I was in town training for a new job from Minnesota and my girlfriend came down to visit me for a few days. We came here for our final night in town and it was amazing. The quality and quantity of food for the price was fantastic. 75$ per couple four course with a bottle of wine (which was good for house wine) and the service was professional to say the least. I was in the industry for many years and can honestly say i would not change a thing. Hidden gem in Omaha. 6/5 stars!!!

5-stars without a doubt. I visited this location over Valentine's weekend and had one of the best fine dining experiences in my life. We enjoyed a 5-course meal prepared and presented to us by the head chef, which ranged from wagyu tar-tar to savory seared sea scallops. High-price matched with very high-quality.

I actually got the tip to go and try this place from an online list, and I am glad I found it. This was a special occasion dinner for my wife so I went all in on the Chef's tasting dinner. It was expensive and worth way more than what I paid for it for both the experience and the quality of the food. The menu says that it is prepared by Chef Anthony Kueper. I thought that meant that he came up with the menu, but he actually prepared it and came out to talk to each of the dishes which was amazing. They also have a date-night four or five course meal that you can try that is more reasonably priced. The restaurant is small so you can have a normal conversation in there and not have to shout to be heard. If you are looking for fine dining in the Omaha area, this is the place that I would go to.

We had the date night meal for our anniversary. It was our first time there. Each course was delicious. WE got excited to try the next course because it they were so unique and flavorful. The chocolate mousse was not outstanding, but I like the toffee added to it. We are going back for my birthday. We like that it is not a big restaurant with a noisy atmosphere. The bar looks very inviting. A great place for a "date night!"

Wow! From start to finish Dolce was phenomenal. The wonderful staff squeezed us in without a reservation and treated us to an out of this world culinary experiencr. Although everything was delicious, I would say the butternut soup and cheesecake were the best food of night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with taste buds. Dolce is on groupon and it is very much worth it. The duck is superb so is the lamb. The cook puts alot of care in his food and takes his time with the meals. He also gets to know his customers and is very family oriented. There are days with live music/violinist that will play for a more romantic scenery. Not a very kid friendly place. Quiet with dim lighting. Small and personal and definitely a great place for special 1 on 1 occasions. Not good for big crowds unless you are renting the whole place.

Beautiful atmosphere and equally beautiful presentation. I almost didn't want to eat my entree, the scallops, because it was so pretty, but I'm so glad I did. They practically melted in my mouth, and the five onion soup (soup de jour) was so good I almost cried a little after I realized I had finished it. Great for a date night or special occassion!

We consistently have a lovely dinner at Dolce, and it is our go to "fancy restaurant". The Date Night menu is a great value, the soups are delicious, the charcuterie is fantastic, the wine selection is nice, the steak is perfectly seasoned and done to our liking, and oooohhhhh the deserts! The staff is friendly and attentive, and Chef Anthony has incredible culinary skills. In my opinion, the food at Dolce is on par or better than the Flat Iron, Sullivan's, 801 Chophouse, V. Mertz, and other 5 star Omaha restaurants. For those complaining about the price - yes, it's more expensive than Outback, but it's supposed to be - it's fine dining!

The pot stickers appetizer (I can’t remember the name) was very good; house salad was typical but delicious; linguini with clams for my main course while my husband had the wagyu beef (phenomenal); and chocolate cheesecake for dessert was simple, yet amazing! One thing that also impressed me- We had a reservation for 7:00pm, and upon arrival the waiter escorted us to our table which already had our menu and water poured. The Mac and cheese was some of the best I had. I liked that it was more saucy. The flavor carried over very well. Soup of the day was a cauliflower infused with truffle. The mussel option for lunch was $11. Exceptionally generous portion of mussels. The chicken gnocchi option was fine. It was good, but the other items stood out more for me. Service was friendly and polite. Definitely would like to see the rest of their menu. Presentation is very nice. Altogether a lovely restaurant great for date nights. It has an intimate high class feel to it.

We arrived a little early for our reservation, they sat us at the bar and comped us each a drink. They were short staffed and lost our ticket in the kitchen. It was 45min before our food arrived. The sous chef personally came out and apologized and comped our entire meal. We haven't yet been back, but we will be. Best restaurant we've eaten at in the first year we've lived in Omaha!

I went last night and had the 5 course chef's tasting menu for 2. It was amazing. If you ever ate there before they changed owners and haven't returned you HAVE to go back! Gone are the teeny tiny portions and mini bar area. I was beyond stuffed after 3 of my 5 courses and had to take some home. The flavors and presentation are out of this world. Its the place you go when you want to spend a little money and have every penny worth it! I will be back soon! The Chef and owner is such a nice man and described everything we ordered to us so we knew exactly what we were eating. MUST TRY FOR OMAHA! This is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. I walked in the door of the small unassuming goldmine we have here in Omaha. Immediately wanted to try their five course offering (add on the wine pairing please) and was greeted by the chef; Anthony. The chef and I had pleasant conversation over phenomenal food with the perfect wine for every course. Their musician is scheduled to play live guitar on Wednesday’s I believe, which really gets your senses working and adds way more to the meal than you would think. Five stars for sure. (Went back for their valentines day dinner and was blown away for the second time as well!)

A very classy and romantic place. Used a Groupon $20 for $40 deal, but the menu was well priced for such a nice establishment. The offer a Date Night Menu (Four Course Meal) and have many other options on the regular menu. Mac and Cheese was delicious. The soup of the day was a Butter Squash Soup, and it blew my mind how creamy and savory it was. Goat Cheese Salad was delicious (Wish they had a little more Goat Cheese in the salad, but still great.) Lamb was well cooked. Service was great, they had a gentlemen playing the guitar for background music. The music was calm and didn't interrupt our dinner at all.

Dolce offers an atmosphere of simple elegance, a staff who do their jobs exceptionally well, and a variety of really great food. Everything I've tried here has been wonderful, but I think the chef does seafood dishes particularly well. Try the mussels, the scallops, or whatever the market fish happens to be that day. As many others have mentioned, Dolce is a great choice for a date night, and their date night menu offers many choices for a very good price. If you're willing to spend a bit more for an even better experience, the chef offers a five-course tasting menu most nights. If you think you might be interested in this, the restaurant recommends mentioning it when you make your reservation. Dolce also sometimes hosts special wine dinners, where they'll create a tasting menu whose courses are designed to pair well with a line of wines that they're featuring. These are not to be missed! I travel a lot, and eat at great restaurants all the time. Dolce would hold court in any city, big or small. This restaurant is phenomenal. My wife and I went here for our anniversary and we were looking for a place that would accommodate our elimination/paleo diet. We contacted them for a reservation, and I spoke with the owner. She was very courteous and made us feel welcome to her restaurant. The waiter was very gracious as well and provided details on everything we asked about. The waiter explained that the owner is paleo as well and makes the same menu substitutions we did. The atmosphere in the restaurant is superp, and the food was even better. The steaks we had were locally raised. I'm something of a snob when it comes to steaks and I can honestly say that these were some of the best I've had. While we couldn't eat the cupcakes on display they looked delicious. I can say that we will definitely be back when we stop in Omaha again.

I recommend the Scallops every time, never been disappointed, but they offer a great variety for a small menu. Menu changes regularly, so be sure to go frequently.

Amazzzing... went for our first time on a date. The food was greattt, presentation was on point and everyone there was very friendly. They was soft live music in the background as well- made the mode even better. I will recommend it very highly to anyone. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy
