Ok , I have seen this before. This was inedible food cooked by idiots. Fried rice is not soy sauce on rice. What was the super salty brown goo that was an excuse for a sauce on everything? I washed it off with a bowl of tea to eat some of it. The servers looked Asian. If they are they should know that none of that passed for anything remotely that you should eat at a restaurant - let alone call it Asian Food. It will be memorable though. In the top 4 of the worst Chinese/Asian ever. One of the top 4 bad was Korean. Hard pressed to find worse. I remember an old Chinese place that was condemned in my home city and the food was better. We were traveling in the area. I read the reviews and gave the restaurant a try. The food was just so so The service was crappy. The unfriendly waitress did not check a minimum of 15 minutes to see if our drinks need refills. We were the only customers at that time. The owner kept looking over but never came to check however wasted no time to hand us our bill.

A good place for Asian food in Butte. We arrived, few tables were filled, and appeared to only have one server, but he was moving and serving customers well. We ordered edamame, a salmon sashimi appetizer, and 3 sushi rolls. All tasted good and were made well and tasted fresh. The edamami did come out luke warm with no salt, which was fine for me watching salt intake. They do not have low sodium soy sauce but thiers did not taste overly salty. They offer plastic chopsticks, not bamboo or wood... made for interesting eating as they were slippery. The dragon roll was made intro a dragon complete with Chinese noodle tentacles... the avocado slice topping made it look like scales so that was fun! Service was not lacking or slow and the room is dated but bright and clean. A good place for that sushi fix!

Although I heard this place has great food, I called trying to make an reservation and found myself struggling to get one because the worker was uncooperative which ultimately led to me not wanting to go anymore.

Mediocre at Best $4 for two spring rolls less than two inches long and under cooked. Mediocre. $6 for a large hot and sour soup which was neither hot nor sour. Practically devoid of flavor. Mediocre. $12 for extremely undercooked house special noodles with two shrimp and slivers of chicken and pork so small as to indistinguishable from the carrot sticks. Mediocre. If you have a choice, choose someplace else. You'll be much happier.

Horrible service with sickening food. We came in with 2 adults and an infant at 6 on a Sunday. There was only one other table which left before getting their food. Should have been a hint. We ordered two entres and an app. My entre came with a mystery soup in oil. Not broth. Oil. The server may have been the only one working but we were the only table. It took over an hour to receive our food. By then the kid had lost patience and had gone outside with his father. I had the food boxed and left. We started to eat outside and could finish none of it. The rice was pure salt. The noodles had been dunked in vinegar or something. We ate a few bites before giving up. My husband literally vomited outside. We didn't bother trying for a refund. The gentlemen's English wasn't great and google translate was of no assistance. I tried to give the food to a homeless guy. When he saw where it was from he said no thank you. I gave him a couple of granola bars instead and tossed the food.

Took us an hour to get our food after ordering even though there was only one other party of 2 in the restaurant. Afterwards, he tried charging extra for all the dishes, saying we got the "large portions", despite the fact that there was only one price on the menu. Finally, I'm guessing he knew we were from out of town and tried charging us 15% tax. Disgusting business practices.

Had an appetizer downstairs in the bar (Antipasti plate) and it was delicious (the sun dried tomatoes were the best I've ever had!)! Went upstairs and had the Phoenix Chicken (breaded chicken with sweet honey cream sauce with broccoli and steamed rice) Was delish, no complaints! Will definitely be going back. Most plates between 10-15$

The food was decent but the service was terrible! No one at the restaurant can comprehend English well enough to understand the customer. I came for a meeting at 12:30pm and ordered the sweet and sour chicken. When I received my bill, it was the dinner pricing, not the lunch menu pricing. When I brought this up to the server, he acted totally annoyed with me and insisted that I ordered the dinner plate and not the lunch plate. He proceeded to tell me in broken English that I came too late to order off the lunch menu, even though it explicitly says on the menu lunch is served until 3pm. Why would anyone order off the dinner menu at lunch?? I did not like the way he handled the situation and I will NOT be supporting Soho's in the future!

