The atmosphere was okay, and the service was good, but the food was bottom tier stuff you can make at home. My nachos was just a plate of chips with cheap, greasy shredded cheese that they put in the microwave for too long. What a bummer :(

Saturday nite, 6:30. Party of 6. Imediatly, they cleaned a table. Wiped each seat, and had us taken care of within 5 minutes. Absolutely great food!! Great service, great staff!!

In my experience, I had only ever had pork carnitas. So, I was surprised when this restaurant only had steak or chicken carnitas. I didn't even know that was a thing. However, the steak carnitas were delicious! I would definitely have them again. The margarita was noticeably smaller than the size you would get at La Mesa or Rojas.

Real good food for a reasonable price. I wouldn't call it the most authentic Mexican food I've had but it's real good. Enchilada and tostadas are good, tacos are good too but tend to get soggy if not eaten quickly. Meat has been well seasoned and sides (rice and beans) are always tasty. Love the complimentary chips and dips, always a favorite. Service has always been very friendly and attentive, even when busy. A favorite for special family occasions. Plus they give a nice small free dessert!

This was my first time here. It was very good and reasonably priced. When we sat down they brought salsa chips beans and a cabbage that was so delicious. I had a combo , Burrito and Tamale, came with rice and beans. Delicious, also had a Margarita, again yummy. ( I think Sauza ? ) Only $4 !! After dinner they bring a small dessert. Cinnamon chips with whipped cream and strawberry syrup drizzled on it. I will be going back. Very pleased !! Quick and efficient service.

Service was fast and friendly. Food came quick however it was not very hot. Rice was a bit dry and flat season wise. The refried beans were a bit runny. The encilada meat(chicken) was poorly seasoned. The pico lacked tomatoes and spice. The salsa was the only thing spicy and it leaned to the extreme. On top of that it was mostly juice. It's not like it was a bad meal(I will try it again), I was just underwelmed. And maybe a bit disappointed after all the high praise I had heard before going.

My experience at Azteca today was disappointing. The food was good as usual my problem was with our waiter. Our waiter put our food down in front of us and walked away, no question of do we need anything else. Then, he didn't come back during the meal even once to ask how things were. When I went to the cashier to pay, the man ran my card, printed out the receipt, put it in front of me then walked away. Didn't ask how things were, or anything. While I was paying,the lady with me saw our waiter ask the table across from where we sat how things were. Don't think I'll go back.

Awesome Mexican food! I had the combo fajitas (chicken & beef), and they were great! Very deliciously seasoned. Also, we got some beef nachos as appetizers. All I will say is YUM

Absolutely amazing! Some of the best mexican food I've ever had. I had the arroz con pollo and the chicken was tender and the sauce was so good I wanted to lick the plate clean. The pork my husband had was so tender it fell apart and had an amazing taste. Even got free sopapilla dessert and for 3 of us only $30. I will definitely be going back.

I go here regularly and it's always more than a good experience. Fast service and amazing food. Complementary appetizer with salsa and 2 dips, and a small complementary dessert at the end. Their prices are fair for the huge portions you get. I have tried numerous different entrees and they're always amazing. I have not once been underwhelmed. I recently got take out for the first time here and was amazed at how much food I got and how they maintained their quality. Thoroughly impressed. Overall, best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to.

First time at Azteca tonight and I was seriously impressed! Even though they were super busy, we were seated right away and greeted by our server. The food and drink menu had so many delicious options. Our food was delivered very quickly and I didn’t have to wait at all for my drink refill. At the end, we enjoyed a complimentary treat. This restaurant is my new favorite place! Great service and wonderful food! Thank you, Azteca!

Came here on a lark and really happy we did. Chips come with salsa, bean dip, and a cabbage relish complimentary. We added the cheese dip which was top notch, and then I had the Aztec burrito and it was amazing. They even bring a little dessert chip at the end of the meal. Great food, friendly and fast service, and good price as well. Would recommend!

I always get the Azteca Fajitas, which has a hearty mix of different meats and vegetables. Well worth the value. I've tried different appetizers each time I've visited, and they've never failed to surprise me with the flavor each one packs. The servers are friendly and thorough with asking how to best serve you. I'm not much of a drinker, but I always overhear from other patrons how satsified they are with the alcohol options.

Disappointing! Letuce, avocado, and tomatoes on my enchilada seemed to be the left overs they had from the day before. Plates were super hot to the touch and the waiter didnt even bother to warn us about it, water was good tho.

I come here typically once a month and that's probably not enough. They're reasonably priced and have GREAT food. The margaritas are stout and they serve coleslaw, salsa, and a bean dip with your order. They also bring a little dessert chip with strawberries and whipped cream at the end of your meal, which is just the right amount of sweet.

Go here before you bother with the other Mexican restaurant across the street. The building isn't much to look at, but the food, service, and prices are all fantastic. They are quick with the to-go orders also, if you're grabbing it on the way home. Azteca is definitely one of my top three Mexican restaurants in the Omaha area.

Nothing fancy, but excellent family-style Mexican restaurant... way better than the chain places. We were staying at a nearby hotel on a cross-country trip and looking for a place to have dinner... glad we came here. Totally loved the enchiladas... muy sabrosas.

Decent, but not great Mexican food. I stopped at noon to a full restaurant for my to go order. I got two beef enchiladas and rice and beans. The rice was fairly plain and the beans were watery. Enchiladas were okay. The chips were very good though. The price was fair. Overall, I was disappointed on my first visit. I will keep Linas as my go to.
