my whole plate and then returns with my potato on a small plate. Took 10mins to get my streak back the way I ordered and and I ate it with a cold potatoe. The service for my friend was bad as well. We had to keep asking for water refills and her food came out cold. Worst black bear I've ever been too. However the manager did take my meal off the ticket but I would have much rather paid for a good meal and had no issues.

Well... The food wasn't great. It feels like the presentation on your plate matches the dated decor. The food quality wasn't great either. There's plenty of breakfast/egg places in Las Vegas that do much better for a similar price. I won't be going back.

This is a large spacious place with great food, good service and large portions. We ordered the Eggs Benedict & the Avocado Toast and it did not disappoint one bit. The eggs were poached to perfection, the avocado fresh and the Home Fried Potatoes were superb. I cannot share anything about the coffee since I only asked for water. It was 11 AM and I had been drinking coffee the whole morning so I was not craving any at the time. I am definitely coming back!
