Nice place alot of harley davidson owners which I'm one of people were very friendly waitresses were very fast with orders even though it was very busy Saturday night I will definitely go back this time drive my harley davidson spendmore time. Terrible service. Asked for a menu then came back 30 minutes later to take my order. I declined. Walk over to pay my tab and waitress and bar staff plaYing on phones!! No drink specials either. I love giving business to places like this but they lost my business forever!!

Food is good which is kinda surprising for as run down and dirty the rest of the place is. Bathrooms are rough and have a sewer gas smell. Service is normally fairly good and quick, parking can be a challenge. The dive bar of Elkhorns downtown dining and drinking atmosphere, worth a stop if you're in the mood for slumming around and having a cheap drink.

It was okay. Thought it was a steak house from the sign outside. But when we arrived we find that it's really not. They offer 3 steaks. Although I had requested medium- well done, mine arrived medium rare. Waitress was dressed in midriff top and seemed more concerned about her phone and loudly dropping dishes into the bussing station than anything else. Listening to the cook staff yelling to one another was not great either. Food...okay Service...okay Restaurant atmosphere...okay. Can't say anything more. Just okay

We visited with our kiddos on a Monday night. Very comfortable and relaxed and the food was delicious! I had the Walleye sandwich. The tartar sauce was homemade and awesome. Our waitress was super friendly and positive and she gave great recommendations. Prices were extremely fair. We will definitely be going back!

Visit on 5/26/2019 I have visited Shevy's many times and have always loved it. Hadn't been there in quite awhile and returned last Sunday. I could not believe how badly the food has gotten! I have always loved the appetizer Hot Rock with Tenderloin but this visit I don't believe they used Tenderloin. We received some tore up sliced meat and the rock was cold and would not cook the meat! The very friendly waitress informed us they had a new cook who wasn't familiar with the hot rock and got us a new one which was a little better and cooked the meat very slowly. The hot rock had seen better days and I do believe it hadn't been cleaned properly because it left a very bad taste on the meat and my fiance refused to eat another bite after tasting it, I had to agree with her it tasted bad! I ordered Chicken Fried Chicken and a cup of Potato Prime rib soup and my fiance ordered a Hamburger. My soup arrived like warm and asked the waitress to bring me a hot one. She was very friendly and accommodating and brought me another which was the same temperature maybe 80 degrees. I asked her if the cook was holding this soup at this temperature on the steam table in the kitchen and if he was he is going to get someone sick by not holding hot food at a 135 degrees per safe food serving regulations. She stated she doesn't really know what goes on in the kitchen but she would relay the message to the cook and get me a salad instead. The salad was fine and my Chicken Breast was okay. My fiancee's burger was so overcooked it was inedible. They took the burger off the bill and my fiance did not reorder anything after her experience this far and left hungry. Miss Shevy I really hope you correct the food issues at your establishment because when I met you and your mother years ago I really had high hopes for you and your new business but if it continues like this I fear you will soon lose it. Plus side you wait staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I've been going to Shevy's for many years now. I have never had a bad meal nor have I ever had bad service. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel at home. I would highly recommend that you try it at least once.

It seems like as soon as you walk into Shevy's, you're greeted by at least three people and you can have a drink in your hand within a minute. Shevy's is the perfect spot for lowkey drinks after work or a great home-cooked meal. The menu has a lot of variety and it's all very tasty. The gyro is my favorite with a little extra Tzatziki sauce.

I am not sure why I didn't discover this place sooner!! I had one of the best Walleye sandwiches since moving to the Omaha area 17 years ago. The tartar sauce was homemade and tasted great! The service was even better than the food! Some people comented on the inside being run down. I didn't think so at all. I would call it more cozy with a hometown feel and super clean. If you haven't eaten here yet you have got to try it!!

I would rate it a 3.5 star place. More of a bar and grill than a steakhouse. Some of the interior is aged, such as the yellow ceiling tiles, with a few bright white ones right next to it. Beer and food specials were good, but non special items were mediocre. Serving sizes were pretty small. The kids hamburger was basically a slider, and the French fry portions were small. Cheese curds and fried mushrooms were good. I got the largest burger and I was lucky to fill up with some appetizers. For folks with a normal hamburger, they were looking for more fries. The burgers themselves seemed dry and the frozen pattie sort.

Been there two other times and the food was great! Third time was awful. You'd think from the price of food that they could afford to keep the place up (chairs are ripped up and tables are wobbly, tables from previous customers not cleaned in a timely manner). I ordered the prime rib sandwich with a cup of soup, mashed potatoes and corn. The soup had no flavor, corn tasted like it was frozen then reheated three times, mashed potatoes had rock hard clumps in it and the "prime rib" tasted like a salt lick. So it worked out that the portion size was so small since it was awful. I don't expect world class dining at a bar but when I'm paying that much I expect it to be better than Burger King. I had my family with me and the kids burgers were really dry and our drinks weren't refilled once. I was shocked when the bill came, I hate it when substitutions cost extra and they don't tell you (onion rings, extra ranch,ect). A $13 burger should be worth it. I will never be back, we should have just gone to five guys and fries.

Not a bad place for a few beers. My review is only on the food. Took the wife and 2 kids out for lunch. $70 with no beers just water and tea. All 4 of us were not impressed. Food was just ok. I will say our waitress was friendly with great service. Will not drive all the way out there again, but wish them well.
