Literally, amazing. Everything was wonderful. Great wine, lots of food options, delicious dessert (creme brulee was some of the best I've ever had). Gluten free options, too. We were so stuffed after we left because everything was so delicious we couldn't let it go to waste... Highly recommend this gem!

Taste of Paris is the best dining experience in the Bitterroot Valley. I feel fortunate to have this wonderful food so close by. The French onion soup is the absolute best I have ever tasted! The lunch specials are just amazing and I could eat there several times every week if it were possible for me to do!

I did not expect to find the closest thing to Paris that I have ever experienced in Hamilton. Chef Nico is the real deal. We were here 5 days and managed to make it to brunch, lunch, and dinner. In a word: exquisite.

Authentic, delicious French food. The croissants are out of this world! Choose from french soda, quiche, crepes, french onion soup, smoked salmon, creme brulee, macarons, a beautiful cheese board and baguettes and more for lunchtime. The Chef is French and creates new specials everyday. A cute little patio outside and various European seating inside. Everything is made fresh and they source from local markets. They even have a tiny market with condiments and candies and sodas. Love it and would highly recommend!

We aren’t planning on coming to Hamilton any time soon.. just remember to treat people with kindness, you never know their situation.. I’ll change my review because we are small business owners and understand that everyone makes mistakes and deserve a second chance. Maybe put signs out at dinner and on your website stating that reservations are recommended.. if we ever come to Hamilton again we’d love to try out your taste of Paris.

By reservation only and very much worth the drive from Missoula, also well worth the price. Started with a cheese board which was really good, fruit was perfect, several kinds of cheese. Had a French Onion soup that tastes like my dad's recipe, then on to the main course: lamb stew. It was incredible. The chef recommended a great red wine. Merci pour un merveilleux keal

Excellent food, the coffee was exceptional as well. The food came fast and was worth the wait we experienced getting our order taken. One small thing is that the music did not fit the atmosphere and was a bit loud- not expecting classic rock/80’s music at a place like this. Just maybe low key classical music or something a bit more subtle. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Lovely atmosphere, easy place to meet up with family or friends and have a wonderful meal AND be able to hold a conservation. The French onion soup is amazing ! The salads were perfect and the crepes were excellent. So glad the bitteroot has an option now for high quality food. Thank you, we'll be back!

This place is awesome, to be there is so french. Where what it is like, is to totally feel free to be able to make your time there so memorable. And not rushed. There menu is complete. To be there is to enjoy from a great coffee, from Bitterroot coffees or to start with a glass or a bottle of wine to lead into their fine menu selection, to finish with a pastry selection, to have there, or it take for later. Or to have an awesome cup of coffee. We can be a walk in to the counter for a coffee as well. They have a sales area if you liked the wine, to purchase, with other wonderful things. Welcome to France in Hamilton, Montana Thank you, you are the best place to be on the first day of Spring.

Great food, but horrible lunch service. A coffee, 2 sodas a cup of soup took about 30 minutes. After we were finished it took another 20 minutes to get the check. 50 minutes is a ridiculously long time for what we ordered and for a 2pm lunch.

My husband and I came here for my birthday on a spontaneous trip to Hamilton, and we were very pleased! The food was just lovely--pretty much French in content but with large portions as other reviewers have stated. It was a quiet mid-afternoon and the staff even helped us to find some local accommodations for that evening. The menu itself isn't written in a particularly French style, but the chef is French so you know it is indeed the real thing! Sometimes you don't know what you are getting with American restaurants that call themselves French, but this one actually reaches much of the way toward reminding you perfectly of Paris. Quite a nice place for a small town, and I hope they are around for a long time, for future visits we may make. Thank you to the chef and to our waitress last weekend!

Lovely little place with excellent creme brulee, raspberry tart, and coffee. The mocha I had was really excellent and the raspberries were fresh and beautiful. They have a nice selection of french soaps, as well as montana made jewelry and other various french/vaguely french things. Their bread looked amazing--on the list to try at my next visit.

So the big sign says Sunday brunch 10 to 2 pm. At 11 am its was closed... Was excited to try something new, but thanks to the owner not updating the hours online since they decided to close this weekend I had to drive 30 minutes for nothing. Wish there was an option to give negative stars. This place deserves -5 stars. Thanks for ruining brunch for us.

This is by far the best restaurant in all of Montana. Coming from out of state I really enjoyed the atmosphere, authenticity, and taste. Everything is fresh and tastes like a little piece of heaven. Compliments to the wait staff and chef. I will be coming back every time I visit.

We brought family from out of town to visit the T.O.P after viewing mostly positive reviews online(None of us had dined here previously). The older male waiter who served us was curt and rude. Didn't introduce himself. The owner did not acknowledge us either. For being there only a half hour after they opened, they were sold out of every croissant with the exception of three. We were not informed of this until after we ordered item after item. For newbies to this wannabe French joint it would have been nice to have a run down on what they offered or what they were about. We all felt largely in the dark. One of my family members ordered, and the waiter said, "what, I can't hear you?" Learn etiquette for Pete's sake. Also, the water canister which is used to fill our water glasses was literally filled by the tap water. He went over to turn on the cold sink water nozzle to fill it, and then, proceeded to fill customers glasses with the tap water. If this is a "Taste of Paris" then I'll skip the main course. Just wearing a beret does not make a place French. The coffee and the cinnamon croissant were the ONLY good things this place had to offer. And even then, when we ordered a second cinnamon croissant, we were told they were sold out. UGH. Will not be going there again!!!

OMG!! Everything was amazing from the onion soup and the buttered and jammed bread on the side to the quiche Lorraine. The creme brûlée was silky with a heavenly crunchy sugared top. I have eaten in many fancy restaurants but this meal was better. It was like eating at someone's grand mere's--intimate and cozy with top notch ingredients that were fresh and exploded in my mouth. A meal to remember and treasure. C'est bonne!
