Good food, cheap, nice place, friendly staff EDIT: I am touched the owner personally responded. I have decided to make the review longer I showed up with a few friends who introduced me to the place. The staff was super fast to come out to us and give us menu's and get drinks started asap. We looked through and ordered, I got a burger with some fries, a nice mid day snack, the burger was cooked absolutely great, not very greasy, crisp, and flavorful. The fries were excellent, little crisp with a soft inside. Staff came out multiple times to ask if we wanted anything else and make sure we were all enjoying the food and if there was anything wrong. The were quick to take the bill and cash it so there wasn't a long wait to leave when we finished. I plan to take my boss and family here sometime! I found a new favorite place to eat, this is going to be probably one of the best places to eat in the area, and it's not very expensive.

Definitely one if the best places in Reno to get a burger and other foods like breakfast. My favorite dinner is the Wolfpack cheese-burger, 1 lb of meat covered with molten cheese, to share with my wife. We add pickles, mushrooms (for a little more) and sometimes upgrade the fries to onion rings. The bar is open 24 hours and they serve from the lunch/dinner menu any time. Definitely comparable (and maybe even better) than the Awful-Awful, from other competitors in the Northern Nevada area.

Ordered through Uber eats and My burger was so raw. I tried eating it, but the thought of cold and bloody hamburger meat started to make me sick to my stomach. Chunks of the burger started falling off because of how raw it was. $15 burger that ended up in the trash. Fries were good tho.

In ny experience, food takes way too long and the service staff seems quite jaded from constantly dealing with the college crowd. When you get your food, the quality is hit or miss. I can recommend the sourdough French toast should you be there for some breakfast food.

The 24 hours tag is a bit of a misnomer, as they're only 24 hours on certain days. BUT! If you want a good burger at 8 in the morning, then this place has you covered. They aren't gourmet burgers, but they are damn satisfying and as well-stacked as you'd like. Fries are a bit flat, though. A little too soggy and unseasoned for my personal tastes. I also wouldn't recommend the Bloody Mary, unless you like drinking straight Tabasco sauce. I love a good spicy bloody Mary, but this crossed the line from flavorful spice to basically just Tabasco on the rocks. Not ideal.

Really good burger and service. It's an old school burger fresh and hot and reasonably priced. The happy hour is a real bargain too! Plenty of beers and TV's if your looking to hang and watch a game.

Came here as a last minute change of plans. Was a great decision. Service was super friendly. Food was delicious. I had the biscuit and gravy combo. Not a lot of places get this right, but they did. My husband had the Hawaiian burger which was delicious as well. Parking wasn't great but if you can get in there, it's worth it.

Enjoyed standing in the door way for 20 minutes with not a single staff member saying anything to me. Two tables in the restaurant, one staff member rolling silverware, another talking with him and the other watching me from the back through the kitchen door windows! WOW! Great service, NOT!

Was in town and wanted to try some of the local favs. I can definitely understand how Archie's stand among the best of what Reno has to offer. With it's upstairs sports bar, downstairs cafe and outside covered patio this place definitely has a little of something for everyone. The menu includes a wide variety of burgers, breakfast classics, and American favorites. I opted to go with the Mess Scramble and by my first bite I knew I had picked the right place. Delicious, hefty portions and filling I left this place ecstatic and food comatose. The cafe also had sports o the two giant monitors and offered a wide variety of beers on tap. Was my first time here but definitely not my last!

Food is okay, very small space for multiple people, the service is very poor even tho half of the place is empty, they will put a service 18 percent charge so they don't have to assist you and make you stand up and slf serve your self knowing that they will get tips without them doing harwork for it. Very poor service and mediocare food.

Very few places feature a great location, great food, and great service (usually you have to settle for two of the three). This was a slow Sunday and our first time so maybe we lucked out but we enjoyed the great view from the elevated, outdoor balcony/patio, tasty burgers, friendly service AND parked within their own lot with no issues. Definitely coming back.

Great burger joint. Forget the fries and onion rings, and go for the Texas toothpicks. This was the first place I had had Texas toothpicks, and better than some other restaurant/ bar and grill that has them on the menu.

This is a great spot to grab food and drinks after a game! I've gone here many times with our team and it's always a nice place to hang out. There's good deals for pitchers of beer if your team is in uniform and the food is good too!

Parking is impossible. Not really worth the aggravation of finding a parking spot. Waitress seemed stressed out. We sat down, then two other tables came after us, she took their order first I think because they were her friends, so we waited awhile before she finally took our order.

I have met up with a variety of people here for a variety of reasons and it never disappoints. When you want good food and good company you can't go wrong with Archie's. The vibe is laid back. Their burgers are delicious and they don't skimp on good ingredients. Everything is very affordable during happy hour. The service is fast and the servers are respectful.

The food was fine, but the customer service was terrible. Our waitress Emily B. was extremely rude, and didn't have attention to detail whatsoever. She brought us the wrong beer, and had such an attitude when we asked her to bring us the right one, and barely addressed us after the fact. Then we had to go to the bar just to get forks because she refused to stop by our table. Not a good experience at all seeing as I usually love Archie's, and I've been going there since I was a kid.

I was at an event at UNR yesterday and came here twice. First because I loved their omelettes and later because a Reno local likes their burgers. They can make any burger vegetarian. Great for groups they are always willing to split the bills. Can get a bit noisy but still my favorite go-to when at UNR.

Good late night spot when they are actually open during their posted hours. Tonight they closed an hour early or more. Instead of driving across town to come here I'll find a closer late night spot. Food is enjoyable and there is a good selection of beer or basic cocktails which is great.

Even when it’s busy I know I’m going to get some great food and service. Your fries might be cold (no effect on 5/5 rating) when it does get really busy but that’s what you deserve for going when it’s busy!!! I’ll always order the World Famous Wolfpack and have no regrets. Top quality restaurant near my university. Beers good too :)

Archie's the best Burger Joint ever to get a burger, I've been there twice. The 1st time I went there it was for my birthday, they don't sing to you, they give you a special dessert, the 2nd time, it was smooth, no hard times or hard feelings, my burger was delicious, so were the fries, and my drink, they were on it, It was also excellent service from them, I reccomend Archie's to anyone who sees this
