The food here is so good but way too expensive. They do have specials which is actually a decent amount of food for what your paying but if you ever step out of that special deals zone you really are paying an arm and a leg. Its pretty much a guarantee that every time you come here you will be waiting in line. Its always long and 90% of the time its out in the street. But the food is worth the wait. Iv'w only had one bad experience here and it was when they tried to serve me a half melted blizzard. I stated I want a new one and it was made without any issues.

Always love there ice cream. It might sound like a lot of chocolate but " double fudge Cookie Dough Blizzard with chocolate ice cream" yummm. The food items are average. I do like the flame thrower burger. The staff is mostly friendly.

Food is always good. Ice cream, Sundaes, Blizzards, Peanut Buster Parfaits, Hot Fudge ANYTHING,& on, & on, well... AMAZING! Just be prepared to wait, no fault of the DQ Staff. They are ALWAYS busy! If you're good, you're busy! IT'S WORTH THE WAIT, & they move you through pretty fast! ENJOY!

Sadly I can not give less than 1 star or I would. We stopped here on our way home from a road trip, never once greeted, no eye contact. We stood in line for, I would guess 5 mins, there was one person infront of us. As I'm waiting, I notice, the filthy floor, the poor sanitary conditions (in my opinion) and decide to leave. I haven't been here in 5 years and now I remember why. If you decided to chance it ask the kid about his bargin tattoo. According to what I over heard $50 and he can hook you up!

Usually too many employees standing around AND obviously, VERY OBVIOUSLY, gossiping about the on-site customers. Food often reheated, if even warm and the quantity (and overall quality) sadly very poor for the increasing prices. Condiments on table often empty, tables and seats often need to be cleaned while there's still all those employees standing around doing nothing, except gossiping...can never understand when we go why there's all these people on-shift because NEVER no justification for it, even if they were all working....and yes spent a few years working similar places, different name from taking orders to cooking, and making DQ bars and such, cleaning....every job of a place just like DQ

Legit if there was another location I would go there, never really seem to have great service or awrsome employees. I get the same thing everytime I go there and it always and I literally mean always ends up being different. Some days yeah, there is someone back there who genuinely cares what's going on. But 85% of the time no one seems to care. I think they should get new employees because I'm sick of having to tell them thank you and have a nice day. Definitely need some new drive thru people. Kristine is a good example. Put her in back.

Restaurant is tiny for the summer time. The location is right across from the baseball fields and water park. This results in limited seating, long lines, and slow service. We spent almost 45 minutes from the time we walked in the door to the time we got our 2 blizzards. We didn't even order food to slow anything down. The workers could care less and move at a snail pace. Something needs to change during the summer time. They can't add workers because they don't have any extra space for workers to work. Expansion would be the best thing for this location. It shouldn't take 45 minutes to make ice cream!!

I realize everyone working here is trying their best but the drive-thru has to change. I used to manage a DQ in Ohio and we used to have vehicles move forward waiting on a food order while others behind them were just waiting on a Blizzard or something to drink. I'm tired of my Blizzard being handed to me partially melted because they were made when I ordered it and then it sat next to the cash register for 5 minutes while the vehicle in front of me is waiting for the food order.

Went through the drive-thru on Friday Feb. 5th 2016 and ordered a Large flame thrower meal, & a medium artisan chicken sandwich meal. Left realized they gave us a medium sized French fry, instead of a large. Went in & They gave us our large left again, opened the "flame thrower" realized it was a plain cheeseburger. Went back in, asked for a coupon or refund & manager said they don't have any coupons & she couldn't give us a refund. I've worked in fast food, & I know we had the right to fix it and make it right for the customer. Very disappointed, & won't be going there again.

Horrible customer service!!!! I've been ordering my smoothie the same way for the last year, I went through to order my smoothie and Tina the GM told me they won't make it that way. Called corporate they called the area supervisor and he proceeds to tell me they can't help me because I said I was so mad I could have spit in her face. I will be calling corporate again to file yet another complaint. Other things that happen is it takes up to 20 minutes JUST to order at the speaker. GM again says that doesn't happen. They get reports every day on their times so again I was lying to her. So much wrong with that place that is only the beginning!

Came in for a free cone yesterday & left a donation for the children’s hospital. There was a million people in there and they were backed up the drive through real bad. No chaos at all! Manager was there helping filling orders and the team on staff was so great and positive even with how busy they were. PROPS!

Busy night and service was efficient, but lacked customer experience. Just purchased a blizzard at the drive-thru and the cashier at the window repeated the amount took my money (without a thank you). The server came to the window repeated the order, and stuck it out the window (still no thank you). Like I said, they were busy, and I understand that it is a tough job, but the little things make a huge difference in the overall customer experience. Thank you.

To spend ten to fifteen minutes between waiting in line to order and then waiting for your order to be made at this DQ is not unusual. However tonight i gave up after waiting in line for close to fifteen minutes and not even having my order taken. Service is going down hill and it's ridiculous when there are 5 employees working on the ice cream treats alone but only 1 employee in the kitchen, and the 5 still can't keep up.
