I ate here my entire stay in Omaha. It was convenient, but also, the salads and chicken wings are great. I had enough to pack up and have lunch the next day! Loved the wait staff and environment. There are a lot of TV screens to watch the games on!

Used to love it so we stopped in for lunch when we were in the area. We were pretty hungry, but the menu isn't what it used to be. I no longer care for the menu here. I was disappointed in the selection and didn't care for any of the food we ordered. My family wasnt as disappointed as I was. That said I won't go back for a meal if I am choosing. Again, my family was not dissatisfied so I am giving 3 stars. Service was pretty good, very good with the kids!!!

Such a great place to watch a game, hang with friends and definitely an awesome spot for any work dinner I've eaten nachos in almost every state I've ever been to...hands down the best here at Matt's Keep it up guys !!! Courtni was the best server. We were in town for a few days and tried a bunch of local eateries. Most lacked quality service, some disappointed with their food. The Matt (I don't care for the short version of the name) came through on both. Courtni was the real star here though. She provided the best service we had all week. She was fun and funny, friendly and professional. Thank you for a great meal.

Good sports bar food and nice environment. They have many great local brews on tap. The wait staff are nice but not well experienced with the menu. I ordered a side salad with my meal and out comes a full meal salad. Any waiter should have known one person isn’t eating two meals. The other time I visited the person bringing out the food (not the wait staff) didn’t even notice my rib plate was missing all of the sides. That’s her only function is to bring out food and she clearly wasn’t going to be bothered to bring all of it.

Loud active environment , staff was enthusiastic and friendly, there was a dramatic pause waiting for food. The food arrived and the appearance was appealing , puffy burger bun. The meat tasted of fake liquid flavoring not wood grill. The staff was nice , but the quality of the food does not justify the wait times: $20 / person for a burger/fries/soda pop is too expensive.

Some people seemed to rave about this place. Perhaps our one experience isn't the most telling about the Old Mattress Factory Bar & Grill, but my family found it surprisingly mediocre. This could be in part due to the expectations we had after some people told us to go here. I got fish and chips. It was good but not great. My wife got fish tacos, and she liked them but didn't love them. The kids shared chicken fingers and ate half of one kids meal between them. The firecracker shrimp appetizer was very good, but small for the price. The service was not very impressive. We won't go back here anytime soon considering some of the other food options available in Omaha.

BEWARE: TOURIST TRAP. Never going back. $60 for three beers, two subpar entrees that were dry and flavorless, and a bartender that spent the entirety of our visit on her phone or busy with coworkers. Not worth the price.

Always a great time but tonight was exceptionally amazing. Our server, Peyton, was absolutely the best!!!! He was super friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. We had the French dip (YUM) and the chicken bacon ranch wrap ( SUPER YUM) and it was very good!!!! It was an amazing night and we will recommend it to everyone - and make sure they ask for Peyton!!! Even your friends won't treat you as well as he does!!!! Lol!!!

We loved the atmosphere, great old building. Our server was Seth, and he did a great job of explaining the beers on tap. I had one of their hamburgers and it was amazing! It was huge, it tasted like it had been grilled on a charcoal or wood fire grill. I added smoked jalapenos to my burger and I would highly recommend them. We also had the fish tacos and they were very generous is size, my husband thoroughly enjoyed them. I will definitely put this on my list of places to go when we are in Omaha.

I was super surprised by the quality of the food but we went here the night of a huge concert and because this place is so close to the event center, it was PACKED. So much so that they had open seating so we basically had to fight to get a table. Then we still waited 1 hour to get our food- obviously not the fault of the staff but there should’ve been some way to manage this amount of people. Overall, good food but slow service.

We have been there to eat quite a bit. Tonight when we went we all ordered the mac and cheese, two kids and two adults. When they came out it was like we all got a kids amount. When I brought this to the server's attention she remarked with "yeah they probably made it all at once and just used one pan to get it". She then disappeared and had another server bring us our bill. Felt a manager should have been informed about that. Gonna be a while til we come back. Your customers shouldn't leave your restaurant still hungry just saying.

