Great service. Nice ambience and decor. trendy place. Server cooks meat on a burner on each table with a ventilation hood lowered down over each burner. Menu is simple, includes a 2 person or 3-4 person option of various beef selections or pork, along with sides. No desserts offered yet no tea. Still soft open but scheduled for grand opening soon.

If you love Korean BBQ, you must make a stop at 8oz. Quality meats and excellent service. FYI, you can easily get distracted by the ban chan (side dishes) and the jjigaes (soups) that are included with your meat combos. Yes, they are that good - enough to be sold separately. If you go with a group of 5 or 6, get 2 meat combos (beef combo L + pork belly S) and it will be more than enough food. Go hungry and you will not be disappointed. BTW, they have retractable exhaust vents that lower above your grilling meats, helping to keep you from smelling like you just took a bath in ghalbi.

Been to 8 oz. many times since they have been open. Normally everything is awesome. This time, staff seemed a little tired and off...maybe because of CES mayhem. Food was on point as always but the seafood we ordered were served after all meat dishes. Would have been nice to have together or in between meat courses...or at least option. Otherwise, restaurant was busy and full. Will not judge a few service points missed on overall body of work. Keep up the good work.

My daughter, her husband, and 4 other friends were at this place last night. She raved about her food and the experience. I was so impressed I called around 2pm today and booked a table to surprise my husband for dinner tonight. We arrived and gave my name at the hostess stand. She said, "oh you called and cancelled, right?" I said I most certainly didn't. She went to get a manager. He, also, said " so you cancelled?" I told him no, it was our first time in. He told me our table wasnt available. He then said he did have one if we wanted it, but said we would have a time limit on the table because it was reserved... did we think we could meet that time limit? (Really?) He asked the hostess who cancelled the reservation on their form, she told him a name. I repeated I never cancelled it and offered to show my cell phone log to prove it. He ignored that. So basically because one of their employees made a mistake (or maybe a preferred customer or larger party booked after we did?) we were out of luck. I had SO looked forward all day to this dinner. Although he was polite, we were extremely disappointed given their online rating. Would have loved to have experienced this...may try a second time, but I hesitate given the way we were summarily dismissed. You can't fix a first impression. Not cool.

All dishes are amazing. My favorite ones are baby onion and bean sprout salad + steak + mussel spicy soup. We ordered L combo for three of us and we had plenty of yummy food. The price is just right. An enjoyable experience with Korean food in Las Vegas.

This place is great. We mainly get the beef options, but the soy garlic chicken is really good also. It comes with lots of sides that are unlimited. I recommend putting the breaded zucchini on the grill and heat it up.

By far , the best korean restaurant i have ever been to. My favorite is their Spicy Tofu Soup and Spicy Pork belly. Great experience everytime. Clean place to eat and good staff. Good ribeye steak however, my family once had it with a burnt taste to it. hehe but still good. A must-try modern korean bbq place!

We are regulars on this restaurant! We went tonight for dinner and we called 20 min before and they told us they close at 2 am and the happy ends at 1 am. When we got there it was 12:50 and they told us it’s close .... when they said they close at 2 am over the phone and they also have business hour at their door. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD EXPERIENCE. I’m so disappointed with the staff on this restaurant and the management.

We came here on accident when our noodle place across the street was too busy. It was close and had good reviews so we checked it out. Let me tell you, my boyfriend and I cannot stop talking about how great the food was and the service. I was kind of scared about the price at first, but the amount of food and the quality of food made complete sense. This place is incredible! I've been to many Korean BBQ spots both near and far, and I still came away impressed! No it’s not AYCE, but I promise you, if you do the math (I’m a Korean. I do a ton of math) and you factor in what you’re getting. It’s worth the small premium. So what are you getting? Higher quality meat! Not even just a small jump in quality either! They even have a high grade Wagyu if that tells you something (not included in the combos). My party got the Beef Combo L, Pork Combo L, and Wagyu add-on. Every cut they brought us had immense flavor and just the right amount of marinade. The wait staff were all very attentive and courteous. The gentlemen cooking our meat was very knowledgeable and would recommend the best cook and tips on how to enjoy the meat, example for some of the non marinated, he recommended a hint of salt, etc. In closing… every time I visit Las Vegas, I’m going to make an effort to try and come here! My parents even approved and they’re usually the type that’s critical of every Korean restaurant they go to.

Went to 8oz with two of my buddies as it is one of my buddies go-tos. We did the three person meal and got this chocolate dessert. I am not a pork fan in general so won’t judge that one but the rest of the food was top notch at reasonable prices. One of the better Korean restaurants I have been to. Only recommendation is that they would give two bowls of Kimchi per person. Will be back.

SUMMARY: If you're looking for a place that provides top quality meats, awesome service, and a great atmosphere, then go to 8oz TONIGHT. Showed up for dinner around 8pm and was surprised to see a wait to get seated, but I now understand why. The older gentleman (either the owner or a manager) who put us down on the waitlist was so kind and caring. By the way he treated all the waiting customers you could tell that he cared about them. The restaurant itself is EXACTLY the type of atmosphere that I am always trying to eat my Korean bbq at. The outside gave me a sort of club vibe which might turn some people off, but once you get inside I promise you'll enjoy it! It's the perfect place to eat with a group of friends, but still fine for families too. Nice music selection (coming from a guy in his low 20's) that's not so loud that you're trying to talk over, but loud of enough to still enjoy it. And of course the interior is CLEAN. Not like some other bbq restaurants that feel grimy inside. We got the large beef combo that feeds 4 for $120. Might be considered on the pricy end, but you get what you pay for! Comes with your choice of up to 4 different meats as well as other side dishes. The meat was so freaking juicy and tender. Best I've had in a while. Seasoning and marinade were on point. Also, the servers here grill for you and they cook everything to perfection exactly how you want to done. Honestly, during my trip here at Vegas I have to say that this was my favorite meal even after having gone to other fancy restaurants and buffets. Absolutely coming back here if I'm ever in town.

I've been to a few other Korean BBQ joints and gotta say this is the best one yet! The service was excellent and food was very delicious. We had four people in our group and ordered the beef menu for 4 and pork menu for 4... Let me tell you it was a lot of food for 4 people. They have beer and we got the hite which is a popular Korean beer and 805 which I wish was on tap. But great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone! Will be back again!

Recommended by a local: As this was his New Favorite Restaurant. Made a reservation for 11 people at 7pm. Got there about 15 mins early and got seated right away. Service was perfect. Meal was tasty and the meal came out to be about $32 a person with everyone ordering til their hearts content. Food was hot and tasty and plenty to go around.
