Food was great. However the Wait staff kept bumping into my chair, and were very pushy to get us to pay tab and get us out while we were playing keno.... at 8pm on a Friday, with half the place empty. Not an impressive visit

I enjoyed our most recent visit. Numerous TVs to view just about any sporting event you can think of and some booths even have their own TV! The menu is fairly extensive for a sports bar and their brunch options on the weekend were a pleasant surprise. All of our food was tasty and decent sized portions. We were seated quickly even though they were busy, and our waitress was excellent as well.

If you're going to splurge for bar food, this is the place. A good his/hers compromise. They've got the games on but atmosphere is relaxing and fairly quite. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Keep the splurge going... "pie of the month" is $2.99! Wed is burger madness...all day!

On 10-26-2018 at 1300 hours my wife and I visited Big Red restaurant off of Andermatt Dr. Our waitress was a young lady named Jen. My wife committed that she was very good at her job and we enjoyed talking to her. Jen suggested the chicken fried steak and it was very good. What ever Jen ends up doing in life she will go far. Host didn't acknowledge me when I walked in for a solid 3.5 min. Which was awkward. Instead of saying "hi, I will be with you shortly" and I just stood there. I sat at the bar and that was a bad decision. The place needs a good re-model. The servers and bartender used the sink that was under the bar well right by my seat. I was hit with water, and other liquid substances repeatedly. One went in the beer I just ordered. The bar tender seemed annoyed when I asked to try the IPAs on tap. I travel for work and eat out all the time, I read reviews before I came in and it seems the locals like the place but in my opinion the opportunity areas outweigh the positives. The experience could have been better if the staff had basic server/customer experience training and it was apparent this was not their forte.

A lot newer than the W O location means the tables and chairs are the same but nicer. Lots of natural lights. TVs everywhere. Staff was wearing 29 buttons and we had to ask what that means. Apparently if you look 29 or younger you get carded for alcohol. We we're unfortunately not carded, so I guess that means I am old.

They have delicious burgers and well worth the 25 minute wait. I wouldn't order the onion rings again but the other sides looked great. The onion rings were doughy on the inside. Fantastic place to watch big ten games. It was so good my kids wanted to go back again the next night for another burger. :-)

Came on Thursday for all you can eat pasta and it was fantastic! The pasta was very similar to spaghetti works in Omaha Nebraska but the breadstick looked better than it tasted. It was a but cold and didn't have much flavor and was a bit dry. Great service, our server was very nice.

Sat down at 8:30 P.M.and immediately ask for the largest prime rib. Waitress Jen D indicated there was adequate prime rib available. Shortly after sitting in the restaurant the waitress informed us that there was no prime rib. The waitress never once checked with the kitchen staff to confirm there was an adequate amount of prime rib. We have been at the restaurant several times. Great sports atmosphere, but poor customer service.

Amazing Environment, First off the service is amazing. Everything from the hostess to the manager was extraordinary. I really enjoy how every waitress and manager are looking out for one another I had three different people help out with refills, food delivery to the table, and even just flat out conversations when they were not busy. They have a enormous variety of food choices. Food price was fair. Beer selection was wildly extensive. It is a noisy place but what can you expect, its a sports bar. I definitely enjoyed EVERYTHING about this restaurant. I would recommend it to everyone I know. Sadly I can not rate higher then five stars but this restaurant and their employees deserve 10 stars overall!!

Today was out of the norm, I have an hour break, took 45 mins to get food. As a norm...the food is good and hot, usually served within 15 to 20 mins of order. Staff is always helpful and awesome. One off day wont keep us away.
