I went through deleon's drive-thru at this location and got poor service and no guacamole on my guacamole meal. I went to the South 27th location and ordered the same thing and got a great meal. I called the South Street location and ask to speak to a manager and when I told him the situation he said that's fine. Furthermore, I went through this location once and my burrito was a dollar more than usual. When I asked why I was told because I voted for Trump which I didn't. Don't go to this location there are many better options in town!!!

I've never really had an issue in the past with this location but tonight the girl that they had working the front counter acted like she didn't want anything to do with helping me then when she shorted me change and I pleaded my case with her she didn't believe me so I probably won't go back. Finally I just got sick of arguing.

Sat in the drive thru for an easy 15-20 mins. Get to the window and the guy doesn’t even know what I ordered. They ended up getting the order wrong. They gave me 2 burritos with absolutely nothing but steak in them when the deluxe burritos are what I paid for then they gave me 2 sides of rice instead of the standard rice and beans. Seems like they can ALWAYS charge you correctly but don’t care about making the order correctly.

if you're looking to get as close to authentic Mexican as you can but also having the convenience of very fast food this is probably the best place you're going to get the food is the best authentic Mexican fast food I've ever had in the US north of Texas this place would definitely pass for somewhere if you want to get authentic Mexican style and great flavor

I have never had a bad meal at D'Leons. The portions are huge also. The burritos are big enough to share between 2 people. I'm so happy they opened more locations. It's a favorite for my family and I!

It's always good. I dont mind waiting because I know its fresh. I love the salsa bar, and the green salsa is especially good. Cashiers are friendly and even helped me order in Spanish one night! It was so fun!

I ordered a kids meal with chicken nuggets... didn't put enough nuggets in it. Call doc there in the cook and mitted to not putting enough chicken nuggets in the kids meal... I had to drive all the way back up there

I picked it for lunch because no one in the group had ever been there. The seniorita behind the counter recommended their tacos. She was right. It's hard to get good Mexican food north of the border but this was a fine meal prepared well.

I'm all about the burritos here. The red sauce always goes perfect with any of them. Hot churros are also great, but I haven't tried much else on the menu. I cant rate higher because the customer service is weak. It might be a language barrier though because most people who work there tend to be Hispanic. No problems there, I just wish they'd be a bit friendlier.

Chicken tacos were awesome. Had 2 hard shell and 1 soft she'll but the shells and portions were small for $2.49 a piece. The red sauce was one of the spicier I've had and it was delicious.

The Pastor Taco was dry and noticeably pre cooked. Had to warm up my burrito wasn't warm at all. Only will go back because it's open late and convenient.

I have been going here for years as it's close to where I live and the food is good. However, customer service has been a problem for a while now and after my most recent experience, I will be driving a little further to a different store from now on. I was met at the register with no greeting or "how can I help you?" ...just a stare with no smile. After waiting 30 minutes for food, was approached by the person who took the order and was told they lost our order (not the first time this has happened) and was offered no apology or "we will bring it out as soon as possible." After another 15 minutes when the food was delivered, the same person pretty much just dropped the tray onto the table as they turned to walk away, again, saying absolutely nothing and offering no kind of apology for the long wait time or mistake. I get it.. mistakes happen and it's not a big deal, but a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. The ongoing utter lack of customer service and disregard for providing a welcoming and positive dining experience at this location need to be addressed.

From a So Cal guy that grew up on Baja food I was stoked when the first D'Leons opened on West O Street years ago and was very faithful for years. They have become complacent and it almost hurts. Their quality has gone down and their portions have gone way down all while prices have gone way up. I cook just as good at home for way less money and no line with slow service.

Decent food but service is not the best. I went through the drive through with my boyfriend, and we both ordered different meals. My boyfriend had to say my order number four times before the order taker got it right. When we pulled up to the window, we had to ask for my order because she didn't give it to us with the rest of the food. Not impressed.

its close to my house so i come here often and they are always so nice and accurate with my orders. the only downside is it takes awhile to get the food but for one it really isnt a fast food restaurant and for two the food is worth it! i definitely don't mind the wait for the CONSISTENT high quality food.

Decent food and good quantities. The staff is friendly. My kids are a huge fan of D'Leon's whereas I am "take it or leave it". If you dine in, they have a nice condiment bar. Their horchata is decent. My favorite thing about D'Leon's is their flour tortilla shells. They have the best in town.
