Nit a very good variety and staff were more concerned playing on their phones and hanging out than keeping the buffet stocked and clean. The choices for the Mongolian grill lack. There should be more options to add in like noodles and better choices of FRESH veggies. They need more than 4 options for dessert! Y'all charge $12/person for a buffet that barley has anything. Golden Corral is not much more and has a HUGE variety. This was our 2nd and last time giving this place a chance. Both times were a waste of money and we wasted more food than we ate.

Food was good. The desert dishes were set right side up, and had water, food, and other foreign objects in the cups. I saw many health code violations during my visit. I dont expect to go back here. If what I can see as a customer is bad, then I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Generally have had no issues with the service here (with the exception for tonight, which I will be getting into here shortly). However, the grill is really nothing special at all. The only thing I have ever heard from any of them is asking me if my bowls were mixed together. They don’t even say anything when they hand you your plate. Now onto tonight’s service, it was honestly some of the WORST service I’ve ever had. Being a server myself I could definitely understand service lacking a little if the restaurant was busy...but the problem is that it wasn’t... there were only like 6 tables in the restaurant when my friends and I came in, and what looked like 3 servers on the floor. And no one else came in after us... we saw our server maybe twice the entire time. I’m not expecting a server to come up to their table every five minutes Once to to refill our drinks a second time (after another server got us our first refills and cleared our empty plates) and the second time to literally toss our check on the table. She didn’t even bother to ask us if outrt checks were separate, which after 20 minutes ofmmmmttÿ waiting we had to go up to the front so the host could get our server. Following that she gave us an attitude while cashing us out like we were burdening her... WOST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD.

I went to grab lunch with a friend of mine. My bill was 8.72 or whatever the lunch special costs. I paid with a 20 and got no change. When i asked for it the kid that served us said, oh ive already entered it, thats my fault. But i cant return it now that its been sent in. Sorry but have a good day. Will not return.

If i could i would give them no stars they ignored me at the counter and my fiance called the part owner today and she let her employees mock him and that is not professional and their food was not cooked they gave me food poisoning and I am 6 months pregnant and they were having people eat off dirty dishes and the part owner said well put the dirty dish back in the clean dishes and get another one well i will be getting my money back and I will be shutting down the china buffet here in Lincoln Nebraska. And I will be getting the part owner fired and the employees fired for not being very professional so I hope the owner sees this and how the employees were cussing at my fiance. They also made my 2yr old sick for their food along with my fiance.

Food is good. It was the other patrons we had issues with. It started with a customer double parking right in front of me as I was getting ready to pull into one of the spots. The guys we were seated next to were watching a basketball game on their phone, very loudly. There were also children running around unattended. We go here frequently with another couple and have noticed it has become the Walmart of Chinese restaurants.

100% hands down the BEST Chinese buffet restaurant we have been! My husband and I have been all over the United States and we have to admit this has been the best experience! The bathrooms were clean and the food was fresh! Our server was the best! I wish I lived in Lincoln to become a regular customer!

Good Chinese style food and good service. It gets busy at lunch time but people also leave quick, so the waiting time is not bad, 5 to 10 minutes. The only problem can be parking.

The lady waiter was v nice, excellent customer service, but the food was just terrible. The only good thing was the coconut fried shrimp, everything else was just made by unqualified cooks. Other staff was just kids, for example this one blond kid was talking about his interactions with other clients on the phone, and we overhead his jujune conversation with the boss? I won't come back. The place does have a good selection for your Mongolian bbk, the sauces was a 3 star. The guy at the Mongolian bbk grill did not know what he is doing in my opinion, but he did manage to hit the grill many times and the spatulas too, pretending to be a professional.

Good place to eat. The cook on the grill is qwick. The only down fall is they need to keep there buffet full at all times and there staff needs to be more friendly and stay on top of things instead of letting you sit with a wmptg glass. The food is good and reasonably priced. Will go back.

Fresh food of the fire they keep it turned also they have a Mongolian grill. The service is spuratic but they do come around regularly and ask for refills. They have a variety of deserts including banana pudding. All in all very good Buffett and grill.

Some food from the buffet was okay but a majority of it has too much salt. Buffet price is good but they charge for a drink if it is not water but they never come back to refill your drink until you finally are done and they bring the check. They have really good egg rolls, chicken on a stick and shrimp fried rice.

The service was quite quick we got to our table right away. After that we could immediately get up and go get our food. All we had to do was eat and then if they saw we were done they would pick up our plates and we could get more. All in all this is a great place with a good at atmosphere.

Use to be great! But they keep changing staffs so never get same service all the time. No more crab legs “further notice” it’s been few months now they had that sign up.. if you like crawfish better stop in on Sunday,s since only day they have it! Other than that limited choices on food.

Gotta give this place five stars! I love this food. The options are great, though sushi could be a great addition. They had no problem cleaning off the grill to make a plant based dish and even separated my dish from the others with spatulas. Tip the gillers!!! They work well, so even if you just have some extra car change and weren’t going to tip them before, hook it up. The only time I have ever seen a mess in this place is when it is so busy that the line to eat there is long and the staff is already working so hard. It takes time to clean up five tables when they all get up and go at the same time. Be reasonable about assessing the hard work it takes to be an employee at the busiest buffet in Lincoln. Great food at this place. Get great Chinese and the luxury of the Mongolian grill is super convenient. I just wish they had a wider variety of deserts. During busy times it can get a little crowded around the food area, but still highly recommended.

Most of the wait staff are friendly as long as you don't have a big group. Food is ok, the best thing they serve is the Fried Fish but not very kid friendly, doesn't serve sushi - was told because their other location on Highway 2 is a sit down serve restaurant and they serve it there.. I told them well I'm not there - I'm here. Oh well can't have everything. We only have 2 Chinese buffets in town so we'll be back.

Never fails that whenever we come through Lincoln we stop here. And we are never ever disappointed. Sometimes the service is a bit slow but they are a busy place. The food is fantastic and the buffet is never cold. We love the Mongolian grill as well. Absolutely wonderful.