This business is a joke... two days in a row I have called and no one will answer. I’ve tried at least 2-3 times and still nothing. Someone please give some info on a good Asian cuisine restaurant that will cater to customers.

I placed an order online which gave me the option to choose pick up or delivery. I picked delivery and went on with my order. I paid for the order which was around 35.00 I waited for over an hour for delivery and then I called. The man I talked to first of all could not speak English. Second of all he kept saying I have to pick it up. I explained to him that I wasn't able to pick the order up. The man hung up on me not once but several times while I was still nice to him. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT DUE TO THE RUDENESS OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE.

I stopped here for lunch and had their General Tso Chicken, it was delicious. This place is very laid back and casual. There’s a nice city and mountain view from the second floor of where this place is located. I asked the server where the owners were from and he said Thailand. Really positive experience, would definitely come here again

The eggdrop soup came with a piece of shell as big as a quarter, the waiter seemed unconcerned as if it was expected and offered no compensation or discount on the meal. They must have been cleaning out the freezers at home, the shrimp with lobster sauce came with peas and carrots! So take that any way you like, I said never again to this restaurant 2 years ago but went back to give a second chance, but truly never again this time.

When I last visited Soho, I found my experience mixed. While the food was quite good, (It was actually some of the best Asian I've had in Montana/Idaho) the service was somewhat lacking. The waiter at the time wasn't very attentive to our needs, such as drink refills and when we needed to place our order, but the food balanced it out. Overall, I came for the food, and I was certainly not disappointed. But do not expect amazing service from the waiting staff.

The food here is OK. Given the limited options in Butte it appeared to be one of the better choices. We had lunch here along with some sushi, both which were reasonably good, but not outstanding. I liked the decor though and it overlooks a little bit of Butte as it is on the 2nd floor. When one first walks in the doors it seems that one is just in a bar, but there is a long wheelchair ramp that goes up to the 2nd floor where the restaurant is.

I will edit after I've eaten, but its 815PM, I walk in and ask if they're still open as I'm the only customer in the restaurant at the time. Older gentleman says, "yes, you order to go?" Well the sign says open until 930PM, so I'm confused, I say no, I would like to sit down. He says, "closed now, only to go" If you want to close early depending on volume, say that. Put it in your advertising and online presence... don't tell me random hours after I've already walked in. Sloppy

There was only one other party there. Yet it took over an hour to get our food. At that point our two year old was so upset that we had to box up the order. Once we got home to eat we found that all the food was so bad due to being undercooked (seafood) or noodles so sour it was as though they had Been fermented. This resulted in nothing being edible. $40 wasted.

The food was mediocre, but worst of all the service completely sucked. The initial turnoff was when the bartender told me that they don't share the WiFi code. So much for hospitality, eh? So, I went on to order a cup of soup and an entree. Well, the entree comes BEFORE the cup of soup! That's a little backwards, isn't it? Then when they finally bring the soup out, there is no spoon. I ask the waiter for one and he says he will get one. He never came back. I had to pester the bartender for a lousy spoon. The place is completely unorganized and the service just plain sucks. I won't return.

My friend and I were passing through Butte on our way to Seattle and stopped here for dinner. We were very pleasantly surprised by the food. You can taste the wok flavor which is just not something we have come across in any Midwest Chinese restaurant. This place did a good job on the food. It wasn't greasy, and the flavor was good and the portions we're reasonable. If I'm ever rolling through Butte again, I'd stop here to eat again.

Pretty good and reasonably priced Chinese-American food. Generally efficient and friendly service, especially when Vicki (owner/manager) is there--she rocks! Personal faves include the hot & sour soup, Sichuan veggies with tofu :-) The adjacent full service bar makes great cocktails and serves a good selection of microbrews.