Close to our hotel, and we were seated right away. Our server was friendly and made sure we all had our correct orders, our drinks were always topped off and was thorough. We go here for work functions often because it is great for large groups. For the most part everyone orders 3 items: the mac & cheese, the shrimp tacos, or a burger. They are the best menu items in my opinion. Service is quick for us even with a large crowd. This is also a fantastic place to hang out during College World Series.

The food is usually ok for the price. But the service is rarely very good. I don’t usually write reviews but today was the worst. We were seated quickly because there were only 3 other tables. After being ignored and overlooked by all employees for over ten minutes. We finally decided to get up and leave. Good thing the employees were having fun though.

We showed up to this restraunt excited to be here for the first time at 10pm. Website says they stay open until 1. The doors were locked and when we called after getting there, I was told that they decided to close at 10. Extremely upset with this being my first visit.

A nice little Burger Bar right by TD Ameritrade ballpark. Very nice selection of beers and drinks from the bar and the food was really tasty. Very meaty and juicy chicken wings and the chicken bacon ranch macaroni and cheese was delicious, though it probably took a year off my life, LOL!

Pretty decent food. We were here with several young kids who were having a great time but were rather loud at times. The staff was still agreeable despite the noise, made sure we were in a corner. Fries are alright, nothing too special, burger I had was decent, chips and salsa had those gritty, granular thick chips which I'm not a big fan of. Drink refills were slow in coming, it was an afternoon and the staff seemed pretty content to hang out at the wait station where our table was in plain view. That was the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, otherwise it was a fine option for dining in the area.

4May19 1903 First time here. But place is well established. Entrance is small for a place with so many people sitting inside a big main room at tables and the bar. A large enclosed room can hold forty at the far end of the main room. Upstairs two flights of stairs is another large room with tables for special functions. I didn't see the indistinctive staircase so I went into the main room on the ground floor. Everyone else for the Markel (mini Berkshire Hathaway) dinner was upstairs. At the downstairs bar I bought a sparkling water. The attentive waiter, one of many, immediately came to ask me if I wanted to order. Great water with a lime piece topping. Straight from the drinks Bowser's behind the bar. And unlimited refill. Not bad for $US3. Definitely worth a tip. Upstairs the food service was good. Hot tasty meats, vegetables for main course. Dessert very yummy. I recommend this establishment.

The blackened chicken sandwich was one of the better sandwiches I have ever had! Very well put together. Atmosphere is very trendy and the bartender was a good conversation. Short ride from the airport hotels which is where I was staying. I highly recommend this place for a good night out.

Usually I am here right before a concert so its standing room only, takes an hour to get a drink and you cant hear the person next to you talking. This particular evening, was the quietest I've ever seen it. We got a booth ordered drinks and dinner. My drink was marvelous, ended up ordering a second. The food was delicious and our waiter talked us into dessert. We very, very rarely get dessert. Cheesecake. Oh my, it was surprisingly the most incredible cheesecake I have ever had. I am looking forward to going back just for that. Oh and maybe a cocktail

The Mattress Factory Restaurant is a must. Delicious food and friendly service. We are from Texas and were in the state visiting family and friends. They suggested this restaurant and it was a great choice. It is close to many of the event sites. They ate here when they went to see Pink in concert. These are two of the dishes that we ordered. The Fiery Hamburger is delicious but not Fiery spicy (unless you are a wimp). The Macaroni with brisket- AWESOME!

Two words: firecracker shrimp. If that was all they served, I'd go back again and again. But for all you non-seafood people, good news, that's not all they serve. This place is wonderful. The menu has a lot of delicious items at very reasonable prices. The service was excellent. Courtni was our waitress and provided superior service. She is the type of waitress everyone wants whenever they eat at a restaurant. I will absolutely be going back. I ate the smoked prime rib sandwich for dinner, it was a special item for a limited time. It was absolutely dynamite.

The food is F'in phenomenal and service is quick, correct, and friendly. Easily one of the best reubens in Omaha. Fries are twice fried so they have that perfect crispy outer with a fluffy interior. Great lunch spot, sports bar atmosphere in the evenings is a little much for me.
